The person taking orders seemed confused and she didn t bother to inform us a few things and in between our conversation she stepped into kitchen. Very poor communication. We were hoping at least the pizza will be good, but we were completely dissatisfied. When ordering we mentioned we want a medium pizza and got small instead.she didn t mention anything while taking the order that gluten free crust only has small size. It costed $24.11 for a very small pizza. The toppings were raw. We told garlic sauce as a topping she charged us but I didn t feel a hint of sauce while eating. Never going back to this place. Very poor service overall.

I visited this place staff have some kind of attitude problem. Washroom was out of service. Paneer quantity on pizza was the least they can put. Parking: Only good thing their is parking.

Ordered online for delivery for 5PM, didnt receive the pizza until after 6:30PM. Had to call multiple times, worst customer service Ive experienced in a long time.

We went there last Saturday night after checking the business hours. We placed an order inside the store by 10:55 pm. The lady who was working there at night took the order first, took the payment and then she said after 2-3 mins that dine-in is closed so we need to do takeout only. So my only concern is if the restaurant is open till 12 then how you can say no by 11 for dine-in. And if it would then please inform prior to the payment so maybe we would have gone for another location. I didnt expect this kind of business ethics from the store. Literally how 5 people can stand outside at 11:30 and have pizza in the cold.

They are closing dine-in one prior to the closing time. So please ask about dine-in time and then place the order. The lady working there took the order first we did the payment and told us to do take out cause dine in was closed by 11 pm while store was closing at 12. Very unprofessional and lack of clear communication.

Previous day I have visited Red Swan Pizza and it is the best pizza, I ever had in terms of taste and a person named Anmol was serving me in the evening. She greeted us with a lovely smile & customized our pizza so well. Thank you Anmol. Personal suggestion, go and visit this place,youll never regret. Really good halal tandoori chicken pizza

The Red Swan pizzas are so delicious! Ive tried almost all of the toppings and they are always great but my favs have to be cajun chicken and tandoori chicken. The cheese and crust are always fresh and delicious. Overall, its simply great food for value.

I ordered a large number of pizzas for my company event. They were able make the pizzas quickly for pickup the next day. One of the guys on the phone took the time to go through each option. At Pickup I needed my pizza cut into more slices. Two ladies: Ammod and Anmol were able to accommodate my request quickly. I recommend this red swan pizza place to everyone!

Best pizza I had ever! How can you guys make Crust so good? Crust is so soft and easy to chew. Other ingredients are fresh as well. I ate pizza on second day and it was still fresh like came out of oven (never had this experience with other pizza places). I will never eat anyother pizza. He was welcoming and very polite while talking, he even helped me picked up traditional crust for the pizza I chose...his suggestion was actually one of the reasons I had such good experience here. Love the pizza and quesadillas

I went here to pick up pizza and dessert. The pizza was extremely dry and the crust was very hard. The actual pizza had no taste even though it has their signature sauce and toppings. When they gave me the dessert it was a HOT mess. Apparently all their dessert are frozen and pre sliced. Once you order it they will take it out of the freezer and nuke it. This includes cheesecakes and chocolate cake. When I looked in the bag the cake was upside down and the icing was melted to the bottom of the container and the only thing left was a naked chocolate cake. So ridiculous. I asked for another one and not nuked. The person at the counter was rude and at first refused. She then got another one, still frozen, and just placed it in a bag on the counter without saying anything. EDIT: I have emailed the store as requested in their response.

I placed the order over a call at 9:24pm for pick up, was told it would be ready within 20-25 minutes. I came to the store at 9:44 and it wasn t ready, they just started making it after I made the payment. I ended up getting the pizza at 10:30. That is 45 minutes of my time just wasted for no solid reason. What s the point of in call service for pick up if you are not even going to note down the order ?

Great options in non veg . Tried their tandoori chicken which was suggested by the girl on call and it was really good . In the beginning I was so puzzled with the exact location of store and when I had a talk with the girl on call , she calmly let me know the exact location when asked and I came to know that I was almost near to that location but still was not able to find . Even I blamed her on call that she didn t let me know the exact location. But later I realised and felt bad that it was all my fault not her. I went to store for pick up and then I said sorry to her and she just smiled with cute face and said no problem and after check out she innocently asked me to review and I couldn t deny to that face. Seriously appreciated the service I got.

Terrible experience. The employees are not on the same page, everyone promises you something different when it comes to their promotions and then they get your order wrong when you go to pickup. I also placed my order almost 2 hours before so I didnt have to wait and they still made me wait 20 minutes, why not just tell me when Im placing my order that you need more than 2 hours to make my order. While they make a decent pizza thats about where it ends. If you place a order to close too closing they may just decide to accept the order, but then turn off the open sign and lock the doors 10 minutes before closing. At this time like anyone else youll likely call the location and get no answer so youll wait around until you get tired of getting no answer and youll leave.... then near 15 minutes after closing they will call you back like youre the one in the wrong. When brought to the owners attention they will also blame you because some how its your fault they locked the doors early and didnt answer the phone when you called. Making excuses for their employee locking the doors before closing for safety reasons.... If you cant staff a shift to where workers feel safe leaving the doors unlocked durring the hours of operation thats poor management and scheduling, you are a service based business that requires customers to be able to enter your business durring operating hours. Theres no excuse for a business to lock the doors and not answer the phone and then blame the customer whos time was wasted for leaving because they didnt realize they were expected to wait until when ever the employee decided to call all around craziness to levels of which I have never seen before I swear.

Absolutely pathetic service. Edited review after your response - I understand the importance of respectful behavior, and I assure you that my intention was never to be rude. Additional toppings were missing when I received my order. When I brought this to the counter s attention, I was met with disrespect and now falsely accused of misbehavior while I defended myself from rude and unwarranted behavior at counter. I never tried to ask anything rather than pointing out the issue with order (Hope you rectify this wrongful claims and falsely accusations in your response). At no point during the initial order was I informed that you were out of toppings (You also accepted this fault from your end). As a customer, I expect to receive what I ordered and to be treated with respect when raising a valid complaint (which was later followed with unapologetic apology from other staff). However, I am quite disappointed with how I was treated when I tried to mention the issue with order I received.

How can their rating be so high?!? Tried their paneer pizza, nachos, pasta and popcorn chicken and all were horrible! Fist of all took forever to get my food because they took so long to make it. Then they put jalapeños when I told them not to and I couldn t eat the nachos. The pizza was cold and underwhelming. The pasta was cold and over cooked and the onions AND the mushrooms were raw. The popcorn chicken was worse than what you can buy in the frozen isle. The only good thing was the honey garlic sauce. DON T go here or order from here. Trust me, I m a Foodie and don t even have high standards.

Had an amazing experience at Red Swann Pizza thanks to the wonderful manager, Arnabh Singh. From the moment I walked in, Arnabh was warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home. I had a few specific requests for my pizza, and he went above and beyond to ensure it was customized exactly to my liking. The result was one of the best pizzas lve ever had! Its clear that this store genuinely cares about his customers and their satisfaction. Ill definitely be returning to this store for more delicious pizza and fantastic service. Highly recommend!

This is the 2nd time Ive been to this establishment. The first time, there were no issues. I ordered online, went in to pay and pickup (12noon pickup) and the food was decent. 1 personal size pizza with 2 toppings. They didnt have cilantro as per the order and told me when I got there. Not a deal breaker, though, that should be corrected in the online order The 2nd time was a disaster. Order was placed online for a future order of 2 days. When I arrived early for the scheduled pickup time, I reminded them of the order name and the order items. They told me it would be another 5mins. 10mins past and still no pizza. So another worker comes out to try and attempt to verify the order. They noted that they did not have the order and I told them the name and that it was placed 2 days ago. They called the boss, who said to check under future orders location. Apparently they failed to verify this. So stuck waiting for pizzas to be made. Peace offering made with dipping sauce. And 45mins of time gone. Vegetarian options: They do have vegetarian options from the menu. Parking: Shared large parking lot in a plaza. Kid-friendliness: Seating for 4 at the bar seating. 2 tables for 2. Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible as the chairs can be moved out from the tables. Tables are not bolted to the floor. But no automatic door opener to the restaurant.

Good place for fast-food

I had to arrange a party for lunch and placed an order through phone for pickup during the time they were not open. The order was taken and I received the whole order (6 larges) almost an hour and a half later (shortly after they opened). The customer service was 10/10 as the cashier was the only one working in the store. She was kind and pulled through for me at the last moment today. The pizza was enjoyed by everyone who ate. They loved the paneer, ginger/cilantro and bbq chicken.

We got the pick up special. Tasted great. We got their new cheddar jalapeño sauce as well. The sesame crust was so cool!

The pizzas are good for a change. We went there yesterday and tried the 3 medium for 36.95 offer.. I dont want to ruin ur ratings as i know it matters a lot now a days. Pros. Pizzas are light. Doesnt feel heavy even after 3-4 slices. Crazy amount of toppings and sauces. Very well presented and visually appetizing. Fresh tasting. We can feel the taste of the ingreadents. Priced well. A lot of deals and combos available. Very extensive menu. A huge range of pizzas to choose from. Cons. Toasted sesame tastes great but a lot of seeds are burnt while baking giving a very bad bitter aftertaste. Too much toppings actually make the pizza very soggy.. all the toppings from our pizza dropped when we tried to pick a piece. The crust underneath couldnt support the toppings. By the time we were home and opened the 3rd pizza, it was very very soggy with a lot of sauce and toppings spilled down.

Im not a fan of pizza, but RED SWAN PIZZA surprised me. The place was introduced by co-worker who is not a fan of pizza as well, BUT she was surprised how good the pizza, and encourage us to try it. So there, I asked my daughter to try it too. I ordered the single serving, 8 pesto chicken, the best commercial pizza I ever tasted! I almost finished the whole thing. My daughter ordered 3 cheeses with spinach , single serving. Even my daughter who is a picky eater manage( almost the whole pizza) to eat. I saved the left over, and still good as from last night. I had a really large order for a corporate event and they accommodated perfectly. I couldn t have asked for a better experience and that s all thanks to Dave. Everyone really enjoyed the pizza, wings and wedges. We would definitely order from them again!

We got an appreciation from a friend about swan pizza and we thought to trial it out. What we experienced while entering is the pizza fragrance that was amazing. Variety of choices for Indian style pizza. Everything was so fresh that we enjoyed even the last bite of crust that was so fluffy and soft. We tried paneer tikka which is highly recommended and also the Spicy paneer which we didn t find it to be spicy but we learned that we have to tell them that they put chilly flakes inside the dough. Overall it was a worth try. We will visit again.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! Staff doesnt care about your requirements. One of my friend ordered a specific pizza as he is allergic to some toppings; still they made the pizza with those specific toppings. On top of that, when he requested for the pizza to be replaced as per his order, they refused to do so and were trying to give him that pizza for a lesser price. They think people will eat such pizzas if offered for a lesser price. Such an inhuman behavior!

I recently tried both the veg paneer and non-veg chicken pizzas at Red Swan Pizza They were both delicious ! The flavors were fantastic, and the crust was fresh and perfectly done. Today, I ordered four delicious pizzas from your store - two pepperoni and two Hawaiian. I must say, they were made perfectly! The toppings were so accurate and distributed equally on each slice. What really caught my attention was the short note inside the box kindly asking for a review. I couldnt resist sharing my positive experience with you. Keep up the great work.

Service was pretty good, and the location has enough space for some people to sit and enjoy their meal. The pizza itself however is not one that I recommend. I like the sesame crust and the thin dough but the sauce just has an odd taste that just threw the entire thing off.

I was here for the first time today to pick up a pizza after reading some of the previous reviews and to try a new pizza store. I chose a large two topper pizza with chicken, mushrooms and olive. The crust came with cheese and sesame. It was delicious, well cooked fresh and very balanced. Good price. Good pizza size. Friendly and kind customer service, patiently walking me through options. I recommend the pizza here. Ill consider being back when Im in the same neighborhood. Thank you!

If you guys are out of x-large boxes you can do half half in medium or large boxes why would customer pay extra for ordering 2 separate pizzas. Also they close dine-in 1-2 hours before closing if you guys are closing dine-in you should mention it here or on your website or there should be posters in your store ! Owner should look into this ! Pizza is small (like you need to burp just to taste it) and overdone. Sauce had cinnamon in it or some other spice that doesnt belong. It was offensive. They dont have slices ready to go (you guys ever seen a pizza joint before?) and if you want their tiny pizza it takes between 20 and 30 minutes to make. Who puts sesame seeds on pizza? Why not peanuts while youre at it. Im 100% convinced these glowing reviews are done by the owners because it was awful. Go anywhere but here

I was hearing good things about this food chain, so I decided to visit this place. This place is located 30+ km from my place of residence. I am not sure why they do not have a branch in the GTA for some reason. Anyway, I visited this place, which is known for sesame seed-flavored pizza. Which I found to be true. If I talk about the taste, it was really good, and they had a really unique way of preparing the pizza. We have ordered two large pizzas for foure guys. and it was very nice and well done as well. I hope they will open branches in GTA as well; I can see they can hijack other competitor markets. Its good to have something unique in the taste and style of the pizza, and Im thinking none of the other places can compete in style as of right now.

I ordered an extra large Supreme Italian pizza. It was cooked perfectly and had a generous amount of toppings. I never had a sesame seed crust before on a pizza. It seriously was delicious! I will definitely be ordering from this place again. Now, its one of my favorite pizza places. Thanks

My daughter and I had a really great experience at this Red Swan Pizza location. Ive been here before and its still the same, great and delicious pizza with unique flavours. The wait for the pizza was well worth it because its so delicious. The pricing is completely affordable especially with inflation these days. If you cannot wait, I suggest to call to order or order online ahead of time as it does still take about 25 minutes. We were fine with the wait. The employees were very kind, gentle, and had great service. Overall, this is one of our favourite pizza places because it truly has flavours that you cant get elsewhere. The crust is also unique. There are also halal options! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!

These pizzas are truly unique! The sesame seed crust is a great open. Every pizza is a gourmet pizza. Made to order fresh every time. They don t sell pizza by the slice here. Some fun free toppings are: green olives, chilli flakes, coriander and ginger. Their tandoori chicken is halal. For dessert I have tried the chocolate lava cake. Loved it! Dietary restrictions: Halal options available.
