The girl in there is running around like a chicken with her head cut off then as she is trying to help staff in front of me as I was mid sentence she looks at me and said Ill get to you when I can in a rude tone, wont be coming back to this location and will not recommend.

First time, food was great. I enjoy a chicken burrito, my wife and daughter had a Burrito bowl with fish it was cooked fresh to order. We will be back to try more items. Food : 5/5

Everyday is a good day at this fine restaurant. Servers are not only proficient, they are good listeners, and fine people to listen to if you can get them to talk. I recommend the food to anyone who likes Mexican. And I recommend the ghost pepper spice to anyone who likes it hot!

This is my favorite place! Boyfriend introduced me to this 2 years ago, whenever we come to town I always stop by for delicious tacos! Mmmmmm.

First time eating there and it will not be our last. Our server, Ramen, was very sweet. We enjoyed the food, which is definitely as fresh as they say. I think we will have fun trying the variety of sauces they have. Lots to try out. Not skimpy on portions. Good value for your money. Weve been there several times now, and this last time we were a bit disappointed. It seemed like the portion was literally cut in half and they laid it in the Taco shell to make it look like it was full, but in a few minutes it sank down and was only half the shell. I understand prices of goods go up and you either have to cut the portions or raise prices, but to only have the shell half filled was sad.

So I come in at 730 pm on Wednesday 4-19 and started ordering and asked if anything had cilantro in it...and person preceeded to place cilantro sauce on the burrito...I then told him I cant have anything with cilantro in it, he then preceeded to tell me I asked for it...and I told him I asked if any of the sauces had cilantro...then he preceeded to accuse me I asked for it, and I preceeded to tell him my girlfriend cant have cilantro as it will make her sick. He was all attitude when I walked in, and was hard to understand, ... I left and let this person know I was not to happy with him...and asked where is the manager, and he preceeded to tell me he was...so I left. To the owner...your 1 staff was rude, and looked like he didnt want to be their ..and if you hire someone, make sure they speak English well enough to understand...I will never come here again and I will get the word out thru social media about your rude disrespectful staff...suggest you deal with him...corporate will be contacted

I want to rave the super nice young lady working tonight, she was very kind and was working very hard on her own, she made my burrito awesome and made my visit great and memorable. She deserves a 5 star review!!

I try different Mexican restaurants at Vernon and for me, thats the one to eat the best burritos I love this place.

Food is always fresh and tasty, good portions.

Rice is a gummy mess with zero seasoning. Beans are a liquidy mess with zero seasoning, portions are tiny and food is slapped together with zero care. If you want some actual quality, value and flavor spare yourself and go to BarBurrito

I was a regular customer of quesada and Iam having the burrito bowl for 3 years from Vancouver too and when I move to Vernon and tried the quesadilla here it was fine and today when i asked them to put some extra veggies in my bowl she told me they have charge extra and I asked them when they changed to charge the extra she told me from last week I don t have an issue with a dollar or two up charge but the attitude of the girl towards customer need to be worked because we are paying for the food not by her or some one. So if the girl in the front can get a customer treating training it would be great and appreciated

Barbaqoa was good

Ordered three quesadillas to go. Theres was almost no toppings, many parts were just dry tortilla. Also ordered sides of hot sauce and recieved none of them resulting in a very dry no good quesadilla. This was really disappointing as previously we had no issues.

It was just okay, I didnt like that someone that handles food has their mask below there nose. Food was good.

My good friend Nathan Smith showed me this place. My first time at Quesada. Absolutely satisfying. I ve ate at many fast food restaurants in the past, and this is the first time I went up for seconds. Thank you Quesada.

This is my first time here, definitely my last. The food was Meh. Ingredients were fresh, but the staff almost unapproachable, edgy, damn near combative. I asked him two questions through the building process of a burrito and got an answer to a different question. Both occasions asked 3 times, just to get a curt reply to a different question with a furrowed, unhappy face. With other Mexican places to choose from in Vernon I suggest you try one of those. My go to places for some quick nachos and tacos. They may not be the best Ive had but they are really good and worth a try. 5 stars for good food, quick and convenient.

Everytime I go to this restaurant they never listen to my order. They put on topping I didnt ask for, they put on too little toppings. The staff is extremely rude, I was very patient with their service but yet I was treated as I was in the wrong. Every experience with Quesada over the past few visits were horrible. If I could give zero stars I would. Save your money go to Taco Del Mar a block away.

First and last time I will ever go. Ordered the bean quesadilla and chicken quesadilla. Very little chicken. You have to pay for the vegetables. most places it is free. They put 1 table spoon of beans on the bean one. It barley covered the surface. I asked the lady if she was going to put more on and she said no. Then I asked the other lady thinking maybe I had a new trainee and it was a mistake. The other lady said it is only meant to be a spread. I was shocked. $10 for 1 table spoon of beans in with a bit of cheese. I have never walked out before a meal has been started and I am 56. I just could not believe how little they put in the quesadilla.

Everytime I order a quesadilla I get a little bit of rice on it and she was telling me no I m not allowed rice when I ve been coming here for over a year and have been getting it. The customer should be able to put whatever they want on it

Great vegetarian burrito and I consider myself a connoisseur. Big sizes for a good price. Ingredients were fresh and had a good selection of sauces. If you re Australian it s like Zambreo but maybe even better. Thoroughly enjoyed and looked up the other locations to visit across Canada.

A nice quick and affordable lunch. I had a single taco and a fountain pop for about 7.50 the taco was ancho pork with some lettuce, onions and some salsa on a soft taco. A great lite meal and I really enjoyed their sauce. This is a stop and go place but good value and good eats.

Good Mexican food

This place is great however, was informed this evening that apparently we cant do beef burritos for kids meals anymore... only chicken. Super disappointed to have to buy my child a full size burrito in which was folded into a ball. Had to fix it when we got home and re grill it. Annoying as heck.

After eating here twice, both times I had the anhco pork tacos and my husband had the big a** burrito. Yes, that burrito is huge. Everything is very flavourful and good sized portions. However, both times the meat has been cold even after asking to make sure it is heated. I get take out and wait while its being prepared so Im not sure why the meat is cold. I only live two minutes away. Still, the food is good and budget friendly.

Usually your burritos are great so this is the only reason for 2 star review this time no time taken to drain the meat the pickled onions were the size of loonies burrito was wet too wet dripped all over my floor clothing and table and the onions were over powering all other times much better needto step up the consistency

Was happy to see something similar to Chipotle open up in Vernon. I know it must be giving Taco Del Mar a run for their money, but I love eating at both places. I honestly dont go to Taco Del Mar often, only because I dont shop near Wal Mart often. But I do go to the Superstore side a lot. We really like the selection at Quesada and the workers are always prompt in greeting/serving us. Its kind of expensive, it usually costs us $25-$35 for 2 of us to eat; however, when you compare that to Mcdonalds its the same price but more expensive than Fresh Lemongrass. No complaints from me but just a thought. I usually make some kind of burrito bowl and always enjoy it. Very hearty portions!

Staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. The food is consistently good and lots of options are available. My only complaint is that some of the staff have a bad habit of stopping halfway through making my order to refill stock or to grab something from the back of the store.

I dont know if it was just a bad day but we had some issues, Cold burritos and the burritos were half the size we were expecting, although that may be just something smaller towns have to do. All of the meat was on one side and the other side was the sides. We got everything we ordered though and it was all made incredibly fast.

Ordered several different items for the family and they were all delicious. Only two stars because every single one of us had the runs or vomiting regardless of what we ate. The one common component in every dish was undercooked beans. Not only are they gritty when undercooked but the level of lectins present caused immediate reactions in our bodies when consuming large quantities. For a restaurant that relies heavily on beans they should probably cook them properly with pressure or longer boiling plus rinsing.

ordered from here quite often and always got the burrito bowl with the pork. the last two visits the meat was all grissle and disgusting. one more time and im out.

Stopped at Quesada on the way home. No social distance, the workers do not limit people in the store. My order was messed up. I wanted a specific sauce but the worker was too lazy to go and grab a new bottle from the back even tho his coworker said they have it.

Its fine i think. They didnt have ground beef which i found odd for this type of restaurant. Also found a small bone in my shredded beef burrito. The only warm part of my food was the refried beans which is sad. My mother had to warm her burrito bowl up as soon as we got home as nothing of hers was warm. Personally I have no problem with this but many people do: the workers werent wearing their face masks correctly, which could be cause of concern. But to quote my mother: At least they have corn tho Update: Found another bone, but this time in a chicken bowl my mother gave me to take home for later

The owner/manager Dipak is very passionate about his store and it shows in how good the food is! Super fresh, super fast and the best tacos in Vernon hands down don t even bother going anywhere else for your Mexican/Tex-Mex fix as you won t be as satisfied as Quesada Burrito makes you feel! Best new spot in town 5 Stars all the way

This place is not following social distancing protocol. There was at least 15 young men in there being loud and not social distancing. I saw at least 3 people leave because of this. Service was slow. But the food was good.

Horrible! Soft tacos weren t warmed, the meat filling was bland cubed chicken and the rest just confirmed this is a fast food venue doing a really bad job of making what they call Mexican food! Yuck. Check out Mi Taqueria food truck in the parking lot at Village Green Pub! Best authentic Mexican food!

We ordered food for our inventory count day at our business. Our 10 staff really enjoyed the delicious food but we also impressed with the cleaver packaging that the food came in. It made it super quick and easy to set up a TexMex buffet. Definitely would order again.
