Doesn t matter if you book your reservations or not. First come first serve. I booked my table and they let us wait for more than 1 hours. Really disappointed

Amazing as always. The food was great, got everything I wanted when I ordered. The company of people I was with had a great time too. Gotta do it again next year.

This Keg location is really good. Service is amazing and food was good but not extremely hot. Kid-friendliness: They have the kids menu but the prices is some what high. To be honest I would get a bigger size steak or order for yourself and if your child is under 11, just share the meal and just order an extra side order for the young one.

The food was cooked well, served efficiently but for the price the portions were exceptionally small. I expected not to leave hungry at over 100 a person

The service was fantastic, the meat cuts where cooked good but the meat itself a little tough, quality has come down and I know its Christmas but if were going out for a steak I dont want to feel like Im in a bar

Our server gave me a suggestion on how I should have my rib steak Chicago style steak which I order all the time. I will now order it this way all the time. Only problem was in both with four guys so kinda of tight but good and server where awesome

I probably dine at the Keg 12-15 times a year for the past 15 years. This was the absolute worst representation of the Keg experience ever, service was a pathetic no water, no steak knives,no pepper all nothing until asked for each time than arriving at least 5 minutes later. Either the server was completely new or was just a lousy waitress because realistically I have been to the Keg at least a hundred times and never even remotely had service this pathetic

The place was really busy and there was confusion at the entrance. I tried then to figure out what to do because we reserved a table in advance. apparently, you will need to confirm at the front counter. And then you will get a text message when your table is ready. In USA Texas Roadhouse this is done by texting, you text here and dont need to bother the counter check in. I felt quite ignored but boy there at he just looked at me asking my question and just looked away! (His name is Soheil) he could have just told me to wait he is busy doing something, not to just look at you listen your question and look away like you dont exist, that was very insulting to me. All the other people acted properly, the manager came by and offered a complimentary desert, food was good and the server was amazing. The four of us spent over $330 that night. However Ai was quite irritated for the first 30 minutes of being there due to my encounter at the check in

Brought my wife and another couple to The Keg in Vaughan after an event downtown. They advised us that they would place us in the dining room but that it was late and that we would need to order quickly. I can tell you that the server made several rude jokes about hurrying up and about the last customer had to be annoying. We were all shocked at the sarcastic comments. I wished they sat us at the bar and were less rushed as it honestly ruined my evening.

Attended the Rutherford location with friends for dinner last night, and the food, atmosphere and service by all staff was exceptional.

Had dinner with my family tonight at the Maple location. We arrived, were seated and our server was pleasant enough. She took our drink and appetizer order then asked us if we were celebrating anything. I said, that in fact we were, it was my son s birthday. Our drinks arrived and we ordered our steaks. Each one of us had it cooked differently. Our steaks arrived by two different people. The plates were placed in front of us and we had to ask which was the rare, which medium rare. The servers picked up the dishes and had to move them around. Why weren t we asked before the dishes we placed in front of us. Our server shows up 10 minutes into our meal asking if we wanted salt or pepper. What s the point, we re half way done. Speaking of half way, our steaks were terrible; over seasoned. A good piece of meat does not require all that seasoning- unless you re hiding something. Needless to say, we all left half of our steaks uneaten. Finally we were asked if we wanted anything else. We said no and almost instantly we were presented with the bill. As we re taking out our card, my daughter whispers to me, they always give the birthday person a piece of cake. They did it for my friend when she came and haven t you noticed all the people they ve been giving it to tonight? . Ok, so now I m wondering, why did our server ask us if we were celebrating something? What was the point of that? The evening was the most expensive hour and a half I spent in a long time. Service was poor and food mediocre. Sorry Keg, there are plenty of other places I can spend an evening and have a good experience. The Keg is not one of those places. Won t be returning.

The food was good but my goodness was the service bad. We waited over an hour for our food. Then the waiter throws the receipt at us and walks away without saying anything because of our 10% tip. Tip is for service and the amount you get is based on the service you provide! I wish I could go back and give this worker no tip was they didn t even deserve the 10%.

Have had one of the worst experiences at this place! Food took 50 minutes to be served, staff attitude is way below average. Upon complaining about the long serving time the manager s response sounded automated while offering a dessert and simply asked me not to have the dinner if I don t want to!! Last visit to The Keg

Currently eating at the Keg on Rutherford and I feel as if I am having a sit down meal at Montana s instead. Who has the aux in this establishment???? Our server is currently speaking down to us as if we re stupid. Food is 10/10 though. Stays slapping. Cheers.

Bad service waited 2 hours n never got seated

We went to celebrate our anniversary and my husband make reservations for 8pm . We decided to arrive 7:30pm and have some drinks before they give us our table. Our good and friendly bartender Noa was there, we have some beers and at 8:00pm we asked if our table was ready, they said 2 tables was ahead of us. We wait and Noa kindly went to check as well why they were not giving us a table. Well at 8:47pm we just se people going to their tables exept us. I was so hungry that I just said lets have the food in the bar. We want our special night being sitting in a table and that didnt happen. So sad that Even with reservation they dont respect our time. **** Noa was very ashamed with us about what happened, I know it is not his fault. He always has good attitude and service.

I visited this location to take my family out for my son s birthday. Everything from the ambiance to the service was fantastic. Our appetizers came out quick and our steaks were prepared perfectly. Our server Ronnie was very helpful and friendly. Definitely will be back!!

I came to the Keg last Tuesday with my family and had an amazing experience. Our servers name was Gianluca and he did an excecptional job taking care of our dining experience. Pretty bothered about the service I received the last I dined here. I ve been coming to this location for years with family and friends to celebrate milestones and special occasions, but when I came to celebrate my husbands birthday this evening, the service was pretty disappointing. I was more annoyed at time of payment. I asked my server if I can use the gift card I had on me to pay off some of my balance, and I stated the amount that was on it, but he did not pay attention to what I said, he just said absolutely! . He kept swiping the card and an error came up on the machine. From experience, I know he did not hear the amount on the card and tried to pay the full amount of my bill with the gift card, which is why it came up with an error. He then grabbed my method of payment card I chose to pay my remaining balance on out of my hands and placed it down on the table with no explanation, and I was so caught off guard that he did that! I starred at him appalled, and he walked to the back to get my gift card to work, and when he came back to tell me I only had X amount of dollars on my card I was pretty disappointed I was not heard in the first place. I understand everyone is busy, especially on a weekend at dinner rush, but taking a few seconds to listen to your customer does not go unnoticed. Although the food was delicious, the service was pretty disappointing that evening.

Came in last Sunday with the family and had an amazing experience our server Gianluca did an exceptional job and took very good care of our table he was great at Recommending Steak cuts and degrees of doneness. We were served by a young woman called Tia. We were put on the waiting list to be seated at 6:30pm and we were told it would be a 50-60 minute wait, and it ended up being exactly 2 hours that we waited for our table. I went to dine with my husband, my 2 year old toddler and I am currently 6 months pregnant so as you can imagine, this wait was a huge deal for us. However, my reason for this email is not so much for the wait because the manager did come to our table and offer our appetizers to be on the house due to this issue which we greatly appreciated, however, my overall experience was not the greatest, and the weight did have a lot to do with it because our toddler ended up being exhausted by the time we got seated, therefore our whole dining experience was not desirable. My main reason of disappointment was our server, Tia. She was extremely unprofessional throughout our whole night for many reasons, but two of them being the highlight of this email. My husband ordered the steak and lobster, and I ordered the prime rib with a side of Bernaise sauce. The kitchen staff mistakenly put the sauce on my husband s plates, but we didn t realize it until I asked the server where my sauce was, she then realized she must ve left it in the kitchen and before leaving to go get it, she looked at my husband s plate as he was eating and realized the sauce was on his plate and grabbed it from his plate while he was having eating from it. My jaw dropped when she did this as it was extremely unprofessional, but not ruin our dining experience more I didn t say anything. What disappointed me the most was when it was time to pay for our meal, I had asked tia for the machine and we d be paying by card. When she brought it and handed it over to me, it was automatically prompted to the tip page with ONLY percentage options. I am very familiar with these machines as I ve worked in fine dining myself and have also managed in fine dining restaurants, and I knew that she had skipped two options that were my choice and handed me the machine with her desired option for me to tip, which was in the percentage format, not amount . To confirm that this was already not formatted this way I went back a few options on the machine and confirmed myself that she had skipped the options that were for ME to choose. The machine asked if i even wanted to tip, which she had pressed yes on my behalf, and it then asked if i wanted to tip in % or $ and she had chosen % again, on MY behalf and then handed me the machine. I found this extremely unprofessional as I usually always tip using the $ option. She was trying to be sneaky, which I did not appreciate and coming from a fine dining restaurant, It s not the type of behaviour I expected. Overall, I appreciate the Manager took out the appetizers but she did so just because of the long wait we had to get our table, I didn t realize our server was going to do all of these things or else I would ve mentioned it to the manager as well and we had to leave quickly because our son was overly exhausted from already waiting two hours to just be seated. I am very disappointed at the service we received with Tia as I know what is to be expected from a fine restaurant and our experience today was definitely not it.

Amazing peppercorn new York strip! Took my family here for dinner yesterday and we all loved our food especially our fantastic steaks. Filet mignon was also amazing.

We had a reservation at 7:30pm. We were sat down at 8:10pm standing in the lobby for 40 minutes. Food was great as always. Server was friendly. What really merits this poor review was the manager coming to our table to offer us desserts. Which we declined for being too full so she insisted she would take care of something on our bill. Our bill came and nothing was taken care of. While we were pleased with our food the service was poor and the manager thing was just annoying! Suffice it to say we will not be returning to this location.

Unfortunately this is not the Keg that I remember from years ago. The quality of the food and the steaks is shameful. The service is shameful too. Reminds me of Jack Astors or similar restaurants. We will not attend Keg again.

I had a birthday dinner here at the keg and I honestly cannot thank tyler enough for his service. He had everything on point and made me feel very comfortable being here at the keg. Was there on Saturday. Made a reservation, had to wait for a table 45mins anyway. They were busy but, wth? Once we got to the table, the fun began (fun if you like to play the waiting game while seated). Food came ONE HOUR after we ordered. Also, the Keg did not have the cut of steak I wanted in stock so I had to order something else. Huh. I guess KFC can run out of chicken sometimes? The manager did what he could to make things right but he was the dude who told me it would be a 15 min wait originally, soooo....

Our table server asked my son, the birthday boy what was the best on the table. We answered it our table server Nick Coffi. He was amazing server w friendly, sincere manner for our best birthday dinner at Vaughan Keg. Our usual restaurant is RichmondHill temporarily closed. That was why we made reservation at this spot. He promptly served our food as soon as ready from kitchen, perfectly made our requests satisfied, and helped us feel free during dinner. He deserves 5stars & more than 20% tip pymnt. Last nite rib steak, sirloins were also fantastic in seasoning, doneness, quality, side food etc.

Their glasses were not clean, one glass was full of lips (lipstick) imprints on it and I sent it back. Our waiter tried all his best to make things better while serving us. But the manager is soooo rude it s shocking! Will never go back to this location on Rutherford across from Vaughan Mills. The wait time sitting at the table was incredibly long and on top of it the food was not as good, we left the restaurant hungry and disappointed! This is one restaurant that we used to go often but will not return! I do not recommend especially because of the safety concerns with their dirty dishes , please check carefully before using.

I had a very disappointing experience at The Keg at this location. They charged me $68 for a bottle of wine instead of the $48 listed on the menu. To make matters worse, my total bill came to $524. I selected the option for a 10% tip, but the amount charged was $94, which is significantly higher than the expected $50. It feels like they re scamming customers by inflating prices and tip amounts. I wont be returning, and I advise others to be cautious. The best keg location is the one on highway 7 near 404 highway.

Awesome tastey food and very great service.

Would highly recommend eating here. The food is not always a hit but the service will almost always make up for it. I would say the steak and most of the mains could be better and mostly not worth the price but 100% the appetizers make up for almost all the faults. Dietary restrictions: They are very accommodating to really any dietary restriction specifically I came in with a restriction of dairy and any grain the waitress helped me find items on the menu that fit in with these restrictions.

Wonderful place, adorable staff, super service oriented. And of course, top notch food! Highly recommended.

The billy miner pie is worth coming back for. The prime rib is great roast beef and NY striploin is a good go to.

Ordered take-out last night for dinner. 2 Keg Burgers with Garlic mash potatoes 1 Full rack of ribs. Bill was $99.46 Food came out late and Cold. Wife and I both ate the Burgers which gave us food poisoning. Stomachs were very upset and ruined our evening. Kids ate the ribs they were fine. I wouldnt recommend the Keg Burger, not worth the risk.

This location can be great but also - not so great. Ive had some of my best Keg meals here and also some of my worst. Food and service is so inconsistent. Especially in the dining room. I suggest skipping the dining room to seat yourself in the lounge. The vibe and service is much better and more consistent allowing for an overall better experience.

Decent spot for a casual steakhouse. This place has been around for years, and the food is always good. We opted for fish, and the lobster & shrimp was fresh and flavorful. Oyster feature is an A+. Should be on the menu all season. Only complaint I have was the service could be improved. We requested for accommodations on our dishes we ordered which were ignored.

Been plenty of times to the Keg so the food was as expected, but the service was incredible, our waitress was one of the best that we ve had. Arielle was very knowledgeable, accommodating and extremely kind. Made our evening even better.

The food was the usual Keg quality but the server not so much. Didn t bring the warm Keg loaf and when we asked he said I thought you might have allergies . We asked for him to please bring the loaf but he never did. We also had to ask for fresh ground pepper and he didn t bring that either.

First time visited this keg with my husband for a quick dinner. Excellent food, great atmosphere and good service. We really enjoyed our server, Alessandro. He was very attentive and friendly! Seems the restaurant was busier than a normal Monday night as the servers always seemed busy and running around though it was overall a very good time!

Good time, food and atmosphere all above average. Table of 8 food took longer than expected to arrive. Reservations for 7:30 got out around 10:30 on a Monday.

The food was great but the service was terrible, was waiting for the bread 20 minutes and the server brought our menu 10 mins after, ps the whole lounge was empty. Downtown s service was better by a lot.

Just had the best dinner here! We were a table of 7 plus a 7 month old baby. They provided a great table which gave us plenty of privacy because of the baby. The service by our waitress Julia was outstanding. The manager was also spectacular who came to our table to ensure all our meals were to our expectation. I ve been to a few different Kegs and this was my favourite by far due to the service. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!

My partner and I came for our anniversary dinner with our daughter. We honestly could have thought they mistook us for celebrities, for the level of service we received. It really made the night enjoyable. Their level of patience and care for our toddler shouldn t go unnoticed either. All around refreshing and great experience.

This is the best place to eat in Canada. High quality food, extremely delicious steak made to perfection, reasonable prices, high class service, warm welcome. Most importantly, I never felt stomach upset after eating at the Keg. In conclusion, make it your first choice and believe me, you will never regret it.

Came here for a special family dinner on a Saturday evening. We usually go to The Keg on Hwy 27, but went to this one instead as they were fully booked. The experience was not as good as the Hwy 27 location, service was extremely slow and possibly overwhelmed. Some of my family members weren t happy about their steaks but the manager resolved them. Personally I liked my steak but didnt enjoy the shrimp and scallop oscar. Seems like they just boil the shrimp and scallop with no seasoning. I recommend grilling them.

Worst Keg I ve ever been to , Bread was dry and not fully cut , they didn t even have the garlic butter for the bread , The host was nice tho a nice young man , also had an EARWIG join me at the table and when we called the server he didn t seem surprised at all and their compensation for that was to give us a free dessert which they initially still charged us for had i not asked for it to be removed off the bill the mushroom dip I got was burnt at the top and the brioche bun was stale n stiff 0/10 would never go back

Our waitress was very good. Overall it was good, but I feel the quality of the Garlic mash potatoes has slipped dramatically. Used to be my favorite garlic mash and now they are average at best.

Awesome service and great meat. Highly recommend the 20oz rib steak. Jaison who served us was very professional and graceful. Nice ambience as well.

### One-Star Review Im giving one star because the management has run this place into the ground. I live nearby, so my wife and I used to go there often. Over the past year, every time weve gone for dinner, weve been left waiting for ages. Drinks take 30 minutes to arrive, and when the food finally comes, theres no cutlery, butter, or anything. By the time the waitress remembers you exist, the food is cold, and it feels like a slap in the face. The last time we went, we had to get up and call for our drinks 30 minutes after ordering. We were completely ignored. When we called the manager (an Asian lady), she talked to us like we were beggars and acted like it was a huge favor to even speak with us. That was the last straw. Im not planning to go to a place that tries to humiliate its customers. The manager is highly unprofessional, rude, and incapable of controlling her staff or setting proper work ethics. My family and I have had enough awful experiences here, so were done with this place. They shouldnt be trying to humiliate us for our own money.

This location always stood out as somewhere I wanted to try so I took my wife out to here on her birthday and Ill never forget it because they cooked my food terrible the manager lady was rude and unprofessional my server hid from me most the time didnt even check back up to see if my food was fixed which it was not its just ugh I went here so hungry because whos gonna eat alot before going for a big meal at the keg but overall this location and the lady who runs it terrible I wish I was a rude person because she saw I was being polite and she was talking all rude to me she said oh so u just want a free meal like no I wanted you to fix my meal my steak was trash give me a new piece of meat which I didnt say but she didnt give me any options to fix it but she was assuming because I am indian I just want free food and was very rude ontop of that I was using a gift card so what free food smh this location should be shut down

Tough run this time out. Started off with a very short pour on our expensive beers. Our 14oz. medium rare Prime Rib came in looking like a 10oz. but rare. Added snow crab was stone cold. They compted the uneaten meal, but never made up for the bad experience with a round of beer comp or any sincere care. Then the Birthday Billy Miner came out with literally smokin hot plates. We all laughed as we drank our ice cream cake. Absolute amateur hour this time. Will take a hard break from this location. Very unsatisfied.

I enjoy the New York Steak meal. Its properly cooked and delicious. The service is well. Doesnt take too long for food to be served. Comfortable, calm atmosphere. Servers work for their tip, trust me. I think their attire is more for the male attention, but I love when the chefs come out with your meal , just feels right. Worth every penny!

Awesome service!! Our server, Rebecca, was great, and all the staff we talked to were so friendly. The food was amazing. I love The Keg. (Please come to Wisconsin!) Just like last year, we came to celebrate a family members birthday, so she got a piece of cake with sparkler candle! If youve never tried their food I highly recommend it, we will definitely be back! My favorite thing on the menu is the filet mignon with garlic mashed potatoes and the Cesar bacon brussel sprouts.

Walking in, we were created by the host. He was very friendly. Well polite, at first glance, the place was very clean and nice and very welcoming. You get the chance to pick where you would like to be seated of the patio or dining room. Our host for the evening was very nice, take our orders and so forth, didnt take too long to arrived, always coming by to let us know how long it will be and making sure we are happy with our order. All an all. I would definitely recommend this place. I cant wait to go back

Always a fabulous night when we choose to attend. The recommended foods for our party were the ribs, steaks (prepared how you like) and surf & turf. A big hit and disappointment was the Keg classic salad. It feel off, and possibly not fresh. Would not recommend. We celebrated our wedding anniversary last weekend and wished it was perfect but, alas, thats married life amiright!? Kid-friendliness: We brought a kid and meals were great portions

My recent visit to The Keg was by far the worst service experience Ive encountered. The service was incredibly poor; I had to ask a neighboring tables server for a drink refill because our server was engrossed in a conversation with another table. Salt was unavailable, and the food was mediocre at best. To top it off, they even double-charged me for two steaks. This experience was beyond disappointing. The service is -5/5 !

Had my birthday dinner last night and food was good. Service was great although took a while for drinks to come out. Employees were really helpful and courteous. They paid flattering compliments too And yes, the complimentary bday cake was the bomb! Had a great time!

Usually good, last time I wasnt pleased, but their food is generally good, unfortunately last time I went my steak was undercooked and was too salty, but its a lovely place, stunning, nice staff, and generally good food.

I want to take this opportunity to recognize the incredible customer service I have received from this location! I am planning a family event luncheon at this location and Brandon and Caylee have been AMAZING with helping me coordinate it. I had my daughter s Communion lunch here and it was INCREDIBLE!!!! The food, the service, the punctuality everything was perfect!!!!! Looking forward to this luncheon! You will always leave here satisfied and happy!!! Thank you, with all of my heart!!!

We went out for a late dinner on Sunday night. The food was good, but the waiter wasnt very friendly, and we were ignored, and we felt we were being rushed.

We had went to the restaurant today and it took the waiter 18mins to even give us are menus and that was after I had went up to the host in the front and advised them of the sitiation. I had asked for a medium rare steak and and I got medium well done after. They also cheaped out on the veggies. There were 4 green beans and 3 pieces of sliced carrots. The twice baked potatoe was burnt in the inside. Service was not great at all. No water refills. Had to request for the steak knives. Waited 45 minutes to get our receipt.

We had reservations tonight for 530, which is a busy weekend as its Mothers day weekend and we were in town for a hockey tournament. The people at our table unfortunately overstayed their time and put us back a half hr. They ushered them as quick as they could, and had three people ready to clean and set the table as fast as they could. Now, because I was also trying to fit this in between a hockey championship game I was tight on time. We had our amazing friendly server Tyler put myself and my youngest order in right away which he did. Unfortunately because they are so busy It still took longer than we expected but Tyler was on it as much as he could. We ran out of time and had to have it boxed and were counting down the minutes which Im sure wasnt fun for him, but he handled it with so much efficiency and friendliness and even came running to us with the to go food all bagged up. My son gobbled his meal down, it was done perfectly and when I finally got to sit down at the arena I had mine which was still warm and also done perfect. Thank you for working hard and making the best out of the situation for us tonight. Especially thank you to Tyler, you are a great server with a great personality.

Celebrated Mothers Day here and we are all satisfied!

Worst Customer Service, always go to hwy27/hwy7 but this location is very bad in service AVOID IT!

Loved the steak

Our server was awesome. Polite and courteous. The food was good as per usual.

The keg was amazing for an occasion, had my daughter s communion here about 22 people. Set menu with great choices for everyone. Amazing service not rushing you out the door. Went on a Saturday for 4 pm. Just so happy with everything food and service exceeded expectations. Kid-friendliness: Kids meal was amazing for 15.00 drink and ice cream with 3 stripes of chicken.

Good. We came in group. They took care of us.

It s to dark I felt like I was in a strip club.. and wat way way way over price I was so desalinated with the prices I didn t eat bcus I couldn t afford it.. $54 for stake it s 6 oz I wouldn t recommend this place an less u are rich and have money to waste but the keg isn t middle class friendly anymore sucks I use to like but price are way to high now
