Amazing food. The Bibimbap Bowl was life changing. Cannot wait to go back to my favorite place in vernon.

Not a fancy place but casual and comfortable. Plenty of well-executed Korean staples like Bulgogi, Bibimbap and Japchae. Reasonably priced as well. Highly recommend to try the pork back bone soup on Wednesdays!

Really nice, friendly, and doting service. The chef is certified in 3 countrys ! Nice menu some things I hadnt tried before. They also have quite a lot of vegetarian dishes

Bibimpap is among the best if not THE best Ive had in Canada. Such a lovely couple running the business. Theyve had a family tragedy recently so they deserve all the local support they can get!

I have been going to suda since I have moved to vernon and by far this is one of my favorite restaurants ever! They have always been so nice to me and I love to support them!

I really love the delicious Korean Bibimbap. A very healthy option for lunch or dinner. I took my husband here too and he said, I think this is my new favourite lunch place in Vernon. The food is excellent, healthy, served promptly and sizzling (literally) hot.

First time popping in for lunch, very tasty bipimbap, highly recommend.

Had an excellent dinner at Suda! We had the deep fried chicken appetizer, soft tofu stew with seafood, and stone pot bibimbap. All of it was awesome and we were so impressed with the portion size. Such great quality at an affordable price. Great service and atmosphere as well. Would highly recommend for dinner out in Vernon.

Rolls tested good, but I ordered them through skip and when I got them they fell apart. They were not rolls anymore and it made it hard to eat

The portions have shrunk but the taste and price have remained the same. Honestly, makes sense in this economy! Still love the food though and so many tasty options!

THE best sushi Ive ever had. We had the shrimp rolls, deep fried California rolls, prawn and vegetable tempura and honey garlic chicken. I cant wait to go back!!!

Delicious food and quick service!

We loved eating here, lots of plant based options. They have a delicious tofu bibimbamp ask for no egg, the veg dumplings and rice cakes in the ramen are delicious. We also loved the yam roll! The waitress helped us find all our the veg options. We are excited to come back and try the japchae Vegetarian options: Lots of dishes can be made vegan, just ask their staff to omit anything you are not wanting to be sure.

I recommend soft bean curd jjigae. Hot rice and stew made my stomach feel comfortable. The good owner cared about us at a reasonable price, so it became a comfortable meal.

This is one of my favourite places to eat. Its a wonderful family-owned local resturant with great friendly service and excellent well-priced food. The owner is always so lovely and friendly and the dishes have become comfort food. Although I have my go-to dish (stone pot bibimpap), everything is worth a try!

This time I only tried the beef bibimbap, it was delicious, I will try other dishes next time! Dietary restrictions: if you wont want pork you can choose beef or chicken! Parking: There is convenience because there is a supermarket parking nearly.

We have been twice now to Suda and I must say, this is Vernons hidden GEM! This restaurant is extremely well priced and the food is absolutely phenomenal. If youve never tried Korean before the staff, walk you through the menu and make fabulous recommendations. The service is second to none with a casual and friendly atmosphere. Please spread the word! This place deserves to be busier than it is.

Not to familiar with Korean food, we did enjoy our experience here. Attentive service and explanations on menu items provided. The tempura prawns were a nice start to get going on the bulgoge beef noodles and udon soup. Small salad was fresh and the dressing is delicious. I would just have a large salad almost next time. Green tree Ice creme with fried bananas for a sweet treat to finish off a very well priced meal for the two of us.

Suda has the best Korean food in town! My husband and I always get takeout from them and its always delicious. They are all very kind and we have never had a bad experience. I highly recommend giving them a try!

Very good Korean dishes (the stone pot bibimbap, kimchi jjigae (stew) and the tteok bokki with fish cakes are my personal favourites) so friendly with great service from all staff and owners! :) I eat here often and I am so happy to have a great local Korean restaurant in our city .

Pretty damn good. But order double the amount of boneless wings you want. The price reflects this per order.

We ordered off skip. The food came piping hot and was absolutely delicious. Best udon we have ever had. The kimchi was delightful. Portion sizes were awesome. Definitely got our moneys worth. We were very impressed.

Very tasty but less than enthused about the portions and the amount of meat you get for the price.

Used to be better now the Korean food is below average except for some items and now half the items on the menu are not even Korean; half of the items are Japanese and Chinese, little variety. Id rather make it at home as its not that hard,over half the food I make to eat is Asian usually Vietnamese or Korean or Chinese based.

Best Korean food in Vernon

We wanted to try Suda for a long time - dont make the same mistake! Go and try it as soon as possible - it is amazing. The flavour and timing of each meal is phenomenal; Sue and Dan (SueDan = Suda) are exceptional hosts. We are so happy we found this gem in Vernon.

At first I was looking for Korean food in town, then when I sat down, the menu was half Japanese, half Korean. They have sushi, rolls, tempuras and udon etc as well. The portion of the dishes are quite small. Is it only me too hungry or what? The food are ok. Worth to try.

So delicious. They have a very impressive menu with tons of variety and options. Many vegetarian options as well. Had the ramen with some rolls on the side and it was all amazing.

Really good service - this is NOT Korean BBQ as advertised so we were disappointed. Menu items are mostly things that are found on any Edo Japan menu despite this being a Korean restaurant. There were some hot pots and stews that mightve been good to try had I been in the mood for something like that. Really good Kimchi though.

This is my favourite restaurant! The food is always amazing, and Ive brought a number of people here and the service has always been amazing. The lady who serves is so sweet! Also its very small and cozy inside, but its tastefully decorated so it doesnt feel cramped.

Finally made it here since having it on my bucket list for a few years. Very good food, not overly spicy but still flavorful. Ordered pickup through Skip the Dishes. The staff were friendly and efficient. Although I didnt dine in, the restaurant itself was beautiful.

Suda consistently provides incredible quality with such a friendly staff and authentic Korean experience. And not all the food is spicy, though they will let you know what is! The stone pot bulgogi (Korean sliced beef) bibimbap (rice bowl with an fried egg) is my favourite!!

We r quite surprised to get this level of Korean food in Vernon! We eat Korean food pretty frequently in Calgary, but when wife wants something soupy in Vernon I was quite hesitant to try this place... since smaller city ethnic food is always hit or miss... We were greeted by Korean owner which is always a great surprise! Wife really liked their tofu soup and mine pork rib soup r decent, although mine was more spicy than expected, but still very good especially in a rainy day! Keep up the good work guys!

I had come here years ago when visiting Vernon and was initially disappointed, this time I decided to give it another try, big improvement, I was happy to see the return of the side dishes and i felt the menu also had more variety, very pleased to see the sauce included on the side with lettuce for the spicy pork, the seafood pancake was decent and the price wasnt bad at all. I would recommend stopping here for lunch or dinner. You wont be disappointed.

Absolutely fantastic. I had Korean in Edmonton from the highest retarded Korean restaurant and this place was just as good. Super nice staff and food was phenomenal. LOVE biapop!

Walking in for the first time I was pleasantly surprised how clean and nice the interior looked. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and service was quick and attentive. Being from Victoria, also being relatively close to Vancouver, I am used to above average Korean food compared to what these smaller BC towns have to offer. I didnt have high expectations going in, but I was quite wrong! The food was well presented and the taste and freshness was there! I look forward to stopping by again and having a wonderful lunch or dinner the next time I come back to Vernon.

Excellent food here. The spicy wings were well cooked and sauced. The bibimbap is an experience. It comes as shown in my photo and then you add sesame oil and (if preferred) spicy sauce then you break the egg and mix it all in the HOT stone bowl. Really enjoyed it and appreciated the staff showing me how to properly eat the dish.

One of my all time favorite places to eat in town. Eating in is great and the delivery with skip the dishes is always amazing (on the store end of course) they even offer free dilivery!!! The sushi is to die for. they have really good vegetarian options and if your ordering delivery they put vegetarian as the first word in the description so its easy to find, super helpful for when we order for girls night because my best friends vegetarian

The food was good but we felt rushed. They wouldnt make us dessert even though another table had just gotten their meal.

Ooey gooey uncooked mung bean cake. Overcooked seafood in the soup. Yakisoba was had no spices or flavour. Server kept making excuses saying this is Korean food. We are not new to Korean we will not be back.

Was awesome when the previous owners ran it. After new owners, prices were increased and many of the items had the portions downsized. I couldnt justify the price for the amount of food. Although it did all taste good, it just wasnt a wow factor. Its not bad but considering for the same price at a different restuarant where you get double the amount, its just a meh. Also, only about half the menu had korean cuisine so thats a no from me.
