Kyle our server was very attentive, made good recommendations and very personable. We were pleasantly surprised on how quick our orders came out, especially during a busy Friday around the holiday season. Food was excellent and service was top notch! Highly recommend!

Went here for our company Christmas lunch. It was so good and our server Kyle was amazing. I recommend this restaurant to anyone that wants great food and amazing service.

I have to say I was very disappointed. The service fell short completely. We ordered a bottle of wine and sat there waiting for someone to come over and take her order. We asked three different servers. I was just very disappointed. I understand we are in a busy season with Christmas, but that is not an excuse in my book.

I had an excellent experience at Baton Rouge, thanks to our server Izzy. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without being overbearing. Her recommendations were spot-on, and she created a welcoming atmosphere that made the meal even more enjoyable. Izzys excellent service truly stood out, and I ll definitely be coming back!

I love the food

My husband and I had a wonderful dinner here Sunday night. We ordered the filet mignon with a double baked potato skillet and rib steak along with a lobster tail and it was delicious! Our server Olivia was excellent! My partner and I were impressed by her menu knowledge. Absolutely lovely service and we will be back Olivia!!!

My family and I were served by Olivia and had an amazing dinner! It was very busy in the restaurant, but we were served promptly and our food arrived quickly. We had the signature ribs, filet mignon, and a few of the kids meals. We will definitely be back in the new year!

8 of us went for a holiday dinner Luba was our server let me tell you she was outstanding very accurate and accommodating with our dining requests also made some great recommendations for food selections. I had the Branzino fish on risotto flavors were good only issue was the fish skin wasnt really cooked well it was still rubbery again holidays place was packed Im sure kitchen was slammed I briefly mentioned it to Luba and to my surprise and manger comes to the table apologetic asking if they could cook me another meal etc needless to say great customer service from both Luba and the wonderful manger really nice to see a restaurant that reminds me of how restaurants used to be 10 + years ago nowadays you mention something and here comes the excuses Baton Rouge not 1 excuses just how can we help you and how can we fix it . BRAVO and for any servers reading this thats how you get a 25% tip dont make excuses if someone says something it means they were disappointed or unsatisfied and Baton Rouge, Luba and the lovely Manger did just that they made it right.

We have been going to Baton Rouge for years and we ve had the server that we ve seen quite a few times serve us tonight. It was our first time back since the birth of our son, and Kyle made it just an overall great experience. Very attentive to our needs - quick service and just a kind guy. We will be asking for Kyle again!

My wife and I had the New York Striploin and the Filet Mignon served medium rare with mashed potatoes, both meals were exquisite. The mashed potatoes were the best we have ever had. Our server recommended a red wine with the meal that was a perfect pairing. The wine was a cabernet sauvignon from California Liberty School . Although not the cheapest bottle of wine I appreciated that our server didn t try and upsell us to the most expensive either. The service was excellent, we were treated respectfully and he did not try and have a prolonged conversation, just let us enjoy our date. If you re having desert you must try their Crème Brûlée, made in house it is a 10/10 desert.

Dined at this location tonight with my husband and grandkids and it was a great experience. The food was great and the service was amazing. We had a server named Kyle and he was honestly one of the best servers I ve ever had at a restaurant. He was friendly and personable and had fantastic attention to detail. He was especially good with our grandkids ages 11 & 13. He never missed a beat noticing when our drinks were getting low and would have refills out before we asked. Overall a great experience!

Tonight we went with friends to Baton Rouge and it was an overall great night. The service was absolutely the best. Our server Kyle was attentive, informative and paid attention to details. The food was okay. I was looking forward to clam chowder soup but they removed it from the menu. I felt like the ribs had way too much sauce but that s me. The rest of the group loved it all. I d go back. Good service is hard to find nowadays.

Overall was very disappointed with the food and service. The chicken tenders had small pieces of chicken with too much breading and didnt taste right at all. They didnt seem to care when I told them about the poor quaility and taste. I ordered a tea and the mug was dirty. Took over 10 minutes to get the server to switch the cup. The service was really slow and the food was not great at all. Will not go back or recommend to anyone.

I rarely get the steak but when I do, it usually enjoy it, especially considering it can be difficult for restaurants to get the medium rare cook accurately. I usually get the chicken tender platter which is very big and has great flavours when paired with the BBQ sauce and Dijonnaise sauce. The fries are usually crispy and have a good seasoning. The tenders are very fried and crispy, along with good quality chicken. The location has ample parking but it is shared with various businesses. The location is usually quiet and not full. The servers are typical but thats not a bad thing. Since its quite, its nice for a more intimate business meeting

I came for a family dinner. Everyone loved there food. Service was amazing.

My husband and I were out celebrating my grandsons graduation from University and that he is leaving the country to go to work. We all ordered strip loin steaks. My grandsons was ordered medium rare and came medium, my husbands was ordered medium and came medium but was dry and mine was ordered well and came well but was very very dry. My grandsons was replaced and was cooked perfectly the second time. The vegetables were great. I was unhappy with my baked potato. I ordered it just plain with butter on top. I could not eat the skin let alone cut it. When I was finished scooping the potato out. I lifted the skin up with my fingers and I couldnt even tear it. We did order spinach dip with nachos as an appetizer. I forgot to say. It was absolutely delicious. The nachos were made in the restaurant and the spinach dip was plentiful. I could have eaten that whole thing as a meal. The management was excellent and came over and offered our table a round of specialty coffees which I politely turned down and the boys enjoyed it tremendously.

Clam chowder is great however the mac and cheese is bland.

Bâton Rouge Grillhouse & Bar is a reliable option with okay food and service. It s a decent choice for a casual meal.

The Mushroom Chicken, and the Santa Fe Chicken dishes were delicious, just like you said. The dish in the first picture was the mushroom chicken. A tender piece of chicken on top of mashed potatoes with a delicious mushroom sauce over the chicken. The chicken was so moist and flavorful, this meal is definitely very filling! The second picture is the Santa Fe chicken. Again, the chicken was so moist and flavorful. It had goat cheese crumbled on top, and wild rice on the side. This dish is definitely lighter than the mushroom chicken, but just as flavourful. Kyle, your one of the best servers we ve come accross in while, always checking in with us, and his other tables often. And so pleasant!! We will defininitely return. * Sidenote: when we first arrived, they asked us if we were celebrating anything and we told them it was our anniversary. They surprised us at the end with a tiramisu desert and sparkler. So thoughtful thank you so much!

Woodbridge/Vaughan location is simply an outstanding restaurant with incredible staff and great food. The atmosphere is sensational and it is our favourite restaurant by a mile. Server Peter and Owner Joe are fabulous and always make it a great experience for us. We simply love the place. Highly recommend this location.

We had a wonderful family dinner with exceptional service and fantastic food. The Chicken Santa Fe was absolutely delicious, the ribs were tender and flavorful, and the calamari was perfectly cooked. We re excited to return and explore more dishes on the menu.

Mandatory 20% gratuity on large groups really left a bad taste in my mouth.

We had quite possibly the best waiter ever in Canada, Kyle was not only nice but very social and friendly and was always checking to make sure our food was good and even recommended what to get on the menu. All around amazing guy and is definitely getting 20% tip when we go back.

Just had dinner here for my girlfriend s birthday. Food was delicious, came out quickly and fresh. Our sever, Kyle, was fantastic, he made friendly conversation and gave us great food recommendations! He even gave us a free birthday dessert. Great place with amazing service.

The seafood linguine had a lovely flavour, the noodles cooked just right, though I found the scallops (sparse-just two) a bit chewy. Still, some nice wine made that dismissible. A bit about the wine: I ordered a glass and the waitress promptly delivered it to the wrong table. After some minutes the occupants there informed her they hadnt ordered it. She promptly ferried it away to the dark recesses of the restaurant and subsequently returned with wine for my table. Not the same glass? I queried, concerned about its (possibly) defiled state. She laughed and said, no, the other had been discarded. She said it quickly enough that I believed her and enjoyed my wine.

Not our first time here, but our experience is always amazing! Our server was Kyle and we have had him a couple times and he is always great. Very helpful, funny and ensures we have a good night. The food is always amazing, and I would share photos but is too good to take the time for a picture. Will definitely be back!

I ordered Burrata with Uber. On the menu there are two slices of bread. In the delivery box there was only one! The side orders of rice are minimal.

Very well trained and friendly staff... the chef was top tier every dish was excellent and the manager personally served us during our accomodation and made us feel very welcomed. If you are looking for good vybes abd great food this is the restaurant for you!

An absolutely perfect evening for our 31st anniversary. Everything was . Started with the spinach dip .. perfect. My wife had the seafood linguine in a rose , white wine sauce.... perfect. I had the 16oz Rib eye steak Medium rare. PERFECT.... it was a bit underdone but that is far better than over done and a bit on the rare side is just fine with me. Seasoned to perfection with no added salt and pepper necessary. Veg still had a bit of crunch...perfect and the loaded baked potato was delicious. Thank you to all involved for making this a memorable evening. We will definitely be back. P.S I forgot your very professional front of the house staff. We were seated promptly, drinks brought right away and order taken perfectly. Perfect amount of visits to our table from a very friendly and efficient staff. Kudos to these wonderful folks as well.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Baton Rouge for our wedding anniversary, and I must give a special shout-out to our waiter, Asrat. From the moment we sat down, Asrat was exceptionally attentive and polite. He made sure we had everything we needed and went above and beyond to make our evening memorable. His impeccable service truly exceeded our expectations. Thanks to Asrat, our anniversary celebration was even more special. We couldnt have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend requesting Asrat if you want top-notch service!

The service was impeccable. Unfortunately when the food came it was lukewarm. One of the owners came to our table to see how everything was. When we told him about the food, he immediately replaced our food. In my opinion the seafood appetiser was over-priced. The ribs were good and the steak was OK. Our server was great and so was the owner.

Kim and Bardia were absolutely amazing. Impeccable service all around. Unfortunately the food is where it took a detrimental turn for the worst. Cold mushroom app. And two revolting entrees black cod was burnt and gross. Inedible. Ahi tuna lotus bowl was NOT fresh. All ingredients were clearly pre prepped days in advance. The noodle tasted like dough. Bad food great service.

Food was good but the portion sizes have shrunk again a little bit used to get 3 chicken tenders with the rib and chicken tenders meal, now you only get 2 chicken tenders and the portion of the fries is also smaller. None the less the food still tasted good.

I have always looked forward to trips to Ontario when I can go to Baton Rouge. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with this location. The ribs were mediocre and not well cooked. It was like they just poured cold sauce on the ribs before serving. It has been 5 years since my last visit so hopefully this was just a one-off and not indicative of the entire chain.

Great burgers!! The Louisiana grilled chicken salad was amazing. Chris, our waiter, suggested they serve the chicken warm and it was a great idea!! Great food. Great service.

From the moment we stepped in, the manager, Bardia, made us feel welcomed and special. He took care to seat us right away (on a busy Fathers Day) and when we had an issue with one of our plates, he apologized sincerely, covered the meal and provided a new meal. I made a reservation at this establishment for Fathers Day. Upon arrival, the receptionists were welcoming and courteous. We were seated promptly, although I requested a different table as the original one was too close to the restroom. Our drink and food orders were taken promptly. However, the food took an excessively long time to arrive, approximately 1.5 hr or more. When it finally arrived, it was not hot or even warm, but rather at room temperature, indicating that it had been sitting for some time before being served. This was disappointing, as I had expected hot food after such a long wait. The server was pleasant, but the overall experience was not satisfactory due to the long wait and the poor quality of the food. Considering the high prices and the lack of quality, I am unlikely to visit this Baton Rouge location again.

Came around 5pm right before the dinner rush. Kyle was amazing. Got 2 burgers, patties were almost golden black and bacon a little burnt. Overall average food but will return just for Kyles service. We will choose a different menu next time

It s not first time when we came here and as usually fantastic food you can choose from something new and always tasty,excellent service.good place to go for special occasion! Had a wonderful night out with a good friend for a belated birthday celebration. We enjoyed a great meal and desserts with amazing customer service. Our server Cherise was very friendly and attentive to our every need and was an absolute pleasure. My only suggestion is to put sea salt on the giant pretzel to satisfy every person s sweet and salty cravings. I would definitely recommend dining at this restaurant for any occasion.

First time here we ordered take out and it took around 20 to 25 minutes wait. We ordered linguine with scallops and tiger shrimp and a fillet mignon. The linguine portion was ok good size and hot The fillet mignon was tender and really good flavor. Is across our area the parking is accesible

Went to Baton Rouge for the first time for my brothers birthday today and I was so impressed with the food, price of the food, and Kyle s service - and of all the service we received this evening. Kyle is funny, attentive, and makes his patrons feel welcome with his kindness. The food was incredible, there isn t a single negative thing I could say. From appetizers to dessert, I was thoroughly satisfied. Definitely will be making Baton Rouge our new birthday tradition.

Ordered on Skip. Unfortunately, I got a call that my entire order could not be fulfilled. But nothing is perfect and it was understandable. Syed was very apologetic (hopefully I got his name right) and the BR Trio came in a presentable way. They ve accommodated my very specific needs, even though they didn t need to and it was delicious.

Was for a party food was ok bathrooms were horrible and shocking , Toilet seats falling off floors walls filthy. Was kind of shocked.

I ordered steak miduim cooked but it was over cooked and dried. They are adding the tip Without included in price which is not fair. The tip is costumer appropriation. Ill never go again plus over price too...not worth it to go.

I called the restaurant about an Uber pick up order I had placed. I spoke to an employee named Jocelyn and she very pleasant and happy to help. I called too make some small modifications to my order and find out a more precise timing on when my order would be ready. She put me on hold and found out everything I needed. Had a great time at Baton Rouge Restaurant! Jocelyn, the hostess, was super friendly and made us feel welcome right off the bat. Started with the spinach dip so good, creamy, and flavorful. Then the main event, the filet mignon, was cooked perfectly, tender, and super tasty. Everything from the vibe of the place to the food was top-notch. Definitely recommend it if you re looking for a solid meal out. Worth every penny!

Today is my birthday and my parents and I had a great time at Baton Rouge in Vaughan Woodbridge. The food was great along with excellent service, not to mention the prices are affordable as well. Will be going back soon! :)

Kyle and Jenna waited on us and were exceptional. The food was excellent I had the rib steak the last time we were there and It was great and Kyle recommended the New York steak which was fabulous too! The service was outstanding and the desserts (Crème Brulee, Cheesecake & Chocolate Cake) were decadent . Would highly recommend and we will definitely go back again. We were there about a month ago and is our go to place for the atmosphere, food & extraordinary service.

The food is always consistently good, and the service is even better. Shout out to Peter and Kyle. They have served us many times and always make our experience great.

The waitresses were extremely attentive and caring of our needs. The chef even came to check on our preferences. The truffle fries were over salted, but aside from that the meals itself were amazing. The new mushroom chicken, and Baton Rouge Burger, are recommended!

We visited here as a party of 8. Staff was attentive, wait time was typical, and ambience is acceptable. Everything we ordered was very good and we had no complaints about any of the food we ate. Great selection of cocktails!

Everything to the food, atmosphere and service is 10/10! I always go to Barrie location but this location had the same amazing service and food! I love baton rouge for their steak and staff!

I went here with my friend group to celebrate Christmas, and had to make a reservation for eleven people, which they were able to accommodate. The menu was not too special, but we were all able to find something, the ribs seemed to be the most popular dish at the table. With that being said, I had the prime rib sandwich and creamy potato soup. I found the soup to be especially good, but the sandwich was very good as well. A little fatty, however. I ve also had better fries. I found the prices of most menu items to be on point. Our waitress was very nice and down to earth. The interior of the place was nice and cozy. I cannot believe it took this long for me to try this place, not bad!

Dec 30th 2023 Baton Rouge delivered an exceptional dining experience for our group of 12. The rib eye steaks, ribs, and chicken were cooked to perfection, each bite bursting with flavor. Even the kids meals exceeded expectations. The restaurants authentic atmosphere added to the overall enjoyment, creating a delightful setting for our gathering. NYE @ Baton Rouge the ribs were delicious as usual and the lobster cooked to perfection. Service was amazing Thank you for a great evening as we ring in the New Year.

A little improvement in all categories in regards to our last visit at this location almost four years ago. The service was quite good but the food was just ok. I dont think I will be back as there are other much better options available.

Was here on Saturday night, service was good but food was just okay. Had the new chicken burger came luke warm and rubbery and fries overly salty, ate half only and server never asked if everything is OK, I never made a fuss. Disappointed as BR was my go to for sometime especially this location.

We typically have dinner at Baton Rouge in Woodbridge a few times per year. I must say the service and atmosphere and the food has always been above and beyond our expectations. Typically we will oder the Spinach dip and a rack of ribs. This time I decided to have the filet mignon. It was so tender and tasty that I cant stop thinking about last nights dinner. We ordered the tuna tartar, caesar salad and prime rib for dinner. The tuna tartar appetizer was great and the salad was tasty but overdressed. Unfortunately we found the prime rib underwhelming. It was tasty but much of it was quite difficult to cut and eat. Not something I would run back for. Our server was friendly and efficient.

Ordered for delivery the worst food I ever got ...the salad was all the ends from the lettuce with no cheese or bacon and the steak bite were as cold as ice

I ordered the rib steak done medium, the loaded baked potato, added a side caesar salad, and a side of the garlic bread au gratin for takeout. The steak was amazing and cooked to just how I specified it. The salad, as a $4 addon, was a VERY good portion, fresh, and delicious. However, the $13 garlic bread I ordered was a small portion, but for the best, because it tasted and smelled horrible. Im not sure if thats just how they prepared it or the butter should have been replaced instead of serving it to me. The potato was quite basic, but still enjoyable. All in all, I would definitely order from them in the future, but I would not waste $13 + tax + tip on the garlic bread again.

Came here for a birthday dinner with friends, it took us 30 minutes to get drinks. I was upset because I had a baby outside on the patio with me and didn t want to be there too long. Calamari came out soggy, ordered the tower and it came out cold , dried up and overall not very good. We didn t get refills until I asked another waitress. Overall not a good experience. This used to be my favourite steakhouse but after this experience I would not return. No compensation was offered during our visit.

Located right in the heart of Woodbridge City Center, Baton Rouge Grillhouse & Bar is a unique little establishment that is cool to go to. The menu is quite diverse giving you lots of options to choose from. Some of those options include steak, Salads, appetizers, burgers and much more. Its a perfect restaurant to go to, if you are going on a first date, celebrating a birthday or just casually want something to eat. The staff at Baton Rouge & Grillhouse are very cool, hip and able to help you with the decision making when it comes to the menu. Overall, it is a really good experience and definitely somewhere to go to.

Hi, I am not a person who writes a review, however, I would like to share my experience with this terrible place. I had a business meeting today, I ordered Ceasar salad with chicken (without pork), and I and my fiancee said him twice, no pork . The waiter brought the food, and there was pork inside. I dont eat pork at all! Terrible experience, they have to learn how to respect customers!!! I would not recommend!!!

Went there today with 10 of my family, the waiter came and took our drink orders and just came back with two or three drinks at a time, it took the waiter 30 minutes just to bring my beer, had to ask him 4 times, forgotton orders and multiple repeats to the establishment about where is this and when is this coming was incredibly frustrating, when my family had there meals infront of them again last to be served someone from the back approaches me and says your meal was not the best and will make it again and asks if I want a salad while I wait, not only did my whole family finish there meal before mine came they charged me for the salad, the restaurant was not that busy that a good establishment could keep up with the demand....would not recomend it at all very disappointing

Prime rib sandwich. Very good. Small bun. The poutine was very sad. Small amount of cheese curds in the center, not enough given the fries. I d also recommend a thicker cut of fry for poutines. The shoestring fries end up as a soggy potato mash from the gravy.

Very disappointed in the food as well as our waitress (Slim blonde girl). We ordered 4 mains, 2 apps and one dessert. Not sure if they cook the food fresh or it s frozen but it felt frozen and just re-heated. On top of that it had zero taste.. Our waitress didn t really have any communication with us aside from taking our order at the beginning to bringing out the food and expected a huge tip I was asked by the waitress why I only tipped a certain amount considering the service, food, and bill at the end and after I told her she gave a very salty look and response. From what I understand, a tip is a bones amount given considering the quality of food and service, it shouldn t be an expected amount considering how much you ve already spent at the restaurant and on top of that had poor food and service. If you re looking for overpriced tasteless food where the waitress requires you to tip her a large amount, and gets salty when you don t, this is the place you want to eat.

I had to update this review because this place is still great after all the years! A SPECIAL SHOUT OUT TO OUR SERVER KYLE YOU ROCK MAN!!! I work in hospitality - this guy is absolutely top notch. You cannot go wrong with the ribs here. The service was great. The atmosphere was amazing. I would recommend this place for anything from a casual dinner to a birthday celebration! The spinach dip was great also. Highly recommend. The ribs were AMAZING. I am not exaggerating. Some of the best ribs Ive had in my life. Smothered in the most gorgeous BBQ sauce. The mashed potatoes were great too. The whole main was amazing. Great job guys. This is why this is a go-to place for me.

The food was delicious! We tried their ribs with lobster, shrimp tacos, octopus and cocktails! Great service! And a nice atmosphere to have lunch or dinner! The place is quite huge with many dining options. The ribs was tasty and flavorful, though it was quite dry but it s still delicious! I love the lobster and the octopus! The shrimp tacos was a bit tangy to my liking but it s so aesthetically pleasing because of the purple soft taco shell.

Came by on a Saturday for lunch. We came in around 1pm, which is past the usual lunch rush, but the restaurant was shockingly empty. Service was prompt, and our server came by to check on us every once in a while, but otherwise left us alone. Food was very average for the price. 4 stars overall, but docking 0.5 star for the slippery and dirty floors leading out of the kitchen and into the bathrooms. Docking another 0.5 star for the broken door opener buttons.

The service was good, and the place is modern-ish and nice vibe. The food itself was just OK. We ordered steaks and the loaded mashed potatoes. The cheese was not melted/cold. The steak was OK but def better options for the price in the same neighbourhood. The fried calamari was chewy. Overall just OK, maybe they have other menu options better than these.

Very rustic feeling with the decor and atmosphere as it was my first time visiting. But going on a weeknight eliminated a lot of the wait time as we were seated within seconds and even getting our food out was extremely fast. Kudos to the chef and team in the backend pumping out efficiency without losing quality. It is a bit on the pricier side but within means if you re a working individual. Not meant for a constant but a cute little date night spot once in a while. Portion sizes were pretty decent as well where you don t feel ripped off for the price you pay which we know some higher end restaurants tend to do. Service was my favourite part as that will always make or break a place visiting again honestly. They were polite, attentive and constantly checking on if we needed anything else. Even making some small talk here and there which lightened the mood even more!

We just came for dinner and had the pleasure of having Kyle as our server. So attentive and such a personality. We loved having him as a server and will come back and ask for him.

I booked for standard seating online for 2 people on a Friday evening. This was our first time eating here. I had mentioned that it was my dads birthday and that if anything could be done for him, that I would sincerely appreciate it. The waiters were very attentive and quick to respond to requests (ex. getting the bill, getting takeout containers). I am not sure if Baton Rouge does anything for birthdays... as there was no acknowledgement of his. We did hear 2 other parties celebrating birthdays, but they were seated too far to see if anything was being done. The food was okay, it wasnt bad but its not worth going back for, especially for the price. - steak was requested to be cooked medium well but came back rare to medium rare - lobster tail meat was small in comparison to the decorative lobster tail shell that was on the plate (meat was already taken out) - chicken tenders had more coating than meat and was room temperature when served - fries were okay, consistent sizing, nothing unique - cheesecake slice reminded us of something we get at a department store sometimes

Wed., Oct 4, 2023 First time trying Baton Rouge having heard great things from acquaintances on numerous occasions. We ordered the Short Rib Seafood Pappardelle and the Rib & Chicken. Sadly and shockingly, the pasta was cold and glued together. The Rib & Chicken also had its issues. Zero moisture chicken breast and hard crusty edges on the rack of rib. The BBQ sauce was also generic and teeth aching sweet. Both dishes definitely leftovers from the previous day. $85 later and a $15 tip big disappointment.

First time trying out this place. Service was amazing our server was a sweetheart. She was blonde but unfortunately we don t remember her name. Food was good, definitely sounded better than it looked. Got the steak poutine and it was good flavour wise but pretty plain. I will return but will try out the ribs or pasta next time :). Recommend going here for a date night or for a casual night out.

Love love love booths/banquettes all around! Food was delicious. Was craving ribs and they tasted just as I remembered. I just love so much how it s perfectly falls right off the bone. Prime rib sandwich was okay - kind of bland. Mashed potatoes were okay but better with a little more salt (tasted zero truffle) Server s knowledge on the menu seemed poor but overall service was efficient. Not very personable but that just seems to be service across GTA s restaurants. Not the worst but for the prices of items on the menu, the tip we left would ve been better had we received better hospitality.

This was an amazing dinner experience from start to finish! I made my reservation on Open Table and we were immediately seated. Our server Chris was prompt and courteous when he greeted our table while taking our drink orders light and humorous banter. My friend was saddened that the Creamy Potatoe Soup was removed from the menu and mentioned this to Chris. He happily advised us that it would be returning in a few weeks. That made her very happy because its so good and a staple on the Bâton Rouge menu. Chris took our orders with ease which was a Club Chicken Sandwich and a dinner Chicken Caesar Salad. I thoroughly enjoyed my salad so much I didnt have time to take a pic and my friend her meal as well. Chris came back regularly to check on our table and made sure everything was set. I can honestly say that Chicken Caesar Salad was the best Ive had in a long time. It was so filling, the chicken breast wasnt dry and the Caesar dressing was delicious. Chris insisted he made it extra special for our table lol Overall the dinner and delicious and Chris was delightful. It was busy and he ensure we were well looked after and provided excellent customer service with humour and kindness. He always made proper eye contact with our table and was attentive. We will be back in a few weeks not only for the Creamy Potatoe Soup but also to be seated in Chris section. Keep up the great work Chris and thanks for an amazing dinner service!

The steak was cooked to perfection just the way I like it while the ribs were very tender and lots of flavour. The ribs were at times a little dry though but still very good. The scallops and shrimp were okay as the scallops were a little overcooked. Overall it was a great experience and the customer service was top notch! They were also very accommodating for any food allergies/food sensitivities.

One of worse restaurants I ve been too. Food was very bland and caught the staff gossiping about us. They moved us to a table in the corner and there was no free internet.

We went twice for dinner at baton Rouge. Once for my sons birthday and second time for my wedding anniversary with husband. The food was overall good, especially the ribs which were quite flavourful. During our second visit, we ordered the ribs with chicken. The chicken was a bit disappointing as it felt dry and overcooked. Otherwise the crème brulée as dessert was fine.

Everything was on point. The food was perfect. Peter the server was the best, asked correct questions, was honest and was friendly with the kids. Kid-friendliness: Was super friendly with my kids even though the kids were running around the restaurant, everybody was super friendly, letting them say hi, making new friends and new memories.

(Which it was) Left her my Cell# as well as Email. CHRISTINA said she would talk to the Mgr & get back to me STILL WAITING, Thank you CHRISTINA; I think you have cost me my Job !

We had our Christmas Party at Baton Rouge for the second year in a row with a staff of 20 people and each time we are meet with impeccable service ,professional staff and delicious food. The price is also super reasonable for the quality of food and service. I recommend your next party at Baton Rouge they have steak ribs chicken and vegetarian options. They were able to accommodate all my staff members.

WHAT! WHY have I not tried this place before. PHENOMENAL... food was absolutely top, atmosphere was mesmerizing and the staff are lovely. We were lucky to have Parham R. and Gioia take care of us and these 2 were the chosen ones I tell you. Bhav also came around from time to time and made sure we were having a good time. (He seems the manager/owner - good to see that he cared) Cannot express the feeling in this paragraph, go there and try it yourself!!!
