The new menu items are awesome.

The food was actually very disappointing for all three of us. We likely wouldnt choose to return to this location. Super disappointing as Earls is usually consistently decent. Service was good, and the atmosphere was really great.

It was a restaurant with a bar atmosphere not too far away They try real hard for that elegant dining experience. I am just glad the servers were not snooty Food : 5/5

I always enjoy Earls. The food is normally good and the service is spot on. That was all true on this visit today. Parking: Park right out front in the mall parking lot.

I love to stop in here once every week or two. Service is great. I usually get the same dish. Nowhere can beat an earls tuna poke.

Have you not been in here for many years it was a pleasure to dine here again. I was invited to dinner by the Trews. They are a great bunch of guys and easy to hang out with. Our server of course had no idea who we were so there was no fawning over the band or special treatment. One member joined us late and they quickly accommodated his meal so that he could eat with the rest of the group. Our server was fantastic and very professional. Parking: This is a mini mall so plenty of parking is available. Wheelchair accessibility: Lots of large parking spaces and being a mini mall plenty of access for handicapped

Me and my group went in on sunday to get what we expected to be high quality food considering the prices. Upon entering we were given multiple judgmental stares by nearly every waitress. Then the waitress who was serving our table was using a condescending tone and laughed at us when the person paying said let me check my account to see if i ll use cash or card . The 17$ ribs were practically meatless and were way too overcooked. The 24$ pizza was fine but was covered in a overwhelming amount of greens, to the point it was a salad. The only thing that did taste good were the truffle fries. After we had paid the bill i said thank you so much have a good day and our waitress looked back and scoffed. I ve had better food and service at mall food courts.

Recently went for a date night out. The service was wonderful, our waitress was very attentive. The food was amazing, though a bit pricey, was a really nice treat!

What a disappointing late lunch yesterday. Frist time ever. I am asked for my phone number to get a table I ask why? Then I am told its for Food allergies??? Really? Or have I just been added to a massive new marketing campaign for Earls? I really hope its not. We normally love Earls. Yesterday was like being in McDonalds. Kids running around the restaurant. Staff dodging kids with hot food and drink. The noise level of kids shouting and parents talking louder was just too much. We asked the server to pack up everything to go. With the increase in costs that everyone is feeling. This was a rip off. Sorry for the staff who had to try and work during this very stressful time.

We will definitely be back. Not only was our food amazing. Everything that went out looked great. Awesome service Looking forward to checking out happy hour. Parking: I didnt count but its at the corner of a strip mall. Wheelchair accessibility: I only had a cane but it it is accessible.

JennaH was our server and she was absolutely amazing. THIS is the kind of service I know and love from Earls and she really embodied it. Made us feel welcome, taken care of, heard and appreciated. To top it off, the food was absolutely incredible. Well done chefs! My partner and I were having a couples retreat weekend and Im so glad we decided to go there. Thank you for giving us an amazing experience and making our weekend feel complete.

Food is good, service could use a polishing ie: removing dirty / glasses plates more timely. Asking to replenish a beverage that is sitting there empty over a whole course. Other than that, its a great place to go out for dinner.

We joined friends for an early dinner, great being able to order our dinner off their Happy Hour menu. Food and drinks were good. My husband has mobility deficits and the Accessible Handicapped parking was not anywhere close to the restaurant. It is quite a distance away from the Earls restaurant. This was very disappointing.

Great place for a Wednesday night steak.

I had the chicken and bree sandwich which was quite good but not very much food for over $20. Our appetizers were also quite small for the price. The most egregious was $10 for a pint of beer. Everything was fine, but it was high end prices for family restaurant fare and in smaller quantities. Nothing about my experience was bad, but it was not worth the price tag.

The worse lunch I ever had, ordered the Thai lunch plate, mixed the rice with it and started eating After 30 minutes the waitress came over as she had forgotten the hand me over the pieces that we re part of it. Paid my bill and even left a 15% tip. Why? Why?

Poke bowl was great and prompt professional service. Well be back!

Great place, really tasty Poke bowl and the kitchen even baked our wings instead of fry them up, since we can be a bit picky. The closed captioning on all the sports in the bar was a bit annoying, but not enough to lose a star in the atmosphere:)

Of course drinks and service was great but food was sub par. We had a couple steaks, both of which were incredibly overcooked. And the mashed potatoes were basically reconstituted mash. I did ask for a new steak but by the time it came the rest of my food was cold. You would think earls would set the bar higher.

great experience entirely, came in for a quick bite after the gym and was seated promptly and served fast. It wasnt super busy so i enjoyed the entire restaurant to myself. Good place for a more private dinner.

The service and food are consistently high quality. The atmosphere is cozy. Nutrition is unfortunately not a high priority with the menus vegetarian fare though. For example, I wish that any rice-based dish like the Hunan Kung Pow could have fluffy quinoa substituted for the rice. Sourdough or sprouted grain crostinis/pitas for their heavenly cheese and artichoke dip would also be better. Id give them 5 stars if they took nutrition more seriously like this.

Peppercorn sauce not that good, steak was so tough, Alfredo sauce tasted like something that came out of the jar, the Bellinis are not orange like Browns there a gray color wich is a turn off, doesnt hold a candle to Browns.

Earls was the only restaurant still open and we werent all that chuffed about going, but boy howdy we were pleasantly surprised. Mister ordered a mushroom and kale pizza and I had a poke bowl. Both dishes were delicious. Were still talking about the fabulous crust, and how fresh my bowl was. Well be back.

We haven t been to Earls in a little bit and needed a restaurant for our family dinner. The service was good but the food was quite bad. The portions were small for the price and the food was just greasy and flavourless. We couldnt believe it. We spent $165 + $20 tip and we left still hungry and very disappointed. The menu selection was small compared to what we remember. This was definitely our last time visiting any Earls.

Dynamite roll with the saltiest soya sauce that seemed suspiciously spiked with salt. A soda water for 5 dollars? Restaurants want us to come back but this is next level bs.

We just got takeout. Everything was fairly good. I got tortellini, which was good, it came with succotash (vegetable medley) I think the kitchen made a mistake and accidentally dumped a box of salt over the veg. It was the saltiest thing I ve ever tasted and had to throw them away. First time I ve ever thrown away food due to over salting. It s a shame cause it was a nice looking variety. My husband tried a bite and couldn t believe how salty it was either.

We are from Vancouver but decided to try the Vernon Earls, service was very mediocre but the food was probably the best Earls food we ve had! There is no patio unfortunately (just an indoor solarium type patio) it was pretty quiet on a Wednesday night and we really enjoyed our food.

Best thing about this Earl s is the location if you re coming in off the highway from Lake Country/Kelowna.. you don t have to drive all the way through town if you re meeting a friend! Ample parking as its part of the plaza! You hardly notice it s there! Good drinks, friendly staff, didn t get food but good looking menu!

The food was very good. I had blackened chicken Alfredo, and was very happy with my meal. We arrived at 7pm and the rush was over, however our server seemed a bit overwhelmed and didn t see him much at all. My only complaint is that we emptied our drinks prior to our food arriving and while we waited for our server to come by, we had finished our meal. we finally got asked if we wanted more to drink but it was a bit too late. The staff was very happy and friendly, and the atmosphere was great for a night out. Parking: There are many other food businesses in the area, there are many spots that are dedicated for 15min or less, while there are a bunch reserved for staff in the area. We had to drive around a few times to wait for a spot to open up.

Very happy with the food and service, our server Izzy was delightful and gave me a really nice food recommendation being the Thai curry bowl!

We did a take-out meal. Everything was ready on our arrival. Quality was very good. Front of house staff was very pleasant and endured we had enough cutlery.

Was charged $6.50 for a cranberry soda. Kids meals do not include ice cream or drink. Severely underwhelmed with their food quality and managers response to my questioning if I was charged correctly for these items.

Ive been to many Earls locations. This one is one of the best! The food was cooked perfectly. I ordered the sirloin peppercorn with mashed potatoes and it was great! We had great service as well.

I came in tonight to celebrate a personal win. I waited about 10 minutes with no acknowledgment. And the staff were standing around having a conversation. I tried to get someone s attention but I wasn t noticed. Guess I ll celebrate at the Kal Eatery

A little pricey ($25 for a cheese burger) but great service and not as noisy as it used to be.

Happy hour is great.shrimp sushi tacos.

Went here for dinner. Service was super fast. One person at our table found a really long hair in her burger but the server had it replaced with a new burger within 7 minutes. It wasn t very busy for a Saturday night but the food was delicious.

Always a great place to go

Really loved the food and ambience here. Docking a star since they charged me for mayo and hot sauce ($1.50) which I asked for with an order of fries i ordered. All places give this for free, so its a bit petty charging customers this. Aside from this, very friendly staff.

Saturday July 5, 2022. My Mom was taking my sister and I for supper. I checked first that they had room for 3 of us and the 2 young girls said yes. I went and got my Mom and sister. When we entered my sister asked for a table for 3. They said there wasn t anything available. I said I just asked you. Very rudely one of them said we didn t realize you needed a special table because my Mom was on her mobility chair. No apology just totally snubbed us. Now if that wasn t one of the rudest encounters taking my Mom out . I think these young girls should take some lessons in how to be courteous and understanding especially to elderly people and those with mobility issues. We certainly won t be back.

Salmon was cooked perfect. Our dessert unfortunately came with hair in it. Didnt get to enjoy one bite, my spouse was turned off. Manager didnt come over to say anything. Waitress took it off the bill. There were a couple other mistakes on the bill but she fixed it quickly. She was good at her job through out.

We have 2 sick family members after our dinner yesterday. Called and advised, received a sorry. Both had steak dishes, one with lobster. Expensive disappointment for a special dinner. (Our server was good).

I had the chicken Ceasar salad, with their bread however I noticed that the size of their plate for their salad as well as the size of their dipping bread has decreased & the price has increased since my last visit.

Great dinner, staff were friendly and always smiling. Food took a while to come out but we were informed and updated all over Great evening.

TL:DR 2.5/5 Costly & small portions. Theyre alright, most of the time the foods good and what youd expect. The service has always been decent aside from the occasional wait times. With all this said, the food is heavily priced and the portions are small, their pasta only fills about 3/4 a cereal bowl. All in all a 2.5/5 youre better off going for a home cooked meal, although its great to skip the process of making it, the homemade meal will win in terms of taste, portion and cost.

Just got a vibe like they didnt want me to ask any questions or to confirm things about our pickup order. (Front of restaurant wasnt busy, they were just chatting with each other when I walked in) Other than that always been good restaurant though.

The service was good. Our appies of gyoza and dynamite roll were very good. However our main courses of chicken and ribs were disappointing. The blackened chicken was dry and flavourless. The coleslaw and warm potato salad were also flavourless. The wine was good though

Love that place! Its just amazing! I can really only recommend it!

Specifically ordered a vegetarian Kung pao noodle dish, only to discover a few small bits of chicken about halfway down. Manager came and apologized and gave us a free dessert, but still very unimpressed with my experience. There are lots of better places to eat in Vernon all within walking distance, pick one of those restaurants instead.

Are here because my boyfriend and I had a gift card, food was mediocre compared to other earls we ve been to, and our waitress took my gift card and rang up the bill herself, she tipped herself $17.00 without confirming that s what we wanted to tip not cool.

Meh. I was reminded again why I stayed away for so long. Incorrect order, ended up eating long after everyone else in the party. Any other establishment wouldve taken the mistake off the bill, not Earls. Food tasted okay but there is certainly better value out there. Decor was nice.
