I recently visited New York Fries at Vaughan Mills and tried their veggie loaded fries and nachos loaded fries. They were alright, but not particularly memorable. The fries were crispy, but the toppings lacked flavor and didn't quite meet my expectations. The staff were friendly and efficient, ensuring that my order was prepared quickly. It was an okay experience overall, but I don't think I'll be rushing back anytime soon.

Got a perfect combo order, service was fast and friendly. Cool paper cup they’re using for drinks, really sturdy :) food court here gets busy on the weekends but very comfortable seats and clear labels for tray station to dispose of garbage.
It's a wonderful place to enjoy the poutine, also the Bishal and his team are so friendly and nice positive people. I ate the butter chicken and queso new spicy cheese sauce as they told me it's their popular item. I really loved it, give it a must try. Thanksss NYF team.

Friendly and fast customer service
I am a little bit disappointed with NYF. I have not had it in a while and I thought I would like some because I had good memories of it. So I got an order of fries with some California spice and ketchup on the side. And I have to say I am somewhat disappointed that a major player like NYF cannot do better on there Key product, their reputation depends on this product, this is what they are all about isn t it? So I found the fries, somewhat soggy, somewhat bland. I had to jack it up with the California spice and some ketchup. They used to stand on their own. I get the feeling that somebody in management has made a decision and something has changed over the past couple of years. Too bad. I am thinking that South Common burger, and even McDonald s has better french fries than NYF. NYF, this is a challenge to you Can you clean up your game and make me come back ?? Happy holidays.

I honestly dont know where to begin. My sister and I visited this New York Fries location last week, and what should have been a simple, enjoyable meal turned into a frustrating and uncomfortable experience. My sister went to order while I was looking for a table to sit at. We ordered two large poutines, and my sister specifically asked the cashier to put gravy on both the top and bottom of the poutine. But when we got our order, there was only gravy on the top. She went back to ask them to fix it, but to our surprise, they told us we d have to pay extra for more gravy, which seemed unreasonable for such a simple request. And they were rude. We decided to reach out to the New York Fries team via email, and I have to commend their online customer service. They were very friendly, apologized for the mistake, and offered to replace the order for free. However, when I went to redeem the offer today, the experience took a turn. The cashier (male) was overly sarcastic, telling me to take two drinks (even though I only needed one) and making comments like, Take whatever you need now, and don t complain again. He kept making sarcastic remarks, repeatedly saying, Don t go online again to complain. It made the whole situation feel awkward and uncomfortable. I never asked for a free order it was offered as a goodwill gesture but I didn t expect to be treated that way. His attitude made the situation awkward and uncomfortable, and I felt as though I was being treated like someone just trying to get free food. I appreciate the gesture from the online team, but the way I was treated in-store made it difficult for me to feel good about returning. It s important to note that customers have the right to voice complaints when something goes wrong, and I was simply trying to resolve an issue that should have been addressed. Its really disappointing that what should have been a simple and enjoyable experience turned into something so frustrating. I was hopeful that the situation would be resolved smoothly, especially after the positive response from the online customer service team. However, the way we were treated in-store completely overshadowed that goodwill. Instead of feeling valued as a customer, I felt dismissed and uncomfortable. Its hard to believe that a company that prides itself on customer service would allow this kind of behavior to happen. Unfortunately, after everything, I don t feel inclined to return to this location, and it leaves me questioning whether I want to support the brand going forward. It s a shame, because what could have been a positive resolution turned into a deeply disappointing experience.
