Kin Sushi - Vaughan in Vaughan

Closed for renovations from November 11th to the 14th, but their website will still accept online orders. Showed up to pick up today and they were closed. Really glad I didn t pay online.

It was a pleasure experience in this cozy warm atmosphere. The food was great, fresh and yummy. Highly recommend!!!

Great price, huge portions, and super friendly staff!

I dined in, when they brought the sushi rolls to me they were literally falling apart. Whenever I used the chop sticks to put the sushi in sauce it would fall into the sauce. The rolls were ok but for the price I paid I expected it to be incredible. I also did not like the sauce as it was too sweet. The shrimp tempura was good.

Very mediocre sushi, atmosphere is not very welcoming. service HORRIBLE! theres an woman that works there that is very racist. i think she only like Japanese or Asian to eat there. not only is she racist towards customer she was also racist towards uber/delivery drivers. i was here earlier today, she was so rude to us the entire time, rolling her eyes and raising her voice at us. but i witness how she treated a delivery driver earlier basically accusing him of stealing the food that his trying to pick-up. like when his showing her his confirmation that his there to pick-up food, she just rudely put her hand to his face and just gave him the food without apologizing. and started talking to her co-worker in their language. like how can he steal something he doesnt have yet. also he has his confirmation #. like? what?

Great place to eat in and order out. The only thing Id have to say is that their Miso soup is way too salty!

Their portions are so generous and they gave us edamame with our purchase. Unlike most ayce places, they dont put way too much rice and the food is super FRESH. Highly reccomend this location!

You need to try this Sushi, one of the best in Ontario that Ive had. Always fresh and portion sizes are what youd expect versus what you get from their competition. Both locations are great but truly happy they are open in Vaughan so I dont have to travel to Toronto for some good Sushi.

Maybe the best sushi weve ever had - weve dined in, and ordered take out a few times, and have yet to try anything we didnt love. Everything tastes fresh, super friendly staff, some great value and combo options, and even with the special rolls nothing feels over-priced. The location is small, and the first time we came we werent sure from the outside that it was open, so if youre showing up for the first time dont let that deter you! You wont find a better Sushi place.

Fresh and yummy.

1 chicken karage 1 sweetie paid $28.25 and No tip. I asked them for help which clearly did not provide ,leave that i asked to serve chicken karage on table thats why i sat, but they barely give a thing to listen. They made my order and said its ready. So cold and rude behaviour . Plus when i did not gave tip they said just a line in english see no tip no tip. First of all why asking a tip when really don t care customer says or ask you. No complaints on food its good.

Im sitting in my car writing this review cus I had to write one as soon as I left. Found this place by chance. One of the best sushi restaurants Ive had in Canada so far. The fish is so fresh, I took one bite and it was so delicious I sat there for a second in silence. The shrimp tempura was perfectly battered and the shrimp itself is so delicious. Im from the states where seafood is our signature but have never had as good of sashimi as this. Other than the food, the restaurant is cozy and the staff are delightful and you can tell they care about their service and food.

Their sushi is very fresh and enjoyed it very much. Ive come here multiple times now and each time is the same consistency even ordering on Uber eats tastes amazing. Keep up the great service A++

Had dinner here. A small place with about 15 seatings maximum. Very fresh sashimi with great value. Highly recommend it. The service was great. Not recommend the special rolls.

Went here for a second time and have to say it is a 10/10 spot for sushi. Theyve moved away from dine in but they still allow you to eat in on the takeout containers. Portions are great and quality is especially good. Music choices were also great! Food : 5/5

Possibly the best sushi experience I ve had! I was drawn here because the menu listed items as vegan. When I had questions about the specifics, I was greeted with curiosity, kindness, and support. The staff were very accommodating and I felt well taken care of. I m not sure if it was the manager, head chef, or owner who was answering my questions, but I really appreciated his time and effort in making this a great experience. The sushi itself was incredibly fresh and tasty, and I appreciated the amount of options I had to choose from on the menu. I was having lunch with my mom who tried the non vegan dishes and also spoke to its freshness and great flavour. I highly recommend a visit here! Vegetarian options: Some items were labelled as vegan, but they had cream cheese or dairy in the tempura batter. That s the only thing to look out for!

Went for Valentines dinner, ended up loving the place more than my boyfriend. The server was very kind, offered two complimentary miso soups for valentines, and upon hearing how much we loved the miso, he gave us two more for free on the way out. Wish we lived closer, very good bang for your buck. The takoyaki was the best I have ever had! New favorite sushi place for sure

A small place with big flavour and phenomenal service!! We drove here from Halton Region and it was worth the drive for sure! Good variety in specialty rolls as well as a quality. I would strongly recommend and I would drive back for this Highlights: Party Roll Tray B, Karaage & Tataki Attack (specialty tuna rolls).

Small space with huge personality! Great food, super fresh ingredients very kind and lovely waitstaff, overall really great experience. Sujin was our server and did a wonderful job managing people coming and going and was on top of everything going on along with some great customer service. The best sushi I ve had in the city.

Sushi was made with care and good service!

Ordered from here a few times on UberEats! They ve been offering promotional deals with these trays, a variety to choose from. I ve selected the 40pcs with the salmon sashimi substitution with the additional $5 charge. They were fresh and they also served 2 complimentary miso soups! Only downside is they offer the Chinese soya sauce packets, not kikkoman - not a big deal but I m just very picky doesn t stop me from re-ordering though

Kin Sushi is great. The staff are attentive, friendly, and kind. The shrimp tempura is crispy and fresh. The sushi tastes amazing and full of colourful flavours. You can tell the chef uses high quality ingredients. At the same time, the plating and presentation is pretty. Also, the best thing about this establishment is that it is tucked in the corner of the plaza, which gives it a small space, but it brings out an intimate and quaint atmosphere. I highly recommend!

Where do I start with this place, The Food - 10 out of 10!! Service - 10 out of 10!! The stuff were amazing. I been to way to many sushi restaurants and this place is amazing!! I could not be happier coming here to eat. I was shocked how good the sushi was! Everyone needs to come to this place and see it for yourself!

We had lunch there today. The service was excellent, and the food was great!

Came here 30 minutes before closing on a Sunday night and was blown away by both food and service. They welcomed us and reassured us there was no rush. So kind hospitable and attentive through the whole meal. Best sushi in Woodbridge/Vaughan hands down.

Best tempura Ive ever had, amazing veggie options, all fresh ingredients and amazing flavours. But the best part was the service, our server was soo kind and accommodating. Nice little restaurant in the plaza by a residential area. Tried their salmon sashimi bento and spicy chirashi Don. Miso soup was nice, not too salty, and had a decent miso flavour, unlike most places. The quality of sashimi tasted fresh and came in thick slices that were a great mouthful to eat. I think the bento is a bit pricey for the quantity of the food, but still very good food. Don came with plenty of spicey sauce that you can add to adjust to your liking. Sauce was very delicious and the amount of Don was good. Very filling.

Had my birthday dinner with my family here yesterday and the food was amazing. What was even better was the service. Our server (male- didn t get his name) went above and beyond to check on us and make sure it felt like a celebration.

My boyfriend and I have been here a few times and it has become a go-to spot for sushi! It s absolutely fantastic! The sushi is fresh and great quality, the staff is very sweet and friendly. Picked this spot as a random internet find based on the high reviews, and they delivered! Could have been the highest quality sushi I ve had in Toronto or the GTA first and foremost. It s a small spot with great atmosphere. The waitress was very friendly and service was perfect. The sushi was the stand out as it was super fresh and just money no better way to say it. Highly recommend this place, wish it was located closer to my home I d be ordering take out a lot

We ordered the party tray and their service was great, it took only 15 minutes or so to finish and they were very nice giving us some extras on the house. The only complaint is that the rolls were not rolled very well and some fell apart when trying to pick them up to eat. Overall, I would order from here again and recommend to others.
