Had a large family gathering for thanks giving and they did a great job accommodating us. Food took a while because we had a very large party but when it came out it was delicious.

Had to wait 30 minutes for a pitcher of water (no glasses), then 50 minutes after arriving and still no drinks, and no food order taken yet we ended up canceling and leaving. Awful not to the standard of Boston Pizza or any establishment calling themselves a restaurant.

Menu options are slightly limited, service was rather slow and overall cleanliness werent great. Leftovers left on tables for more than an hour

I stayed at the Four Points Hotel and went to the Boston pizza restaurant in the hotel every night. Adarsh was an amazing and attentive waiter who made sure I was taken care of every time.

Had a great experience with the service from Aira and Anjana both were very attentive and friendly. However, the food took a while to arrive, and it seemed like the restaurant was a bit understaffed. Overall, I appreciate their efforts and hope the timing improves!

Perfect spot for on The Go trip. Went at this restaurant as part of a Canada s wonderland trip. Not much costumer The 2 nights I was there

Great atmosphere, very clean restaurant and great food. Staff where very friendly. The Bartender Nazir was very knowledgeable and was attentive to service. Diffidently recommend and will be back!

This outlet of Boston Pizza deserves a mention. I visited on a busy Saturday night but these guys are so smooth in their operations the restaurant looked awesome even with so many guests and no one seemed to have a complaint. Markiesh served me my delicious chicken tenders and she was such a nice person to talk to with a beautiful smile on her face always. Highly recommend Boston Pizza, Steeles Avenue West!

The place looks very vintage and overall has a nice aura. The server Aira was really kind and her service was great! Special mention to the people working in the kitchen too! The food was really good (I love the pizza :>)

We arrived right around opening time with a party of nine on Saturday. We were the only table in the building. Our server came and took our drink and food order and seemed very confused or non understanding what we wanted ( a rose sangria, 4 apple juices, a single rye and coke and a double rye and coke and waters for the table) half of our party received their drinks one at a time. A log while later she came back and said the bar didn t have what we wanted ( the rye) I said there is no way you don t have rye. I walked her over to the bar and literally pointed to her three different types of rye that were sitting on their shelf.we started receiving our food before we even had all our parties beverages. Our food literally came out one at a time as well taking over 30 minutes before our entire table finally all had their food. When my husband and I finally received our mediterranean pizza I took two bites out of my slice and then pulled out a hard plastic piece from my mouth. At that point we were just done. We asked for our bills immediately. Our bills came incorrectly I was charged $15.00 for a single scotch and then a double scotch which we never ordered. I ask her what it was and she said well it s the same price at the rye we ordered. I proceeded to tell her that a rail rye is not $15.00. She then told me that today was only her second day on the job( working with a bartender who had no idea how to do her job either) and no manager to be seen. I had to help the waitress figure out the computer system to correct our bills. Not only that but she messed up our other parties bill. Needless to say you should never have two staff members working alone who do not know the systems or how to waitress/bartend properly. This was such a poor experience and we will never be back.

An awesome mix of relaxed ambience, delicious food and tasteful decor. Markiesh was our waitress. She was warm, very friendly, and helpful. Watching golf on the big screen while having my Guiness and Power Bowl was a big treat!

We had really amazing experiences.

Food is okay, menu very limited, service is horrible. Had to wait for more than 20 minutes before someone came to take the order, not even like servers were busy catering other guests rather they were just talking amongst themselves. Even the manager was present but wasnt of any help. No idea how this place is still up and running

It s a newly opened Boston Pizza location on Steels Avenue, Vaughn. Nice vibes, good food and great service. Go with your friends, family or colleagues, you will have a great time there.

I ve been coming here since the start of the year when they opened for like after work drinks or dinner and I must say. The staff here are just amazing and welcoming and take care of you and every customer present. I m just amazed at the the team work and flow they have. The manager Adarsh always greets me , my friends and everyone I see walk in, helps with his team mates on busy day and night (right now it s 12:50 and there s a kids hockey team here with the family) and it s just amazing how he is leading, as well as his staff of Simar (amazing server and bartender) and Mello who is dealing with the large crowd. Both shifts of team members just amazing I wish I knew everyone name to give them their credit but check them out yourselves this location specifically! (Okay I m not going to lie it s hard to see from the main road of steeles but it s there and it s a great location to check out!) Kid-friendliness: The team right is dealing with a walk in or kids hockey team and it looks like it s going great!

We just ate here about an hour or so ago. I would not eat here again. Below will give a brief explanation why: PRO - Food wasn t terrible once received - Easily accessible from Hotel CON - Waiting almost 20 minutes from ordering drinks to have our orders for food taken. We were one of two tables in the entire place. Horribly service. - Menu was pretty small considering the Boston Pizza franchise - No discount given for poor service and delay, not super pleased about that

Excellent location. Very clean - beautiful design and professional service. Much needed in this area. 100% recommended to all nearby businesses for any Corporate Events, or to grab a drink on a Friday night. Perfect spot for the whole family and great food options for the kids as well. Also attached to a newly renovated Hotel.

Completely dead location with slow service. Mostly punjabi employees and customers. Food was not prepared like the other boston pizzas. Will not be back.

Service bad Food was cold and i find hair in my food

Very nice staff, spoke with them about purchasing only grilled chicken breasts, management agreed to cook and sell only a chicken breast for $8 each. I ordered 3 chicken breast, gave a $3 tip (it was take out) for a total of just over $30 and please look at pic. I m not writing h this review to get anything back, only to let consumers know what we are now getting for $30 worth of cooked chicken breast. I did bring the box back, thinking it was a mistake but was told that it was in fact 3 chicken breasts cut up.
