If youre looking to watch any sporting event, go see Sal and family. Place is great for any game and the food is absolutely amazing and not just your standard bar/pub food, its fresh and homemade. Also, if you like craft beers they have you covered with over 20 different local Mico brewerys

It is a pub. Lots of beers to choose from. Wasnt busy at 530 on. Saturday but it filled up. In the summer they open the side door and have a patio.

This is a great place to go. Many beers to choose from. But, the food is wonderful and the service was spot on. As it turns out, we ended up there two days in a row. We all had different things each day and it was all good. Theres plenty of free parking.

I was surprised to receive just great tasting food from here. I was sincerely amazed by the taste and freshness. Im sorry I dont have pictures for you i was hungry. But the siracha burger you must try. Also the chicken panini. The calamari is excellent. A+

We enjoyed our visit here. My husband really liked the burger, and since he is a good cook it is often hard for him to enjoy restaurants, so that is a big compliment . I had the cauliflower wings and they were delicious. It is a good atmosphere and the service was well done.

Looked for a place with beer and a good menu. Didnt disappoint, with our server picking a great beverage and serving a very good Montreal smoked meat sandwich. Lovely little patio gave us some fresh air, which was welcoming for the beautiful day we had.

Great spot for a drink or to grab some food. Ive been several times in the past year and I havent been let down yet. One of the best sports bars to get food from, and it has a wide selection of drinks too. The atmosphere is great too, with several TVs, sports decor, and great ambience music. A local favourite. Try the sweet potato fries, you will not be disappointed!

A place with 20 beers on tap is already A+. Though nachos cant be recommended.

As others have said. A hidden gem within the concrete jungle of Vaughan mills shopping area. Been in the area off and on for 7 years and finally decided to give them a try. Boy am I glad I did Within 5 minutes I was on a first name basis with Melissa behind the bar. Welcoming and down to earth she s exactly the type of server you hope to get when you go out to eat. You can tell the place is cared for with great passion and just before I left I met the owner ,Sal , who you can see in the absolutely immaculate kitchen. What a great guy and out of the corner of my eye I see him carefully preparing the meals treating every dish like he s serving royalty. I ve been to all star wings on Rutherford more times than I can count and while it s fine, it pales in comparison to the food, atmosphere and service you will find at The Mills. Highly recommend

Best local bar in Vaughan! Sal and his team are always ready to welcome you with open arms. Great place to watch any sports game, with amazing food and friendly service. Pricing is great, lots of parking, and atmosphere never disappoints! Would highly recommend.

We visited the place yesterday. The head server assigned us a table. We ordered a pizza, one burger, a poutine and a beer jug. The food was really delicious. We had a great time there after a long working shift at our part time job. The atmosphere was cozy. We asked for the bill and paid the same but we didn t tip coz we ourselves earn a minimum wage and save bucks in order to bear our daily living expenses as students. At the time when the head server gave us our receipt, she straighten forwardly said You guys didn t tip. That s cheap of you! . We felt so bad that eventually the gala time that we had ended on a very sad and an embarrassing note. We didn t expected that the head server would insult in such a way. We gave an embarasing smile and left. Just a suggestion: i agree while visiting a restaurant people should tip but not all of us come with those extra bucks to give it as tip. Maybe I ll save it for my ride back home. Ao please be welcoming when someone doesnt tip. Especially the head server!

My family (2 kids and wife) went here after a trip to Legoland. Awesome service, food was great and good atmosphere. If I am ever back in Vaughn I will be back for sure.

Went there to meet friends for dinner. Service was amazing. The food was incredible. Ate too many delicious Apps to finish my meal. Will go back. Vegetarian options: One of our party was a vegetarian, she loved the fish tacos

This place is a nice little gem in Vaughan. This bar and grill is quite spacious, clean, and offers a variety of meals and drinks and my date and I were very satisfied with this place.

Very good food, be it a burger or pizza. Friendly place too. If you are into it a very good array of craft beers with a 3-6PM hoppy hour. It doesnt hurt that Milan is predominantly featured, and of course that means Serie A and other football matches on the big screens. Didnt see any sign of the Blue Jays even though other Toronto area teams, including York9/York United, are featured on the walls. Forza Milan!

I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.I was there tonight for dinner i ordered two beers and i was about to order dinner suddenly the bartender(the woman with bags under eyes i dont know her name but Ive attached her picture ) came and took my beer glass Disrespectfully and changed my place. she ruined my weekend, Ive been all around the world but havent seen creature like that. if i was the owner i would give her a good lesson. My experience at The mills Taphouse was everything you want from a bar and more, the food is beyond delicious, the severs are both beautiful and accommodating especially Ashley. They also have the widest variety of craft beers I ve ever seen at a bar so options are endless. But the best part about The mills is that it is a family owned and run, restaurant that makes you feel a part of the family, if you ever do get chance swing by and say hi to owner Sal and try a weird beer. At first, the menu on Google had good reasonable prices, which made sense to go out with my wife for a nice dinner. When we received the new menu the prices were 6-12$ more and I understand due to the pandemic but was lead astray by google. The steak was cooked properly however when it got to the table, the steak was actually colder than the French fries. Who in their right mind wants to pay $32 for a cold steak and when I ask for mashed potatoes, its not even an option?! Thats absurd, will not be coming back. Fool me once, shame on you, but I wont be fooled twice.

I would lean more towards 3.5 than 3 star review. Service was good. I went just outside of busy time. Only one server but she did a good job. Canadian pizza was good. This was a really thin pizza and I liked it. No complaints here. Would order again and would try a different one as well out of curiosity. I ordered wings and fries. Wings were ok. Not my personal preference as they remind me of hooters type of wing. Sauce is oily / greasy. I ordered hot and was expecting some heat. I guess I should have got suicide. Fries were undercooked and mushy. Surprised me as this should be the easiest item not to mess up. Other than that, if I return I would not reorder and would try something different. Blue cheese was very good and prices were reasonable.

The atmosphere is what you would expect, sports bar/tap house. They have an excellent variety of beer on tap and the food was adequate. To be honest, I remember what my wife had but for the life of me I cant remember what I ate. I wasnt bad but to be fair not memorable. The service was great and welcoming. I would frequent this spot if I lived in the neighborhood.

Classic pub and tap house. The food was decent and came quickly. Lots to chose from including food for picky eaters! The fries were amazing :) Staff was friendly and clearly knew all the locals which was nice to see :) biggest complaint is staff was smoking at the front door and didn t move when we tried to leave. However, they did just set up their patio so to be fair there wasn t much room for them or us to maneuver. Overall a great experience and I d definitely come back and recommend it to those in need of some yummy eats :)

Wow, I had the best chicken sandwich at The Mills Taphouse and Grill! The chicken was cooked to perfection, juicy and flavorful, and topped with the perfect amount of fresh toppings. The bun was toasted just right, and the fries on the side were crispy and delicious. It was a great meal overall, and the atmosphere was perfect for a casual night out with friends. I highly recommend this spot and will definitely be returning for more of their tasty food and drinks!

Im from Mississauga but was in the Vaughan area this evening. Did a google search of nearby sports bars and The Mills Taphouse & Grill came up in my search. I quickly checked their online menu and decided to go there. Had some great food and awesome, friendly service from Melissa. Looks like an awesome place to catch a Leafs or Raptors game in future and this great first impresion will definitely bring me back.

This is honestly my favourite pub in the area. Its one I regularly go back to. They have a really wide menu, so everyone I have brought has been able to find something good to eat. (The reuben is probably my favourite if i had to pick)

Not my ideal place to go. For a 4.4 rating definitely expected better. Food was alright but for simple things like wings, fries, appetizer pretzel, etc. We were waiting about 30-40 min for our food and the pretzel came out the same time as the main. It was fairly busy but not packed for a Saturday night like all the other places we went. Our server was very nice but she forgot a lot of our ordered food items. 1 of our guys didnt even eat, we had to go somewhere else after. Group of 7 of us, where there was a group of 10 or so beside us on one side and another big group on the other. Definitely expected better.

Expected it to be better. Service was slow on a Saturday evening. Had the wings and fries. It was okay. Wings felt a bit dry. No one checked on us for anything. Spent $150 with couple of drinks but not really worth it.

Went in, got moved twice during our stay, one of the moves they threw our apps out and didnt even compensate us for the food we were going to eat. They took the menus on the first reseating sessions and never gave them back. We asked for napkins and menus, one hour later no menus, waitress came back. Messed up the bills, told me to pay 3 times after I already paid. Will NEVER come back here or recommend it to anyone.

Came here around 10:30 and ordered food which came after about 30 minutes of waiting. A pizza and a poutine. As soon as we were done eating, she wanted us out. She quickly came with the bill. I and my friend wanted to sit a bit longer and enjoy the atmosphere/chat but the waitress came to our table 3 times within 10 minutes in a manner that clearly indicated we need to leave. Most of the tables were empty at this time and they close at 2 am. Found this behaviour very rude and makes it unlikely for us to return here. Downgraded to 1 star after owners reponse. You guys are disgusting and should be ashamed of your customer service.

A really nice bar that has a great selection of beers. I went for an AC Milan soccer game. And the atmosphere was great. The match didnt end well but overall I still had a great time watching the game and having some drinks and snacks.

The food was garbage. Fast food tastes 10 times better. EDIT: I had the chipotle ciabatta sandwich. There are pictures posted (which I should ve checked) the slice of chicken was paper thin. There was obviously no point talking to the owner, you can see how they reply to other customers reviews. Either try to improve or don t reply. Berating customers who criticize the restaurant speaks for itself.

Good beer selection

Love the variety of beers offered here, especially since they ve got many of those from indie breweries on tap, at very reasonable prices (mostly hovering around $8/pint). They offer some virgin cocktails too at around $6 each, although the strawberry mocktail that my buddy had was not exactly the best. Overall, with very friendly servers, reasonable prices and big selection of drinks, market prices for food, I can see why I would be patronizing this bar for my socializing needs with my companions.

Absolutely perfect experience. A friend and I went here on June 30th, 2021. We were able to get a patio table instantly, we had a couple pints of beer, I ate a Charcuterie Board, my friend had the Calamari. Everything was as best as Ive ever tried including the quality, prices, service, timing and more. Ashley was our waitress and she delivered on everything, she was super friendly and genuine and I might as well add that shes a gorgeous eye candy. I will definitely be back very soon, the experience was everything I was looking for so I will just go back to this place because I have no doubts that they will deliver. 100% outstanding job from everyone, I could even tell that the other clients were enjoying themselves and having an absolute joy. Once again, YOU GUYS ROCK HARD and I cant wait to come back, see you very soon.

Short story: Place could care less about customers. They have a slot machine that crashed mid game and they refuse to reimburse the amount I put in the machine. Also, needs better ventilation as the place smells like wet socks and the soda was watered down. **update: their response to my review says it all. What a ridiculous comparison, the machine shut off mid game and I don t get refunded what I spent to play. How does that relate to changing a bet?

Cold Beers glasses, CLEAN beer glasses, this is a detail far to many bars neglect. Very good to see this here given the menu. Love the lady serving, she s clearly got a lot of tables but she s putting the effort in and that s all you can ask for. I am curious why a charcuterie bird is on the same menu as Mac n cheese bites lol, kinda strange cross worlds there. Suppose there s a reason I ve seen it on the reviews, but I would maybe clean up the food menu a bit. Seems a bit chaotic, it reads to broad and there a few things I would just remove all together to make it easier to order. All and all very nice, happy I came

Absolutely the worst service I have had in a long time. The waitress was more interested in fooling around in the kitchen with other staff. She never checked on us once. The food was mediocre at best. Save your time and money!

Nachos were great but the all in poutine had more sour cream than fries- 2/3 of the dish was sauce/cheese which I couldnt finish.

Great spot with good food and better service

Staff is friendly and Id give them a 6/5. Now the food is rather underwhelming to put it lightly and therefore not worth it for the cost. Place has huge potential but the food taste needs an upgrade. Definitely agree with other comments that the nachos are way overpriced and not at all tasty. If youre only looking for a place with one of the largest beverage selections, then this is the perfect place.

Dont know if this place is affected by the labour shortage. But Saturday night and they had 1 waitress. Long service. What we planned for 90 minutes took us closer to 3 hours. Food was good for the price but the service was inexcusable. They also dont check for vaccines and the staff dont wear masks but they tell you that ahead of time. So if you care about that stuff id avoid.

This place is unbelievable!!! Walked in and it was the most welcoming, friendly, non discriminatory place. It was a real breath of fresh air Best time I have had in the past 19 months!! It s hard to even describe the feeling that both my girlfriend and I had to be there!! Go see for yourself. 5 stars ***** Thank you so much!! I was there a night ago with some friends and I loved it. The atmosphere, the food, the drinks, the servers and the people were so great. My favorite place from now on. Keep up the great job

This restaurant doesn t comply with COVID-19 regulations or require you to show proof of vaccination. Upon entering and showing our proof of vaccination the waitress waved us off and told us it s not necessary. None of the staff, front of house or in the kitchen wear masks. Food was ok but pricey, beer list is solid. Would be a great place to watch a game if they actually cared about the people they re serving. However looking through these reviews, I m clearly not their intended customer as I m fully vaccinated and care about that.

Ate lunch here yesterday with a friend. We had a pint each of the of the House beer which was very good. Had a Calamari appetizer, wings and a steak sandwich. The calamari was perfectly cooked and you could tell the oil they fried it in was brand new. The steak sandwich was excellent as was the Caesar salad that came with it. The wings were large and they were a great portion. The fries were perfect again due to only fresh oil being used to fry with. This is by far the best pub food Ive ever had. On top of that our server was incredible nice, friendly and super fast with our order as something came up and forced us to dine and run (cute too). My new favorite spot. Bonus is they are patriots. Keep up the good work.

My husband and I had our wedding reception here about a week ago. Sal and his staff, along with the food, were all AMAZING! Sal was very helpful, friendly, personable, professional and down to earth during the planning of the event. He and his staff were very kind, accommodating, and even closed the restaurant down just for us. Words cant express how well the Staff treated us and our guests from beginning to end, making our wedding day a memorable one. One guest repeatedly said that he appreciated the family-like atmosphere. Another guest said, it was good to feel normal and free again. Everyone was amazed at the quality and taste of the food (like being able to cut a steak with a butter knife), the portion sizes and excellent service. Staff did not follow COVID protocol (no one checked for proof of vaccination). Staff does not wear mask as one can see into the kitchen and see that none of the people HANDLING the food wearing a mask. They somehow think they have a mask exemption, which is just some made up nonsense. Food itself was not good. The Montreal smoked meat sandwich was tasteless. The burger was way overcooked and tasteless as well, even the bacon on the burger was bad. And service was bad. The waitress was nice when we paid, but honestly, not very attentive. After leaving the bar, I began to feel sick, which probably says a lot of the food quality. EDIT: I got the runs today because of the food, so yay.

This place has great food and friendly and attentive staff who are respectful and welcoming. I look for every opportunity to go back with friends.
