Amazing service, amazing Milkshakes and the food is soo delicious .My all time favourite place and I recommend everyone to visit here and try their burgers , shakes, Cheesecakes too.. Atmosphere is so good and the restaurant is clean .Helpful and very polite staff.. Vegetarian options: They have veggie options like mixed veggie burgers thats my all time favourite..Most prominent they have soya chaap for vegetarians and Honestly no other place can match the taste of holyshakes..

Amazing quality food, but teeny tiny portions that make it not really worth it.

Basic shakes are expensive for what they are. They take a very long time to make each shake, average 5 min waiting per shake. Might not be enough equipment because I only saw one blender.

Menu is incredible but taste is opposite. Dont fool their images. They serve with plastic cutlery. No one is smiling. Its not worth it visit this place

Delicious shakes!! We had some for a friend s baby shower and they were creamy and sweet!

Punjabi guy was in a hurry. The shakes were not good at all. It was still 11:45 pm and the guy was in a hurry to get us out. Never coming back. Also when a couple of my friends provided feedback about the milkshakes, he got defensive and wouldnt accept that he may have these ones bad.

Tried this restaurant for the first time after hearing many good things. Ordered double beef burger. Lo and behold, end up getting served bun with 2 Zabiha beef patties and some veggies & sauce. Quite a disappointment. I mean if you cant make a simple but fresh beef patty then whats the point of running a restaurant. Ended up feeling queasy for a while. Fries were the only thing that were any good but then most restaurants do serve decent French fries. Never again!

Tried this for the first time. Not upto the hype. Just giving the ice cream in the bottles on the name of shakes, not properly blended at all. Plus on the top of it girl working over there was not having knowledge of customer service And they don t give receipt at all.

Been there twice, everything was really good but I would recommend to have the mini shakes since its a bit sweet and overwhelmed. Maybe they can managed to lessen the sweetness or I think maybe because its a perfect combo of a burgers that has the flavour of combination of salty, spicyness with fries. I also loved their masala fries and their burgers better than having Mcdonalds which is worth the price and has a lot of choices.

Very disappointing experience. We came for dinner (and shakes) with 5 kids (9 to 14 yo) and they managed to mess up the order, even after re-reading it at time of placing it. We were 7 people and we ended up with 6 items (one of which we didnt even order). Even then it didnt ring a bell. When we mentioned that were missing some of our order, the person wasnt bothered and didnt even apologize. She then said we had to pay for the two missing items. Needless to say we didnt bother ordering the shakes.

Food was fresh, hot and yummy with fun menu items. Shakes and cake are amazing. Music was a little too loud for conversation.

I wanted to try Holy Shakes for a while now, and I was not disappointed. The food was great and so were the shakes. We tried the chowmein grilled chicken sandwich and grilled tandoori chicken with masala fried and The cappuccino and Mango Milkshake. Must recommend!! Amazing staff :)

The customer care was terrible, absolutely despicable and disgusting. Never want to interact with these workers again. The Indian fellow in the kitchen was the worst.

The shakes were phenomenal but the food was mediocre. The combo for 2 was also very small - the portion of fries was NOT enough to share... We had the chocolate and vanilla milk shakes and they were delicious. Thick, creamy and oh so yummy The mini was a good size. But since they were the classic flavours they didnt have the pizazz that the other shakes pictured did. We do plan to go back for a shake but would pass on the food at our next visit.

I showed up with my girlfriend on her birthday today at 12:00pm to get a shake before her shift. We waited 10 or so mins and the place was still closed. According to google and the hours posted on the door, it should have been open at 12:00pm. She really wanted to go to holy shake for her birthday today. Very disappointed.

The experience was worst. We ordered chimichanga and momos which were frozen fried and waffles was so chewy. To cut waffles, we asked metals cutlery and they gave chopping knife. Overall taste was terrible and they did not resolve any issue when we complained. I wouldn t rate even a one star.

Went to Holy Shakes to get a free milkshake on my birthday. The experience was pleasant overall. There is a large variety of flavours to choose from. I recommend checking them out on your birthday, all you need to do is show them your ID for a free shake.

Amazing selection of milkshakes, soo many options it could be overwhelming which is incredible, as far as dessert goes this place is a win, but the food is like hybrid Indian cuisine which is the last thing that comes to mind when I think milkshake, just a extremely odd combination in my opinion. Also this location is a little weird, crowded seating, music, you cant see the employees because there hid behind this weird factory like window thing? Just a very odd design that makes it a unpleasant dining in experience. All in all this place is half amazing half just plain out confusing. The shake look good but the taste is way too sweet and mostly whipped cream inside the shake. Service is very slow. Expect very long wait time for your order (around half an hour) price is so expensive for what you get. Average about 20 dollars per shake. Did not try their meals.

We drove 35 mins to get food from holy shakes .. I went with my 3 year old. while placing an order the sauce bottles were for display at my 3 years old reach and he accidentally dropped one of the bottle and broke the bottle .. my child was terrified of the incident and started to cry and ran out .. the staff showed no empathy for the incident.. and immediately asked to pay for the bottle forget empathy they didn t even come to clean up the area glass pieces were all over the place.. it was dangerous not just for me but for anyone who would walk into that place the employee s only concern that we pay for the bottle . I was very upset but I gathered my composure and agreed to pay $10 they charged. For a small 250 ml bottle of sauce . The guy who said he was the manager was very rude and I said typical Indian mentality because I am Indian myself and I see these kinda behaviour and then the guy later came up to me and said I won t serve you and I will sue you for saying that . He charged me twice And he returned one payment . And cancelled my order Yes probably I am wrong for saying that but where is the customer service I have never seen anyone treat a customer in this manner / main focus was money and there was zero empathy/ followed zero safety measures and extremely rude and disrespectful! My husband went in apologized for inappropriate comment and said it s not right to cancel our order and refuse to serve us and offered to pay for the broke bottle . Ps: Holy Shakes have good food and we love it !!

Aweful they sell Indian food here so the first thing you smell is curry in a dessert place, turnoff. Didn t look attractive.

Went here with my friends to try some of their deserts, we ordered and waited for atleast 30mins for 3 people. We got the milkshake which is good so far, but the waffles are not that soft and its kind of hard to chew, also they give you disposable forks and spoon and it makes it difficult to cut your waffles into pieces/bites.

The reviews here are super hype. I gave this place a try and it s good to those who love a thick, curdle, pudding like dairy shake. Food was mid- Ive had WAY better Indian food. Roti was drenched in oil like dripping so that was a turn off.

Oreo Cheesecake 9/10 Who likes oreos in their desserts like me? This one was my second favourite out of the desserts. I found it to be less creamy compared to the Nutella milkshake. Topped with a thick slice of cheesecake, chocolate drizzle and whipped cream, this shake is perfect for sweet tooths. Nutella Lovers 8.5/10 Any hazelnut lovers out there? If you love Nutella, this is for you. This shake is rich and creamy which two waffles on top. Berry Banana 9/10 This was my favourite one! Waffles topped with slices of banana, strawberry and mango lychee ice-cream. Who ever thought that mango and lychee would go so well together. The next time around, ill be going back for more waffles!! Came with the kids for their first milkshake experience. Had the Oreo wonderful milkshake and it was delish! The staff took the time to explain the menu and the different servings they have. I wish they had a high chair available but my toddler was happy to sit on my lap and steal my milkshake

This is a very cool place to get your shakes. There are so many different types of shakes, its actually mind boggling (in a good way). You can ask for the toppings on the side, which makes it easier to eat, but doesnt make it any less good. The worker I met was nice as well, and overall, I was happy I tried this place. Recommended

First, time visiting this location in Vaughan. Staff was friendly, we were greeted as soon as we walked in the door and said if we had any questions to ask her. There was a large menu of super freakshakes, cheesecake freakshakes, milkshakes and more. The menu was colourful and each item had a picture which was really helpful. Everything looks amazing. I was a little skeptical of the desserts, if they would come out like they do in the pictures and I was pleasantly surprised they did. They are beautiful, decadant and made as shown in the pictures. Just wish they offered wipes, or had a small station to clean the jars afterwards as they mentioned if we bring back the jar theres a discount. There was no area to clean the jar and with the freakshakes I think they should definitely offer wipes as things will get messy. The store was clean, staff very friendly and overall a great experience.

The woman who made my shake used her bare hands to put peanut butter inside if of the glass. Very disgusting! Make sure you watch them make your stuff.

Holy Shakes offers huge shakes in large glass jars that are so fun with outrageous toppings & cakes to go along with a dessert menu that includes waffles, cheesecakes & churros too. It s a great experience. Among the creative flavours, I m still reminiscing about those FreakShakes including Chocolate Truffle topped by cheesecake, and Hazelnut Explosion topped by Ferraro-Rocher & Kinder-Surprise.

Decides to check this place out. What I want to know is how do you serve French fries and NOT HAVE KETCHUP!!! SERIOUSLY?! It was clean, easy to find and lots of items to choose from on the menu. I got the Nashville chicken . Chicken was juicy and tender but there was barely a handful of fries with this combo . The sauce from the chicken was ok nothing special I found myself dipping my fries in the sauce due the fact they don t have ketchup which is absolutely ridiculous when serving French fries. My friend got some butter chicken wrap that was ok nothing special . I won t repeat as there are much better options in this plaza .
