The staff is also welcoming and let me practice my horrible spanish to order! The music is really the cherry on the top as it adds to the authenticity for me! This place is a true gem, it is authentic, the taste is delicious and great prices. We ordered 5 tacos, each one were different and delicious tastes. We also ordered a quesadilla and it was delicious. The service was amazing and the atmosphere is wonderful, very aesthetically pleasing. This will be my new go to place:)

From the second we sat down the waitress had an attitude. She was very pushy to order so we asked for more time. She messed up our order and when we told her she brought something we didn t order she got extremely rude and said fine then I ll take it off your order grabbed the plate and stormed off. Very childish. The Birria tacos were fantastic as were the chicken taquitos . The place is very tiny so consider going with 1 or 2 people max. Had higher hopes for this place but unfortunately the service provided overshadowed everything.

The restaurant was clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My kids love the masks on the wall. We got the quesadilla and taquitos for the kids. The green sauce on the taquitos was delicious. My husband and I split the nachos. Everything was delicious!

Been here multiple times and so far, it s some of the best tacos we ve had in the GTA. We try a new flavour each time and have never been disappointed by any that we ve had. The horchata is a must have with any order! All the food is freshly made and extremely flavourful. The staff are all so kind. Their hot sauces could do with more heat, but they have good flavour overall. 1000% recommend.

Great tacos and nachos! They had a promotion going on during Cinco de Mayo, so we were able to try quite a few different tacos for a nice price. My favourite tacos were the Poyito and the Brisket. We also ordered a Chilaquiles Eh, with alambre. The meat was packed with flavours! The place itself is pretty small and cozy. It could get crowded if there are lots of people waiting to order, but there are quite a few tables available. Will come again. Parking: Its located in a plaza with plenty of parking.

This restaurant is very small. It has about 4 tables. The food is good. I highly recommend the Gringa. I enjoyed the Al pastor taco.

However I feel the portion is very small, you do get 3 tacos but they re very small tortillas. I feel like the portion served is not justified for the price. That s the only problem I had, but don t get me wrong the taste was really good.

When you walk in the vibes are pure Mexican! The service is outstanding, all the waiters/waitresses were very friendly from the beginning and throughout the entire dining experience. Food was beyond expectation, I was looking for authentic Mexican tacos and this place did not disappoint! I got the al pastor quesadilla (delicious, perfect blend of meat and freshness) and my girlfriend got the birria tacos (delicious and meaty). We shared chips and guac, and again the guac was fresh! Everything made here is made with love and is very fresh/high quality! You can tell the workers have a genuine passion and happiness when they work there, I highly recommend this place! Hidden gem.

The customer service was really good! Everyone helped us with a smile. There were a lot of taco options on the menu which is always nice. We ended up doing the 5 taco deal for 29.99 and then the Quesabirria eh. All the tacos were quite delicious. We particularly enjoyed the Quesabirria eh (it was also very good as left overs warmed up). Its really hard to find good tacos so Im very happy to have found this place.

Maybe this is a one off order. The food was bland. I ordered a potato power and a chipotle chicken taco. Both were tiny little tacos. Chicken was ok but the pot potato was bland, no flavor. Not worth the price they selling. Also ordered veg nachos. I have had bettered nachos in any other regular restaurant. Not worth the money for me.

This is our go-to spot for tacos in the area. I m so glad they added Birria tacos to the menu. It was delicious and one of the best Birria tacos I ve ever had. We also got Carnita, fish, and Al Pastor tacos. Everything is so good and the staff are always friendly. We ll be back for tacos again soon.

Took my girlfriend here for her birthday dinner as she wanted tacos before I even got home I started suffering from severe stomach cramps which ended up turning into vomiting nd severe stomach pain all night long and iam currently still stuck in bed curled up in in excruciating stomach pains and puking :( food tasted really good but I don t think I ll be going back there again

Finally! A great authentic taco in the GTA. My family just moved back here from Kansas City and we ve been craving tacos. The prices are reasonable and portions are a good size, ate 5 tacos and left full! I ll be back WEEKLY.

The staff are so rude! This place is not clean, saw inside the kitchen absolutely disgusting. I was treated horribly twice! I wanted to give them another chance but never again. Over priced for average taste. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR $!!!

Tacos were authentic Mexican tacos. Very delicious and I love the fish taco!. There are so many options to choose from and they all look so good. Ordered a fish taco, beef, and pork potato. They were amazing. The nachos were tasty too. One of the best tacos places. Will definitely go again. Be aware the place is very small and no washroom for customers. Eating tacos can be messy so if they had at least a washing station for customers that would be perfect.

Went here based off of the Google reviews. The place is cute but certainly not worth the prices. For four people we spent over $100 on 3 tacos each, nachos, one order of quesadillas and horchatas. Everything was extremely disappointing and the hot sauce was some bland green sauce.

Had the 5 taco combo and beef brisket nachos! Tacos were delicious, the meat was perfectly seasoned and cooked, toppings were fresh and flavourful! Hope to return next time Im in the area!

BEST PLACE TO EAT TACOS EVER! I strongly recommend the pollito one! They are amazing!! Juicy and flavourful. Churros are fresh and very tasty! The horchata is so good we drank one each and ordered a third one! They guy that takes the order and the cook are both super nice and friendly! I ve been going here for years! I ve loved their tacos, chips, salsas/hot sauce, burritos and nachos ! They re one of the best places in Vaughan to get tacos - super authentic, flavourful and delicious. They have a pretty set menu which they ve clearly just perfected and refined to really hone on how special their food really is! If you re in or around the area you have to check this spot out.

I come here for lunch everyother friday, they have the best tacos i have ever had, The service is amazing foods ready in less then 5 min, very friendly.

As much as I love the food here, the small, $5 tacos are just pushing it. Yes the flavours are great and pretty authentic, but even buying their 5 for $25 taco option leaves you barely filled. I still recommend supporting this place occasionally; this is a good taqueria amongst a sea of Taco bells and burrito chains.

Have gone here a few times. Overall, food is pretty good with your traditional selection of chorizo, pastor etc. Definitely would recommend the nachos and churros. Service is excellent with very friendly staff. Note that seating is quite limited, so may not be the best with large groups.

Came here on the weekend for dinner - thought the tacos were average/mediocre. Nothing to rave about. Tacos were relatively smaller than we had anticipated, and at $16 for 3 tacos, we had expected a bit more. The brisket taco was noticeably soggy too. Nice to try, but unlikely to return.

My partner suggested this restaurant for dinner. It s tucked away like a hidden treasure. The tacos, quesadillas and churros were delicious! Vegetarian options: There are some delicious veggie tacos. We tried the mushroom and the potato. They were wonderful.

Best tacos that could rival even the ones in downtown

One of the best taquerias in the city. Flavours were on point! The Al Pastor and Fish were amazing, the brisket was good as well. Keep in mind the tacos are a bit on the smaller size and a tad bit pricey, but everything has gone up in price so understandable. Will definitely be coming back!

I ordered from Ay Carumba, Eh! many times. The food is delicious. My last order was placed through Uber Eats. It came in bad shape, and cold. After placing a phone call to the restaurant, the gentleman (don t want to mention his name) corrected the order immediately and send out a free replacement with extras. A great customer service experience from Ay Carumab, Eh! Will definitely order from there again. Thank you Ay Carumba, Eh!

I want to love this place but the food is mediocre and the worst part is they use takeout containers and plastic bags for everything, even if you re dining in. The amount of garbage they produce is very unnecessary (The taco toppings are provided in small ziplock bags)

We did take out for the first time. When it comes to tacos, I am someone who enjoys extra flavour, something with a kick and full of taste. The food was okay!

Food is great. But $6 a taco is steep. And the hours are super late for lunch and really short so time your visit accordingly Kid-friendliness: Chairs and large and easy to sit on. And won t knock Over. Just don t put them on the bar stools Wheelchair accessibility: Entry is ground height no steps.

Hidden gem, authentic flavour and amazing atmosphere.

Best I can say is not bad . I ve had everything from authentic tacos in Mexico to chain restaurant tacos, and this falls flat somewhere closer to the latter. While the atmosphere, service, presentation were pretty good, some key points were missing that would ve made the experience satisfactory. The biggest issue: food is cold. There are some other comments here sharing the same thing, but the chicken & onions used were extremely cold, and we did dine in too. Can t imagine those getting tacos for takeout. We enjoyed the tacos. Quite pricey, even compared to others in the area, but not uncommon nowadays. Definitely a $$ place. I d say it s worth trying, see if you like it. But avoid the chicken.

The food does not justify the high prices. First off, the taquitos are so tiny they were only slightly larger than 4 cigarettes. My husband and I ordered 5 tacos each and they came out 5 minutes later lukewarm and soggy. If youre going to charge $5.6 per taco then at least add an additional tortilla to prevent the entire thing from falling apart. They also put the tipping option before showing the total which was fine, but we ended up tipping 15% for non-existent service. The flavor of the food is not bad, but they need to step up their game to justify such high prices and most definitely increase their portion sizes, honestly the portion sizes are a joke. Would definitely not go back, almost $100 spent for a casual dinner.

We were looking for a new burrito spot in Vaughan and found AY Caramba, Eh! Small location that s a hidden gem! We were greeted by the friendly staff, who are from Mexico and serve authentic meals. We started with chips, home made guacamole and pico de gallo. Great appetizer before our Burritos were ready. The burrito is smaller than most of the franchise places however the taste is far superior! We will definitely be back to try more options from their menu. Expect to spend about $20 per person with a drink. Slightly more if you want to try their churros after your meal.

Great place with authentic food!

Food was good and portions were decent. We got the 5 mix and match tacos for $29.99. 3 are now $19.99 as of July 2023. Got the guac and chips...chips were good, guac needs some tomatoes and flavour in it. Overall though it was a good place. 5 tacos + guac/chips + jarritto drink + one bottle of water came to about $50.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this place. Such a tiny little space with so much to offer! The fish tacos are by far my favourite. The house made chips and salsa are absolutely TDF. Small space but delightful decor and seating. I found it by accident in a small business section just north of Rutherford. I went on my own out of curiosity and then just kept returning with different friends. The fare is a little expensive, but well worth it once you take a bite. Super cute and (I think) family run.

We went there today for the first time and had the 5 tacos including the Birria, the brisket and the pineapple beef. I had such high hopes for the Birria, but it lacked flavourful. The tacos were smaller than other restaurants. There wasnt any depth to the tacos except for the beef and pineapple taco. The churros were standard, but expensive for the amount. The restaurant was clean and the service was ok.

Ay Caramba had a clean and fun atmosphere with Latin music playing. The waiter was friendly, bilingual, and provided details about special menu deals. As a vegetarian, I tried a potato taco and a mushroom taco. The food wasn t spicy but they had sauces on the side for you to spice to your liking. Vegetarian options: The mushroom tacos were good but mine didn t have jalapeño peppers so not spicy at all.

This place is simply incredible. I get it for delivery quite often. Load up on whatever taco you like, its gonna be damn good. Taquitos you say? I feel they would fly under the radar here because the tacos are so good, but get them, cause they are unbelievable. You like Birria you say? Search no more. I was surprised the restaurant wasnt busier - it deserves more customers! While on the pricier side, with my nachos, 3 tacos and a soda totaling $51, the food quality makes up for it. The nachos were a standout - crispy chips layered with flavorful pico de gallo, spicy pickled jalapeños and chipotle sauce. I tried the brisket, birria and al pastor tacos. The incredibly tender brisket and the melt-in-your-mouth birria were my favorites, while the al pastors strong pineapple taste was less to my liking. The fresh garnishes rounded out the tacos nicely. Used to be my go to taco spot then they raised the price by $8 it used to cost $20 for 5 tacos now it s almost $30 I will not be coming back until the price is changed because as of now it seems to be a total rip off the owner also argued with me over the phone trying to explain that they raised the prices because of the cost of living, that s not how you keep customers especially ones that have given you plenty of business, save your money and don t go here unless your trying to spend $30 on 5 tiny tacos

One of my favourite taco places in Vaughan! The tacos are extremely flavourful and have such a unique flavour. The tacos are on the pricier side and the portion size is a bit small, but it s definitely worth it if you re looking for really good tacos. My personal favourites are Alambre, Chorizo, Fish, & Al Pastor Eh!

Stopped in because we wanted something new and to support a local business. We were not disappointed. Service with a smile, prompt manner in getting our order. Worth the price paid. Will definitely order there again. Small venue only accommodates few diners more for take out. Portion size was perfect with amazing flavor.

We were worried that they were a bit far from our event and while we did reach out to a few other places nearby for quotes, we ultimately went to him for his service, responses, fair pricing, and ease of delivery - the distance didn t matter, the different items were packaged great and lasted throughout the evening. Our guests loved the food, the tacos and churros were a hit. Thank you for everything, Carlos!

Ay caramba! Eh... I had no idea there was such a popular Mexican eatery in the outskirts of the GTA. More precisely, this authentic spot is located at the end of a plaza off the Hwy 400 so you have to look hard to find it. Called ahead for takeout and arrived to a long waiting line at the front cash. My food was nowhere near ready which was a bit disappointing. But received complementary chips & salsa, which was a nice touch from the friendly owner. My advice is to try the spicy salsa, it has a real kick from the jalapeños for the taste buds! And true to ad, the food here was infused with scents/flavors of Mexico making it worth the visit and wait. Ordered the aptly named 3 Amigos: fish haddock, carnitas and beef brisket tacos. Both carnitas (slow-cooked pork) & beef brisket were tender, moist and marinated deliciously. Fish was nicely battered and also topped with plenty of fresh garnishes like the others. Just a great triumvirate of tacos, albeit in small portions.

Stale chips and over $5 for each taco. Meh.

Nice little place. Taste was ok. Could be more flavourful. Chicken was little dry as there was not enough sauce. Potato tacos were good. Overall ok service.

Rude staff, the young lady at the counter, night shift has a bad attitude. Meh.

Great tacos. We enjoyed chips and guacamole it is outstanding. The fish tacos, al pastore eh and Campechano were our favorites. Make sure you try the sangria soft drink

What an amazing find this place is! The food is amazing. Fish tacos are must try. Also the lady at counter made sure we get a table in short amount of time.

Portions are small with high prices. I ordered 3 tacos for almost $20 including tax. Left unsatisfied and still hungry.

Cute little taco shop with authentic tacos. The prices were very reasonable as compared to other taco shops. Carnitas were outstanding, the horchata and agua de Jamaica had a hint of cinnamon which elevated their flavour even more. The house salsa was the most delicious sauce I have ever had even in Mexico. They have a bathroom but it is located at the back of the kitchen, a-bit narrow to get to. I recommend them!

The food is so tasty and fresh! We had tacos and a burrito, and honestly they were the best weve had in the city in a long time. And the woman at the counter was so incredibly lovely!! We will definitely be back when were in the area.

Had Ay Caramba, Eh! Cater a birthday party for 50. Excellent service in every manner, on time, served hot and brought right to us without hassle. Food was even better. Every guest commented on how great the food was. Highly recommended. Thanks Carlos.

Yummy and easy Mexican food in my opinion! Chips and guac is a must when you go! Everything is absolutely fresh and the staff is very friendly! They remember you! Very cute location as well! You wont be disappointed. I highly recommend the fish tacos and chicken quesadillas!

Ay Caramba Eh has become a go to spot for our family. We love the fish tacos here, the chorizo potatoe, al pastor and their nachos with brisket. Great service everytime we dine in, friendly and quick! Highly recommend checking out.

Delicious authentic Mexican food! We got 3 tacos each - Chorizo, Fish, Carnita & Carnita, Brisket & Fish. My favs were the carnita and fish. Hubby really loved the chorizo. We will definitely be back to try more!! Tacos are one of my fav foods so I m happy to have found this place! Nice atmosphere as well

Very cute little shop! More of a take out location as they only have 3 small tables for 4 people. These are smaller tacos (about 2-3 bites), but if you prefer variety this is the place. I love being able to choose 5 different tacos. We tried almost every taco on the menu (minus the mushroom one). Mostly everything was great! The only not as flavourful ones were the potato power and chori-potato. Otherwise it was a nice stop for a quick dinner bite. Be aware they are busy for take out and wait times can be longer.

This is the best taco spot I have ever been to. I miss going to taco places but don t have any near me. This place is fairly close so I decided to give it a shot. I ended up eating 8 tacos and will go for 10 next time. The jalapeño dip was to die for. Thank you for the amazing food and hospitality:)
