Great food here been ordering off of Uber eats lately and they had given me a free little container of curry and a few little naan breads great service and great food!

Overpriced and lower quality than other Indian restaurants in town. The chole samosa especially was a big disappointment compared to other places - two tiny, bland samosas and a bland chickpea soup...

We decided to try Samosa Joes on a whim and we are so happy we did. The samosas, pakoras and sauces were all delicious. Joe made sure that we try a couple samples before we buy and we were hooked! What an awesome experience we had today. Joe was the perfect host! He gave us samples of samosa and pakora with different sauces. His success story is really inspirational. We will definitely go back when were in Vernon.

Really disappointed with the samosas. No flavour in any of the type of samosas. Full waste of my money. I called at store and asked for pricing and menu. He didn t care to help me out and just tell me to go online. I wish I can give 0 star for customer service and quality of products.

A slightly different style of Samosas (baked not deep fried) but fantastic none the less. The experience was amazing. For a smaller shop, there was a great amount of choice and the staff welcomes you with a plethora of tasty samples. Loved the Kashmir Pink Chai Tea. Thank you for everything Samosa Joes!

My family and I stopped by Samosa Joes on a whim while in Vernon and are so glad that we did. From the service to the food, it was all amazing. We especially loved the potato samosas and kashmiri pink chai. Highly recommend!

Stopped by to get some pakoras and I had the best experience. Tried a few samplers n all were amazing. The pakoras were baked and really really good. The chutneys were amazing especially the spicy one I regretted not buying it to go. Thank you so much. I guess this will be my once a month stop :)

I finally had the opportunity to try Joes Samosas at the community expo. He was so friendly and genuine while I was ordering and he offered so much free samples for the kids I had with me. They both loved the food, and I did too!

I havent had the opportunity to go into Samosa Joes yet, but my husband came home with the best Samosas I have ever had. I particularly liked the Tamarind Sauce! And the samosas were frozen - when I cooked them they were like fresh baked. We will definitely be back many times.

Happened to stop by here on the way from Banff driving to Seattle. Awesome Samosas and a very friendly owner. The samosas were very healthy and tasty. The sauces were also good accompaniment. Also had the masala chai and the ginger chai, they were perfect not too sweet and the right kick to keep us going on our road trip. A must stop for anyone wanting a samosa and chai and pakora fix on your way thru this town. As a side note the logo reminded of two mountain peaks :-), maybe because I was driving back from visiting Jasper/ Banff. Rocky mountain samosas

The taste of the samosa was incredibly good. Because we were there for the first time, we also received a free samosa to taste.

Hands down the best Samosas you will ever eat, period. The Cha and Pakroa and Chole bowl are also SOOO good. highly recommended. The fact everything is air fried and no oil used to cook is awesome. The Samosas are jammed packed and not all just flour/dough like everywhere else you go. If your sick and tired of oily Samosas that are 90% bread, then Samosa Joes is the place to be. You can also buy them frozen to take them home and bake at home in your air fryer. They also have Tamrind Chutney, a Heat Tamrind Chutney and Butter Chicken Sauce you can buy jars of to keep in your pantry or fridge. To top it all of the customer service is just as good as the products. This Place is AWESOME and i will be back again and again. Cant wait to see more locations all across the Okanagan

I might have a new samosa addiction....These are so good!!! My favourite is the Veggie Samosas with the Kashmiri Pink Chai Tea..but pretty much everything is good so you cant go wrong! The owner is so friendly too! Worth a visit!

Absolutely delicious. But my reviews are not just based on how good the food was, but how was my experience as a customer. I cant imagine how many times a day the owner explains the flavors, sensations and expectations that you might experience trying one or another. The passion and the knowledge this man has is reflected in the best samosas Ive ever tried. He just drove me into the samosas world in 10min. I tried one and that was it... Heard some great things so tried out Samosa Joes tonight. The overall experience and food was fantastic. The owner Joe is passionate about his product quality and committed to satisfying customers. That genuine friendliness, refreshing positivity and the delicious samosas made a rainy, Tuesday night in January most enjoyable. I will reccomend it highly to others and be back soon. Hands down some of the most exceptional customer service I have ever received. The moment you walk in you feel welcome and the tantalizing aromas ensure your ready to try everything on the menu. My teenager can be quite snobby about trying new things and today he was more than willing to try everything, I was truly impressed! Upon trying just one we are both hooked and will most definitely become regular customers. As much as we tried, neither of us could choose a favorite. If you havent already checked out this truly delicious treasure downtown Vernon I highly suggest a visit, you will surely not be disappointed.

The food here is absolutely heavenly, and I don t say that lightly. The filling is delicious and the pastry perfectly flakey. The owner is passionate and extraordinarily kind! I can tell he has a genuine love for his food and business, and you can taste it. I m going to be a regular from now on!

This food is delicious! I have now tried every Vegetarian option and it is all very very good. The fact that there is no deep frying is key ~ crispy and light. The Paneer Samosa is my Fave. The Pink Chai is an amazing sweet treat. If you dont order ahead, Joe usually has a nice selection warm and ready to go. One of the best things here is having a friendly chat with Samosa Joe. Way to Go, Joe!

Had the best experience here today - tried six flavours of samosas + pakora and pink chai tea and everything was absolutely delicious! What a wonderful little gem this is in Vernon. We tried it for the first time today. We tried all of the flavors of samosas and the pakora. Everything was delicious! The samosas are all baked with phylo pastry and not deep fried. They are so light. Pakora was nice and crisy. Dont leave without trying the pink chai. Best chai Ive had in a long time. You can also buy them frozen to take home for later. We will definitely be back!

Tryed all the Samosas yesterday, the Butter Chicken, Pakora, and Vegetable were our favorite accompanied with the dripping sauce. Nice and crispy, not greasy at all scince they are not deep fryed. The Pakora is also highly recommended. Good job Joe, we will be back!!

Best samosa ever

WOW These samosas are wicked good! I was in Vernon and I love samosas so thought I would try samosa Joe s. I have only ever had deep fried samosas so I was wondering if these baked ones would measure up they don t ..they blow the deep fried ones away! I got some frozen to take home and 4 fresh hot ones to nosh on while driving back to Kelowna. The 4 fresh were gone before I got out of the city limits. I ate a butter chicken, a chicken, and a beef and they were all amazing. I was thinking the potato veg one would be plainer but NOPE! The potatoes were perfectly spiced and so tasty, I can t pick a favourite. The best part of samosa joe s, though, is Joe and his employee (son?) they were both so friendly and kind. OH, and you HAVE to try the pink chai ..trust me, you will love it. I will be back asap. YUM!!

Some of the best Samosas Ive ever had. The dough is a lot lighter than most and theyre baked, so theyre still nice a crispy but not at all greasy. The best were the chicken and the paneer, but all of them were excellent. The owner is an excellent human and is great to talk to while you order.

Joe is very welcoming and personable when you walk in. He shared that he bakes his samosas instead of deep frying them and wow can you ever taste a difference. The vegetable, cheese and meat fillings all taste very fresh. I cannot recommend these samosas enough!

Amazing! we went there this afternoon, and Joe gave us both a free sample of his samoas, and yes like he says, after one try, your hooked! We bought some to take with us during our afternoon exploring Vernon, as we were heading out, we just had to stop there again and get more. Joe is awesome, friendly, and more generous on his samplings. We got the paneer, butter chicken, potato, veggie, chicken, and beef. Not one was a disappointment. I highly recommend them all. He also let us try his fresh baked - not fried - pakora. Equally delicious. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Samosa Joes to anyone. If in Vernon, you must stop here!

I ordered pakoras and samosas and believe me it s delicious and more attractive point is low price.

This place is /5 for good food! The samosas are perfectly seasoned, the tamarind sauce is amazing, and they have good chai! They have you covered with different levels of heat, and even the mildest samosa is still well seasoned and flavourful. Get the pink chai while youre there, you wont regret it!

Had a delightful first experience at Samosa Joes last week. Went in to buy 12 samosas as an appetizer for my visiting family and ended up buying dinner for 5! Joe enthusiastically had me taste samples of his offerings and passionately told me his story. It was soooooo good that instead of just appies, I ended up making a whole meal of the samosas, pakoras and chole. My family loved it!! They also loved Joes story and supporting local.
