Food wasnt too good. Cajun shrimp had fried onion to make it look like lots of shrimp there. There was literally 4 shrimps. Very deceiving Food

The food took a long time to come (maybe 30 minutes) and by the time we got our food, the poutine was cold. The server was nice enough to get us an another poutine that was warm. The mac and cheese was disappointing because it tasted like Kraft cheese melted onto dry pasta. The pasta was not appetizing and the chicken that came with it was dry. I would not recommend coming here and the food is a bit overpriced.

Just had a dinner at this Kelsey s location and we didnt have a great time. Our food order were taken at 8:00pm . And we asked if it s already happy hour and the server Michael said yes. I was so happy . Drinks are $5 and appetizers are $10 except for the 3 appetizers with pictures on the Menu according to Michael. So we ordered the ones that he said are $10. The drinks and food came so late. We ve been sitting for a long time before the drinks and food were served. The chicken wings are very dry and hard to chew. The rest of our orders were just ok. When it s time to pay I noticed that our appetizers were charged $12 and 15.99 and not as advertised which is $10. I asked why they are charging more , when the server Michael said all appetizers are $10 except for the ones with pictures in the menu. The other server who gave us the bill admitted there was a miscommunication but insisted on charging us the whatever they put on the bill. This is clearly false advertisement . The server should be knowledgeable about their menu and if they made a mistake with their recommendations they should go back and ask if we still want to order even if the price is different. I was so upset. It s not about the few dollars that I paid but Kelsey s staff not honouring what they said. I will never go back to Kelsey s again. Instead of going home happy. I was so mad Kelsey s ruined my weekend.

Shimeko was our server. He was EXCELLENT IN EVERY WAY! It was our girls 10th birthday, he brought a wonderful desert for them, even sang happy birthday. Went to Kelseys last week with a friend we both ordered the shrimp Alfredo it was ready in 5 minutes.No wonder all we got was leftover noodles from the day before Im thinking microwaved cause it was cold within 2 minutes,30$ for nuked noodles and an ice tea that will teach me not to bring a lunch.

Had an amazing time eating here, food was great but the service was even better. The staff was amazing, especially Joe. He took care of us all night. Will definitely being coming back.

We had an amazing time at the Kelsey s on Major Mackenzie. We hadn t planned on coming so we walked in with no reservations but were seated promptly on a Saturday night at 5:30 PM which we were very grateful for. The atmosphere was very festive and lively. Our food was really well done We ordered the Bourbon burger and the Nashville fried chicken along with the lobster cheese dip. Our server, Shimeko was exceptional. He was exceptional, kind, and funny. When he found out that we had two birthday celebrations, he brought by churros and ice cream and sang happy birthday himself to us. Just salt of the Earth kind of guy. We really enjoyed our evening and will be back!

Unfresh food that was probably reheated before serving. We ordered Mediterranean salmon and balsamic chicken - everything looked and tasted burned and unfresh. As a resolution one of the servers offered us a voucher for a free spinach dip - total disrespect for customers. Disgusting experience.

I came this past Friday and I have to say the bartender Ciara did a great job making my blue cocktail and my wife s margarita. She was very kind and accommodating even though she was busy. The food was pretty good, the spinach dip and nachos were great, especially with the nachos being on happy hour was a plus. Definitely will be back hopefully to see Ciara again too!

I booked a reservation for my daughter birthday party a month and a half before her birthday for 40 people. One week prior to the party the restaurant called to cancel the reservation as they predicted that it would be a busy weekend as they could likely fit in double the amount of people without our party! Although they confessed it was their mistake, they absolutely refused to honour the reservation! They left me in a HUGE predicament as I am now having a HUGE problem finding other accommodations with such short notice!!!!

Some of the assortment that is on the menu is missing I ordered Sangria - but it was water Nachas are just chips with raw cabbage. At the bottom they found 2 grams of minced meat. Its not serious at all

I went for Kelsey s 1/2 price chickens wings with a drink on Thursday. I didn t have to wait to get in and I ordered the sweet and spicy Thai. Best 15 wings for $12 with a drink order. Delicious meal with attentive wait staff. A thousand time better than St. Louis s salty chicken wings special on Tuesday which is much more expensive. Thank you for a delicious meal and hiring very attentive wait Staff. Parking: Great Value for a very delicious meal! And also very attentive staff who checked on me every half hour.

My mum, dad and I went to Kelsey s for lunch. Wings and fries. The waiter (Michael) was amazing. Patient will my elderly parents and always making sure everything was ok with our order and believe me it was. He s a great asset to Kelseys

This past Saturday I went to Kelsey s for dinner with my wife and son. There were multiple parties happening at the same time so it was quite busy. However, we were so impressed by the excellent service Cassidy provided for us even though she was juggling many tables. Cassidy was very attentive, responsive and extremely polite as she took our orders and promptly delivered the food without issue. Food was also great. Thank you Cassidy for making our dining experience a great one! You are amazing!

I ordered the chicken fajitas- it was inedible. I m not sure what they used as meat but it wasn t real chicken- the texture and taste were fake.

I decided to try this place out after a very long time... i should have stayed away longer. Burnt chicken, returned and yes did get a refund. Spinach dip was overcooked (extremely dry). Fries were stale. I had ordered sweet potato fries and initially got regular fries. This was corrected. I would NOT recommend going here at all.

Dont get the salmon, its gets too charred on the grill that all you taste is burnt salmon, they even remade it and still the same thing. The frozen baileys could use more flavoring and less ice. Also blended more to reduce ice chunk size.
