Well operated white spot. Kitchen is the star of the show slamming orders out efficiently. Excellent waitress I had also . Very efficient also and attentive to her tables . You don t get that at all white spots .

I first ate at White Spot in Vancouver in 1959 and it has always been a family favorite for four generations. Today in Vernon BC, I ordered the Farro Salad which is one of my favorites. So disappointing! The greens were so soggy and overly dressed, it appeared that the dressing could have been applied the day before. I also ordered coffee and when I asked for a refill I waited a full 15 minutes and when the server appeared she stated that she forgot. There were only two other tables occupied at 2:15 on a Sunday afternoon. For only the second time in my life I did not leave a tip.

Cheeseburger triple O for the win!

As a person with celiac disease I am familiar with having limited options in a restaurant. At white spot, however, there were so few truly gluten free options, I was tempted to just leave after working my way through the menu. I understand this is my problem, not theirs, however, I think white spot should consider more than one fryer- one for fries and sweet potato fries, and another for all your breaded options. As it was, I had a lettuce wrapped burger with a side salad. Unfortunately, the meat patty was dry and cold inside a mountain of lettuce. So I enjoyed a nice dinner of fresh lettuce and a few vegetables for almost $20, while the patty could have been so much better.

Give this place a miss ..terrible service and food even worse. We gave it a few chances, thinking that it would get better..... didnt happen! Food

Went out for fathers day breakfast and the food was so amazing on mothers day so we decided to come here for my dad. And the hashbrowns were very nasty I couldnt even eat them the bread we all got was burnt. Didnt have much butter on the bread 2 of us couldnt finish our plates cause it was that bad today

Dined in with my family, the waiter was very kind and efficient, assisted with our silly whats good here questions and gave good recommendations. Food was what a person has come to expect from this franchise. The waiter was even kind enuff to give the kids multi flavored iced cream at their request.

Took a while to just be seen and a bit more to be seated, had a quesadilla it was good but nothing to rave about. The pico salsa was almost better than entree. Staff where friendly, clean restaurant family friendly

First off the coffee was $4.30! They should warn you about that when ordering. A beer was only $2.00 more. What the heck. Was ok. The costs of the mains ($22-26) would lead me to more of a quality experience. The only bonus was that 1 child per adult ate free. Our server wasnt really on the ball and it was 445pm so being busy wasnt an excuse. Id maybe go back, but only on the Tuesday to get a free kids meal,,,,but I wont be rushing back.

Our experience was great. We showed up an hour early for our reaervations and they accommodated us. Mind you, it wasnt too busy in the restaurant. Great maintenance service throughout our meal, from refills of food and drinks as well as any other items. I had the Louisiana chicken burger. Waitress was super friendly and was on top of drinks and food. Everything tasted great. The restaurant was kind of empty but it was late and also not the greatest weather. Food and service were amazing.

I got takeout last night from here. I would ve given five stars cause the food was delicious but they didn t give the sour cream or pico with my quesadilla. No dip Everything else was good though.

On July 01, four of us went for breakfast to this White Spot. The day before, my husband had gone into the restaurant and made reservations for 10 am the following day. A young lady wrote down the information and told him that was fine. We arrived at the restaurant a few minutes before 10. We were completely ignored. 5 people came in behind us and were seated immediately. My husband spoke to one of the workers and asked about seating us. She rudely said Can t you see how busy we are? You will be seated as soon as possible After a few minutes he spoke to another worker and asked to speak to the manager. She said I am the manager. He explained about making reservations the day before. She informed him that they did not make reservations for fewer than 6 and the person who accepted our reservations must have been new to the job. We were then seated by an rather unfriendly person. Thank goodness for Cynthia our server. She was pleasant and apologetic. If not for her, we would have walked out. We realized that it was a very busy week end. That s why we made reservations. Apparently that doesn t mean anything at this restaurant! The food was acceptable and we were served the food promptly. Because of the attitude of most of the staff we will probably not go back

Terrible value. Fast food menu with five star prices. I get that inflation has been high, but come on... $21 for a burger? Thats $2 more that Raudz in Kelowna and thats gourmet. Makes no sense. $9 for a milkshake?? Insane. Whitespot had always been good value, but no more.

We ordered yam fries and chocolate milk and a lemonade to start to start. The food came to the table and then I took my daughter to the bathroom took 30seconds and as we came back to the table a the table clearing lady was standing at are table clearing it she crumpled up a napkin through it in choco milkit spilt onto the fries. And they charged us for it still. Not going back

Waited over an hour and a half for food, did not get checked on at all for empty drinks or how we were doing. The flies were so invasive, and our server Nikki was heard completely yelling and screaming at her kitchen team. Totally and utterly dissatisfied, disappointed, and digusted. We really wanted to eat here and have a good dining experience but its an understatement to say we were throughly not impressed. Everything took SO long to get to us, over half an hour for a single glass of water and a take out container. We also did not get our bill for an insanely long time after she said shed be right back, and the worst part is the place wasnt even busy. Every time she passed our table, she made sure to avoid eye contact with us. Poor service, poor attitudes, and poor execution. Our server was the manager too!!! Shame on you guys for a really poor management choice. we probably wont be coming back.

Nice place, very clean (there was always a busser walking by with a towel) but the server took a while to come back after the food was put down. Ordered zoo sticks and was a bit disappointed there were only 7 they were so good! Had the legendary and blueberry pie sinner special and it was good to the last bite. Bacon and brie burger was good as well. Would not recommend the side spot salad though as it came soggy and too much vinegar.

Very poor experience at this white spot location. First we walked in and nobody acknowledged that we were there until someone finally noticed us standing and waiting , then we were seated at a booth where the seats were all cracked and torn, it was pinching my legs while i was seated very uncomfortable. They were all out of the kids meal boat boxes which they failed to mention so it was an unpleasant surprise to my son when his food arrived he was looking forward to that. They of course were out of the ingredient to make the Belini i wanted that was on special for that day. Burger was overcooked. The server was barely around and not attentive, i had to ask another server for a glass of water. I was going to order another drink but our server never came back. And then finally i had to get up and find her over chatting at the bar side to ask for our bill. Brutal experience. This was only our second time at a White Spot, the first was in West Kelowna and it was an absolute amazing time compared to this. Total opposite, wasnt expecting this! Will not be back anytime soon if ever.

Was in the restaurant 50 minutes before getting food. Worst burger I ve ever had. Way overcooked. Came for the blueberry pie seasonal feature. They were out. Had to flag the server for drink refills and waited 10 minutes for that. Unlikely to return.

I tried yaki noodles today. It was so yummy especially its dressing.. whoever cooked it.. it s just so good!!

Love going here when in BC and this location certainly didn t disappoint! Great service, atmosphere and the food was delicious!

Waited over an hour for food to show up, only having one or two servers on, should at least be able to cover drinks for the tables. Had kids with us too that were getting really cranky having to wait so long for food to show. Food was mediocre at best, sooner go to triple os for the fast food experience. Stay away unless they can fix the issues.

Thanksgiving dinner here after the Armstrong Derby...I had the beef dip which was great as always. I get the feeling that its gotten smaller over the years bur it was still good. Service was great, everything came up fast. It was a good night! Id recommend them for sure!

What in the actual heck White Spot?! I was craving a legendary, the legendary I remember from my childhood. Delicious thick triple o sauce, thick juicy patty....thats not at all what I got. I got soggy tomatoes that looked like theyd been chewed and spat out already. I got a thin, dry patty and hardly any sauce. I also got my mom a burger, we were both so disappointed. What is most disappointing is that 2 burgers cost us $50. I felt robbed. I understand inflation, everything is more expensive, but when youre selling a soggy and dry burger for $25, you need to to better. How is a burger so wet and so dry at the same time?! I was left wishing I had ordered from A&W who makes far superior burgers for half the price. White Spot, give your heads a shake. Worst burger Ive ever had.

We tried the new Triple O s Location in Vernon tonight. The drive thru was packed. We didn t realize at the time they had only been open for 5days. If we had done our research and known they just opened, we would have just gone in. THEY WERE SWAMPED with customers! When we finally got next in line to pay at the window, the person in the car in front of us was laying into the manager about the price and the wait. We felt so bad for him. It was clear they were all doing there best. We received our food and when we got home we realized there were a few incorrect items. My hubby received the wrong burger and both of ours were cold. I went back and explained everything to their manager. He was so kind. He gave us a credit for my hubbies meal, as he had eaten it despite it being cold and wrong. For mine they remade it. The remake was fast! When I got home and finally got to eat it, it was WELL worth the wait and mix ups. The burger Pattie s we flavourful and moist. The bacon was fresh and cooked to perfection. Everything was perfection and with Caesar salad and a lettuce wrapped burger this is a Low Carb eaters Dream! Despite being overwhelmed by curious new customers and staffed by teens, aside from the manager and cooks, the service and product was amazing. GOOD JOB TRIPLE O S ! We will be back!

Food was really good and our waitress was excellent

Went through the drive-through to order a burger and a milkshake. I asked for the $4.99 burger displayed on the menu and a regular milkshake. I asked the person if the whipped cream used on the milkshake was made with real cream or oil and she said it was the real stuff. Got to the window to pay and they charged me $8.99 for the burger instead of the advertised price. They charged the advertised price for the milkshake, but it was clearly made earlier that day and shoved into the freezer, because the whipped cream on top (which was made out of hydrogenated oil btw) was frozen solid. The hamburger was 5/10 (patty tasted like cured salted meat) and the milkshake was 4/10 (taste is okay, but not real whipped cream and they use paperstraws which get soggy after two mins). Would give 2/5 , but its a new location with new staff so 3/5.

I took my mom here for Mothers Day and despite the lengthy wait, my mom and I were able to pass the time by talking and the waitress was very caring even if it meant telling us that our wait was going to be a tad bit longer. Overall I enjoyed the food and thanks to what I think was the Manager who gave my mom a flower to make her day feel extra bright, thank you very much!

Honestly probably the best dining experience I have had in a very long time. Our waitress was absolutely amazing. Friendly upbeat and and a solid rock with several tables all needing attention. She was efficient and patient. Drinks were never empty and food came at a great rate. I had the chicken coconut curry. I think it should be called a taste of heaven. Its fantastic. My daughter was entertained with the activity book provided and all staff were great with her. Its a fun place with fabulous food.

On an order of two menu items, there was four consecutive mistakes . Service was very poor and menu items were brought out wrong and missing the items added on at time of ordering. Would not recommend. After everything the bill was not even shaved off or gift card given . Would not recommend at all or be going back for another try .

Ordered two meals, one of the meals had a gluten free bun ordered with it. As it was an allergy it was lucky that I could see the difference, as the person that brought it out was not our server she had no clue it was the wrong bun. The other meal was a breakfast order that had the eggs a different style then ordered and missing an item. Both meals had to be remade. There was no discount offered and we were given the full bill.

First and foremost, service was amazing and food was delicious! Food was kinda pricey but it had quality. Their chocolate milk was $4.49 yea that s a lot . Same with a cheese slice, it was a extra $2, and it was processed. Still good food.

Took a long time to get a table despite it not being that busy at the time of entering and 3 waitresses on, the food was great however the plates they served did not match the food I.e. too small for what I ordered forcing me to eat directly over it and my burger got grease all over my fries The atmosphere was alright, music wasnt distracting and the decor/lighting was pleasant enough

Me and my mom stopped in to grab a quick after work meal, we let the server know we were in a rush. Although they were short staffed in the kitchen they made it happen in perfect timing for us to go to our next stop. Tremendous work from the kitchen to make us great food and lovely servers to bring an overall great experience

We stopped for breakfast. Restaurant was nice. Washrooms were clean. Took forever to get our food (it wasn t very busy) and we never did get a refill of coffee. Food was hot and good. Service was big time lacking.

Havent seen a White Spot in Calgary in ages. Was nice, clean and fairly quiet. Our server Sharon was awesome, and the food did not disappoint. Had the fish and chips, and I havent had them as good as this since I was able to go to the UK. We will try and go again before we head home.

Wait staff were ok but the food was terrible Im sorry but when you can even finish your food due to how bad it was and they cant even cook the eggs correctly either over cooked to the point of going greenish Grey or under cooked that its just shy of being cracked onto the plate but the icing on the cake is being charged multiple times for the same drink when its supposedly free refills

Always a treat to go to Whitespot. I went for a late breakfast and had the Nat Baileys breakfast with fries instead of smash potatoes. Too bad they dont have shredded hashbrowns anymore. I really miss them. But everything was delicious and the service was friendly and the food came out of the kitchen pretty fast. I live in Nova Scotia now, so I dont have many chances to go to the Spot. Hopefully one day theyll expand to Atlantic Canada. But Im not holding my breathe....

Its a clean place. The staff are friendly only had one bad waitress experience around lunch time. But the Food is good and its not to badly priced.

Was greeted by what I assume was a manager. He was super kind and accommodating. Service was great. Burger was okay. Drinks were great! Clean.

They manager sat us in the corner and forgot about us, took 2 hours to get our food and it was actually cold. The server that eventually found out she was supposed to be serving us was sweet and did the best she could to recover from a pretty sad experience. The 20% discount they gave us off the bill we gave back to as additional tip for doing the best she could.
