There food is nice but not authentic india taste and spicy. Naan are really nice. Recommend it . But really disappointed with the service as they are never on time. the order was late 3 out of 5 times. So wont recommend if u r in a hurry.

We tried the Kebab Burger and the Butter Chicken Pasta along with the Samsosa Chat and Papdi Chat. I must say, the butter chicken pasta lives up to the name of the name of the restaurant. It s actual fusion you never thought you needed. We re so glad we stopped by and would be coming back when we re in Vernon. The owners are extremely sweet and have actually lived in Italy.

Stopped at this spot with my fiance on our way back to Manitoba; fantastic, fresh food with friendly service. We had butter chicken with samosas and garlic naan bread. The butter chicken sauce we creamy and made from scratch. Would recommend.

Great place for take-out Indian food. Tried a bunch of stuff I have never tried before and some of my old favorites and it was delicious. Lovely owners! Vegetarian options: Lots of gluten free and vegetarian options.

The worst butter chicken poutine Ive ever had, mushy fries 3 little pieces of chicken and maybe 2 cheese curds. Ill never eat there again and if anyone asks Ill tell them to avoid this place.

Tired from exploring the Okanagan Valley, we were looking for some Indian comfy food to fill up our bellies and just so happened to be near Spice on 6. And glad we did not explore any more options and decided to go ahead and order here, coz it was a great choice. After a warm welcome, we were suggested lamb curry with butter garlic naan. The curry was just rightly balanced, neither over spicy nor mild, though a bit on the milder side for our pallette but that was easily remediable with a lil salt and some fresh green chillies and ginger. The lamb chunks were good in quantity and surely not dry and chewy, and the portion was also good enough for two people. The garlic naan was a treat as it was not a bland generic boring stuff but rather bold and strong garlic flavor and taste, on a soft buttery bread. A bowl of rice was also given complementary and thats always appreciable. We would had never imagined getting something this close to the authentic North Indian Punjabi cooking in the Okanagan, hence the place gets a thumbs up from me and highly recommended and we will surely be checking out again the next time we are in the region.

Best food in vernon. First restaurant in vernon who understood what kadahi paneer is and don t just add cream to all all the curries to bring flavor. Amazing breads also. We ordered delivery and the breads tasted great even after few hours. Onion kulcha and bread pakoda is a must try.

I am glad this place opened up in Vernon. A large menu that has some of the most reasonable prices in town. You can tell the dishes are made with expertise because they have that perfect balance of authentic spices and flavors that you want when you order and eat Indian food. The fact that they offer a fusion menu with some Italian dishes as well is just an additional bonus. Both of the couple greet you with smiles when you walk in the door- you can tell they want to provide the customer service in order for their new business to succeed. Highly recommended and delicious.

You pick your spice level to suit yourself. The veggie samosas are to die for. They are the best I ve ever had (and are huge). It s great to have such excellent and reliable take out in Vernon (not our first time here, and we will be back soon!)

We were happy to recently find this new gem of an Indian and some Italian fusion gourmet restaurant! I ordered takeout and was not disappointed with the authentic traditional flavours of the curries elevated with locally sourced fresh chilies! The expansive menu has a good variety of street food items as well which I will order next time around! Great pricing and generous portions are on point. Last but not least, the young couple who own the newest Indian restaurant in Vernon are very engaging and pleasant folks recently hailing from Italy, hence the Italian portion of the menu I really enjoyed the food and conversation and will definitely be back! Lots of free parking as well!

Thank goodness for this place! It s been a long couple years trying to fill the void left by the departure of Kal s Naan Stop. They ve hit the nail on the head with this one! Got the butter chicken and it was exactly like Kal s! Not only do they have bigger portions of butter chicken than the competitors, but they also include rice with it! This is 100% our new takeout go-to. Veggie Samosas were great too!

No doubt food is spectacular especially Bread pkoda, aloo tikki burger and goat curry. But very disappointed with salad. Firstly its very expensive and then its very simple salad not worth $8.99 . And mint chutney is basically yougurt mix with mint. No taste at all. Overall food is good but really expensive as compared to a lot of top notch indian restaurants.

We ordered out here after getting the place recommended by a friend. The food was absolutely amazing! Everything we ordered was tasty and blew our expectations! Only Indian place i will go from now on! Recommend the chicken Korma, shrimp masala and the butter chicken!!!

Got the Italian Spice on 6 Special, and the Spaghettini with Meatballs. The texture of the meatballs reminded me of insanely dense hotdogs, with about as much flavour as a cheap hotdog too. Sauce was pretty good with the veg in the Special, but the one on my spaghetti just tasted like canned pasta sauce. Portion sizes are on the small side so $20/ dish felt like a rip off

So, i went restaurant today and had their shahi panner with plain naan. Really loved their food as it was so fresh. Taste level was beyond my expectations. Highly recommended Indian restaurant in vernon.

The service we got was excellent. Everyone was pleasant and welcoming. We tried the chaat from the live counter and it taste soo fresh. We also had the chicken noodles and it had a good Indian masala flavour to it.

Fresh and homemade feel. While waiting for my takeout order, I was offered fish pakora and gol gappa to try. I highly recommend their fish pakora. It tastes delicious. Friendly staff and great service. As it is a takeaway restaurant, my suggestion would be to call in advance and place the order. It will give them enough time to prepare your dish with love (their phone hardly got a chance to take rest).

Went in for butter chicken and wow absolutely the best i have ever had. The staff were so friendly and helped us with the menu aswell. I definitely recommend trying this place.

Stopped in yesterday to grab some lunch, and I was not disappointed!! I grabbed the butter chicken with rice and garlic Naan. We came from salmon arm to vernon especially for their food. One of our friend recommended this restaurant and when we tried the food it was so soo good. We tried their noodle burgers and panipuri. Also, we could tell that everything was freshly made. The taste was so good and staff was so polite too.

The-Indo -Italian fusion menu is unique in Vernon, and well worth exploring. While this is primarily a take-out restaurant, there is one table for eat-in service. It is a very friendly place with some great dishes on the menu.

Great food, nice folks! The gol gappa was incredible, as was the samosa chaat. The flavours are like being back in India! (Just an fyi, place is made for take out, only one small table inside - though you can have a gol gappa experience at the counter :), the owner graciously served us the gol gappa street style)

Wow! The food was fantastic! We got the butter chicken which was delicious you could eat the gravy on its own! The lamb in the lamb curry was so tender, and just fell apart, best thing ever! Everything was so fresh, it will be our go to spot, when craving something comforting.
