Popeyes is a joke. Waste of time goin there. They were open but told us they were closed. We were there before 9pm. They close at 10pm.

Very clean. Triple O burgers consistant and as I remember in my youth. Far better than White Spot itself currently

Always friendly staff! Food is WAY better than competing fast food restaurants that have gone downhill in my opinion. I like this place!

It is all about the milkshake. Burgers are good, infact better than other fast food places. But the milkshake is why I go. A bit more pricy than other fast food.

The owner must be writing these 5 star reviews .I agree with the lower star reviews, and disagree with the full 5 star ratings. if it was that good, why only 1 star ratings and 5 star?someones lying! Tiny burger , 20$ combo ! Way overpriced .

Not only is the food sub par, but they charge you 2 dollars and 60 cent extra for a carbonated drink when you get a combo. 0/10 will not be going back. Even asked the employee if this was standard practice and got attitude from a 16 yr old.

Came a little to late for what we wanted and they went above and beyond to do it anyways. Absolute gems working there that actually care. Side note they even peppered my egg on my burger

Service at drive thru is good. The food however is not good. I have used the drive thru numerous times at lunch time over the past year as I did today. Burger is always half cold, soggy bun, mushy tomato, and fries are always old and reheated.

Inconsistent food quality, been there several times and the food has been sub par. For instance once got fries where the fry package was only half filled with tiny little pieces of dark brown bits of fries. Other times I get lettuce wrapped burger with two small pieces of wilted lettuce around the patty. I always go through the drive through and dont always check before I drive away, I need to do that more I guess, but its a pain having to go back and wait in line and show them the order. The inconsistency makes me not want to go back here. Dietary restrictions: Lettuce wrapped burgers are sometimes good sometimes not good at all.

The food is okay but I keep going back because the staff is so friendly and super patient with me as I never know what to get. The chicken burger is fricken enormous and I normally have to give half of it away cause its too much lol.

What is going on here? Use to be decent food. Low food quality prep and missing ingredients. Paid for cheese and it was not included. Some kind of weird sauce on burger. Not sure what s going on with the garlic parmesan fries. Won t return!

I swung through the drive thru this morning, friendly people working here, sunny starts were both hot and fresh, very tasty, and the service was quick also. Well done, keep up the good work!

Had a Cod burger, it was exceptional!! Hot, crunchy and loaded. Tasty and just great. Service was friendly, fast and economical, meaning I didnt HAVE to tip to get it. 5 star all the way!!!!!

Mom asked for a gluten free bun because of celiacs disease, they served her a gluten bun instead and after finishing it they brought out the proper burger in a gluten free bun. She will be layed up for days due to this. This isn t a dietary choice it s a disease Manager was extremely unhelpful ***Update the company paid out my mom based on the total lack of care the manager showed.***

Went there for breakfast on a whim, ended up being the best tasting and best value drive-through breakfast we ve had in town! Their ciabatta sandwiches are my go to now and I highly recommend their loaded breakfast wrap, it s hard to beat.

The cheeseburger was almost $11 on its own. It was good and the process cheese had its own tangy taste. At $11 I doubt if Ill be back. Monday - Wednesday there are burger specials.

Never had Triple Os before, but this one in Vernon really left me with some mixed reviews. Their milkshake machine was unavailable, which was why we came in the first place. We got a beef burger, fries, a chicken burger, and onion rings. Everything tasted like frozen food you get from the grocery store. The only redeemable thing about Triple Os was the chicken burger wasn t half bad. The service was also not great either. Most likely won t come back.

First and last time. Very expensive shortaded us a burger. Fries undercooked and cold. Burger undercooked and just slapped together toppings falling out. Staff was friendly so thats good.

Mom and Ive been driving to Kamloops shopping and one reason is we love the Triple O burgers. And now we have one here in Vernon. Drove thru last week and ordered. Ours is a special order... no lettuce or tomato... and both burgers arrived just as ordered. We were also pleasantly surprised that there was a normal amount of sauce. Not so much that the burger is a sloppy mess. The voice over the intercom was friendly and efficient, wait time was minimal, Drive thru window person was friendly and efficient. A great experience all around. Well be back!

Third time in a row I had to drive back from my house to get the rest of my order! Cold food and missing toppings for the burger. Tasty food but this location has terrible service.

Food was decent although a tad salty (rings and fries). Burgers both chicken and beef were tasty. Dined in and the dining and ordering area is insanely loud and echoey. Poor girl taking the orders has a tough time hearing. Coupled with masking makes it a task. Exterior drive through lanes are more dangerous than most, watch yourself when entering either triple o s or Popeyes to dive as both drive thru lanes wind around the building and drivers tend to be in a rush without paying attention to pedestrians.

Not great. Look up nutrition values for this food, its really unhealthy and overpriced. Burger meals are almost 20$. Had a Chipotle bacon burger and couldnt taste the Chipotle. Fries are super super plain, no salt, no spices, just potato. The food is mild, boring and passable. Found a hair in my milkshake. Cant bring myself to give them another try, so I suppose its not very good food.

Amazing service. We had a combo adjustment that no one was familiar with and everyone from the owner and the training employee Holly, was amazing about figuring it out. This is the only place that serves good gluten free lettuce options The chicken breast was FULL and so fresh!!!!!

The fries were fresh and so GOOD!! Sadly cannot say the same for the burgers which were really awful. The patty looked like cardboard, the paper wrap was soggy from the pickles! I was so excited for Triple Os to be in Vernon and now so disappointed.

Totally screwed up our simple order. Then took forever to fix it. Then still gave us the wrong food and our fries were cold and old. Not impressed. Do not recommend. Too bad.

I don t usually leave reviews but I had to for this one My burger should have come with a life preserver because it was completely drowning in runny sauce. It was like someone dumped an entire bucket of water on it. It was SO totally soaked that it was basically just a pile of soggy mush. I ve never seen a tomato so wet that it disintegrated before. I couldn t even eat it I just threw it away. I ve had Triple O s in other locations and it s always been delicious, so I have no idea what happened here. #worstburgerofmylifeawardgoesto

Best burger Ive had in a long while

My son and I went to the Vernon Triple Os for his 18th Birthday April 3rd. What a huge disappointment!!! The orders were stone cold and incomplete. We used the drive through and only live a couple of minutes from the restaurant, so this food had been sitting for some time! I emailed the store to let them know what happened, and a guy named Al called me back. He wouldnt give me his last name or position...said it was irrelevant. He was rude, and couldnt have cared less that the event we were celebrating was ruined by HORRIBLE food!!! The most he would do was give me a gift card for the restaurant but by that time, I was so disgusted, that I didnt want to go back. He said I could use it at White Spot which is their sister company. I sent a copy of my receipt, so he had the total we paid....BUT...when the gift card arrived today, it was for less than what my bill was and he said hed cover the total. Despite all the media/social media hype...this is a zero rating in my opinion and wont return. THE PUBLIC NEEDS TO WE AWARE THAT THIS IS A BAD PLACE TO EAT, THE STAFF RUDE AND NOT PROPERLY TRAINED AND WAY TO EXPENSIVE FOR WHAT YOU GET...OR DONT GET IN THIS CASE!! BTW...we got the cheese cake on a stick...WHAT A JOKE!! ONLY A MOUTH FULL HAHA!!!!! DEFINITELY A BUYER BEWARE SITUATION!!!!!!!

Id rate it 0 stars if I could. My wife bring celiac, ordered the gluten free bun for her burger. Shortly after was sick. Currently still being sick actually. So clearly the staff do not pay attention to which buns they are using. Might seem unimportant to a bunch of young kids, but its very important when people ask for something specific its for a reason.

Did not get what I ordered or paid extra for. Spent the evening throwing up on the side of the road for the drive home. Did not have a nutritional menu or could they help me find an online allergy document or tell me what was on the burger. Ordered and paid extra for a gluten free bun ..IT WAS NOT !

Staff were all very kind, impeccable customer service. All of my chicken strips were broken to ensure they were cooked properly, which is absolutely fantastic to see! Staff is definitely deserving of lots of praise for the great food, comfortable environment and happy atmosphere. I will definitely be coming back!

It s just to expensive for what you get. Sure, the burgers are tasty but they re nothing better than any other burger joint. It was disappointing to pay over $100 for a family of six and just feel barely full. Everything is extra, each side, each drink, anything. Might as well stick RR or Kelly O s. There were only six onion rings in the order, and that was almost $5 for the side. Nothing special to make me want to come again, sorry.

Went in at end of lunch hour, they were not busy. Ordered for dine-in one Bacon Cheese Burger by itself, no fries or drink and found it a bit pricy at $10.79 before tax. Burger was made in a few minutes and brought to table. Initial impressions were poor as the Burger did not look really well assembled, which I found a bit funny as they had a big sign up for staff reading Are you proud of it? If not-dont serve it. If this is a Burger they are proud of then they have pretty low standards. Burger tasted OK, but the bun was very strange. It was a very soft bun, and it seemed steamed or microwaved or something as it was very sticky, and gummy chewy texture and made eating the Burger seem odd. Meat was good, and toppings OK, but overall I found the Burger only average, but for the price, you could get better burgers for a lot less elsewhere. No desire to return for other equally expensive burgers.

It s was Okay.. it took them well over 12 minutes to make two milkshakes. I could see all the employees just standing around and talking.

But it was Popeyes that we visited

Okay food, extremely expensive, not worth the extra money. Hit up any other drive thru for a better experience in my opinion.

Quiet and clean, our meals came out really quickly. Easily amongst the best burgers I have ever had either at home, or visiting someplace else. Burgers were cooked to perfection, and we tried the Chicken pineapple jerk sandwich, which was great. Milkshakes were thick and creamy, and so tasty on a hot day. I just had the most disappointing meal from triple o s in Vernon. I tried it because Popeyes was closed. I figured it would be a good alternative since it was next door. For $17.50 I had a small drink, a small container of poutine, and 3 of the smallest chicken strips I ve ever been served. One strip was hardly 2 inches long and maybe an inch wide. I felt bad for the girl on the drive thru as well, with the highway right beside it, I was yelling so she could hear me. I don t think I will be returning, the cost to portion ratio was horrible. Tasted average, nothing special at all.

Very ordinary foods for the high price

Stopped in to have a bite of the famous Triple Os burger. We were so impressed and cant believe this franchise is not in Calgary. Will have to make this an annual stop every year when visiting Kelowna.

This is the best food Ive ever had from a restaurant in a long time. Driver was friendly service over the phone was friendly and personal. Everything was so fresh and delicious it was all cooked to perfection. And the price was amazing for a family dinner Thank you Triple Os in Vernon % Ps I dont normally rate food places but Im so happy with this dinner I needed too

I like triple ohs but this location is a joke , have had it several times and burgers and skimped on topping and hardly put together right, for how limited the choices of burgers are shouldnt be hard to get it right, and first time I was therein the store the lady at the till was bragging about how fast there service was cause it was gonna be outin less then 15 mins even thought I was the only one inside and I watched 4 cars go threw the drive threw just for my food to take over 20 mins, customer service here is a joke

The hamburger was great, but the fries were not cooked all the way had to throw out half the order.

I love Triple O, but this particular outlet hasnt found their groove yet. The food is much better at other locations. Skimpy on the sauce.

Love the chicken burgers

I ve been once & it wasn t busy (we were the only ones there that evening). Best lettuce-wrapped burger I think I ve ever had. The coffee was stale & they were quick to make it right. Very nice staff. Clean place. I will definitely return.
