Vernon is certainly fortunate to have a restaurant of this quality for Pizza, service and ambiance. Our server, Miranda, was perfect blend of professionalism, knowledge and charm. As usual the pizza was top shelf! We had the Spicy Sausage, The Fungi and had to take a Margherita home for my daughter. Best pizza in the Okanagan and probably in BC. Great atmosphere and service! Pizza is always cooked perfectly, not greasy and the thin undercarriage is never soggy. They do it right here. Have been to this place multiple times and had a fantastic experience each occasion.

Great atmosphere and even better food!

We are from out of town, googled pizza places and this was rated well so we decided to try it out. We were not disappointed. My husband is pizza obsessed and he loved it. He had a pepperoni, I had the pesto and pistachio, it was to die for! The waitress was absolutely lovely and the atmosphere was very chic and cute. Absolutely loved it. Definitely will return when we are back in town.

The pizza quality was excellent, if you like good food, eat here. It is thin crust, which i like. The prices are a little high but you get what you pay for. Go during happy hour, 3pm-5pm, for special pricing. I highly recommend it and would eat here again.

We were a party of 5 and we all ordered Pizza..we all looked shocked as we were wondering were the flavor was? It was truely a disappointment. We found it very Bland specially the sauce and mushrooms were barely there. Part of the pizza had nothing on it. The crust was good but we went there for pizza not naked crust. The Beet Salad was good though.

Took my Princess out to dinner and she requested Masiero. Unbelievablely fresh sauce, bold flavors and a rustic experience. Cecilia gave us excellent service with a refreshing smile and genuine personality. Very reasonable, great value. Easy 5 star. Thanks again!

The Best Napoletana pizza in town.

My partner and I decided to go to Vernon for the long weekend and stumbled upon this place after a quick google search for nearby restaurants. I was pleasantly surprised to find this place as the ambiance is something I would expect in a bigger city. We went for dinner and it did not disappoint! The restaurant was beautiful and modern (great for a date night), the food delicious (we had the burrata starter, pesto pistachio pizza, pesca panchetta and lemon tart), and the service was great. We sat at the bar which gave us a chance to watch the pizzas being put into the oven and to chat with the owner about how he ended up in Vernon after owning a restaurant in Vancouver! We will definitely come back the next time we are in town and will recommend to anyone we know headed this way.

Wouldn t recommend takeout; pizzas especially toppings were undercooked, soggy and limp. Had to peel the unrendered fat off the bacon strips on the (canned) peach pizza. No sauce to speak of. Assuming it s better dine-in based on the reviews.

We had lunch at Masiero. The Caprese salad was delicious and fresh. The pizzas were outstanding. Real Napolitana pizza straight from the oven. Service was very friendly. Will definitely go back to try the dessert and full dinner menu

I had the pleasure of dining at Masiero pizzeria for lunch time, and it was outstanding. I have not had good wood fire pizza since last year in Ottawa. The pizza was perfect. The desert to complement, was most decadent. And the quality of everything was right on point, even the napkins !

It was a gastronomical delight. It was the best pizza weve had in the Okanagan. The mint really added depth to the Tiramisu.

I walked into Masieros a few months ago, and saw an espresso machine on their back bar counter. I asked the server if they stocked ice cream by any chance, and then I pointed at the espresso machine. Her reply? Oh, affogato? Coming up!. Im getting ready to move away from Vernon, but I have been in Masieros now countless times. Sometimes, just for an affogato. Sometimes, a quick lunch - get the Italian Deli sandwich. Trust me. Every time Im in, the service is flawless. Staff are friendly and professional, and I leave already thinking of the next time Id be back. Thanks, guys! Ill be back, for sure.

Nice indoor space. The food was very underwhelming. Ordered the fungi pizza which did not have any wild mushrooms just cremini mushrooms, no sauce and incredibly spicy chili flakes, good if you like heat, no flavor otherwise. Waitress was kind to offer a different pizza but wasnt venturous enough to try something different. Spouse got the roasted peaches pizza but it was just canned peaches -no roast, with some arugula on top. Definitely not worth the price for what you get. This place has potential.

The sandwich bread is pizza dough with the same delightful texture. The lemon tart was fantastically tart which I personally love. Upscale with fresh local ingredients without breaking the bank. My husband and I are vegan , let s just say we are thrilled to have options to choose from even a dessert that was super yum! Everything from food to service was exceptional. We were in from out of town and opted for dinner away from the resort. So glad we found this gem. Everything was spectacular- restaurant itself is cute and stylish, the food fresh, local, flavourful and the service top notch. We shared the fungi pizza with added smoked bacon and it was out of this world. The spicy Italian one is SPICY and delicious with the perfect amount of char on the wood fire crust. We had the lemon tart for dessert and it was absolutely perfect - like I wanted another to take back to our room good. The server was 10/10 with her knowledge and recommendations. Eat here. Its awesome.

Masiero Pizzeria is awesome. My all-time favorite pizza. Ive never had a genuine New York pizza, but the way Ive heard it described, this is it. If you are okay with gluten, youll LOVE their wonderfully thin foldable crust. If you want/need gluten free, their gluten free crust is the best Ive ever tasted (its my partners preference; I HAD to try it). The servers are very friendly, fast, and accommodating. The ambience is warm and spacious. A private area would be useful for romantic dates. Parking: Being downtown Vernon, you have to pay for parking from Monday to Friday, from 9 AM until 6 PM, but if you have the parking app on your phone its a breeze. If you go on a Saturday night parking is free, but can be difficult to find.

I chatted with the very friendly owner and staff, while my pizza baked. Modern open style kitchen and decor. Very reasonably priced pizzas. I highly recommend trying this restaurant!

Everything is great expect the tiramisu, the tiramisu that I had yesterday, the topping was not cocoa powder but milk chocolate which was not that acceptable because the dessert should be a perfect end of the dinner and the night if there was no cocoa powder left, maybe you can let us know and I had chance to cancel or have something else. Outstanding! This place will become a staple in Vernon for sure, everything was great from the staff to the food. It is also such a beautiful, well decorated space. The pizza were looking so delicious I forgot to take a picture for this review and thought to myself I ll just take a picture of the dessert. Well the same thing happened with the desserts and we just devoured everything before thinking about taking a picture. You ll have to go check it out for yourself, it s well worth it.

Absolutely stunning restaurant. The floors and lighting give this place such a refreshing and comfortable feeling. Not to mention the wood burning pizza oven from Italy, really gives the pizza a great flavor. Definitely more authentic Italian than any other restaurant in Vernon. Our order for 3 people included meatballs and focaccia for appetizers, two pizzas as main dishes and a tiramisu for dessert. The total came to around $85. The interior of the restaurant reminds me of a trendy Vancouver place with a nice atmosphere but it does need some more sound dampening. The meatballs were standard if a little under salted but with a well-balanced flavour. The focaccia was definitely one of the standout things for me as it did everything a focaccia should almost perfectly -- definitely a must get. As for the pizzas, the dough flavour is good but the crust was slightly under done leaving the centre of it to be more dough than bread. The pizzas we had were the spicy Italian sausage and the fungi. The spicy Italian sausage pizza toppings were well-grounded in flavour but under salted. The fungi pizza was also a bit under salted and the aged balsamic was a little too sweet for the rest of the pizza. The IPA I had was light, refreshing, and complimented the food well. The tiramisu was very good -- the best one Ive had in a long time and I highly recommend getting it. In conclusion, Maestros pizzeria Napoletana has good potential for a new restaurant but still a bit rough around the edges. With improvement, I can see it being a standout place to eat in Vernon.

Excellent experience! This venue is beautifully designed - classy and comfortable. Even the pizza oven was stunning! We ordered meatballs and the burrata appetizers to start. Both were great but I especially loved the burrata. For our pizzas we tried the funghi, spicy Italian sausage, and the pesto and pistachio. We enjoyed them all and found it hard to pick a favourite but mine would have to be the pesto and pistachio. It was the perfect mix of sweet & savoury. To finish off the night we had the tiramisu and lemon tart. Fantastic job by the pastry chef. Will definitely be returning! This is a great addition to Vernon s downtown dining experience :)

Beautiful new restaurant in downtown Vernon. We enjoyed really great wood fired pizzas with an impressive crust that had an authentic chewy texture. We had fantastic service, with just enough presence if something was needed, they were available, but we did not feel rushed in the slightest. I will absolutely recommend this place and will be back again.

This place looks amazing, friendly staff, the atmosphere beautiful. I ordered pizza salsiccia, the dough was really good, but sauce was unsatured and tasteless. It supposed to be meat pizza, but there was very little of salsiccia. Also I got the chocolate dessert and it was okay. I still think that it s the best pizza in town, but you need to put more meat. I ready to pay extra dollars for it.

Best authentic Italian wood fire pizza in Vernon! Absolutely love this new place downtown. My friend and I were celebrating the kick-off to a new paddling season. It was my first time at Masieros - thank goodness we had a reservation (recommended) it was lively on a Thursday. The restaurant is chic with a vibrant ambiance - very stylish design. Bailee was our server and she was attentive and full of helpful tips and recommendations. My friend and I shared the caesar salad to start - love the pancetta in place of bacon bits, the meaty moresels were packed with so much flavor. They had a lovely selection of wine including some local Okanagan wines. I had the spicy Italian pizza and my friend had the Margherita pizza. The spicy Italian had a bit of heat which I loved! If youre a fan of picante - they also provide chili oil and chili flakes. The spicy Italian was chocked with a ton of flavor each bite was a party in my mouth. You can taste the quality in the ingredients in every bite. Mozzarella was real and delicious! I thought the margherita was going to be boring - but my friend and I traded a couple slices of pizza. I was blown away by the flavor of the margherita. It was an explosion of basil done to perfection. Loved the Neapolitan pizza crust chewy deliciousness. Every bite was savory and scrumptious! We had desert to top off the night. They had my favourite - tiramisu. my friend ordered the Lemon Meringue. The tiramisu was the best Ive had. It was fresh, light and creamy the coco powered dessert was delightful and went well with my latte with baileys. The lemon Lemon Meringue was sweet yet tart with creamy lemon filling with a billowy meringue. Overall it was a fabulous night out. The highlight of our evening was talking to the owner, Alex, he sat down at our table and we had a wonderful conversation, he shared with us the training he did with the folks from Italy on the oven and the trials and tribulations of getting the oven dialed for pizza perfection. Highly recommend heading out to Masieros for your next celebration or just an great night out having amazing pizza. Cant wait to go back! Parking: Parking is free after 6 Mon to sat

New neapolitan style pizza restaurant in Vernon. The interior design is beautiful and the decor and vibe feels like one is in Vancouver. Ordered a few pizzas, tiramisu and cappuccinos. The pizza had a flavorful crust but I didnt find it charred enough. The lack of fiore de latte mounds for the cheese also missed the mark. I have traveled widely and have had thin crust pizza all over Italy, including Naples, so was expecting a better char on the crust. The tiramisu was very good and so were the cappuccinos.

My friend and I were so excited to have a night together here and try the food, we booked a reso for the two of us and like life is things happen and we were 20 mins late. We called to ask them if that was okay and the lady told us yes we have a someone in at 8 but that s fine (which was only an hour after our reso was made, which gave us only an hour total for dinner and to catch up) we showed up and she sat us at our table and then came back and told us we could only order 1 thing off the menus as we won t have enough time because our reso is almost over and the kitchen is backed up and she walked away away, no sorry, no we can sit us elsewhere as there was empty tables at the bar and around us) she just walked away. We both have worked in the restaurant industry me personally downtown Vancouver we get things happen but to tell us on the phone it s fine and then seat us then humiliate us and tell us we can eat just one thing or we have to leave? That was so embarrassing for us to have to just walk out, we would have been fine with it if you just told us on the phone we only had a hour reso and we couldn t have it anymore because we were going to be late. This made our night out from our busy lives uncomfortable as well as ruin our experience with a new restaurant.

Nice to have more eateries in Vernon but this needs work. Interior is spacious but lacks a central theme and focus, pizza was average at best, carpaccio was nice, tiramisu tasted store bought. Needs time and work to develop. Might try it in future but for now its bland and underwhelming.

My fiance and I have searched high and low for a good authentic Italian pizza experience here in the okanagan and this place has not disappointed from the first bite to the very last! From the warm smoked olives and the warm fluffy focaccia to the mouth watering fresh dough amazing pizza sauce and simple real toppings. The atmosphere is perfect, from walking in the door and instantly being greeted by the aroma of freshly baked pizza in the beautiful fire oven to the amazingly friendly staff always on top of everything! I will forever recommend this little place to anyone looking for an amazing pizza experience!

Absolutely outstanding! My wife and I went on a Friday night and sat at the bar. Great fun watching the cocktails and pizza being made. The pizza oven is beautiful and watching the cooking was a bit of artistry on view. This is an artisanal wood fired thin crust delight. It is also some of the best pizza I have had in my life! This is not a competitor to Jims place. I love Jims place. They are each selling a completely different product and experience. The vibe here is like being at a party. Its a happening place and we liked the feel. Really superb cocktails as well. They are not just a mixed drink. Every step In the preparation is top drawer. It was reminiscent of the martini place that used to be in the kal hotel. I had a gin martini that was magnificent! If youre looking for a super cool date spot on a friday night dont miss this one! This is a whole new thing for Vernon and a big step up.

My husband and I visited Vernon a couple of weeks ago and we are big pizza people! We decided to try out this cute little place we found on google, and we are so glad we did!! As soon as we walked in we noticed the clean and visually beautiful atmosphere and loved how spaced out the tables were. The best part of the whole experience - THE SERVICE!! It s rare to find an attentive and friendly server who appears to love their job these days (we both worked in the restaurant game for a long time). We were both thoroughly impressed with Arina (based off our receipt) - and we made sure to tell her she was a phenomenal waitress! She was kind, made suggestions, always refilled our water without question, and let us order one thing at a time! When we wanted to add an additional sauce to our pizza there was no hesitation and no cost - we were very surprised. She even complimented us on our creation and noted the chef wanted to try it! My husband and I also noticed how smooth the staff worked together and was very systematic and helpful to each other. We believe the owner or manager was there as well - HELPING and showing care in the restaurant in many areas! If you want to know about the food it did not disappoint!! We shared not one, but two gardino pizzas and added red sauce to them as well. They were incredible! This pregnant woman even went home and lost some of her dinner, but I ate my leftovers for breakfast it was that good!! Oh and finally, I can t forget the chili oil! It was AMAZING, hands down the best chili oil I have had. Overall, we would visit again if in town and we would highly recommend to family and friends! Thank you for having us! It had a fun upbeat vibe right from when we walked. The food was amazing. We had three pizzas, each very unique with the perfect balance of flavour and topping to dough. We ll definitely be back.

Wow...... What a fantastic meal/drinks we had tonite at Masiero. Alex the consummate host,and his crew are phenomenal. Had the prosciutto pizza with arugula (without a doubt best prosciutto I have had) and the pesto with mortadella pizza which was equally great. Cant wait for trip back in August,thanks again Alex!! Best Italian style pizza in Vernon!!!! After a long day of being at the beach, this was the perfect place to have dinner. We decided to get pizza for take out. I walked in to place the order and waited at the bar, had a brief chat with the owner Alex. He has worked in the restaurant industry for 20 years and decided to start his own restaurant just 3 months ago! he s passionate about high quality and great tasting food. Appetizers, desserts and coffees are available as well. The interior is absolutely stunning, contemporary and cozy. The food was AMAZING, best pizza in the area, I would give it 10 stars. Im from prince george and ive been here twice since theyve opened. Both times Ive received exceptional service. Pizza, drinks, dessert, and espresso for a VERY reasonable price and very authentic. I brought my fiance last time for my birthday dinner and we were not disappointed by any means. I believe it was the owner serving us at the bar and his hospitality is top notch. Watching him make sure everything in the restaurant is perfect and that his patrons are happy is very wonderful to see. Something we dont experience much up north, that sense of pride, quality, and workmanship. I will come here everytime I am Vernon. Its a very comfortable and relaxing place to eat a delicious and affordable meal.

Masiero makes what I call New York Style pizza. Its always fun to go with people who havent had this type of pizza before because you get to witness a new favorite. Masiero does a good job with their pizzas. One minor annoyance is that our waitress, who was otherwise great, refused to take our food order and drink order at the same time. She seemed annoyed that we even asked. We were quite hungry and often these pizza places can take quite a while so we wanted to get our food order in early. So despite us requesting to do the food order we had to do our drink order first. Then she went around and took other tables orders. It wasnt until all our drinks were served would she take our food order. Kind of a strange behaviour I wasnt used to. Fortunately the food didnt take too long and it was delicious.

I give this restaurant a zero absolutely the worst pizza I ve ever had in my life my gut is suffering after eating two slices fancy schamcy place but don t let that fool you if you like chewing rubber with no flavour whatsoever even the sauce had no taste then this restaurant is for you.

Went for a birthday date night. The service was professional and friendly, delicious food and elegant ambience. We will definitely return.

While passing through Vernon, we came to eat without a reservation, fortunate to have had a place because almost all the tables were reserved for the start of service, so we were seated at the bar! We were able to chat with the owner of the restaurant during our meal. Very welcoming and friendly, thank you very much!! The pizzas are VERY VERY GOOD, the decoration of the restaurant is superb and the staff is attentive. Very good address! If I go back to Vernon I will come back. Thank you and good luck

Such a beautiful place! Our waitress was super lovely and accommodating to our large party, even though we moved around a lot. Pizza was super flavorful and large. I had the Spicy Italian Sausage..delicious! The zucchini Salad was also delicious and a beautiful espresso martini!

We recently had the pleasure of dining at Masiero s and it was an incredible experience! The espresso martini and margherita pizza were 10/10. The space is warm and inviting and the staff couldn t be nicer. Will definitely be returning!

Food was very good server was nice, she didn t hear me a few times when she was right beside me, although she was the only server so you can t really be to harsh. They didn t have ranch or many condiments which is a little strange even though it is a suburban pizza place. The Bellini wasn t for me personally wine in a belleni but my girlfriend enjoyed it since she likes wine. Happy hour included a 10 dollar pizza which was great and was made super fast. This little place in vernon is great and highly recommended

The pizzas were excellent. We ordered an appetizer. Best pizzas in Vernon so far. Italian home made food taste. Friendly waiter. But too busy and noise level was high. I will definitely come back to try other pizzas! Probably at a later time when less busy.

My wife and I visited Masiero last night and not only do they have the most authentic Italian pizza on this hemisphere, but I would have to say that I think the pizza I had here (il Giardino) was the best Ive ever had anywhere (including Italy). It was so good that we ordered the same pizza for takeout tonight!
