At Paramount we love to share the best of Middle Eastern culture, design, and cuisine with open arms. I recently dined at Paramount Fine Foods, and I have to say, it was a fantastic experience! I tried the chicken sandwich, and it was absolutely delicious. The flavors were spot on, and the ingredients tasted fresh. The atmosphere of the restaurant was inviting, and the staff was friendly and attentive. I highly recommend checking out Paramount Fine Foods if you're in the mood for a tasty meal!
Our server was a pointing person, she pointed at me to give her my order and then pointed at my son for his order 🤦🏾♂️ The food was good except my fries were burnt and yet she served them to me and the vegetables were looking old. As a server I would asked the chef for another order of fries. The atmosphere was great, quiet, clean and comfortable temperature.
Good food Fair service Fine ambience Is what sums up this place. Entry is very tough to find, so good luck finding your way through the building's parking lot. Must try the Khubus and hummus. Avoid kebabs as they are too commercial and don't taste like real fresh. Beverages are not that great so settle for water. Falafels are not my favorite here as they lack the moisture and flavor. Service is too casual and don't expect to be heard often. Overall 5/10 for value for money
Good Halal place! It’s got different locations around Toronto so easy to access What we ordered. Mezze platter. Hummus, mohammarah , taboleh. 8/10. Loved the fresh bread that it came with. That gets a 10/10 Bbq platter. 8/10. The beef and chicken boti were delicious! The shredded meat was a little dry. The fries and rice as sides were very tasty! Perfect with the platter! 10/10 Flat bread pizza was piping hot but couldve had a but more cheese and pepperoni 9/10 Tried the raspberry drink which was refreshing and delicious! Tried the kunnafeh which could be better. 6/10 The staff was amazing! Handled by ladies and everything was fresh, timely with the servers being helpful in letting us know how much to order! Food platters good enough to enjoy for 6-7 people!
The one made with beef shawarma was ok but the chicken was tasteless. The kebab with minced meat was below average. Rice was not good. Staff were polite and friendly but service was not good, we had to leave our table multiple times to have them bring napkins or extra plate or a glass of water. The atmosphere was not bad.
Over-priced food that just looks good. You're paying for the ambience. The wrap barely had any filling. The manakesh was dry. The falafels were good but does not justify its $12 price tag. First time trying Paramount and won't go back. I'd rather go to authentic Middle Eastern restaurants in Scarborough. Their service and ambiance may be poor but their food is spot on. PS Don't order their baklava. They're tiny cubes. Absolute rip-off.
Outstanding food and service! The manager Jad and his entire staff were so attentive and the food was excellent. Been to a few other Paramount locations, but none of those other places had the food as fresh and flavourful as this location. We ordered two platters - the full chicken and the half Shawarma platter. The chicken was well seasoned and the pitas were super fresh. The baklava was excellent as well. Definitely recommend this place!! Don’t forget to follow me!
Came here on the 14th. Loved it so much that I promised Mr. Hussain the owner that I will be back before I head back to the US. A place worth eating it. Thinking of coming back for a third time. Neat. Clean. Courteous staff. Quick service. I wish I could give u 10 stars. Make sure you order an appetizer, an entree (Platter) and then dessert too. I am full but still salivating at the thought. Thank you guys for being this one place here in Toronto which is just perfect. Perfect location Guaranteed.
It is one of our favourite places to get high-quality halaal food. Meat is always delicious, juicy, and tender compared to other halaal places.
Starting from the washrooms they were so filthy that only washing hands was a challenge and God the biting flies . Please improve on cleanliness
I was introduced to kunafa. I thought that I was just eating a chocolate bar but this was more. I enjoyed every piece. I was told to share but next time.
Great experience. The food was delicious, full of flavors, and the service was excellent. Highly recommend for anyone craving quality Middle Eastern cuisine! Parking: Free 3hr parking in rear of building with direct access to resturant.
Amazing veggie platter
Loved this place. Their food and service was nice!
Authentic Lebanese/ middle eastern food. Only one item that they need to improve in their menu kis Kunafe. If they are able to add Mandi and Madfoon in their menu then that would be amazing.
Food was great. Host were nice but I guess they did not like it when we asked for extra pita breads. Over all decent experience
Great food, inside a mall so parking is a problem and navigating to the place using map is a problem especially if you are driving. Baklava was not fresh
Very authentic and tasty shawarma. They make their own pita bread and its phenomenal. Highly recommended.
Food was fresh and delicious, good portions.
Great location. Vegetarian options: Lots of dips and falafal. Foutosh salad. Eggplant dish Food : 5/5 |
I m concerned with cross contamination. While dining in, we observed a cook use the same gloves to pick up few fresh ingredients for people foods, open doors, touch his face/glasses and did not change them until we asked the server to let him know. When he put the new gloves, the same thing happened. Due to allergies/cross contamination that is not safe.
The quality and taste of the food were terrible. I bought $30 worth of food and ended up throwing it in the trash.
Food is good. The lady who takes order is very rude and arrogant. Might not go to the restaurant because of staff!
good and delicouse
I recently had the shawarma sandwich at Paramount Fine Foods, and it was amazing! Chef Ganesh Sharma really nailed it the meat was juicy and flavorful, and the fresh toppings made it even better. The warm pita held everything together perfectly, and the garlic sauce added just the right kick. Each bite was a delightful explosion of flavors! If youre a shawarma fan, this is definitely a must-try! Cant wait to go back for more!
We visited here on Friday evening, our waitress was very condescending and rude, I couldnt help but address this as we were simply asking questions. One of the meals had a hair in it, they opted to offer us more beef rather than take the meal off the bill which was very odd, also not apologetic at all. With so many great shawarma places in the GTA, we will not visit here again.
Just disappointing. Dry and overcooked.
Service was really no great. I would appreciate better handling from the staff and more understanding. Also the food was really underwhelming.
The shawarma was unfortunately very dry and lacked flavor. The portions were also quite small.
This is most unpleased place will never spend a dime
The food and service are terrible
Best place for your family and friends
Real authentic indigenous hummus!
The best in the city
The food and service are always amazing. One of my favourite restaurants.
Food is flavourful and quantity is sufficient for the price - staff is accommodating if you have kids.
I loved the chicken shawarma wrap here. The quantity is fine. Also, I tried hummus with pita bread which was made delicious by the bakery girl harpreet.
Thank you Jud for your help and rectifying the situation we faced last week. It s highly appreciated. This restaurant went way backward in quality of food and service after Jud the restaurant manager left. The quantity in the shawarma sandwich went to half and most of the food quantity. Sorry let you know I m going to go your restaurant anymore. It s a waste of money and I m not enjoying the poor quality of your food.
I went there last week we ordered the kababs plater for four to five people. I was amazed to see the pita bread they served as I remembered the last time I had paramount in Niagara and they were charging for it The good was great thought. Food
Very rude over the phone, I didnt even end up ordering. I asked for her name she murmured sherryline
Worst staff I ve seen in years. Extremely rude . Refused to let us dine in at 9.30 when the restaurant closes at 10. Avoid this location.
Nice place for Middle Eastern cuisine. Platters and wraps are delicious. Bread is also very good.
Very kind and helpful manager who put together a menu to accommodate my guests including vegan options, with attention to detail, every step of the way. The service was timely and efficient, and food was delicious and enjoyed by all. Dietary restrictions: Advised against rice dish for vegans as it has butter but instead recommended mujadara (rice with lentils) prepared with olive oil which my guest loved.
We were a large group, who they willingly accommodated. No mistakes. Everyone got what they ordered. The food was delicious. Will definitely go back again. Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetarian options Parking: Parking is free for certain hours
Ordered uber eats pickup and I asked for special topping on my falafel, also the falafel was Not fresh. They like to demand you to sit down when you arrive and then they gave me the wrong order. For what reason, they want me to sit. Manager is rude and called me a liar after I called them to tell them the order was wrong. Stay far away from this restaurant
Great quality food and fast. Packed well. A bit challenging to find if driving to pick up (had to park in a commercial parking lot and walk a bit). Obsessed with Manakeesh and Fattoush salad.
Healthy and equally priced alternative to traditional fast food. Great service. Cant beat the $8 shawarma wrap deal.
The attentive and knowledgeable staff at Paramount truly enhance the dining experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and prompt service. Our server was happy to offer recommendations and answer any questions we had about the menu, ensuring that each dish was tailored to our preferences.
This is a great place with very nice service and delicious food. I go here every time I am in this area. Try the lentil soup - its delicious and a good start for your meal! The meat dishes are amazing as well. They also bake their own pitas in a stone oven. Paramount is one of the few restaurant chains I know that never feel like a chain and have the unique feel and personality in each location. Highly recommend!
Amazing food and service ! The fresh pita was a nice bonus. Great portion sizes too. Food
Horrible food. I been to other locations and they were decent. Not only did the food seem old, the beef I ordered looked it was chewed up and spit out. I ordered it to go so I didnt see it until I got home and started eating. The only good thing I ate was the pita bread
Table service sadly wad poor
There is not doubt that chain offers really good quality and flavourful food. But thats not the only thing we go out to dine in. Good service plays a very important role. This was my second time visiting this place and I want to mention that the cashier/server (Pilipino lady) is very rude and throws bad attitude towards people. I had bad experience last time but i thought it might be a bad day for her but turns out it s just the way she is. Super unpleasant, not welcoming and very bad attitude. Also impolite i wasn t even comfortable giving the order to her as she Doesn t acknowledge anything. Always gave side eye when crossing us. Upon asking some extra pickles on the side she made a bad face like we asked her for loan. Never ever returning to this location because of this lady. Sorry to say but i love appreciating people and their service this one time i had to stop myself from not ignoring this and positing.
The service was impeccable, and the cuisine was exquisite, offering a variety of Middle Eastern foods. A must try for anyone looking for middle eastern food.
We ordered delivery through UberEats. Sadly, they sent us an entirely incorrect order. We wanted to make it right, but no one answered multiple calls to their restaurant. They don t have an actual voicemail message either. What a disappointing dinner experience .
Price of the mixed grill plate is very high.
Delicious food with nice ambience. Tried different varieties of middle eastern cuisines.
Paramount restaurant offer an exceptional dining experience that seamlessly blends flavorful cuisine with optimistic service. With an inviting atmosphere and a diverse menu that caters to every palate, its worth every moment to try out if you haven t had it before. We had the Mixed Grill skewers which is a recommended dish with different flavors. I would definitely go again to try out more!
Delicious food always and good service, We had a lovely family lunch.
This spot had amazing fresh food and the hostess was amazing and very sweet. We had an amazing time and the decor was beautiful. We will be returning back.
Vegetarian options: Veggie Lover is a must have
Really enjoyed it, service was good as well as the food. See you again.
Food quality and quantity was quite good and delicious, worth of money.
Ordered chicken shawarma plate, the chicken was horrible, dry and very chewy there was a lot of chicken cartlidge pieces. First time trying and was very disappointed , the only thing i enjoyed was the rice .
Quality of food is up to standards. Impressed with their customer service and professionalism. Overall review is Outstanding!
I would love to rate 5 stars . The Food and the service is good, is one of our favorite places to eat and to take out, BUT recently the Olive Oil is not that good anymore, before was 100% Olive Tasty Oil but recently is probably being mixed up with another oil and is not the same. I understand olive oil recently went up prices so at least give an option to your costumers to have a 100% olive oil again for some add at the food price or a sample paid separate.
While the food was great, the service left much to be desired. Unfortunately, my apple cider order arrived as we were leaving, and the waitress seemed unhelpful. Hoping for a more positive experience on my next visit.
Always wonderful fresh food! Vegetarian options: Hummus, falafel etc Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options such as beef, chicken, falafel with rice or fries and salad.
We ordered 40 chicken shwarma and 20 falafel wraps. Excellent food quality and good customer service. We will definitely get again. Manager Jad gets all the appropriations.
we went to the mississauga Branch. the shawarma was amazing.. if visiting with kids, you can try the chicken pizza... brilliant service by Abbas & Mae.. a must visit place if you like Lebanese food.
Went for lunch and was disappointed. Shawarma wrap was very small. Much better options around. Didnt think the service was great.
Tasty food. Would return again, and the server was pleasant.
Went here with my work team of 13 people. Great food and service
I ve tried their beef wrap and it was amazing! Also their Baklava tastes so exceptional and tasty. Highly recommended.
Service was exceptional! I believe her name was Pooja! Her service was exceptional! The Lamb chops were a close second!
Got the chicken shawarma w/rice, spinach fatayer. Service was fast, food was fresh, chicken was juicy. Fresh oven baked bread came out first, followed by the food. Pro tip: Theres never enough, hummus/tahini/garlic sauce for the food, so make sure to order on the side. For a nice change, didnt have to go and order, it was full table service. Vegetarian options: Plenty. Parking: Free 3 hour parking in the garage
Worst location. Dry meat, no flavour
A Must try. Authentic middle eastern cuisine.
Service needs work. Not very attentive. The food is good though. Food : 5/5
Came in with the family and had very high expectations, the food we ordered was much smaller in portion than it looks in the menu. We order a mango drink at $8.99 a glass and been told its made with fresh mango but once we receive it was nothing but a mango juice. When we told the waiter that our mango is definitely not fresh she inform us that this is how they get it.( if its delivered to them how can it be fresh?) Very disappointed and definitely not worth the prices.
Wow! This was truly a treat. The food was so trasty, prices great, staff very friendly and accomodating ( we came in with 11 people). I did not know the dishes, so I ordered what was recommended. His Is a cafe-style eating experience, but they did serve us at the table. I wish I had one closer to home. Vegetarian options: I am not a vegetarian, but I could not resist the vegegetain plate, stuffed full on the tastiest sides, pita, falafel and others. I didnt know what I was ordering, but was not diappointed. Parking: Easy, free, garage parking. No walking through snow.
Delicious food amazing service
Great place, fresh food and amazing service by waiting staff.
Impossible to find. Google maps does not help.
This is one of my all-time favorite restaurant chains ever. The food never disappoints! However, at the risk of sounding like a Karen, the middle-aged Asian woman who served my friend and I must have had a bad day because it showed in the way she served us the entire time we were there. That is all.
Worst experience.the wrap was filled with only turnips and pickels. Only thing that you could taste was salt. My $13 dollars went in the vein.
We like this place, but of a dinner vibe but wonderful hummus and pita.
Decided to get takeout from this location. Unfortunately they did not meet the expectations set by other locations. Charged $30 for this plate and gave it half full. Strongly advise to steer clear from this location.
Great food..Tasty. Clean place. bit expensive
First time ordering at this location.i ordered chicken shawarma saj sandwich. The chicken was very dry and did not taste like it was marinated. The sandwich was very soggy. Fries were also dry. Wont be going to this location again.
Food was delicious and fast. The falafel salad and hummus were absolutely amazing. Service was great. They have parking
delicious and great service.
Good food. Service was a bit slow as there was only one wait staff
The only restaurant we know that has good food and playground for the kids.
The owner needs to hire more staff. Almost all the employees were overworked.
Food here is excellent. It s fresh and very tasty. Vegetarian options: Yes. Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options. Parking: Has underground parking. Kid-friendliness: Yes.
Delicious food and fair price!
Great food so good and leftovers were even better the next day definitely going back ASAP.
The food was great and the staff was very friendly.
Paramount Middle Eastern Kitchen is your ticket to the Mediterranean! Located right in the heart of Woodbridge l, Paramount Middle Eastern Kitchen brings you a Mediterranean affair of all of the fixings. The menu has variety as you are able to choose Mediterranean classics and everything is cooked to perfection. My go to is the Chicken or Beef Shawarma that fills up my stomach quickly and I always like it spicy. Paramount Middle Eastern Kitchen offers a lot of other dishes such as their world famous Hummus and Pita, Lentil Soup, and Moutabbal. The staff at Paramount Middle Eastern Kitchen are very forward and provide offerings for you and provide for you the information needed to choose the right meal for you.
If I could give a zero star, I would! I waited with a group for my order for 1hr & 48 minutes & I eventually had to cancel my order. They really don t know how to run a business. They are so confused with everything. Will never come back!
Lettuce included in the shish tawookk wrap ended up very soggy - this even when we were eating in. Had to request water glasses be filled and no plates or cutlery were offered. Beef shawarma was very chewy and dry - this dining experience was disappointing.
Dry falafel, disappointed not hot or warm
I ordered BBQ beef and lamb chops, which were delicious, soft and juicy. Naan is also very soft, which is my favorite kind. I dont like rice, so I switched to French fries. Even French fries are delicious.
Great place to have authentic taste of Middle East. Friendly staff and quick service. I ordered the veggie platter and it was enough for two people.
Amazing service from Miranda!
This is one of the best middle Eastern restaurant in GTA. Very good customer service, delicious foods and nice atmosphere. Highly recommended. Food : 5/5
Really delicious halal food.
Excellent food. Everything was seasoned perfectly and the portions are very generous.
The best place
It s not their fault that Google maps will not route you to the correct location, but if you re looking for a quick spot to take out. This isn t it. It s gonna be 15 minutes to find it, another 10 minutes to find parking, and then, if you re looking for a Shawarma wrap to go, this is a super fancy location. It is not what you re looking for. So if you re having a half hour lunch, you re gonna be hungry and you re not gonna eat. Mind you it was very clean and staff were super friendly and the food on the menu did look tasty and that everything would be freshly made. They do offer takeout, but you have to have time to wait for it or order ahead. on a side note: GOOGLE: FIX THIS ROUTING ISSUE SO PEOPLE CAN DINE IN AND ENJOY.
Store was busy we understand but food was not good at all. Pita bread came first after 10 min all food came by the time pita bread was cold. We told the lady hummus was not good as we ordered 3 dishes plate where hummus, baba ghanush and one more dish we ordered with cucumber dip, we told lady that hummus was not good she changed it with telling rest touched it. Shwarama plate we ordered with rice. Rice was sticy and all food was dry. We go to paramount for their excellent food but everything was worst. service was good but when customer tell their food was bad atleast they should change or atleast should be apologetic but nothing was there. If this is way they treat their old loyal customers then we should never come to their place.
Good food, and great service
I had dinner in this restaurant before and i didnt like it, but i was like lets give it another chance, so we were there couple of nights ago, the server was not patient, polite and helpful at all. The worst part was that our dishes came separately in different times while we were a family...
Food is always delicious and I enjoy coming to the GTA to hit up one of the paramounts in the area I am in! This location is new and was so nice and spacious. There is no kids play structure at this location. It is a little hidden but worth a look for sure! Parking: Parking is underground but is free Kid-friendliness: No play structure but still suitable for families
I love their sandwiches. They put just the right ingredients to make the sandwich taste so delicious without losing its identity. Fortunately, they dont dump in all condiments in every sandwich.
It was a very good experience. The food was yummy and great service and staff.
Cook s unfortunately don t understand efficiency in the kitchen, so our food took much longer to make. Please, prep the skewers first and then start making the shawarma so it s cooked by the time you re done making the wrap. But at least you guys are nice :/
Parking: Free for first 3 hours Recommended dishes
This would be a 5 star review had I not seen the bathrooms. There were a bunch of flies fluttering about. Regardless, it was a good meal at a nice table with good service. Vegetarian options: Plenty of vegetarian options
I love the lentil.
7777 Weston road Paramount location is the best one Ive gone to by far. Starting with the excellent servers there that welcome you with a smile along with providing the correct food order in a timely manner. Food tastes great and good quantity for what you pay for. Food
Fantastic evening at Paramount Middle Eastern Kitchen! Beautiful restaurant, clean and fresh and the services was incredible. Every dish was better than the next from the falafels to the beet salad, fried cauliflower and the dips and homemade stone oven pita. The large grill platter was more than enough for 5 of us to enjoy. I d definitely recommend visiting this restaurant for a weeknight meal or a group night out.
Out of the three paramount locations I have been to (Yorkdale and eaton) this one consistently leaves me feeling disappointed. Yesterday being the most disappointing of all. We dined in, didn t receive any pita which was very unusual, had to ask for it partially through our meal and then had to ask again for garlic (not sure who usually requests plain pita at Paramount). Asked the server if my kafta was undercooked; genuinely wanted some insight as it was pink, she just took it and got them to remake it. Never got extra napkins, never got refill of water. The cherry on the cake was seeing, who I presume to be a manager, smell checking a tub of garlic sauce to ensure it wasn t spoiled and getting other employees to sniff it. Not what you want to see when you re almost done your meal!
Love their food, always fresh and tasty. We get the combo mixed platter most of the time and its always delicious. If you are craving lebanese grilled meats, hummus, fattouch, rice, shawarma....thats definitely the right place to go. Staff are friendly too. Their chef is really good at what he does. Highly recommend. Thats the best branch in York region.
Awsome Authentic Middle East restaurant .. we loved taste, friendly staff We went their 3-4 times in one month Food
We used to go there very often and enjoy it but their service/staff/food are no longer the same. Unfortunately, we went Monday, September 4 in the evening but didn t enjoy it- washrooms weren t clean, seats were dirty! Cheese manakeesh ( cheese wasn t melted yet! ) we will go further down to another location from now on.
I ordered a shawarma plate and salad from here and really loved it! Its so fresh, the flavours are just top notch, and what i REALLY LOVED is how clean this place is, the packaging of the food is done right so the food stays hot and the fries DONT get soggy! I give this 5 stars and the best shawarma in canada thank u for having such good food that reminded me of back home! Update: ordered again the same plate i cant believe how consistent this place is i absolutely love this restaurant and their food!!!
Quality food and great ambiance
It s good
Quantity with quality Punjabi food.
They have the best shawarma ever so good customer service, so clean restaurant, food .
Big THANK YOU to Jad Charbel manager of Paramount restaurant. I had the privilege of experiencing Paramount restaurants catering at the recent CAA IT event, and I am pleased to provide my commendation. The culinary offerings were exceptional, featuring a diverse array of dishes that delighted all attendees. The professionalism exhibited by the catering staff, as well as their attention to detail, ensured a seamless and enjoyable dining experience. Paramounts commitment to sustainability was also noteworthy and aligned with our events values. In summary, Paramounts catering significantly enhanced our event, and I would highly recommend their services for any future occasions. Sincerely, Maya
Always great
I ordered a mixed bbq platter which cost $140, serving 4-6 people. The meat, which consisted of chicken and beef was all over cooked and dry. The hummus, pita (filler food) quantity was generous but the meat portions were small. The food quality was very disappointing. I will not be ordering from here again.
Tried once and not sure if Ill go again. Osmos across the street does it way better. Staff is amazing thou.
Good food. I prefer the restaurants that have the ambiance of Middle Eastern. Parking: Parking not available underground so we had to park in mall beside building. Food : 4/5 |
My go to meal here is the chicken sharwama!! It s pretty good for a quick snack as well and recently I tried the Mockrail which was a bit too sweet for me but overall good experience.
Paramount Management, I hope this message finds you well. I have been contemplating writing a review for Paramount for some time now and I believe it is time to express my thoughts. As an individual of Lebanese background, I must say that Paramount is one of the closest Middle Eastern Lebanese restaurants one can find. However, it is important to note that not everything is on par with the quality I would expect back in Lebanon. My main concern revolves around the exorbitant prices charged for the food and beverages. To provide some context, a meal consisting of two sandwiches, a cocktail drink, and one Zaatar Manish amounted to approximately $90 Canadian. ( 1 manoushie for 6 dollars cmon.. ) In comparison, the same order back in Lebanon would cost no more than $12. Additionally, a Shawarma dish with fries priced at $17to $25 seems unjustifiable when the portion lacks an adequate amount of meat, containing at best 3 ounces of chicken or two. I am disappointed with the perceived lack of quality and value for money in the food offered at Paramount. I believe it is necessary for the management to reassess the menu and make necessary adjustments to the pricing structure. By doing so, it will not only attract more satisfied customers but also ensure a more equitable dining experience. Paramount has the potential to be an outstanding establishment, and I trust that you will strive for excellence in all aspects of your business.
It s new store looks bright and shiny. Loved the décor. The food was good and the service was quick. 3 stars coz I had food flies flying over my food.
Huge appreciation for dedicating a space for prayers. Prayer mats badly needs a wash though.
Its is a Saturday night and we just came back from this place. Waitress was either busy or inexperienced. People ordered after us got their food well prior to us getting ours. Our appetizers were seating on the rack ready to be served for at least 20 minutes until I actually pointed at them to be brought over. Falafel came without the sauce, had to ask for it repeatedly, but doubt the correct one was brought to the table. Mix grill - beef was dry and hard to cut/chew. Repeatedly had to ask for bread. Fresh homemade bread straight from the oven comes out of the plastic bag. Can someone explain it to me? Chicken dishes were good. The additonal order of main, was yet again on the rack for 15 minutes. I actually timed it. Again - no bread came with it until we asked. Twice. Still never got it. Overall - some food is good (not amazing), some very dry. Service - non existent. For this price, go somewhere else. The same restaurant across from Eaton center was always good to us, unlike this location. Hire more staff!!! However, all the staff is pleasant, just not very effective. And after all they still have the audacity to suggest 20% tip!!! It was hard to decide on giving the 2 or 3 stars, but based on the price, service, and past experience from a different location decided on 2 stars. If the service was better, rating would be higher. Yet beef was really dry, prices are fairly high comparing to other places.
Ate the kunafa from here today. Tastes really good but the portion size was extremely disappointing. I ve had good kunafa for a better price at other restaurants.
The place looks new but is quite run down. The floor was sticky with grease. In the bathroom, the water tap, which in theory works with a motion detector, does not work properly, and I have had to juggle washing my hands. And above all and the most important thing is that you cant breathe. Surely the extraction doesn t work well or they do not clean it, but the place is full of smoke and my clothes still smell fried after days. The food itself, what can I say: average. I dont know what country the shawarma is from but to say that it was delicious would be a lie, I mean its to try one day and never come back again.
Lots of great quality food, nice taste, great flavor. Service was ok but needs to improve. Great quality and nice place. High prices but the place is above average. Food : 5/5 |
