The male worker was being really creepy to the one of the female employees and groped her then lightly slapped her. He has no drip ruined my friends order.

Great food but don t do drive through. Every time I go on drive through it takes over 10 minutes to get to the window. You will regret it. Food

Ordered a blackened chicken sandwich and was informed that it would take 3-4 minutes. It actually took 13 minutes to arrive, no one ahead of me in the queue

Nope not ever will I eat here. Enough said. Parking: Shared parking lot with triple Os. Which is where you should be going, walk right on by Popeyes. Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access for wheelchairs wide sidewalks and doorway.

Unfortunately the last store that had plastic straws does not have them any more. Im now done with fast food. (maybe its a good thing)

One of the worst service ever in the history of Popeyes! Cold & salty sandwich! Literally 7/8pieces of cold cajun fries ! Forgot to give food as per order twice!! Highly disappointed!

Lady behind the till was rude. Asked for a side of spicy mayo and she refused to provide it stating that popeyes doesnt offer that meanwhile every other popeyes I have ever been to has done this. Even mentioned I was willing to pay the extra charge and still got told we dont offer that. Chicken was cold, fries where under done. Salmon arm popeyes is miles above this location. Poor service and terrible quality

Terrible service waited 20 minutes for two kids meals, the store wasnt even busy. When i told the worker we had been waiting that long she had our orders ready in the next few minutes but did not apologize or anything. KFC on top

Unbelievably upset with this restaurant. Ordered from skip. Got my meal and they missed a large mashed with gravy (that I paid extra for) as well as biscuits to go with it. Called to ask them to rectify. They wanted me to place a dipping sauce order and pay for delivery to get this or come and pick it up! I paid extra, waited for my order to arrive and didn t even get 2 full meals out of it. On top of that! My meals were COLD and the macaroni and cheese is absolutely stomach churning. Save your money, or even better, eat your money because it is likely more delicious than what you ll get from this place.

Extremely disorganized service. We waited 30 minutes to receive our boneless wings, just to find that they were soggy, the sauce was barely drizzled, and none of it looked anywhere near how it s advertised. Further, I ordered a strawberry biscuit, never received it, when I went back up to request it, they handed me a strawberry pie and told me it would be another five minutes for the biscuits. Very disorganized, and very slow service. The lady was nice but that dosent mean much if the food is subpar with unnecessarily long waits.

I came to your drive-thru 10 minutes before closing. Chicken was made fresh to order and they apologized for my wait with a dessert. Great customer service.

I ve been here maybe 5 times since it opened. Not exaggerating, there s been a mistake with my order every time. Forgetting a side, a sauce, less chicken than I paid for. The drive through takes a minimum of 10 minutes to get through and the chicken isn t fresh anyways when I do. Popeyes chicken is so good though, that even when bad it s good. So I keep returning. Life is hard.

Its fast food chicken, and just like its competitor, you should probably consume sparingly.

Very slow service. They didn t give me my pop until I asked for it and for the 2nd time in a row I didn t get my biscuit . You can t call them.

Ive been at this location 3 times. Twice was between 11am-12pm. Both of those times, the chicken and onion rings were horribly greasy. The other time I came in the food was fine. Knowing how to cook, and how fast-food services operate, the workers are not arriving early enough to get the oil heated properly before they start cooking. I rated poor service because I placed an order via the app, and they did not put it together till I went to the countet 10 minutes later and I said who I was. I did not find the server congenial or engaging in any way. Disinterested would be more applicable.

First time customer to a Popeyes, very disappointed, and will not be returning. I ordered in the drive through and had to sit for 10 minutes at the window before being acknowledged. I assumed this meant they were making fresh chicken. Clearly not. The chicken strips we got were still pink in the middle except for the smallest strip and it was clear that the fries had been sitting for far too long, they were soggy, barely warm, and all stuck together. Yikes.

Its not the cleanest, horrible service, I ordered they didnt tell me until after it would take 12 minutes longer for the food when it actually took about 17 mins overall horrible service and communication!!!

I visited this store couple of time and my experience was really good .. Navpreet was really good , she was serving on drive thru and she was so friendly.

Been there couple of times never had any regrets But regret going on 9th feb around 12 pm. Chicken i got was old and soggy. I inform them i got soggy chicken is it old?, reply i got its been 30-40 min and if you want crispy chicken you need to inform while ordering . I dont think i will go ever there again

Bathrooms were filthy and the staff don t even smile when meeting or speaking to the clients.

Last half dozen times our order has been wrong in the drive thru! Tired of this! My husband went through the drive thru tonight paid AND confirmed 6 pieces of white only chicken, staff confirmed the order. He pulled ahead to pay, they took his money and only then did they say they could only give him 4 pieces! He said I paid for 6! to which they responded it will be a 15 min wait. He explained that he didnt have time as picking up our young granddaughter, nothing they would do. He pulled into a parking spot and went in, he was told again he had to wait, my husband said he cant and somebody opened the til and gave his money back, no apology, not a single word! Completely unacceptable!

Cant believe this was my first time having Popeyes. Had the deluxe spicy chicken sandwich and it was excellent! My new favorite chicken sandwich. The fries were also great and the drink size was crazy, very large. I personally didnt like the macn cheese, just not my style but my wife loved it. Drive-thru took a while but we went at peak dinner time so understandable. Will definitely be back!

Drive-thru looked backed up, went inside to order takeout. Other disgruntled customers who had waited longer than their anticipated time to pick up their order were airing their unhappiness. Ive yet to have a good dining experience here. Tragedy, because I love Popeyes Chicken so much, I just wish these guys could pull their sh** together.

Saw one of the employees drop something on the floor, then they picked up said object and put it onto a food service counter. They did not wash their hands or the counter. This is disgusting behaviour. I am surprised you let employees get away with sort of behaviour, behaviour that can lead to foodborne illnesses. I wanted to get chicken today, but after seeing this I am probably never going to get food from this location again.

Popeyes has come to Vernon. I made this my last meat meal before going back to being vegetarian (I eat meat a little bit when traveling outside of Canada). The woman behind the counter was nervous and socially awkward, but was trying her best. She clearly wanted to get the order right. I remember being that age when I first started working. Very friendly staff. Lots of drivers were coming through to pick up orders which surprised me because it was only noon. They are not frugal with handing out hot sauce and ketchup. This place is by far the cleanest of the three fried chicken places in town (KFC and Mary Browns being the other two). I saw the employees actively cleaning while I was there. I easily see this place being the most popular fried chicken place in Vernon. Highly recommend.

Food took forever in the drive through. When home food look like it was just thrown together in hurry. No pride in it at all.

The only halal broasted chicken available in vernon , I guess. It was okay. But since its the only halal option .

Impossible to talk to guests you arrived with to have a family dinner.. The employees chose the closest seats next to you and just sit talking on their phones. Id encpurage my employees not to sit close to guests especially if their taking a loud call.

Staff were very friendly and helpful and cheerful. Food is not bad as well, but it could be a little better in my personal opinion, especially the onion rings it was kind of soggy, the door is kind of hard to open lets say it needs more force, it could be very troubling for some other people and may be embarrassing to be seen struggling to open a door

The service here is awful. They cant understand me and I cant understand them. The chicken is usually tasty but it ALWAYS comes at a price on the throne the next morning. Not sure why, but clearly it isnt fresh chicken. Makes me sick every single time. I used to love Popeyes in Calgary. This location is not good. On any level. They need to have staff that speak english. I wont be back.

The wings were not advertised as spicy. My daughter ordered them expecting them to be mild and they were VERY spicy. Also the dirtiest Popeye s dining room I have ever been in.

Dont bother eating here if you live in Lake Country take the extra 15 minutes and drive to the location in West Kelowna! The staff at the Vernon location are ignorant and rude, we showed up at 10:15 a full 45 minutes before they closed and they refused to service us for some odd reason and wouldnt let my pregnant friends wife use the restroom and told us to get out even after the one nice worker let us in, the manager is an obvious power tripping little man told us to get out. Ill say this I hope that little man has the year it deserves!!

The food is good, but if youre not standing in front of the counter to wait for your order dont expect to get it, the employees seemed to be too busy talking with each other and when I approached after 20 mins to ask for my order all I got was attitude from the manager and they havent started to put my order together yet.
