We were hungry and we found this place. There were many people inside so we have it a try. Glad we came. The food was fantastic. They are obviously known for breakfast and brunch but we wanted to have lunch. We are looking at the menu and then..... it is also a Filipino restaurant!!! We had no idea. We never had Filipino food but what the heck, we ordered one our server suggested. Wow!!! Wow!!! Wow!!! If you drive through this area, you should stop here for sure.

Had brunch here with the family, was absolutely delicious. Got the Bulalo and lechon kawali kare-kare, and the servings were large for the price. Both meals came with two cups of garlic rice, and they vanished before we finished with the meat.

Family style dining restaurant. Small and comfortable. Very great food if you enjoy an enormous diner style burger and Fry or a clubhouse and rings. Unique options as well.

I ve seen some not as good reviews but I am a Celiac and they took such awesome care of me and they made sure that I was taken care of All 4 meals was amazing and the couple with us said they had the best coffee they had at a restaurant in Vernon. Worst service Ive ever had at any place in Vernon. Server was cheery with everyone else but it was like we pissed in their cereal. Was a great place but were never coming back.

Food used to be great but recently was barely even warm, the hollandaise was tasteless, and the ham was terrible and cheap. Also the potatoes were cold.

It was really good Id recommend going there.

Portions where amazing the staff were also super friendly, the one staff member mentioned that all the food was made in house and that is definitely noticeable we will definitely be returning:) thank you again for an amazing experience

We had a horrible experience dining in this restaurant. There was a mistake regarding our order that my husband couldnt eat and the server keep on insisting we have to pay for it. Normally if there are mistakes, the server should be nice to the customer and apologize no matter what ths issue is and they will take the food back in the kitchen. But in this place? No, they never apologized and they even humiliated us in front of our toddler and other customers!! The server (probably the owner) kept on saying No you have to pay for it! I really felt ashamed because she was raising her voice and I was calm clearly saying my husband cannot onions. Really poor customer service, their washrooms were even filthy and servers need proper training here. The food that I ordered was not that bad. It was just annoying that my husband did not enjoy his lunch because he lost his appetite with the incident and decided to eat somewhere else. Dont even bother coming here.

I had the Blackstone Benny & my friend had the Beef Tapa. We were taken by Surprise as a Stranger paid for the both of our lunches saying Your Lunch is Paid Forward but was my first Paid Forward experience. I had to run out to thank the gentleman whom paid for our lunches! It was a great treat! Food

Rosi is the worst server ever. In the past we usually went on the weekend and always had a very friendly male server. This week I went with family visiting from Europe to show them my favourite breakfast place. It was a disaster. I was so embarassed and disappointed. Rosi, as the senior ladies sitting there called her, was so arrogant and disrespectful. She smiled and greeted other customers and chatted with them but not us. Assuming that Rosi is THE Rosalinda, I suggest she does not work at the front anymore but somewhere in the back where she doesnt have to face customers. I always recommended this place to friends and visitors but will tell them to stay away from now on.

Great little spot! A little outdated and could use some sprucing up and the parking lot is a little funky however the lovely staff and good food make up for that! Had the most wonderful waiter and waitress today both were over the top lovely. Their buns were to die for, would go again. Also very good and fair pricing.

Rosalindas is a locally-run breakfast diner where the ubiquitous Rosalinda provides friendly, efficient, personal service. The food quality is noteworthy: homemade vibe, like eating at your favourite Aunties house! Coffee is very good, prices are very fair and you can get Filipino staples, such as longaniza sausage. The pancakes are light and fluffy, the eggs done to perfection, and the toast is deliciously browned. Real butter, peanut butter, and jam are on the table to finish off a hearty breakfast!

We drove from Kelowna to Vernon to experience Rosalindas food, as I was craving for a Filipino food. To my surprised I was greeted with arrogance and disrespect with the lady server. She smiled and greeted other customer but not me and my husband. The kare kare was the worse and the pansit was below standard of Filipino dish. Maybe, she doesnt like Filipino customers. Not to recommend to other filipino visitors in Vernon.

My daughter and I are currently visiting Vernon from Ontario, and had the absolute pleasure of visiting Rosalindas today with my daughter, my sister and my dad for my daughters birthday. The server was fantastic, took our orders without a note pad and there wasnt a single mistake. They were pleasant, lovely and the food was fabulous. They even sent us home with some cake for my daughters birthday. I cannot wait to visit again the next time Im in Vernon.

Great breakfast diner with friendly service!

This is a hidden gem in Vernon. Affordable prices, amazing breakfast, and friendly staff. I like my eggs scrambled and I can tell when restaurants scrambled eggs are pre-made/come from a box. But Rosalinda s eggs are freshly scrambled! Also their pancakes are super fluffy (almost an inch of fluff!). I Will be taking my family here regularly now :)

I always hate breakfast restaurants, but Rosalindas is the lone exception of my thirty years on this Earth. My girlfriend is here from Manila for the summer. I took her to Rosalindas as it is the only Filipino restaurant in town. It has been around for 10 years. Rosalinda is the cook (she starts cooking at 3am), and her husband is a local Blue Jays fan. The whole staff is Filipino and speaks Tagalog. My girlfriend felt very comfortable here. The Filipino menu is very authentic. Its like being at a Titas home somewhere in Luzon rather than a Jollibee. It isnt the best menu for vegetarians/vegans like me, but the Spanish Omelette was amazing. Even the bread tasted really good. I hate 99 percent of all toast and omelettes, but not here. Other than the Vietnamese restaurants, its the cheapest in town. Since its one person cooking, hours are limited to 7am-2:30pm. So get here early!

Beef that I ordered was too tough and I had to spit it out. And the sweet and spicy ginger sauce was super sweet. I have never had sweeter food than that in my life. It was like they just poured over tons of sugar in it. The service was under mediocre and the ladies were rough. No apologies for their mistake either. Not very impressive at all. I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone that I know.

Had a late breakfast here with a family of 5 (youngest is 7). The place was very good, lots of flavor with large portions. Nothing fancy just efficient and tasty. Service was great with genuine people that care. There was a line up to get in (Sunday mid morning) but it was worth the wait. Will come back next time we are in Vernon. Parking: Place was busy so parking was very limited.

We are from Lamont Alberta went for breakfast with family and friends...what a FANTASTIC experience, food is very well made and served, the menu is perfect selection, prices are very reasonable and I think this will be our future meeting place...I highly recommend this place, its small, busy and very welcoming. Have patience and you will be rewarded with a memorable experience as we had and will definitely be back to enjoy more, worth the 10 hour drive. Thank you.

Rosalindas is one of those places that seems like its always been there and always will be. Its the Cheers of restaurants where everyone seems to know everyone and the owners call Hey! How are you? Good to see you again! when you walk in. Nothing pretentious but always good, solid food. Often a line to get in but rarely more than a 5 minute wait, and well worth that. I discovered Rosalindas a few years ago when I did a search for best breakfast in Vernon and now its about the only place I go.

Would qualify as a Diner. Varied home cooking menu selections with many Philippines traditional selections. Breakfast is great, and all day with good Philippines breakfast selections. In-house bakery with sales counter and the Yam toast choice for breakfast is very good. Menu and bakery prices are very affordable, and servings are filling. Very busy on weekends, but the turnover is quick with only about 12+ tables (depending on customer group configuration) so wait is not unusually long. Staff are welcoming, outgoing, friendly and service is so efficient and fast.

Great place to get breakfast food. It was tasty and it didnt break the bank even with a few extras .They give you the option of fried or grilled. The two gentilmen that were working were very friendly and polite . For sure I would go back again . Oh and the place looked a little ghetto but usually those kinds of places have the best food . Great Filipino owned restaurant in Vernon. There were line ups to get in, but that just shows how well liked their food are. We were travelling from out of province and were looking for lutong bahay and this satisfied our craving for that!

This place blew my expectations out of the water! With the prices so afforadable I expected smaller portions; I was pleasantly surprised to find otherwise. I ordered the Mano Dino Burger on my second visit and was amazed at all the flavour they packed into their burgers. 10/10 would recommend this place for any meal.

First time here. We were greeted and seated right away. We had coffee brought to us in a short wait. I love the older style atmosphere. The breakfast was tasty and plentiful. They had me at perfect Sunnyside up eggs. They give you quite a few choices for the meal. I love the menu. Great deal $16 for a large breakfast and a few coffees. The sweet lady made sure our cups were full. It is important to keep these smaller places running because there arent many diners around. I am not in favor of expensive, cheap and modern eats. This was exactly what I wanted. Wholesome quality food with great quick service. I couldnt wait to review this place after I ate. For sure I will be back. I have been to this place several times in Vernon and I like the experience there. I like the food and Im going back. Always love the food end. The Asian gals that own this restaurant always provide quick service as they can and is often busy there during breakfast hours. I wish the restaurant was a little bigger to seat more. Medium to strong popularity. Very busy 8 to 10 am Parking: Street parking by the meter. Only a few parking spots to the side of the restaurant, the rest is on the street. Be sure not to park in the Fishers hardware store lot, as these great folks that own the hardware store, fill their own parking lot with customers As they are busy most of the time
