Its a great hangout, one of the best wings I have ever had, a great variety of sauces and I love the carrot and celery snack they give with the meals. I would recommend it to anyone who asks about a great chicken wings place.

Nidhi provides great service, but his boss really needs to add more people to the night shift. One person needs to be a waiter, a cook, and a cleaner at the same time. This is absolutely crazy. We recently been coming here alot for our dinner plans. They have a great deal on a cheap meal that they change once a week. The food is always great and the coleslaw is really good. I highly recommend stoping Herr if your in the area.

I came to Wings Up on a Saturday night, and I have to say, they have the BEST wings in town! Despite it being a busy night, my order was prepared even faster than expected. The wings were hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious. Highly recommend if youre craving great wings and fast service!

This is my favorite brunch spot, and I ve purchased from here many times. I ve always received good service and very polite behavior from the staff, leaving satisfied and recommending it to others. Unfortunately, at 9 PM on Saturday, my wife visited and ordered classic wings with mild BBQ sauce for four people. Three ate there, and one was a takeaway for me. I was shocked when I saw the box of wings and tried to taste them. The fries were so salty that they were inedible, and one of the four pieces of wings was covered in so much pepper that it was impossible to eat. I couldn t eat it at all. My wife also said she had the same issue with the fries and couldn t eat them, so she threw them away. However, due to her difficulty speaking English, she couldn t defend her rights. As someone working in this restaurant, please don t play with someone s reputation and business. You are damaging the business. Since I have previous good experiences, I will give this branch another try, but if it happens again, I will definitely never return.

Fantastic and easy service from our cashier Tanya when ordering. A very cool atmosphere for a hotter day outside. Food was great, really enjoyed the Memphis sandwich. Great place!

The Indian lady who served us on Monday night 25-06-2024 was amazing she deserves a big fat raise late night rush of customers and she was on her own and she still managed to smile at 1:30 Am ! Very happy with food, and service , will definitely go back

Ordered take out and they canceled it. Not once, but twice. The one and only time when I actually needed food because i was so weak in my knees I could have dropped down at any moment. They canceled my order. Never again will I order from you people!

We went here a week ago during day time and the wings were amazing. The size was great..the portion size was perfect and the sauces tasted amazing however we went there again last night around 10 pm for takeout. When we came home we were extremely disappointed to find the tiniest possible wings (smaller than an index finger) , extremely chewy and not even coated in the sauce (there was barely any sauce at all)...and to think that we paid $14 for 4 pieces of miniature tasteless wings was honestly truly enraging .

Awesome place to eat!!

Havent had wings so meaty in a while. Did the spicy one forget the name, and the KBBQ flavours with the cajun wedges. (Combo included two drinks and the celery + carrot and dip). The wedges were great, and the wings were perfect. Could be spicier, but other than that, no complaints.

The wings are so good here! So fresh and delish, you can taste the difference when the wings are fresh and never frozen which is the case here. I got medium bbq, my daughter loves the honey garlic Parmesan. And we upgrade to onion rings, because frankly, we love onion rings. And the staff are very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend!

After a long day, I stopped to pick up dinner. I was craving wings and was passing by Wings Up. I haven t been in before. I have to say the customer service I received was outstanding. The staff person who served me (I believe his name was Kurt,) was warm and friendly and engaging. He asked me if I was having a late dinner and was genuinely kind. Service was also fast and my dinner was great. I would definitely recommend this for a quick and easy wing night.

Came in with my wife earlier today and had the pleasure of dealing with Sp. Extremely nice guy and very patient with us. He took the time to explain the different flavours and was very accomodating. These were by far the best wings in all of Ontario. Very juicy and crispy. They are also big and youll definitely leave full

Came here for customer appreciation day and had the Korean BBQ wings and Thai wings. So delicious and love the fact that you can order them sloppy with extra sauce at no charge. Ordered through Uber eats for pick up since they had BOGO deal for a half pound, side and veggies for $16. Placed the order and got there when the app said the order was ready. Had to wait an extra 20 minutes for the order but the kicker was that they gave me the wrong persons order. Not only that but they didnt even get other customers order correct as it was missing sides and veggies. The guys working that day did not speak a word of English, probably TFWs. I could tell from watching them work for 20 minutes that they had no clue what they where doing. Never coming back here again. The wings are pretty trash too dont bother with this place.

Rude rude rude and absolutely uncalled for. I will not be ordering from you again. Try being kind and find out what happened to your customers order rather than being obnoxious and giving some ridiculous response about the Superbowl. Superbowl is Sunday today is Friday. The delivery driver was kind. You were rude and for that you have lost several customers! You should be ashamed of yourself speaking to customers the way you did! Disgusting behavior!

This place serves amazing wings! I ordered honey garlic wings combo and garlic bread with cheese. They are so welcoming and warm. I recommend this place for the chicken wings and bites. Garlic bread is also yummy. I usually try their Memphis sandwich, which comes with coleslaw and I love that. Variety of sauce and fresh food. Must try!
