My favourite go-to place! The falafel donair is delicious! They stuff so much goodness in that they can barely get the pita closed. Highly recommend!

Don't waste you money at this place. The food is over priced and the services are even worse. The management doesn't seem to care. Just read the responses they provide to any bad feedbacks! This is not canadian customer service. I am editing to reply to the stupid reply of whoever is responding to feedbacks for this place. Seems like he remembers everyone that leaves a bad feedback! Repot to what authority and for what? I just picked up the donair or whatever garbage it was and left.
The brown guy in the front desk was instigating when I asked if it was hand slaughtered halal. Not sure if he did that on purpose or if he just genuinely had a weird vibe but I left when I felt as if he was rude to me
Best donair and fries i have had in a while! Just went today at about 2:30pm, the staff was friendly and quick, and the special fries are so good! Best donairs in Vernon!
I ordered a falafel pita (12 dollars) and a veggie pita (8 dollars). I paid a little over 20 bucks after tax. The veggie pita didn't have much ingredients packed inside. In that sense it was a little disappointing. The falafel pita was much better and packed with more ingredients. However 12 dollars is very steep. Most vegetarian falafel pitas and sandwiches around town are priced at about 8 or 9 bucks around town. I order from here about once a year, and it will likely stay that way. It's not exceptional but it's not bad either. Feel free to give it a try.
Wow don't waste your money It was bad when it was subcity donair .new name same owner and its even worse how is that possible so almost 15 bucks for a super donair that is anything but super no fresh veg Canned evrything and the lettuce is brown sweet sauce is like water i have never had such a disappointing donair

Not sure what we had but it was not a donair. Ordered takeout. Cheese? Mystery sauce not described? It was more of a wrap with random ingredients than a donair. Definitely not worth the cost. Could not finish it. Fries were meh. I just wanted a donair and expectations were already low. Don t bother trying.
The donairs are tasty, bit really stingy on the meat for the price! I remember it being like this when in was sub city.

The donair was stuck to the paper. The lady working the counter was wearing open toe sandals working (a big food safe hazard).
The staff was rude and dismissive. We didn t even bother getting food cause of their attitude. Don t bother going to this place.

This is THE place in Vernon for Donairs, My own favorite is donair fries if you have not tried, you should. Donair fries are super good! Always Friendly and great service!

I tried falafel plater and my husband tried donair fries, it was like a piece of heaven! delicious and tasty. Definitely worth your money. I strongly recommend it!

K.. I had one strip of meat. The bag was burnt onto the wrap The sauce was boss. Very disappointed in the meat content

I ordered a donair and asked the young man if he could put the sauce on the pita before he put the meat on and he looked at me and said I guess so obviously if you have to guess then its not the place to eat. Thats probably why there is never any other customers in there when I have been there but I will never be back as if a simple request puts the workers out I feel they might just as well close the doors

Great tries, they are battered and fried, super crispy and delish. The Donaire is ok, nothing special but it does the trick if craving it. The Baklava is quite bad, when it was subcity the Baklava was good but its now the worst Ive had, very firm and hard to chew, not nearly what it was before, avoid it, get fries instead! Also, they carry the best drink ever here, Peach Stone! All in all worth a visit, but its only the fries and peach stone that are worth mentioning.
The best chicken strips and fries in town. The fries have the perfect crisp and the chicken strips are huge!
I have always enjoyed the food here, however there interact machine is compromised. After purchasing dinner for two my credit card was billed again for the exact same amount an hour later! The owner of this establishment will not answer his phone after multiple attempts. I would pay cash or go somewhere else. Beware!!
Their special donair sauce is amazing. A must try
