I celebrated my birthday at Nascato and had an unforgettable experience. The service was exceptional, with a special thank you to Cara for being such a thoughtful and attentive server her friendliness and kindness made the evening even more enjoyable. I also truly appreciated Temo, who made my family feel like we were part of his own. His genuine warmth and care truly enhanced the celebration. The entire team went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcomed and valued from the moment we walked through the door. I ll definitely be returning and highly recommend Nascato for anyone looking to celebrate a special occasion!

Wonderful restaurant.

This is a lovely spot that blends upscale ambiance with attentive service and a creative menu. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, perfect for a special night out, and the service was friendly and professional, both deserving of 4 stars. The cocktail menu is a highlight I had a bourbon-based drink that was absolutely delicious. The food, while overall enjoyable, was a bit inconsistent. The steak my girlfriend and I shared was phenomenal and truly stole the show, and the spiedini were packed with flavor. However, the special pasta (pappardelle with meatballs) didn t quite live up to expectations, and the soup of the day, while comforting, felt more like something I could make at home. If I could, I d give the food 3.5 stars (Google only lets me do even numbers and I put 3 stars) because there were definite highlights. It s on the pricier side, but with its beautiful ambiance and standout dishes like the steak and spiedini, it s worth trying just be selective with your choices. Overall, I d come again! Parking: It was very difficult to get parking. The lot doesn t fit all the cars of patrons when it s busy so we ended up parking in the lot beside Nascosto. Not the end of the world but something to be aware of.

Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience at this restaurant tonight after loving it last year. There were several issues all of which I will not go into, the worst of which being that there was a hair in our calamari. Although I appreciate it being replaced, I was pretty shocked to find that it was still on our bill. We will not be returning.

We had dinner there Saturday night and had wonderful experience. The ambiance was so classy, and both the manager/owner and our server (Lia) were friendly and knowledgeable of the food and wine. Service was excellent, food excellent. We had a party of 6 and everyone loved their dishes The meals were peared with a nice wine (Rutherford Ranch Cabernet Sauvignon). The name Nascosto (Hidden) definitely suits the restaurant. A nice place to go if you want to impress. Definitely going back.

Nascosto is truly a hidden gem! My girls and I celebrated my birthday and my friend s birthday there tonight, and what a delight it was. This was our first time dining at this restaurant, and the experience exceeded all expectations. The food was nothing short of exceptional every dish, from the appetizers to the mains to the desserts, was beautifully presented and tasted as amazing as it looked. The service was just as impressive. Our waiter, Julian, was incredibly pleasant, attentive, and always on cue. The manager, Temo, went above and beyond to make our evening special, even introducing us to Chef Luca, which was such a memorable moment. We will definitely be back, not only to celebrate future occasions but also to explore more of the menu. Thank you, Nascosto, for an unforgettable dining experience! You ve set the standard for excellence.

The most dog friendly restaurant in GTA!! A must go for dog owner in their patio. Were treated like VIPs with our two Akitas. Staffs and the manager are super nice and all dog lovers/owners. Food is brilliant. I had the best calamari over here. Highly recommended

I was there last Wednesday with my wife for a dinner and I ordered the chefe special [rabbit with polenta] wasnt very good experience it was not cooked properly I couldnt get any meat of the rabbit under cooked,,and the tiramisu was a joke,,,,,,

We took some family members and a friend visiting from the US for a birthday dinner. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the dinner and experience. Temo is an outstanding manager/host. Whether it be by phone or in person, he was very polite, accommodating and made everyone feel very comfortable and at ease. Our server was also very good. The good ( Black cod, veal, chicken and pasta dishes) was delicious as were the tiramisu and cheese cake. We will be back!

A+++Our work decided to treat employees and partners to a nice dinner for some team building. Everyone had heard of Noscosto and wanted to try and we are so glad that we did! The staff was so welcoming our waiter was awesome and attentive, and who I can only assume was the manger or owner checked on our table a few times to make sure everything was perfect. Staff was great but the food was the star. There were five of us and every single one of us loved our dishes and appetizers. The Earl Grey infused creme brûlée is heaven! if you haven t tried it, you won t be disappointed. #supportlocal

The atmosphere was wonderful, and the staff were welcoming. The food was good, though a bit on the expensive side. I had their saffron cream pancetta and squash blossom spaghetti, as well as their paccheri guanciale!

I am an Italian moved to Canada 8 years ago, I know good food and practice it as a personal chef. Nascosto in Italian means hidden and it is the most appropriate name to define this restaurant, it took me eight years to finally find a place where it is worth eating!!! 10 stars!!! Grilled octopus Mixed fried food Carpaccio salad Burrata Pappardelle with burrata Paccheri bacon Grilled sliced beef Tastings of dream desserts Excellent selection of wines, Grappa and the legendary Tequila Cava de Oro... There were four of us and we shared all the food and remained enthusiastic, an unforgettable experience and certainly one to do again in the future!!! A special thank you goes to Timo and to all his staff, especially to the two chefs who are representatives of a job that only few people really know how to do...

Great food and Terrible customer service on my last visit by the lady I would say middle age ! We visited the restaurant around 1:30pm The lady took her sweet time to bring menus out meanwhile restaurant was empty. I did have to asked to get our order and she just had an attitude in general . my bf tried to justify her language barrier not sure if she was Italian or Spanish however attitude is attitude! We enjoy our time despite the customer service received ! food was delicious as usual, however I hope we don t get served by her next time we visit!

We hosted a celebration lunch for about 50 people. The food was great, the service and staff were amazing. We had a bit of an incident with the cake, and the staff did their best to fix it and make it look picture worthy. I didnt even know they could do that, but they did. The food was hot, on time and delicious, the kids and adults loved their meal, they went above and beyond for us. All our family and friends could only say great things about the meal, service and overall ambiance. Timo and his staff are doing an amazing job. I cant wait for another opportunity to stop in for another mazing meal.

I celebrated my birthday dinner with some friends last week and it was fantastic. The appetizers were especially delicious! The service was also outstanding. I believe our waiters name was Carter. He was so sweet and made us feel very welcomed. Would definitely recommend!

Make sure you book ahead of time for weekend is tough to get in! Fancy place and well maintained in an industrial area that is rapidly under modernization Staff is courteous About the chef? The server was extremely pleasant. The food, relative to the prices, was mediocre. The server did not ask how you would like your lamb cooked, you receive very little meat well done and you pay $68. It was also quite loud in the restaurant. It s also located in what appears to be a light industrial area. I would summarize this restaurant as attempting to be Harbour Sixty with somewhat less than Harbour Sixty prices and not close to Harbour 60 style. Perhaps my expectations were too high based on the other reviews. To the fine diners out there, give it a try and let s see what you think.

This restaurant is great. Despite the unassuming facade the inside is clean, the decor sleek and the food flavorful. The friendly staff and the attentive service complete the experience. Great for bussiness meals, early evening family outing or late friends get together. They also have a private bookable day for large parties. Parking: Accessible parking right out front. Kid-friendliness: For families I recommend early dinner hours. Staff are very accommodating. Regardless of time you wont feel unwelcome. They know the value of family. Ask for a high chair or let them know in advance about stroller.

I celebrated my 40th birthday in a private room setting and I was super impressed. The food was served hot and fresh, the service was absolutely impeccable from start to finish. Our main waiter was Julian and my guests couldn t stop mentioning how wonderful and attentive he was. Temo greeted each guest with great hospitality and always made sure we had everything we had needed. Would highly recommend this place, and will most certainly be back. Delicious food. Superb service. Kind and courteous staff. I will definitely be back. Great option for a yummy Italian meal without the hassle of going downtown Toronto. Portions were also very generous. The aesthetic here is also such a vibe. Not sure if the guy going around to each table was the owner but he kept checking in on us which was super sweet. I also have a severe nut allergy and they were super accommodating considering a few items on the menu have cashew, pine nut and pistachio.

Went on a Saturday night and had a great time. We were just two of us, and the service was amazing. Our server was a young man and he was great! The owner or manager came up to us and gave us a complimentary tiramisu that was so good! Definitely would recommend for date night!

Surprised first by the valet. Then the food. Although we didn t make a reservation for the Mother s Day, we were lucky to have the bar seats. The appetizer was delicious with sour and sweet flavour. The tenderloin was at medium heat and that s the exact taste we wanted (thanks for the recommendation from the bar lady). Great place and we would come back in the future for sure.

My brother introduced me to this place and I had an amazing time. The service, food and atmosphere were beyond my expectations. Temo is such a friendly and down to earth host who always recommends the best red wines . Definitely going to be one of my go to Italian restaurant! I recommend the octopus appetizer which is a must, the ricotta donuts and of course the tiramisu!

This was a very poor experience for us. We were celebrating my 46th birthday and the service was awful from start to finish. The parking lot has a valet, he watched us looking for parking and didnt offer us assistance (tho he helped the people who arrived right after us), then our server was also not attentive to us, as the people who were seated after us were offered water n drinks before we were. What made us pack up our meals and leave was when the server brought our mains prior to clearing the table and almost spilled our food on us. This was an awful experience and we definitely wont be back! ******************UPDATE********************** After leaving the restaurant and leaving this review, my boyfriend (who made the reservation) received a call from someone claiming to be the manager. This individual was aggressive and demanded that I remove my review. There was no apology or explanation for the poor service we received, there was no offer of trying to make a bad situation better, just the demand to remove my review. Ive completed over 40 reviews via Google and am very fair about the reviews I leave, I say that, because I was not trying to be mean by leaving my review, but that was the experience we had. If you dont want poor reviews, then give ALL your customers a good experience. What was especially difficult to accept with this situation was that we saw the staff providing the people around us good service, but that was not mine (a Black male) and my Black boyfriends experience. Id suggest if your going to call your customers that you have a kind demeanor and offer to make a poor situation better, not just demand the removal of a fair review.

Delighted I found this gem, excellent food and staff! I am usually reluctant to spend more at restaurants, as I am often disappointed with the quality vs. price of food (and have grown tired of excessively paying for food I can make at home). I was pleasantly surprised by the flavourful taste and sizeable portions of my food - the quality of this restaurant is truly reflected in their dishes (I ordered, and highly recommend, the veal/rapini and seafood linguini). Needless to say, I will be returning with my family (this time to dine-in, as the atmosphere is beautiful). Special shout-out to the manager and bartender, who made me feel very welcomed while picking-up my order.

Wow! What an amazing place to dine! The service and food was next level! As soon as you walk in, there is someone opening the door for you while you re walking on this red carpet. Nascosto was chosen for a work occasion. I have to say, this place is the way to go! I have lived in this area for over 17 years and only to discover this place now! Excellent. I enjoyed my night and dinner at Nascosto very much so!!! From the food to the atmosphere I did not have any complaints. The food was excellent, the service was excellent (if i remember correctly Carter was our waiter) and I loved the atmosphere. It was very relaxing and enjoyable (which can be hard to find in woodbridge). Although the menu doesnt have an abundance of options, there was a decent variety of specials which made up for it! The manager seems to be very passionate about ensuring everyone is taken care of. I will be back and I will be recommending it to others.

Amazing food, ambience and staff! Our waitress was so kind and took time to explain the specials. The peach drink was amazing!!! We ordered the seafood linguine, chicken breast & truffle pasta with ricotta Donuts and affogato for dessert. My linguine was amazing: the quality of seafood was outstanding, especially the lobster tail! The ricotta Donuts were STELLAR!!! The sauces were chocolate kalulha, caramel & limoncello; I could eat a whole box! Would definitely come back to try more of their menu!

Wow. There are some special things about this meal that are hard to duplicate. Well done, Nascosto, for a fantastic dinner. We had a party of 5. We ordered 2 antipasti, 3 pasta, and a secondi. The meal was reasonably priced for the quality and venue. Burrata: One of the better Burratas ive ever had, but that pancetta chutney? Bury me in that. I could spread that on an old hockey card and enjoy it. Fritto Misto: Pretty standard. The sauces were very nice, and the batter was crispy till the end. I dont even like calamari, but I ate this one. Nice peppers, very good chili sauce. Paccheri Guanchale: Rich, full of flavour, a real ragu that leans heavily on the richness of the Guanchale and holds back on tomato. Paccheri tends to go a bit flat, but it stayed firm right to the end. Gnocchi: Gnocchi is gnocchi, right? Some people like them pillowy soft, some people like the with a firmer bite. Id say this one was in the middle. Nothing amazing, but the gnocchi itself was done nicely. Veal Special: I never got to taste this one, but the guest who ate it said that it was very good, but he just wanted more. Filletto: That steak is basically perfect in just about every way. Right amount of char, melts in your mouth, i could cut it with a fork, and the arugula puree was a complete showstopper. Wow. I never would have thought that it pairs so perfectly with the beef. I was impressed. The accoutrements on the secondi was a bit pedestrian, some flaccid, lukewarm onions and smashed red potatoes that didnt really add to the dish. Sure, its meat and potatoes with a veg. I think this dish can be craveable if the onions and potatoes were either replaced completely or done with a bit more flair. All in all, 4 out of 5. Great spot for romantic dinners or a quiet get-together with family. Clever name considering the location. We will definitely return!

When we arrived we were greeted by 2 doorman and the hostess quickly brought us to our table where other guests from our party were already seated ...Our waitress Candis introduced herself and began to tell us their daily specials ..We began to order appetizers starting with polenta fries ..fritto misto and a beet salad which were all incredible...We then began ordering mains which we had veal milanese , mafalde ai fungi , paccheri guanciale , ravioli ripeni , and pollo alle olive which were all beautifully flavoured and the end the night off we ordered ricotta filed donuts with 3 sauces and these were to die ...I would love to thank our waitress Candis and all the rest of the staff for a wonderful evening I recommend you try this restaurant...100%

First time at Nascosto and I must say it was a very upscale atmosphere/environment with great service at resonable prices! The food was excellent! Went with a group of 20 people and that did not compromise the service or quality of food. The Fritto misto, Polpo, Paccheri, and Branzino all great They had some interesting twists on some classic cocktails (loved the paper plane). Staff was very friendly and funny as well. You can tell they enjoyed being there as much as the guests do! 100% going back!

Just got back from having lunch with a friend. What a nice hidden gem in Vaughan. Came specifically to Nascosto as I was looking for quality Italian food. One word: impressed. The inside of the Ristorante is beautiful. Our server was Angelica, she was amazing as she went in-depth about their specials. We ordered appetizers, drinks and lunch. Everything was 10/10. The best part was meeting the manager Temo. Such an amazing gentleman. He made us feel welcomed and had a great sense of humor. Would definitely come back for their dinner since our lunch experience was phenomenal. Thank you Temo and staff for the great experience.

Visited the restaurant with some coworkers for lunch and it was my first time here. When you first walk in I was automatically wowed by the ambiance. The location is super modern and really upscale. The wait staff was extremely friendly and the food was extremely delicious. We had many appetizers including the grilled octopus and polenta fries where were both amazing. I had the steak for my main and it was cooked perfectly and tasted great. I will definitely be returning here in the very near future and would highly recommend.

Stunning restaurant with a modern design, yet cozy atmosphere. Thank you to our server Julian for making our first visit to Nascosto amazing. We were very impressed with the amount of care and attention that went into the service. It made our evening feel so much more special. Also shoutout to Temo for being so welcoming and kind during our visit. The food was delicious and plated with lots of color and precision. I really enjoyed the Linguine ai frutti di mare which had a good portion and variety of seafood. My favorite part of the meal was the dessert. The Tiramisu and Earl Grey Creme Brulee were the best Ive had. I enjoyed them with a Latte. We would love to try some of the cocktail drinks next time. Overall, it was a really amazing experience and cant wait to return!

Nascosto Ristorante is a great date spot with really nice interior/comfortable seating and vibes. The service was friendly and the food was amazing and resonably priced - would highly recommend their Octopus appetizer, Mafalde Ai Funghi and any of their desserts. Nascosto - an accidental discovery & so very worth it. Great in every sense - ambience, service & food. We ordered vegetarian options on the menu - mushroom ribbon pasta, ravioli & burrata salad. Everything tasted very balanced & was soothing on the palate. The house bread was very soft & fresh. Our server, Lia, was very polite & attentive. Highly recommended for a true Italian experience. And, for heavens sake, don t skip the Doughnuts!

Another amazing Anniversary Dinner! This was the second time celebrating our anniversary at Nascosto. My wife emailed for a reservation, and I don t remember her name, but she promptly called and got everything sorted for us. We were happily greeted and seated by Tabata. I cannot express enough how much the staff and food exceeded our expectations once again. Luciano was incredible and attentive! The food is always phenomenal. Temo, always goes above and beyond to make us as comfortable as possible. Nascosto truly is a great place for any event or occasion. The food and service here is fantastic. Our waitress was amazing i wish i could remember her name i belive it started with a T. I have came in for both lunch and dinners here and each time it gets better and better. Prices are a little high but the quality of food is worth it. I have never seen this place very busy but have not went on a weekend. The place is beautifully designed and decorated. Hidden gem, it is located in a industrial area, hidden away so I was shocked walking in. Keep up the good work.

This is our second time coming here and it was absolutely phenomenal. The staff was amazing, management was exceptional. We booked another visit for a special occasion 2 months out this time. The food seems to just get better and better everytime. The chef outdoes herself constantly. And the management adds a personal touch which allows us to feel like family. It would be a colossal disservice to yourself not to bring yourself here and fully immerse yourself in the experience

I took my wife and in laws there for the 1st time and we had a wonderful dining experience. We met the host (Temo) who was super friendly and helpful in recommending what to eat and what wines to pair with it. The staff was courteous and provided exceptional service and the food was simply outstanding! Oh ... and if you have a sweet tooth ... the tiramisu is a MUST!

Amazing! Called Nascosto at 9pm, an hour before closing and asked if they were able to seat two. With no hesitation, told us to head over as we were only 5 minutes away. We were greeted with a warm smile and directed to our table. The server was so kind and we never felt rushed. Now to the food.....Delicious and set at a perfect price point! Ended the meal with Tiramisu and coffee. Thank you so much for the late meal! Your kindness will not be forgotten:)

Got a side of there speggetti in Galic butter, I guess its self explanation when its read but its tasteless, butternut squash puree lacked seasoning and the new york steak was tuff with a undeveloped red wine reduction, the asparagus was steamed and delivered with no seasonings or butter, pretty boring.

Great place to go for any occasion. The service is top notch and the food was very good as well. Im a home cook so its quite difficult to impress me and I would definitely go back if want a break from cooking at home.

I found this hidden gem searching for restaurants to go to for a birthday dinner and was very impressed with the overall service, ambiance and food ! They were very attentive for a large group of 8 and the food came out very fast!! I truly enjoyed the polenta fries, paccheri and the kale salad. So yummy! Definitely going to come back!

What a wonderful dining experience! My husband and I went with another couple and we were all amazed at the food and service. I am vegan, and most restaurants offer limited options and no substitutions let alone creating something specifically for you. But Nascosto went above and beyond our expectations. We had the polenta fries with cheese on the side, fried artichokes with cashew cream on the side (our friend has a nut allergy) and focaccia with olives and rosemary. All so incredibly delicious! I then had pasta aglio e oglio but just before they brough it out, a wait staff came and asked if I would like mushrooms on my pasta. I happily said yes. Our waiter was friendly and very knowledgeable and we enjoyed a beautiful dinner with friends, relaxed and elegant. Thank you for a wonderful dining experience. Vegetarian options: They are accommodating, just ask.

Held our holiday dinner here in the private room and it did not disappoint! From the start, even with just planning the set menu, they were great and easy to work with. We received excellent service from Carter, ambience was sophisticated and beautiful, and all plates were wonderful. Their homemade chili oil was most flavourful- will go back for this alone! Wow!! If I could give Nascosto 6 + Stars I would. Incredible food, atmosphere, staff everything was perfect. Still dreaming about that 20 oz Ribeye special they knocked out of the park. James and his staff were incredible. If you are looking for a night out or a special occasion this place is a must try.

nascosto has by far the best service and AMAZING tasting dishes. Staff was welcoming and sweet - you do not see this in a lot of restaurants. Food was 3/5. It was a bit pricey for the quality of the food. I expected better. Gluten free options were there for most pastas. We got the bursts salad, malfade ai funghi pasta and the branzino fish. We also got some of their seasonal drinks. Restaurant was very quiet inside and a little empty. Would only go back for some drinks.

Hands down one of the best restaurants Ive been to. If not the best then definitely in top 3. The flavor you can taste in every bite is unreal. I had the heart artichokes (its not in their regular menu), octopus, and pasta with pork cheek (I forget the name of the dish). All, highly recommended.

My first visit to Nascosto wont be my last. What a fantastic night out with friends with great food and wine. We started with appetizers. Artichokes were amazing as were the polenta fries, beet salad and calamari. My main dish was the mushroom pasta. Thoroughly enjoyed every last bite. The flavours were incredible. Had a nibble of the rigatoni with mortadella...also sooo tasty. No one in our party had a bad bite. The service was also fantastic. I wish I asked the name of our server, but she was friendly, attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. We also enjoyed our wine selections based on the suggestion of your sommelier. The other staff who delivered our meals and cleared our table were also great. As for pricing, I thought it was very fair. Overall a great experience. Highly recommend.

We recently hosted a private event at Nascosto. We booked our event here simply based on the beautiful interior (something important to me as an interior designer) and everything else fell right in line with that. The experience from start to finish was fantastic. Our guests had nothing but compliments. Every item that was served was delicious, chef Victoria is top notch! We were surprised that such a young staff was so professional and seemed as though they had years of experience in service. Kudos to all of them! James provided us with impeccable service from beginning to end and made us feel very confident that we would be well taken care of. We would highly recommend Nascosto.
