Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews in Vernon

Worst ever experience. Our Artichoke spinach dip came out cold. They only gave us a half dozen chips. We ate what we had than she came back to take our order and we asked for more chips. They didn t show up till our supper came. The yam fries were ice cold and didn t come with the chipotle dip and the California burger didn t have any avocado on it. Twice I complained to a serving staff and no action was taken. The manager never showed up at all. Our server never once came and asked how our meal was. Only came when we asked for the bill and that took 20 minutes to show up. Will not be back to this Red Robbin s. Was there on Dec 20/24.

I had such a great experience for my first time ever eating at a Red Robin. My server, Sebastian, was very nice and complimentary even when there was a misunderstanding with my order. All of the staff were very friendly and I really like the design and atmosphere of the restaurant. I will definitely be back whenever I get the chance to fly to Vernon again.

We attended with an entire hockey team, and the orders, although pre-ordered were confusing and entirely wrong. It happens, understandably. Where you lose me is bringing my husbands hamburger, which was delivered to the wrong table, all the fries eaten, with a big smear of ketchup across the plate to us and specifically asking if we mind eating it. That is absolutely, completely, unacceptable. Mistakes happen with big orders, but never would I expect a customer to EAT food off of another patrons plate (and yes, we paid full price for every item on our bill, even the ones that came out incorrect, or were eaten by another table). Please review etiquette with your staff.

3 of us had lunch here Oct 22. My husband and my friend ordered the salmon with broccoli dish. To be honest, it was awful!!! My husband said the salmon, which was small in size, was very dry and overcooked. The huge bowls of broccoli that had a smattering of cheese on top were sitting in a pool of water. I had Clucks and Greens, which was ok, except that I asked for house salad and was served Ceasar salad. No refills offered for coffee. The server seemed indifferent and was not attentive. My husband complained and spoke to the manager. He did not charge us for the one salmon broccoli dish. I realize that burgers are their speciality, but if they offer other choices they should be more edible. At $23.99 for that dish, I would expect it to be great!

Went there last night with the grandparents. The food tasted fine but my grandmother and I were up sick all night. When chatting with her sister in law it turns out she went there the same night and was also sick all night. Very disappointed as there has been our go to spot since we moved here. Service how ever was great.

There were 5 of us for dinner and Hailley served us. She was a phenomenal person! Very friendly and funny, always making the time to check on us to make sure all was well. Food was fantastic, and was very nice to see the manager walking around checking tables as well. Cant wait to go back!!

This place was GREAT!!! I had no idea there was endless poutine (and it was pretty good). The wait staff was amazing and we always had full drinks and she seems to be around whenever we needed something. Will go again once I am in vernon!!

Love their fresh burgers and fish n chips. All you can eat sides, but I always ask for a salad side first then fries for a side when main meal comes, the sides are all free, unlimited, but you can only choose one side? hmm, all the sides are free. But they always give me what I request, thank you.

Victoria was epic. So friendly, accommodated dietary concerns and had such a bubbly personality the whole time. We had a menu mishap and not only did Tori help immediately but she had a manager come out and talk to us. Couldnt be happier.

ordered takeout for me and the boyfriend, was extremely disappointed, he got the entree mac and cheese and it was the same size as my side order for about $14 less not to mention my side of mac and cheese had about 5 noodles and they were swimming in a watery cheez whiz flavoured soup. i upgraded to the garlic parm fries for the side of my burger for an extra $2-3 and opened to see normal fries with the tiniest bit of cheese sprinkled on top. only good thing about our whole meal was my burger. other than that it was gross tbh

We love coming to this location every year we drive in from Alberta. The food, service and experience is always excellent. Restaurant seems well managed, its clean throughout and the staff seem to all go the extra mile - even accommodating a surprise group of 15 on a busy dinner service. Great food for all ages and the prices are fair considering the meals come in great portions and not to mention the bottomless steak fries! We look forward to continuing our tradition when we roll in to Vernon again next summer! Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options as well as vegetarian options available. Kid-friendliness: Kids options are plenty with great bottomless options. Kids meals come with drink and a decent dessert included.

The food and service was excellent as always. Our server, Kira, did an amazing job and was very kind to us.

Brought a group of 8. They forgot to place one of the meals and it was 25 minutes behind everyone else s. No offer to comp that dish or make any amends. Kind of disappointed.

The service is another highlight the staff is friendly, attentive, and efficient, ensuring a pleasant dining experience every time. However, I must address a significant issue that has impacted my visits over the past month. The restaurant has an unpleasant smell, reminiscent of a sewage leak. This odor is pervasive and has, unfortunately, deterred me from dining in several times recently. Its disappointing because the food and service are top-notch, but the smell severely affects the overall atmosphere and dining experience. I hope the management can address and resolve this issue promptly. It would be a shame for such a great establishment to lose customers over something that can be fixed. Until then, I might have to stick to takeout to enjoy their fantastic burgers without the off-putting odor.

June 2024. Best to avoid this one. I dont usually write negative reviews but in this case I feel its a public service. Where to start... 1) Pop into the mens room, but its out of order. The putrid odor of that corner of the building was overwhelming. And unfortunately the table wasnt far enough away from that area. 2) Corona always on sale... But we are sold out today. 3) happened to be visiting during game 6 of Stanley Cup Finals. But they couldnt turn on the TV as that one was broken. Christ is a cheap $250 tv! 4) Burger was ok, but really the puny patty was quite over cooked. 5) my wife had pineapple on her chicken burger. Where a pineapple slice would usually measure in the 1/4 metrics, this one would have been measured in mm. You could read thru it. 6) her burger came with a salad. About half of it was brown lettuce. Now notice, nothing Ive mentioned is a criticism of the server. He was good. This is entirely a failing of management.
