My salad was missing multiple items from it and my partners linguine was slimy and covered in 4 large radishes with made the pasta taste spicy. The whole experience was not good and our food went in the trash. We ordered a pizza. Will not return.

Firstly, you guys need a tiktok page because your food is tiktok worthy. Bourbon Street Bar & Grill, delicious brunch Buffett. The eggs Benny was a hit and Im pretty sure theyve replenished it multiple times. My bf had three he loved them so much. My omelette was made in front of me and it was fluffy and perfect. 10/10 my stomach was not upset about this. :)

No garlic toast with pasta, the pasta was excellent

Walked in and thought perhaps that the waitress was wearing a ton of perfume but they sat me and I realized every single table had a scented air freshener candle. Because of course why wouldnt you want to breathe in chemicals as you eat your food? I almost threw up and ended up leaving before they could even take my order. I was looking forward to trying their food but I wont be back.

Wwnt to New Orleans awhile back, and this place brings you right into the atmosphere. The food is excellent. This is not a busy place, so it is pretty quiet if that is what your looking for.

Had a late Saturday morning birthday breakfast..the staff and breakfast was great. We would recommend trying this place.

Very quiet during the day

Our calamari starter was good, but it took over an hour after the appy for our food to arrive. The lobster and scallop thermador meal my wife ordered had only 2 scallops and shredded lobster (canned? imitation?) not real lobster pieces on a bed of rice, with a side of rice which was very odd. My seared tuna dinner was alright but sat waiting so long that the tuna was chewy and over cooked. Basically an over priced poké bowl. Over $100 for two people to eat meh meals is disappointing. For the delay, we were offered a free dessert, but at that point we had been there long enough that we just wanted to leave. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else.

Had the Greek ribs, they were excellent. A friend had the lobster and scallop Thermador and she said she would order it next time. Wednesday is half price bottles of wine.

Very disappointed with our experience. We chose this restaurant to celebrate our 7-year anniversary. When we arrived, there were two 2-person tables, one larger table (approx 5-6 people), and one person at the bar who had all already been served, and no one arrived after us. I want to note that our server was very lovely (the only redeeming quality to this experience), BUT we waited AT LEAST an hour and a half (if not closer to 2 hours), in which time we barely received our appy (hot wings) and didnt receive our mains. We ordered our appy and main courses in very close proximity (and ordered within 10-15 min of arriving) to ensure prompt timing. Our server explained they were backed up, but waiting over an hour and a half in quite an empty, slow seeming restaurant feels a little ridiculous. We ended up having to just pay for our drinks and appy and go home with no real meal having been enjoyed :( :( :(

Extended family and myself had their Sunday brunch during our stay at the hotel. The server was great - very accommodating and friendly. The food was very good - a nice selection of breakfast and lunch items. Atmosphere was so-so in the restaurant - it was fine, nothing to write home about. I thought the price was a little high for brunch - $30. I gave Bourbon Street four stars because family had dinner the night before at the restaurant and it wasnt a good experience - they waited over an hour for their food. That said, they were slightly compensated for the unusually long wait.

Went here for Christmas Day brunch buffet and it was absolutely lovely! We were a little hesitant but were pleasantly surprised at the offerings. The food kept coming out fresh and there was a carving station for ham and beef. Plus turkey, stuffing , mashed potatoes etc plus awesome Benny s and other brunch fixings! The only negatives I d say was the Lobster Mac didn t taste like much of anything and the benny s were poached soft which was a little polarizing at our table I would definitely do this again we were full for the whole day!

Had their Friday night prime rib special. It was incredibly delicious!

Bourbon street has the most amazing burgers I ve ever tasted. Usually not very busy but I wish this place got the recognition it deserved !

Another fine restaurant in vernon with great service and wonderful food

Hands down the chef prepared the best calamari I have eaten. It literally melted in your mouth. The server Char was amazing and even took time from her busy night to chat with us senior ladies.

2nd time here and 2nd time weve left happy!

My partner and I came to this place after a day of snowboarding. The servers were all so friendly, and it made for a very comfortable but professional atmosphere. The food was AMAZING! They gave us complimentary bread and lavender butter which was a cool way to start our meal. We got the bourbon burgers and fries which were so juicy and cooked to perfection! They service was fast, and we received a lot of attention. Will definitely be revisiting this spot again when we re back in town!

Dinner & an excellent musical show. Well be back many times. Also, fresh or cooked oysters are brought in. Every Thursday night has a musical act to enjoy. Food : 5/5

The fact you have to pay a tip and they dont tell you until you pay... All the waiters did was bring us drinks, which took them long enough.

Had a great mid afternoon meal after a long hike. We had the Drunken Muscles, Moroccan Vegetable Couscous, and the Baton Rouge Louisiana Back Ribs. Delicious all around and the grilled yams that came with the back ribs were amazing.

We enjoyed the special!

Lovely atmosphere, fabulous staff, and the food was exceptional , I enjoyed their Prime Rib served Fridays.

Hubs and I recently tried out the restaurant as it was somewhere new for us. The waitress and other staff were awesome and the desserts were awesome. We were disappointed with the portion sizes given what the prices are. I ordered the salmon which I thought came with potatoes and veggies and all it came with was about 4 baby potatoes and over boiled spinach with olives. The tast was incredible apart from the portion sizes. My hubs had the prime rib and it came with a two bite piece of corn (so not even a half a cob)and two bite yorkshire pudding, which other restaurants also serve and they are three times the size. I would likely go back for dessert and the ambiance, but not for another meal.

Great food. We had great service. If we get back to Vernon we will be back.

We drove down from kamloops for an afternoon, had a afternoon dinner at bourbon, server was fantastic, good atmosphere, menu is very nice and food was delicious

What was once a fabulous place has lost its pizazz. Started with nondescript cocktails, to pasty flavorless spinach dip, to Moroccan vegetable couscous that was missing one of the main ingredients. The only part of the meal that is with praising was the lamb. For the many mishaps a free dessert was presented, and even this had no wow factor. Very pricy for what was suppose to be outstanding & memorable.

We ordered prime rib n seafood linguine and there were tails on all the shrimp ( non eatable) ,one unopened clam which means it was already dead.And it had a load of butter everywhere.Wow gross. My husband had the prime rib, had a half a inch of pure fat around it, $ 36 for fat.And totally under cooked. The waitress asked us how our meal was after the first bite.Never asked again. I had to ask for more coffee. not sure if well be back. We live in Vernon and wanted to fine nice high end restaurant. As we have a lot of visitors. lm shocked that there is NO RESPONSE from the owner,on any bad reviews. Its like they DONT CARE !

First time checking this place out and wow!!! The menu was so hard to pick just one meal so many amazing choices. I tried the short ribs and they were amazing cant wait to come back and try some more

Place was really busy and a bit short staffed so we had a bit of a slow start. Shoutbout to the staff who show up for work! The food was worth the wait wad fantastic! The calamari was so tender it borders on the best I have ever had! Chicken and waffles were delicious and the Sharma platter my husband had was top notch! Highly recommended

Our hotel recommended the Bourbon Street Bar and Grill and wow, the food was delicious and the staff, very pleasant. My husband and I highly recommend stopping by this nice restaurant to experience the food.

Had a bad visit and will never return. Got the jambalaya and it had no flavour, not spicy at all and just tasted of tomato paste. Service was almost non existent. Prices are very high and the food and service didn t match.

Its alright. Kinda over priced, and my burger was served to me without half of the toppings (Bacon, Cheese, Guacamole). Yes the kitchen fixed it when I asked nicley, however upon return the burger was so over cooked I really didnt enjoy it. Red robins has better burgers. First and Last time.

Food and atmosphere was amazing. Service was lacking. Waited 15 minutes for menus, and waitress did not stop by often. Her attention was on the table next to us most of the time. Made our birthday girl feel low. They did sing for her, that was awesome.

We met family at this restaurant for dinner and would 100% recommend! The atmosphere when we entered was definitely warm and inviting. The hostess Kathy was amazing with her upbeat, friendly personality and the service she provided during our dining experience! The meals received were attractively presented, fresh tasting, and an adequate amount. Yummy! 100%

I am always happy with the food here. Sometimes a little busy but always good service.

Our experience was amazing. Our server Kathy C went above and beyond. She even took our fussy toddler and carried her around so we could enjoy our meals. The food was good and reasonably priced but it was definitely the service that made our experience. We will definitely be coming back. Kid-friendliness: Staff appeared to love our kids being there. They seem to understand the parenting/dining out struggle (if you know, you know). They were super understanding.

Best restaurant experience we have had in awhile. Our server, Lindsay, was top notch! We had a custom order and she delivered! And didn t fail to see to it that we had adequate water and hot water for my tea. The meat was exceptional! My goodness, the lamb was the best I had ever had. We ordered a plethora of meats and enjoyed every single one! DO NOT MISS THIS PLACE! It needs better signage - an extra sign by the road perhaps?? We almost missed it. Had dinner out on the patio here this evening. It wasnt the warmest night out but they had heaters and the walls sheltered from the wind so we were super cozy!! We had blankets but didnt even need them. The food & service were truly fantastic! And we felt very covid safe the whole time. If youre looking for a night out this place is great and I highly recommend it!

Stayed at the Prestige Hotel which has the Bourbon Street Grill attached and we took a chance on it! We were extremely please with out dishes. The Jambalaya was delicious as well as the Lobster Mac & Cheese! The specially cocktails were awesome and they delivered with the French Quarters theme!

Some of the worst service I have ever experienced. Im not one to ever complain at a restaurant and have only walked out of one restaurant, this happened to be the second one Ive walked out of. We had to remind the waitress three times that we were waiting for our order to be taken, our drinks were empty, waiting for food. Instead of admitting they forgot about us and explaining it was a mistake, we got short excuses that they were swamped as there was four waitress in our small section. Two hours later we got served cold food. At that point enough was enough.

We had the charcuterie board as a late afternoon treat and it was lovely, artistically laid out, nice mix of cheese and meat and some extras like dates and honey. The server managed to be both friendly and efficient. We felt appreciated and valued even though we came in at the awkward lull between lunch and dinner.

Recently was there for turkey lunch. It was good, very nice decorated plate. Unfortunately the food was served lukewarm.

Good food and friendly staff. They have live music some nights which is a nice touch. When I have been to Bourbon Street B&G it has never been very busy. Maybe its a tough location. They deserve more attention from Vernon.

For the price the food was mediocre. The celery in the mushroom soup was tough and not cooked the roast beef was overdone . Usually the food that I have eaten here has been excellent but lately in my opinion it has declined .

The dinner was great, I had Loiusianna Ribs, not a fan of the bread served... please update your baker/supplier and not a big fan of the lavender butter. Beignets were very poorly executed and the sauces served with them were not desirable.

Our server Charlene was the best and our Dinner was amazing! (We had Drunken Mussels, the Calamari and the Chicken and Waffles) It was a beautiful night on the deck and we will definitely be back. Oh yeah, and the Mojitos were wonderful too.

First we started with the calamari and it was delish! We were offered some hot out of the oven bread with whipped butter. It was so sweet and we were told it has a milk crust - so good OMG! I had the lobster mac and cheese - another stunning dish from the chef - wow! My wife had the Jambalya and it was excellent. A great Saturday night out!
