Have been to several other CRAFT locations and have to say this has been on of my favourites. Food was SO good and I highly recommend the kung pao chicken lettuce wraps. Everything was fresh and tasted fantastic. Our waitress was also an absolute sweetheart and was so kind.

No criticisms of the staff, the service was excellent and people were extremely friendly. The issue was the portion sizes. I ordered the chicken burger with fries and the number of fries I got was pitiful. Even worse was the burger. The chicken fillet I got was basically a chicken strip. It barely took up half the bun. Not worth the money I paid at all.

Drinks were fine, food was absolutely disgraceful. The portion sizes were shockily small and felt completely ripped off. Don t waste your money here.

The food and atmosphere were perfect, but the server wasnt friendly and there was no table care, so we had to wait forever. A place that leaves a lot of regret.

We had a great evening sitting at the bar. The service was very friendly and a great range of beer and food. We just missed out on the happy hour deals which were on from 2pm-5pm and after 9pm, but they looked great value!

First off...I want to acknowledge my server Emma... great service, polite, helpful on assisting me with my choice of beverage and meal (which were both excellent choices)! Extremely cheerful and waiting time for delivery was excellent. I thought we were going to be cold out on the open deck because of the funny weather...well, I was wrong!! Headlamps overhead were perfect!!! Turnover time from ordering to eating was amazing...koodos to the kitchen staff!! Great place for casual dining with a group of friends, family or dinner for two!! A definite two thumbs up!! Thank you Craft!! I had a great birthday dinner

This place is in an amazing location and in the summer its so nice to sit outside and look out into the harbour. Its VERY expensive for what it is though. The portions are pretty meh and the food doesnt stand out. Its also extremely loud because they tend to blast music. Youre paying for the location which, honestly, is almost worth it.

Great outdoor seating by the water.

Veggie lettuce wraps with noodles were phenomenal. But Cali wrap and poutine were ok. Could be a long line but nice outdoor and indoor space by the water.

Hats off to craft beer market in Victoria BC. We had our wedding after party there and I cannot believe how smooth it went! Cory went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of, and the staff echoed this as well. We will be back :)

Came here with a very large group and the food, drinks, and service exceeded my expectations. The portions were maybe a little on the small side, but the appies, mocktails, and mains were all delicious! The whole group was super happy!

Great location for a beer flight. Really massive range in offer and flight was good way to try locals. The view was great and the place had a real buzz. Would happily go back. I would note we didnt eat but it they had biggest nachos I have seen in my life!!

Lunch at the bar was great during our day trip from Port Angeles. Chris was friendly and helpful staff, and enjoyed the crispy chicken burger and fish tacos!

Nice location, and patio is very nice. Food portions seem to be a bit smaller for the price paid. Staff seems to be very busy, and seem to prioritize quantity over quality, had to flag down our server to request another pint.

Been here twice and the food is alright, beer and alcohol pretty decently priced. Nice big patio that can accommodate large groups. Service is mediocre for the amount of staff they have working.

My absolute favorite spot in Victoria so far! The sun and the energy are amazing. Jayden is an awesome bartender and the queso dip is really good!

We just hosted our annual summer event at CRAFT beer Victoria, and they were amazing! I couldnt have asked for a smoother event. They were and incredible team and had the event set-up, monitoring, and tear down, down to a science. I was truly in awe of their efficiency. The GM was amazing: He was on weather watch from the beginning and assured me we would be able to keep the event on the patio. He was correct, we had a bit of mist, but the afternoon was hot! He was organized and knew the plan. We did a walk through of the space and checked everything off the list. He asked informed questions and made sure I was okay with last minute changes that needed to happen. He was available and helpful. I don t know how many times I pestered him for the microphone, but he was always on it every time. At the end we reviewed the list again to make sure we had completed everything. The serving staff were spectacular: All of them were friendly and knowledgeable. The set up should honestly be studied, I was genuinely impressed with the speed to which they set up the patio. They were fast to act when we thought it was going to rain, they set up umbrellas all around in record time. There was never a delay in food. I had one comment about an empty chaffer dish, but by the time I checked it out it was already replaced. The service was spot on (I had one server actually find me to hand me my drink, which was impressive cause I was nowhere near the place I ordered it from). The take down and reset of the patio for your regular service was respectful and efficient. None of my guests felt hurried out, or that we were no longer welcome. All of them were eager to help. I ve worked on both sides of these types of events and I know how hard it is to make something like this look seamless and smooth, and this team accomplished that and then some. You have an amazing team in Victoria, and I truly hope they are celebrated for their hard work. We look forward to hosting future parties and events with you in the future.

While watching game 7 near the bar, a waitress asked us to move as we were blocking her tables view of the TV. We got relocated to a walkway 40 away from a tv where we had no drink service. First time for everything.

We stopped by on a perfect summer day, the patio was wonderful, service from Bella was excellent, and the margarita specials were a perfect patio splash. We shared the chicken lettuce wraps and they were the best that we have ever had, 1st out of 30ish. Even saw the bridge go up for a boat. Wheelchair accessibility: Elevator available from front door.

The drinks were fine and the space was nice but the food is probably some of the worst I ve ordered in my entire life, especially for the price. Bland, soggy and tiny portions. Honestly just skip getting food if you come here. Service was also not great, but I understand since it was busy. Overall regret coming here as it was expensive and I could have gotten a way better experience elsewhere for what I paid

Terrible overpriced food

Such a magical location right on the harbor with an incredible patio. The staff was excellent and they had one of the best beer selections Ive seen. Our dog got ALL of the love. Vegetarian options: The impossible burger was legit.

What a trap. Whilst trying to settle the bill the hand held device was not given to me and service staff 124 added a lot of tip on purpose by himself before swiping my card a second time. Asking for the receipt was turning out as a big deal. In the meanwhile the customer copy was taken away in order not to double check on the right amount applied. It s very rude to gathering money like this.

A location for all craft beer lovers, located on the waterfront. Beautifully laid out interior, with plenty of seating indoor and outdoor. The beer menu is by no surprise their main focus and there are tonnes to choose from. Great spot to grab a pint with a group of friends and sit in the sun.

Tyler was a fantastic server. I had my doubts that things would go smoothly when we were assigned one server to our big party of 12 or so, but Tyler CRUSHED IT. We were all so impressed with his abilities. Zero mistakes on a lot of mods. Also, surprisingly amazing bacon cheeseburger. Maybe one of the best I ve had in a restaurant in a while. Overall, I was very impressed with the experience.

If I could give 6 stars I would we came in as a giant group for a bachelorette and somehow Tyler nailed the service for every one of us (and group photos + bonus selfie). Food was fantastic, drinks were great, 12/10 will be back.

This is the awful bacon pizza , half the pizza was crust , and when i asked them , they told that it is right , if you want to redo , next one is going to be the same. Toping was became half . I never suggest there .

Charged for a meal I didn t eat and watched the server mock me on my way to the bathroom thinking I couldn t see. I ve actually never been treated so poorly. Burger King staff have a better moral compass than these jokers. Don t waste your money. Bill was $175 for cold and salty food and snarky service. What a joke.

Went to Craft for Fathers day brunch, excellent choice of music, so wanted to stay on longer just to sit back and listen to the music. The playlist is curated with care, enhancing the overall vibe, so appropriate for the Fathers on this special day.

When we went to Craft yesterday for happy hour. The drinks were great and so was the pizza. Great atmosphere and music will definitely be coming back.

Popped in with my wife when visiting Victoria. Great selection of beers, attentive but unobtrusive server. We tried the local brew selection and followed up with a couple of beers and fish tacos. Nice food and beer and great atmosphere.

The lovely server Ally was way absolutely amazing and made me and my friends feel at home. And only her 5thish shift! She was so sweet. She made me want to come back. Managers and others could have less of a stank face though. One short one looked like she was gonna deck me lol. Love ally

I absolutely love the design and vibe here, from the patio, to the indoor outdoor space and then the up top surf lounge, this place feels cool, almost like you re on vacation. There are some tvs for sports, live music or DJs, and a view on the water. The food is so delicious, the hostess and servers are great! We enjoyed having Dillan as our server the last time we were there!

$7 Saturday Caeser was a fair deal so I made it a double. They charged me $14. Thats not how it works anywhere else in this city. Wont be back for that special

Suggesting a tip after an autograt of 20% is criminal. There was no mention of the autograt from the server and no clear mention on the couple menus split between our big group. Several people in our group ended up tipping 35%+ on our bills. It wasnt just one or two of us, the majority of our group was unaware. As a server my job isnt to swindle guests into giving me bigger tip. You provided mediocre service in a casual restaurant. Take 20%.

I hadnt been here since it changed from the Canoe Pub. It still has the same amazing atmosphere indoors (the patio was closed) and I really enjoyed the food and service. Definitely planning to go back soon.

Visiting town and took my Gramma for dinner here on Sunday. It was a bit loud for her on the one side so we went to the tap room end and it was perfect! We both had the Sticky Korean ribs and they were to die for. Pulled apart from the bone and the sauce to meat ratio was spot on. Lawrence and the server at the bar took great care of us and I know my Gramma will come back here for sure. Thank you for taking such great care of us.

If I could give less stars for this location, I would. I have been here 6 times since this location opened, and have had issues every single time. Two weeks ago, I confirmed a reservation the night before and the day of, notifying CRAFT that I have accessibility needs and cannot be seated at a high-top table. I was told my reservation was at a booth for 8 people, so there should be no issue. When I arrived, my reservation somehow turned into a reservation for 5 people at a high-top table. I was forced to stand for over 50 minutes while the two managers attempted to figure out how to accommodate my reservation - they couldnt even get me a regular chair to sit in while I waited for them to find another table to move us to. I ended up having my left leg seize up from nerve pain, and there was literally nothing done to accommodate my accessibility needs. If I was in a wheelchair, I can guarantee I would have been turned away. It is CRAFTs responsibility to serve ALL members of the public, and ensure that their locations are fully accessible, accommodating accessibility needs. I did not just walk off the street expecting these arrangements - the arrangements that I made were ignored, in order to seat more people for the Canucks game that was going on. Considering the clientele that this location serves, accessibility accommodations are required, regardless of the fact that it is a illegal for public-serving businesses to be inaccessible. The managers here are useless, and clearly need more training in how to accommodate customers with accessibility needs. Wheelchair accessibility: This location is terrible for any sort of accessibility accommodations, regardless of if you arrange accommodations prior to arrival. It is clear that CRAFT does not care about the accessibility community, and perpetuates ableist perspectives. This location specifically is not welcoming or inclusive - do not come here if you have any sort of accessibility needs, physical or otherwise.

I wanted to change my table and inspite of they being almost at capacity, he graciously accepted my request and changed our table!! We always come back for this pizza! margarita with kale. Yesterday I made a reservation for 3 people, they served me on time, the waiter was very friendly and patient. The food was delicious and our table had a beautiful view. It is a very nice place. There was a hockey game so the atmosphere was a little noisy but everything was fine

Service mediocer , server seemed to have better things to do than serve. Food was really good, Atmosphere terrible. Music so loud and bass pouding for a Saturday afternoon. Could not hold a conversation with my table mate. Requested that the music be turned down, and as with the server, management didnt seem to care.

Your poutine for $17 is an embarrassment. 12 fries and 5 cheese curds. Couldnt even put on enough gravy to wet the fries. Unbelievable.

I came here with my friends and the attitude of the server was awful, I asked to move to another table and she didn t do anything, I was waiting for an answer or something but she just ignored us. We got our water after 20 minutes of being in the table. For those reasons we didn t tip the server and she gave us a whole speech because of that and she said that she lost money serving us and I said tip is not mandatory(because is not) she said that it was super rude. coming after a costumer about the tip is not something professional to do

We arrived at 1:45pm on a Sunday for a lunch drop in. We were told there was a 35 minute wait, they took my name and phone number told me they would contact me . Never happened! I ve been to the Craft Beer Market in English Bay and know the chain is a decent place to go, but I got dropped here at this one and The Tug Eatery took care of our parties lunch needs. The Tug Eatery says thanks for the business!

They have good selection of Irish Beers. Good location to see the sea water while getting service some pay parking are available if you come early.

Got turned away despite there being 20+ free tables on the patio. Told I could have a drink at the bar but couldn t have one on the patio. Terribly unhelpful waitress on the door.

Was recently down for a quick business trip, stopped in at craft as it is one of my BC favs! My service was top notch as always, the AGM, Lawrance, even checked in on me which I thought was really above and beyond!!

Our server Burke was awesome! We had a big group of us and he made every effort to keep us all looked after and happy! Overall our experience was great, however we were a bit disappointed to be told at 7:50 that there was a reservation for 8pm coming in. Had we known earlier we would have wrapped up sooner. We hadn t been brought our bills or anything so it just felt a little disorganized. One of the managers found us a table up in the lounge area to move us (our group dwindled from 10 to 6). It felt a bit like we were being pushed out which I m sure wasn t the intention but I think had we known sooner it would have been better received by us. When we were ready to move up there no one showed us where to go or what table we were at. Once the same manager finally came back to show us where we were to be seated we sat there and spoke with a server ONCE who asked us if we were doing drinks. When we said yes she didn t make any effort to come back and take our orders or bring menus which we found to be a bit weird (and surprising). We were tucked in behind the fireplace where the manager put us, but then a group of guys sat on the couches near us and the server helped them, but not us. We had brought the last of our drinks up from the other table, but it would have been nice to have had her bring us menus or something! We decided to leave, and when we left the same server just smiled and said have a good night! So we were just a bit disappointed how the end of our night went after we moved tables. Our group dropped a lot of money and to just be made to feel like they didn t care about us continuing to want to spend money in their establishment made us feel not welcome. Overall Burke was awesome and he handled us ladies well! Thank you Burke!

Super cool place. The deck/ outside area is probably great in the right wx. Food was very good and a great, interesting selection. Server and staff were very nice and quick. Lots of interesting beers to try. Bathrooms were clean (early afternoon.) Fun place.

I have called the restaurant 5 times over the past 3 days, alway within their open hours, left my name and number and asked to be called back when they get a chance (as the voice operator said to do) They have not once answered the phone or gotten back to me.

Really bad customer service from the staff out front, in my opinion. Arrived and politely advised them we were happy to sit anywhere - inside-at the bar or outside. Added our phone number to the wait list and sat and waited out front on a bench. Watched numerous groups of people without reservations (groups of 2 people, same as us) walk up and get seated before us. Even people who signed up (couples) to the wait list were seated before us. Asked them again if it would be much longer as had already waited 45 mins. Finally received a text saying a table was ready, so went back to the hostesses again and showed them the text and she told me rudely oh we gave your table to someone else, youre just going to have to wait some more. Like seriously, what the heck?? - you knew we were waiting and could see us the whole time. We even politely checked once to show we were still waiting. I could see from their wait-list on their iPad thing that others who arrived after us (same size group) were seated sooner than us. We have been to the Craft locations in Vancouver - Olympic Village/English Bay a ton of times and always had excellent customer service at those locations, even when they were crazy-busy and short-staffed. Not sure why the Victoria locations customer service was so poor on our visit? However, this appears to be a bit of an issue for the Victoria location, according to some other reviews I have read online. Would hope management takes the issue seriously and addresses it appropriately.

We went for the casual pub vibe and the spectacular view. Bella was our server and a fantastic one at that. The enclosed patio area was very nearly full and the tables were turning. Bella was serving all of them on her own. I was impressed by her calm, friendly attitude. A real pro. The food was good too but it was the service that stood out for me. Thank you so much! We will be back.

Every time I have gone to Craft I have been impressed with the quality of food, warmth of the staff and the fantastic package they offer. The American Double Cheeseburger is a favourite, as well as the Sticky Ribs.

Was there for a 60th Birthday upstairs great service appetizers very good selection was provided. Management if you sit by the fireplace the carpet is well worn very lumpy as chairs get hung up and tripping hazard. Besides that minor issue great place to have a private party.

I finally got to enjoy a beer in the warm breeze. It was a place I always wanted to visit, and I truly had a happy hour. The house beer had an excellent taste, and the sweet and salty pizza was also fantastic. My parents loved the Kung Pao chicken wrap the most, while I preferred the pasta. I wouldnt particularly recommend the poutine.

had a really strange experience at craft tonight. I have been a vegetarian for YEARS and asked if a veggie burger was available for their 6$ burger deal. I was told it was possible for a small up-charge (totally fine with me). They gave me what was, looking back, clearly a beef burger. But i ate it anyways as I had asked multiple staff members if it was a veggie burger and was assured that it was. A few minutes later a man sat down at our table with a real veggie burger, apologized and told me and my friend that our entire bill would be on the house that night. additionally, he gave us his card and told us to let him know the next time we were coming in and that he would take care of something off of our next bill. We had been there for about 20 minutes at this point and had no intention of leaving anytime soon as we were out for a celebration and had the intention to get multiple drinks each, food Etc. So we were really happy when we were told our entire bill AND something from our next visit would be covered. We started our meal out on the patio, but as the sun was going down, it got cold, and we asked if it was possible to be moved inside. Our server told us she could put us inside, but we would be given a different server. at this time, our original server confirmed that our bill was taken care of. To us it was a no-brainer that the information of what happened with the burgers and our bill would have been communicated to our new server. However, that was not the case, and we ended up having to be the ones to tell him which was awkward and uncomfortable on its own. Immediately after telling our new server that, to our understanding, our bill was being taken care of by the restaurant his demeanor changed from very warm and inviting, to awkward and cold, and we didn t see him again for the rest of the night besides when he handed us off our drink. After ordering our last drink with the intention of leaving soon after, a woman came up to us, and explained that we were essentially being cut off. She said we took care of whatever was ordered outside and gestured to our glasses on the table, seemingly implying that we would be expected to pay for what we ordered after being moved inside. this would have been fine if that was what was communicated to us to begin with, but it was not. We didn t even end up ordering a full meal like we had originally planned. We just got a couple extra drinks instead. our bills would have been between 40-70$ each. We got some drinks and a 6$ burger. It s not as if we had an outrageously high bill and even if we had, they served a vegetarian of years BEEF. we had full intentions of tipping generously, regardless of our bill being taken care of but after the awkward encounter, we just left. We are very thankful that they took care of our bill, but it was an extremely awkward interaction where it didn t need to be. They handled the situation so well to begin with then made us feel so uncomfortable and bad at the end. having to explain the situation to our new server, and then be cut off by who we assume was a part of management assured we will not be coming back. (our original server was nothing but nice and amazing)

I recently dined here, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I walked in, the ambiance set the stage for a fantastic evening. What a beautiful and unique place to be, and being in Victoria gives us even more reason to keep coming back. From the margaritas to the food, it exceeded my expectations with every dish that came out of the kitchen. From appetizers to desserts, each plate hit the flavour and presentation mark. Not to mention the welcome we always get. Top top service, you can tell it s an environment everyone loves being in as well. We will be back very soon!

Booked out the Surf Lounge for our staff holiday party. Liane was super helpful with the planning and organization, and CRAFTs online event planning is great and keeps all the relevant information in one place, where it is easy to find. The staff were really friendly and helpful/accommodating, and the food and drinks were delicious. Everyone had a really good time and we will definitely be booking CRAFT for events in the future. Dietary restrictions: Went out of their way to make sure the people with dietary restrictions had plenty to eat, and plenty of choice.

At The Craft, the restaurant was very inviting, we didnt have to wait to get a table which was nice. The chicken tenders were a bit on the salty side, so the manager made amends for that, which was super fantastic. The Craft will be a smashing success on my next visit Im sure. In the meantime a bit of advice would be to make sure a lot of the foods should be salted by the customer according to their preferred taste. In most cases that would be 100% win-win. Therefore there would be no complaints for two salty of a meal. I will definitely go back and give The Craft another crack at it. See ya soon.

Huge thank you to the entire Craft team! Thank you for hosting our event at your beautiful restaurant. The ambiance and food was wonderful, however the best part hands down was the staff! From the moment we entered the restaurant to the second we left- each staff member was so kind, helpful and efficient. They really genuinely cared that we felt welcome and enjoyed our event and it definitely showed! Hostess Madeleine was helpful the second we stepped into the restaurant- insisting she grab the giant gift basket I was attempting to carry in. She took us up to our spot and made sure we got settled! She even took the time to say goodbye before she finished her shift! Bella and Matt were complete rockstars!!! Thank you so so much for taking care of our party all night. You both were on every little detail from the beginning and definitely went ABOVE & BEYOND so many times for us (even helping us bring and set up and breakdown our decore). All the food ordering/tabs/set up went smoothly- its was such a relief to not have to worry about any of that! Honestly you guys made our event, you both were so fun - Thank you! Manager Brad was so amazing! Super easy to work with and such a positive attitude from the start. He was so accommodating with our party requests and kept checking in to ensure we had everything we needed. Exceptional, what a fantastic team leader! I cant believe how many of our guests kept complimenting the service at Craft! We were genuinely blow away by the professionalism and caring nature of every team member we dealt with. I would 100% recommend Craft to friends and family and am excited to host events there in the future! Thank you again Craft team!

This visit was my first time at this location. I was there for lunch and had a great experience. Our server, Bella was friendly and very efficient in the delivery of menus, drinks etc. I loved the fish tacos on the Thursday daily special. What a deal and delicious too!

Was pleasantly surprised at the vibe and our experience at Craft. We only had time for a quick drink. My margarita was perfect, beer selection was good and the fries were tasty. Sitting in the enclosed porch with the sun streaming through the windows was really nice. Staff were friendly. Well definitely be back.
