We had a great experience with a larger group and small children. We came in on Sunday and the staff treated us very kindly and accommodated 3 families with kids. The wings were very large and yummy, kids menu was great, and we thoroughly enjoyed the service and food. Thank you Kid-friendliness: They offer kids menues for 10$. Includes main, side, drink, and ice cream. They have books for kids to read. And waiters were totally accomodating and friendly.

Was staying at the Marriott and they sold me uncooked wings, was puking all night. Waited 45 min for a refill, service sux.

We had to wait a while just to get water and drink order. The server was rude. No smile or genuine greeting. She didn t even introduce herself. We had to keep on asking other waitress for her. She would go to other table and have conversations with other guest but she didn t even spend more than 45 seconds on our table. At the end I tried to open a conversation but she just walk away from me. I said have a good night and she just walked away. If you are not happy with your job please choose it wisely. We came there and spent money! Never ever again going there and don t recommend to anyone.

Stopped to try out Wings Tap and Grill in Vernon for some appys and a few beer on August 13. The food was barely edible.. ribs were very dry and strong flavoured (tasted old), Peri fries were over deep fried, and flavourless... all you could taste was the spicy heat. My recommendation is not very favourable, sorry.

We had the pleasure of Kaitlynn serving our ball team this afternoon. We had a table of 20ish and she nailed it. Service was quick and food was great. Def best service weve had yet out here! Thanks Kaitlynn from the Alberta ball team

Service today in the lounge this afternoon/evening 4-5pm was not what is call good. 3 blonde women of 3 different ages behind the bar yakking, one drinking pop or something. One brunette working pouring drinks. Young tall blonde large frame glasses no tats was borderline rude when I asked if I could sit somewhere else other than the worst take for 2.

To prevent other teams from having our experience; beware. Our softball team came for dinner. We were given team menus with limited options and a mandatory 20 percent tip. We were prepared for the tip during making the reservation but not for the restricted ability to order. When we asked if we could order off the menu the manager was shockingly rude and insisted she had told our coach what reserving as a team entailed in terms of the menu; this was untrue. Our server emanated disgust with having us there with every word. It was next level. I asked for a water and was completely ignored, so I had to go to the kitchen to ask, I asked for advice on a menu item and was treated like a simpleton, I could not ask for a to go carton as I was ignored, and while the food was standard pub fare, it was fine dining prices.We paid 20 percent to be treated extremely poorly. Even with the ordering restrictions, paying the bills was totally disorganized. We came in excited and left feeling appalled with how negative this dining experience was. We will certainly never return.

Stay away from Wings Vernon! The chicken wings were a 7 out of 10 . Apart from the chicken wings, the service overall was average. We are a sports team (different from review below) visiting Vernon for a tournament and were happy to be seated without a reservation at 9:00pm. Orders were taken and food was inconsistently delivered. The worst part of our experience was getting our individualized receipts with a mandatory 20% gratuity. I understand that there is a higher than normal gratuity for larger parties but normally the waitress/waiter should advise you ahead of time. We had about 12 different receipts and only some were advised of this gratuity (I was not). The worst part of our experience was how long it took to get our receipts- 30 minutes after we all requested them. The restaurant was not busy. Once we received the receipts, it took another 20-30 minutes to process payment. The entire group was frustrated and angry. I approached the only male waiter and expressed my frustration on behalf of the group and he rudely mentioned the machine is broken with no guidance on other solutions. I politely asked why I was not informed about the 20% gratuity and how high it was in light of the lack of service and his poor attitude toward me. Unfortunately, he could not answer my question. I asked him what his name was and he rudely said Why? I m not giving you it . My intent was to address by his name to appease the situation. I then asked him who the manager was as I would like to speak to him/her and he rudely pointed and said the girl over there behind the bar . I approached the Manager and I mentioned that I would like to make a complaint on the waiter. Firstly, I mentioned my concerns about the 20% gratuity and she apologized that I was not informed. She did inform me that the boys on the team treated the waiter poorly which resulted in his behavior . She also admitted that he was one of her best waiters and because of how he was treated, he wasn t himself. What she didn t mention was that there were other waitresses who helped with the tables. An experienced Manager would address the situation and inform the parents of what happened. Nothing was mentioned to any of the Parents and we were shocked that Sarah used this as an excuse for the waiter s unacceptable rude behavior. It s clear that Sarah (Manager) and her staff would benefit on some training on customer service on the most basic level. I felt that it was unprofessional for Sarah to blame her staff s behavior on a situation that myself and all the other parents were not aware of. It s unfortunate there was nobody would could help salvage this unfortunate experience for a group of families wanting to have a good time. I would have expected an apology for my concerns and unhappiness but not only did she not empathize, she kept mentioning about how her waiter was poorly treated with no details on what happened. We will NEVER revisit Wings Veron again and but highly recommend Wings Vernon if you want to waste your hard earned money for the worst customer service and average food.

Its a sportsbar...though I must admit, they had some nice tasting Bobbie Wings. I ate ten wings, heat was not between Ghost Pepper and Trinidad Scorpion hot. I did not need their emergency care. Had Spicy chicken nachos for dessert. Staff was friendly and the wings were not that small either.

Ive been to many wings locations and by far this was the worst experience. Food was horrible, service was way below average and extremely disappointing. Dont recommend this location

Went to wings with my friends tonight. The waitress with red hair served us, and she was rude, and short with us, it took 40 minutes for her to come take our food order, she was never around, very disappointed with the poor service. The one good thing is that the food was very good

I like eating at Wings. They usually produce very good food, and the service is usually good. This time, although it was after eight and not busy, the service was poor. After ordering drinks and waiting 20 minutes, I had to chase down the waitress and ask if they were coming not a deal breaker. I ll go back.

To say I ve been seriously disappointed in this restaurant, Vernon BC. It used to be good. We had dinner last night. Server was great. Food less than mediocre. Husband ordered hot wings. Maybe 8 on the plate. No celery/carrots or dip. New corp decision apparently. 16 or 18 dollars. Mine was braised short rib Mac/cheese. 26 bucks. Meat was grey and boiled it was literally disintegrated on the Mac and cheese. Unappetizing to say the least. We don t mind spending money on good food. We won t be back.

Our family spent this past Sunday Jan 7 2023 at wings for a family Birthday , our numbers were over 15 , plus a very tiny new born ,our Server was so patient , kind , and giving , I personally cannot say enough great things about her . From the time we all finally sat down to the time we left she was extremely attentive . So to the waitress whom I hope you know who I m talking about as I ll not mention names but yes I know hers , for such a lovely outing it made our day even more special , hope you are there for our next event

Best wings in Vernon

Up here from the states for a hockey tournament. Btw the Coca-Cola classic may be the best in North America. Anyway, had take out the first night. Budda bowl for the wife, fresh and delicious. Youngest got the chicken Alfredo, and I didn t get a bit, so that had to be yummy. Oldest son got the garlic wings. I also ordered a side of the Bobby sauce. Grabbed a garlic wing, hit it with a big dab of the Babby sauce, WOW! Good, but really hot. So yesterday we did it again. And the boys convinced me to take the Bobby Wing Challenge. I did it, felt good in the moment you get the picture. All in all, good spot, cold beer and hot wings.

I had the best experience that I have had in a very long time at dinner tonight. We were sat and served our drinks. Our server had our table and maybe a few more. She had a 20+ person party that she had to take orders from before she would be able to get back to our table. In the mean time the amazing manager noticed that we were still waiting to order. The manager had another server come and take our order so we werent having to wait too long for our dinner. The staff was very attentive to the little things. Unfortunately I didnt get the names of the wonderful staff this evening. I hope this gets back to them and they know that they did an amazing job this evening. My family will definitely be back the next time we are in Vernon.

If I could give higher then 5 stars I would! The staff here are absolutely amazing! The food is always good! We dine here frequently for both lunch and dinner, and are never disappointed.

Wings is a great place to go and watch the game and grab a good bite to eat! A buddy and mine went tonight to grab some wings and a beer and I can tell you I was not disappointed. The hot wings are HOT (Jakarta Heat my favourite) and the beer was great! Our service was quick and our server was delightful, and thats exactly what keeps me as a repeat customer! Oh and the tacos that were on special (Thursdays) were all up to par!

Wonderful service. Wings very happily accommodated our large family for a birthday gathering, & their serving staff was fantastic. They made my Mom s birthday a lovely gathering & brought out the cake & sang along. She felt truly celebrated. Our food was very good too. Kitchen was a little slow but they were busy. My nephew s Mac & Cheese was a little on the small side for an entrée. Should have perhaps been on their starters list instead. I ve definitely had appies the same size. The only issue (& not really theirs) is that long tables are not ideal for such gatherings to be able to converse with each other & see each other. Next time we book a large get/together, it ll be in a place that offers round tables for large groups. Your employees are awesome, Wings. It s what keeps us coming back!

Staff was amazing and playful last night! The manager was great and lovely sense of humor. The young girl who attended our table was able to recite and describe all the deserts with a smile !! We had the cookie thingy. We phoned them from the table for a prank and napkins and they loved it. Great leadership and it shows with all the staff !

Wings was my 106th eatery in Vernon on my quest to eat at every eatery in Vernon. Wings is my first of three visits of the Dahl Trilogy (Wings, Top Choice, Italian Kitchen). I had ordered cauliflower wings and tex mex fries during 2020. It is my only experience with Wings. I temporarily rescinded my vegetarian diet for the fifth time during this quest. I tried the Fiji Flame wings. The server Lauren warned me the wings might be more saucy than I would expect. I didnt find the wings saucy at all, but I understand the necessary disclaimer. As someone who regularly eats spicy food, I didnt find these wings spicy at all despite being in the spicy section of the menu. I would definitely jump up to a wing with four spicy icons instead of the two that Fiji Flame had. I overall enjoyed the taste of the wings. Wings does daily promotions. They do a deal on Wednesdays and Sundays where you can buy wings for $12 with a separate paid beverage. A soda costs $4.50 which really means youre paying $16.50 instead of$18.50. So youre only saving $2 instead of the initial $6.50 you were hoping for. Its better than a kick in the pants. I was very surprised to hear the song Weak by SMV playing as that is Jee-ans favourite R and B song. My favourite part about Wings are the gigantic teddy bears. They compete with Royal Garden for my favourite NPC I encountered thus far. Overall, give Wings a try. This is obviously the menu highlight. Just get some wings. See how they stack up against wing heavy pubs like Longhorn and Kal. They offer free wifi. Please note they follow the annoying thing Browns Socialhouse does where they set the minimum tipping percent option to 18 percent. After tax and the 18 percent tip I paid $23.31 for one order of wings and a Sprite with unlimited refills. Vegetarian options: Cauliflower wings

I had a great experience with this place. The chicken wings were so good, and the various menu options allow you to find what you want. They also have a kids menu with crayon activities, highchairs, and even a family restroom Kid-friendliness: High chairs, crayons, family washroom, kids menu.

Wings has always been a pleasant experience overall, and my colleagues and I often come back. In the rare occurrance any incident happens that is not up to par, they rectify it as best they can. The staff manage to always be friendly, even if there are often new faces. A good sign that whoever is training, is doing it right.

Went there on wing night for are anniversary dinner we got sat at a booth in the corner. after sometime are waitress came we d been sitting so long we ordered drinks and food together, the wait for the food wasn t bad but after we d finished are food and drinks it took a long time for a waitress to final come by so we could order more and after another round of wings it was again a long wait for are waitress we had wanted dessert but due to time and lack of service we decided to just ask for the bill that surprisingly that came right away without 15-20 of waiting like it did with are food

Had an appy night and had to ask for plates and silverware. They brought 4 plates and 4 sets of silverware for 5 of us. I asked for another plate and some napkins because of the sticky wings. Normally really really good, but this last time, we had to flag someone down to go and find our missing waitress after 30 minutes of no concact before even ordering drinks. Would have been fine but that happened three times in a row. Quite literally the only three times we saw her was after 30 minutes+ and someone literally going and getting her every time. After that its hard to want to go back.

Last time I tried the wings here it was all drumettes. Gave them another chance 4 years later and guess what.. Literally all drumettes again. Ratio of wingettes to drumettes should be 50/50 so what is going on here?? Plus the wings are just big and chewy and gnarly.. Bleh..

Locally owned Wings is a great place for a casual family dinner or a bevy watching the game in the lounge. The food is usually well prepared, good portions, friendly service, its kept clean and you might even have a table visit from the owner checking on on you. Wheelchair accessibility: Straight in door, flat threshold. Aisles around tables isnt too bad.

If you order Buffalo wings make sure they are Buffalo before you take a bite.... server brought me Bobby wings by mistake, I ate 1 wing and feel so sick Staff were nice about it and brought me milk and gave me a bit of a discount on the one order of wings, but it ruined the rest of my meal/night, wasnt able to eat anything else and felt nauseous with stomach pain for several hours after.

Im only giving 2 stars because the server was actually very nice and the only good part of the place. It took over an hour for us to get our food, because of the way their system is set up. I guess if 2 servers put in an order at the same time, the kitchen only gets one?? Ridiculous. They need to fix that asap. When we finally did get our food, mine and my husbands nachos were overcooked. My mother ordered a chicken club. She couldnt even eat it because the bacon was so undercooked, I swear it was still oinking.

Ordered take out for 3lbs wings with 3 dipping sauce s and veggies. Order only had 1 dipping sauce and no veggies at all. Double check your take out orders!

My husband and I went for dinner Sept 8 2022 . It was awful. The service was horrible and the food was less then sub par. We had wings as an appy that came the same time as our meal and his beef dip tasted like the meat was rancid. I has Thai chili chicken that was horrid. We.did not finish even half our meals and there was no attempt to make it right. I would highly recommend not going to the wings in Vernon.

Well my food was good and hot but the other 2 dishes that were ordered were cold if you go I recommend ordering things that take the exact same amount of time to cook due to the poor timing they have in the kitchen. You could tell that the sandwich sat for at least 5 to 10 minutes as the ham was dry and look old and the fish taco was also ice cold and one tortilla was burnt the other didnt even have the grill marks on it. Service was good the the kitchen is lacking skills

The flavor was great & they slathered the wings in the sauce. The wings were smallish, not like the big honkin meat fest you get at BWW. The lighting was dim, we had to use our phone flashlight to see the menu. And 1 order is 1 pound & they wont give 2 flavors, only 1 flavor.

We enjoyed our short visit, it was a nice evening with beautiful atmosphere with patio area, full bar with decent beers on tap. Menu is extensive with overwhelming choices. The chicken flatbread was tasty and also discounted during happy hour. Samantha was amazing, super informative and attentive. Deffintly recommended if in town for a night.

We go to wings quite often, and the staff is always friendly and efficient, the restaurant is always a nice loud without being rowdy, and the food is almost always fantastic, and when something is wrong they always make it right!

Shout out to Tenille for being an amazing server and person. Hilarious and attentive, and a real personality. Wings were great, came out suspiciously fast, Caesar salad was great. Only knock on atmosphere was it was sooooo hot inside the restaurant. Plus 25 is too much for room temperature. Other than that everything was fantastic. Will return for sure!!!

After giving this restaurant a few chances Im done. Never eat here. Waited 25mins before having our order taken this last time. Walked out. Previous experiences had cold food, inaccurate drinks, and incorrect billing. Im not sure how they are still open. Terrible idea to dine here.
