Rich Tea Vernon in Vernon

Been multiple times now, theyve given me discounts multiple times because they ran out of boba pearls which by no means they had to do. On 1 occasion they gave us a drink that never got picked up just because they noticed we were regulars. This time around they closed early but they let us in anyways and made us the drinks we wanted on top of which offered us free egg tarts because they were going to be trashed that night. Above and beyond with their service, drinks are always exactly how they should be. Authentic boba certified by this Asian guy that knows wassup. Would give 6 stars if I could Update: havent been here in a bit, unfortunately everytime I go, they never have pearls...ironically. doesnt matter what time. Better places in town now and one by the airport. Update 2: went for the last time today, never going again purely because theyre ALWAYS out of the 1 thing they sell (tapioca pearls). No idea how this place even got a downtown business award, customer service is lacking a lot, never stocked up with product and pricing is a joke. $10 for a milky cup of sugar containing 1% actual tea and no pearls is just a scam.

Overpriced, lack of service or even a smile and the brown sugar boba wasnt good either

Doing a bit of a harsher pull here, althoughether had a decent pull together, good atmosphere and location and all that junk. They had a scent of bitterness in all there drinks which could either be a blessing or a curse for you

Best London Fog in Vernon! Staff was really friendly on a frozen evening, and the barista proudly showing me his latte art absolutely made my night. I will be making this a regular spot!

Amazing! This is my go to for boba tea! Welcoming and aesthetic atmosphere, friendly and helpful employees and the best boba I ve ever had! Recommend the Mango cream slush with popping mango pearls, my all time favourite

Rich tea is a great place to go if you want some pretty awesome bubble tea 10/10 would recommend. I go there often enough with friends and family I highly recommend their matcha frap and their chocolate frap.

I love the tea and variety of this place, but I found the same tea tastes different depending on who makes it. Id give it a higher rating but the last 3 times I went the pearls werent fully cooked and was hard in the middle

I had the jubilant experience of stopping by Rich Tea Vernon the other day for the first time, and boy...am I glad I did! First, the interior was festooned by a splendid regalia of Stranger Things memorabilia littered throughout the establishment in participation in the Vernon Winter Festival and it is/was spectacular! Their tea is delicious, their staff friendly and helpful to first timers (like myself), and the selections are plentiful and worth the stop in. Love this place.

Delicious vegetarian poke bowl, container is jam packed! Also a cookie caught my our eyes at check-out and it was worth it . We will be back

Second visit to Rich Tea and ordered bubble waffles this time. We tried the regular and one with Nutella and they were delicious. We moved to Vernon from Ontario and I was excited to see that we could get bubble waffles here and of the same quality as the Chinese cafés in Toronto and Ottawa! The bubble tea is excellent too. Plan on returning to try the Korean fried chicken.

Open late, free wifi. Easy vibes. Definitely the sort of space I would anticipate from a bubble tea shop and I love that I can pop in grab a bubble tea and a chocolate specialty made from Cottons next door.

I just ordered lunch there, maybe the teas are good and thats why this place has such a high rating but my lunch was an inedible disappointment

This place has fantastic bubble tea. However their food is incredibly hit or miss, I dunno what theyre doing but the last time I went in they didnt have the first three menu items (that were still displayed on their menu with prices) that I asked about, and the time before they also werent serving half their food items. Either dont carry food items or remember to remove them from the menu. Its annoying to decide on something only to be told that thing isnt available.

Have ordered from them through skip a lot, then finally went inside the other day. Super friendly staff, they knew their bobba which I appreciated as I wanted to try something different. Got the taro bobba milk tea bloody amazing place. 10/10 great experience.

We went during Sunshine Fest, so they said our food would take a bit. When we got it, they said it would be worth the wait. IT WAS. It was We got two orders of Korean Fried Chicken and a Beef Teriyaki Poke Bowl. It was amazing. The staff were great, the place is chill, and if have to wait for your food, know that it is worth every minute. 100% will come here again.

Great place to get bubble tea and pick up some Asian staples next door. London fog tea was a but too sweet for my taste so ask for it half sweet if you dont like really sweet tea. They also serve quick take out poke meals

I was trying bubble tea for first time. It was really awesome. I tried popping bobba with mango cream. I liked it.

Bubble tea is great. Real lemon juice and tea. Egg tarts are also very good. Edit: used to be good. The bubbles are jelly and not real tapioca it sucks now. not sure about the food though. Food : 3/5

Best place for tea

Poke bowls really not taste good as how it looks like. Rich is hard and all stick together. Salmon still get quite a few bone on it. The worst part is they use those avocados are not really to eat yet, they still really hard! Bubble tea is good, only thing make me happy.

Had the slightest mistake in my order (probably my fault for talking so quietly.) They fixed it right away. Customer service is great and oh my gosh the tea is amazing. Highly recommend

Recently moved to Vernon from Vancouver and I am so glad there is now a bubble tea shop here! I have tried two drinks so far and both were delicious

Ordered the Mango Slush w/ Cream. Gotta admit I was pretty disappointed with it. It tasted like I was drinking a literal flower out of the garden with a side of dirt. Not to mention you have to pay extra to have pearls. Wouldn t go back there. Also wouldn t recommend the Strawberry Slush w/ Cream it tasted like a watered down strawberry left in the sink. The cream is also a just a squirt of Kirkland Whipped Cream on top.

So happy to finally have a bubble tea shop in Vernon, and a good one. Staff is amazing and drinks are amazing. 100% addicted

The perfect place for a refreshing drink! I got the brown sugar matcha with pearls. The flavours were awesome, the owner was so polite and genuinely wanted me to enjoy my experience. They just extended their hours for the summer which it awesome! Kudos to them for taking the initiative to enable some of the younger people to enjoy a later night treat :)

Friendly staff, cute location great bubble tea!

The team at this location is absolutely amazing very friendly and helpful with suggesting new drinks to try if my usual isnt available. Its a super cozy environment (with amazing ac ) while I mainly get drinks I have had a few of their poke bowls and they are super tasty. If youve never had boba before definitely swing by and try, my suggestion is brown sugar milk tea but it is pretty sweet.

Very Rich, Lots of Tea

Talk about Variety and ambience. If you haven t visited or haven t been there in a few weeks, you will be amazed. I went there with the intention to check out some new flavours but there were just too many to choose from. I will have to go there every weekend. I also had the option of requesting any song I wanted to hear while dining..... customer service was amazing!

I just stopped by to buy three cups of milk tea about 15 minutes ago, one of which was a matcha milktea. i put 75 percent sugar but i think the maker forgot the sugar , it is very bitter and acrid , i know the taste of matcha but it is very pale and bitter .

Unfortunately super inconsistent, on some days the brown sugar milk tea with pearls is spot on and other days it s bland and watery. For the $$$ not the best quality.
