Booked a table for a Saturday in December for 16 people with less than 24 hours notice, and they were fantastic in accomodating us. They even acknowledged that a birthday was happening and made it extra special. The food was good and the waitress was great.

Birthday dinner for 6. What an exceptional experience. The staff was professional and attentive. The food was excellent in all respects. Had sushi as an appi - well presented. All our meals were excellent - looking forward to our next visit. Parking: Parking was difficult, but the restaurant was full at 5 PM. So tight parking to be expected, just not sure if or where any overflow parking exists

Great first experience at a cactus club. Our waitress, Naz, was the best! She added humor and warmth to the evening and made it a 5 star dinner!

Usually come in for the Happy Hour after work and have to say our usual Hostess Heather is amazing! Always friendly and helpful, even has treated us to a couple free desserts on special occasions which may not seem like a lot but means a lot. We usually get Morgan as our server and she is an absolute gem! Always remembers our names and orders, is always kind and warm to talk to. Every experience we have had has been amazing even when we dont come in to spend a ton of money. The food has always been amazing as well, never had a single complaint or issue with anything. The Happy Hour menu is an awesome way to watch your pennies while getting some amazing food and drinks. The atmosphere is perfect too, good music not too loud and enjoy the overall vibe. Would recommend checking them out for Happy Hour or even just anytime

For a nice night out. Great place. Good food. I had the steak. Was expensive buy all beef is right now. They did a good job of making it. As a step up but not very expensive a realy great place.

Shayla gave us absolutely incredible service. She was quick, personable and made the night so much fun. She went above and beyond taking care of everything for a very big dinner party. Steak was good i didnt like the sauce they put on it and I would prefer my said to be in a chilled bowl my friend loved the sauce

So good! Our server was great. Vegetarian options: Lotsa vegetarian choices available! It is why we go there actually whenever we are in Vernon. I opted for the Tina bowl this time but I have have the very tasty crispy tofu bowl!

This spot is an absolute gem for lunch, dinner, or even just a relaxing drink! It s such a fantastic addition to Vernon, and I can t recommend it enough!

Had a tasty meal on Halloween. Menu has a lot of variety, and our beer choices, (non-alcoholic) were great. Ambiance was a bit loud as it got busy early, but service was friendly and fast.

My visit involved a quiet and enjoyable dinner with fast service. I specifically liked the new red Thai curry main dish. My only concern would be the parking lot being full and having to park across the street at a neighboring restaurant.

My friend and I were here for lunch on Oct 1st and Adelynn was our server. Her professionalism and attentiveness and warm, welcoming personality was the best I ve seen in the service industry in years! Her attention even to the small things was perfect. I ordered tea and tried a new flavour I hadn t had prior and she even made a point of coming back to ask if I was enjoying the tea! My friend also felt the same however she asked me to mention that I m my review as she was unable to do it. Once we were done Adelynn chatted with us about how much she enjoyed working there her career aspirations within your company and asked us to come back again to see her. Very personal service! This lady needs to be management! Well done Adelynn, you made our day! Also, we both had the new green goddess salad and absolutely loved it!

Amazing as always

I had the grilled steelhead salmon. The mashed potatoes were like MasterChef melt in your mouth. There were a lot of choices on the menu, almost too many to choose from.

A new favorite place. Excellent service, food was fantastic. Not even all that pricey if you stay away from steak. Atmosphere is really nice, and easy access for limited mobility.

After I booked a reservation 2 days ago, we sat for 20 min with no service and left without eating. We will spend our money elsewhere. Never again Cactus club.

Consistent quality no matter how busy. ( limited w/c parking is a drag). Never disappointed. Not inexpensive but worth the price. Wheelchair accessibility: Only 2 wheelchair parking stalls that are always taken. Inside its to code but when busy table seating can be tight.

The place was pretty busy but the service was excellent, the food came out in a timely manner and was very good. Tables were a bit crowded together making standing uncomfortable.

Our reservation was for 6 PM, we arrived a few minutes early and were seated promptly. It was busy but our food arrived in a timely manner and was hot and delicious. Was not so loud that one could not carry on a conversation, which was a bonus. My only concern is we were home by 7 and we live 15 mins from the establishment. We felt a tad rushed by our server. She was very efficient but there was no pause just to let us relax and chat. Perhaps she is new and that is ok. We will definitely be back.

This is a great restaurant with many tables but its a good idea to make a reservation as its quite popular. Fish tacos are my usual but theres an extensive varied menu, even vegan

Food was good however poor service diluted the experience. Cutlery not provided; share plates for entree forgotten because the server was busy chatting with colleagues; drinks removed before they were finished etc.

Cactus Clubs are ALL AMAZING!! My previous favourite (until Vernon) was Cactus at Coal Harbour in Vancouver, however, the Vernon location truly takes the cake! The staff are ALL professional, but Macey as a server was incredible. She was such a friendly and positive person, made excellent recommendations, but also communicated so well and aligned with our occasion seamlessly. Of course the food was top notch!! Highly recommend!

Had an amazing experience celebrating my friends 90th birthday. Started with our delightful hostess, continued with amazing service from our server, Kristyn! Food was delicious and we were offered a piece of cheesecake, on the house! If that wasnt enough, the manager, Jesse, came over to offer Grace a Happy Milestone Birthday, then informed us that our entire bill was taken care of by the manager! Really made my friends day! Fantastic Happy Hour with a really good selection of food and drinks to choose from. Attentive service, and a relaxing atmosphere, with good music as well. Recommend... the Whiskey Business, Bellini, Sunet Soda, Sugar- Free Margaritta,Tequila Seltzer, and Sangria. The Calamari, Chips and Guacamole are recommended for starters. The Rigatoni, Cob salad, Steak & Frits, Chicken Tacos & Prawn Crunch Roll,are a must try as well. Give the Chocolate Peanut butter Crunch Bar a go for dessert.

For a chain restaurant, this one isnt bad. I like that the menu offers seasonal food. Staff were friendly, service was good, bathrooms were cleanish. Solid effort all around. Parking: Parking all around the building but it does get busy, thus limiting the number of spots.

Rushell is an amazing server. We had a little bit of a problem with our food they made us a new batch and then they compd an appetizer which I was very impressed with, that is why we always eat at the Cactus Club always guarantee to be great food

We came for our wedding anniversary and had a wonderful experience! We ordered the crispy prawn sushi rolls, Szechuan lettuce wraps and fish tacos. All the flavor combinations were so tasty with spicy and sweet, crunchy and creamy. Our server was helpful, honest, warm and knowledgeable. They even gave us a cheesecake to share on the house because we were celebrating our anniversary! The cheesecake was creamy and perfectly tart from the raspberry compote. Overall a delicious spot to spend an evening out. You can count on the whole experience being excellent from the food, to the atmosphere and the service!

Maryann was our server and I was blown away with how enjoyable she made our experience. We come to cactus all the time and she is by far the best server I ve ever had at cactus. We never waited for a single drink and she was on top of everything. She is a very valuable member of your team and I cannot say enough positive stuff about her.

We were seated on the covered patio and I believe the waiters name was Carter? (Had a tattoo) What a great waiter! He was prompt, polite and professional. He kept a close eye on us for drink and water refills. Great recommendations for us as well. Attentive without hovering. The hostesses were very accommodating and pleasant. Our food was hot and brought out in a timely order. Everyone was super happy with their meals. You have a great crew and considering it was Fathers Day at dinner time we were totally impressed. 10/10, we ll definitely be back!

Amazing food and amazing service to accomodate 14 people! For a tour guide, the reservation system was efficient! Very happy of the efficiency of the service and quality of food! Would highly recommend!

We came to dine in to celebrate family coming from out of town and had the most wonderful experience. We had the best service we have ever received in a restaurant. Our server, Kyra was incredible. She was so attentive, warm, took really great care of our table and was so kind with my kids . Our food arrived shortly after we ordered, and was delicious. The service was so wonderful that at times, we had a manager, Chelsea, attending to us well. Highly recommended Cactus Club in general, but specifically, this new Vernon location enough. It has been such a wonderful addition to our town. Thank you!

Always have an amazing experience here with the great food and incredible staff. Recently went to celebrate a birthday and was really impressed with the friendly and attentive service from Liam and Kylie, who both have wonderful personalities and did their best to make the night perfect! I will definitely keep coming back to Cactus Club many more times in the future.
