Food is a joke. Cheap quality food and cut corners simple per made products. Servers were nice and patio is nice but I would not recommend or come back.

Service was awful! The place was a ghost town on Friday night and we still had extremely slow service. We had to ask for something like a doggy bag 3 times over. Never asked if we wanted another drink and we were there for 3 hours. Getting the bill was a task and a half. I ordered a $31 dollar salad that was okay at best. The bottom was just a ton of quartered beets and the salmon was undercooked.

Came here for Mother s Day dinner with my family and we honestly was surprised on how dead it was and also how horrible the menu is as well. Honestly really no good options here the prices are out of this world steak salad was 30$ and it was tiny and the salad was not even what was on the menu. The steak was done on a flat grill and you can taste the dirty oil from it no dressing could cover that awful taste. I had the ribs and the ribs were dry and very salty to the point that it burns your mouth. My brother tried them and spat it right out he ever could not take the salt. Sorry but the food was horrible not worth coming here for. Place is always dead the server was nice but that was it. This place has changed and has gone down hill. They even charges us 20$ for a kids spaghetti with no sauce nothing else. I was looking on the menu for a chicken Cesar salad and that was 28$ like really. You want the truth here it is. I will not come back or even recommend this place nor even eat here. I m crossing this place off my list.

The restaurant didnt open until 5pm but the wait ended up being worth it. We werent all that hungry so decided we would share 3 appetizers among the 3 of us. This was great for sharing with a great variety (fried brussel sprouts, crispy cauliflower and loaded fries) which were very tasty and ended up being just the perfect amount! Parking: Small free parking area by entrance to restaurant but lots of parking at hotel entrance and a couple on the street too.

The worst service ever and the worst food ever tasted in my life .

As a family of 5 adults and 2 small children, we had Christmas Eve reservations for this restaurant with a pre made Christmas menu(soup, salad, entree & dessert). 3 of us ordered off the pre done menu, chicken fingers and fries for our toddler and 2 regular menu orders(one due to allergies). We stayed at the restaurant for a total of an hour and 45 minutes. Our waitress took our drink and menu choice orders promptly. One of our group members has a peanut allergy and gluten intolerances. He was unable to order from the Christmas menu due to inability of changes to the meal he wanted because eveything was pre-made . Which was fine, he ordered off the main menu something that could accommodate him. We then waited for the next hour and 45 minutes for the soup to come out. Our drinks were never refilled, water was requested and never arrived. Another table of 8 guests had been there 2 hours and had only received their soup. They ended up leaving as they could no longer stay. Another table left while we were there because of the time it was taking for food to come out. We were told over and over it was coming soon, they were understaffed in the kitchen and apologetic. We had requested fries for my toddler multiple times and they never came; a 2.5 year old should not have to wait that long to eat something. And we were patient and understanding to having staffing issues. HOWEVER, after we had sat down, a family table of four came in and sat down. The man seemed to be some sort of owner or hotel manager as he went into the kitchens and was directing the staff on what to do and where to go during his time there. Him and his family were served drinks, all four courses of their meal, refills, extra desserts within 45 minutes of their arrival and had a waiter exclusively to themselves constantly checking on them. All while the rest of the restaurants patrons with reservations were waiting hours for their food to come. We all started chatting amongst ourselves on the floor asking when they had arrived in comparison and had also received none of their food. This was an extremely disappointing experience, especially being Christmas Eve dinner. We ended up getting our soup at the hour 45 mark and the food was terrible. We left and were not made to pay for our fountain drinks or the 2 soups and 1 salad that made it to the table. But by this point it was 7:45 at night and we could not wait any longer to eat supper.

The food was fresh and delicious and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was also very good.

A nice bar atmosphere with food and entertainment. We went and it was wings night, so wings and salads! They have a full bar so drinks are readily available.

I phoned the hotel 3x this week to book a reservation for the restaurant for 6 people Friday June 16th and was told by the front desk at the hotel that the restaurant phones were down and that they would be able to accommodate a table for 6 people to walk in. Even 30 minutes before we wanted to be there I called and checked again and was assured that we didn t need a reservation and that it was slow. When I arrived the restaurant staff told me they could not seat 6 people.. this is the 3rd time I ve tried to eat there and it s either been closed or I ve been turned away. Don t both going. The rack, jacks place or liberty kitchen are all close and I would recommend going there instead.

Stood at counter waiting to be seated for 10 minutes. Sat at table for another 15 then they didnt have what was on the menu. Ordered coffee that never came and finally walked out. I am a solo lady and it was like I was invisible.

Really slow service due to only one server doubling as server and bartender! The liquor cabinet is locked up probably because they don t trust their staff! Ordered food and they charge extra for onions on your burger! Meanwhile the burger is $22 as it is! Took forever to get the bill! Won t be back!

Tessa in the Lounge/Bistro is Lovely! Extremely kind and friendly. I stopped in to the Metropolitan Grill for a drink. When I drove up it looked closed from the entry, then when I walked through the doors what a surprise. Very quaint and updated decor. We love this restaurant! Food is good here and service is prompt and friendly. I had the burger and it was very tasty. My partner had the ribs and she said it was the best she has had. We will be back in a couple weeks.

I stopped into the hotel restaurant for the braised short ribs. My server was named Tessa and she was a wonderful host! I will definitely be back next time I am in the area!

Breakfast for champions! I stay at the Four points weekly and only just went for breakfast for the first time. The eggs benny are delicious and the servers are outstanding. Taylor, Anna, Tessa just to name a few are always looking to make my time here better. Way to go, I will be a breakfast regular every stay!

Came here for breakfast and food portion was amazing! The potatoes were so good. But the best part was the service, our server Alicia was so attentive and nice. She made our breakfast experience extra amazing!

Excellent food. Dont quite understand all the negative reviews. My wife and I were there a couple nights ago. She ordered pita bread and hummus as a starter and received a huge bowl of hummus, not the usual tiny portion you would receive at most places. I had the chicken burger with salad which was tasty. We eat here when we stay in the hotel and will definitely return.

Dismal service at 10am, we waited a good long while after being seated, but no server ever showed up at our table. Since we were staying at the hotel there,and checkout was at 11 we didn t really have time for them to get around to us.

My husband and I visited this restaurant on two occasions during our stay at the Four Point Sheraton Hotel up in BC, Canada this past weekend. Our breakfast was just OK, the food was mediocre (probably could have made a better one myself), but the service was outstanding. Our waitress was friendly & helpful. After our meal, the Manager stopped by and asked us how things were and what our plans were for the day. Since we were visiting from the states, he took a few minutes to write down some things to see and do on our stay, which we greatly appreciated. We ordered a dinner meal one evening and it was also mediocre, but it was convenient and once again, the staff at the restaurant was wonderful. It was what I expected from hotel food, but the friendliness was unexpected and appreciated!!

I wouldnt go there unless you are staying at the attached hotel (as I am) and have no other dining options (as I did). The service was atrocious, the youngish girl who was supposed to serve me spent all of her time with a group of guys in suits. (Presumably trying to work some tips) rather than serving the rest of her tables. I watched my beer sit at the bar for 5 minutes (less than 10 feet from where I was sitting) before she finally brought it to me. Then she said Ill be right back to take your order. After 10 minutes of her hanging out with the suit guys I got mad, and said out loud Id like my order taken TODAY. At which point the BARTENDER came and served me. She was the only thing about my experience here that I did not hate. She also came over and brought me my bill, (5 minutes after I told my server Id like the bill). So if you MUST go here, sit at the bar and ignore the kids who serve here. The bartender was good. The food was good, but the servers were incompetent. Edit: Came back a second time, the experience was better, service was better and as before the food is good.

OMG. If I could give this place an absolute ZERO I would. Staying in the Hotel for business, I figured I would give this place a try. The food is ok. HOWEVER, THE SERVICE IS THE WORST on the planet. I sat at the bar, a total of seven people were at the bar. The bar tender would disappear for 15min at a time. I asked for my bill, it took him 20min to give it too me. Everyone please stay away from this place.... absolute frustrated. This is the only time in my business travels that I didnt tip.

I was surprised by the bad reviews here. We were here yesterday & had a wonderful experience. The service was fast & friendly, the food was fantastic, decent prices, the cocktails perfect & the decor was perfect! Ill definitely be coming back

Only rating 2 stars because the server was very nice. Wife ordered a rice bowl and got old crunchy stale rice with sauce. My burger was edible, but obviously a frozen Costco patty. Wouldnt come back, even when staying at the hotel above again.

Ordered gluten free burger as I have a severe allergy to wheat Bun was so dry it literally fell to pieces and was inedible .The patty was tasteless When I spoke to the server she told me the cook said it was just the way gluten free buns were That is bs I have had this allergy for 15 years and eat out quite often including several times at this restaurant and have never had a worse meal Your cook should learn to properly prepare gluten free breads and not just tell customers the bread is a problem. His lack of knowledge is the problem I left hungry feeling that I had just paid $20 for an order of McDonalds fries We wont be back

Went to the rooftop for food. The location is nice and seating is nice as well and if it were hot very comfortable. We were hungry and planned to have a drink. It was evening and the sun was still out but windy and chilly, no blankets or heaters set up. But that is fine. Only us and three guys at the bar. We decided on the the charcuterie board to share. We were told it was a lot of food and was about $19 It arrived and there was two small clumps of cheese and two cracker size pieces of Brie. A couple pickled veggies and some meat which the sausage was two thirds of a sausage. Really easily a snack for myself. The bread also showed up frozen and had to be sent back to be heated. The server/ bartender seemed new but very nice. She discounted our board due to our disappointment. I d certainly go back but not for food. Just for the patio and to socialize with friends.

I was delightfully surprised. A friend recommended that I try out the Metropolitan Bar and Grill. I never knew there was a restaurant attached to the four points hotel. I had the short rib papardelle, it was really tasty. It had a rich meaty flavor with melt in your mouth parmesan and pasta. The staff were well dressed, prompt and professional! It seems like a classy establishment, but still manages a laid back, casual atmosphere. My server was a pleasure to talk to, delivered some A+ service and was pretty cute too; nice! I also liked how the manager came out to personally greet patrons. Very quaint. The patio seemed quite alluring from the outside walking in. Ill definitely have to check it out when the weather clears up. Tucked away at the top of an adorable little neighborhood, its one of Langfords hidden gems. I look forward to my next visit (wing night!).

Very very good food!! Good service! Not a huge menu of items which is good so they they can focus on serving food quality food. One suggestion.. I had the shaved ham and cheese .. please rethink putting dejon mustard on the baguette.. it was way too spicy..I rather add my own to taste.. luckily I enjoy spicey food.. however by the time I got to the end of the sandwich my mouth was on fire!!

The food is excellent! Went there Monday for Butter Chicken and Tuesday for Grill Salmon and both of these two dishes taste awesome. Highly recommended especially the Salmon. Will definitely go back and try the rest of the menu soon

They have a new Chef at the hotel/restaurant and the food was amazing! I was really impressed not only with the quality, but the presentation and menu variety at The Metropolitan Bar & Grill was great. We were there on a hot day and the drinks were cold and the service was great...what more could you ask for!!

I have eaten at the Metropolitan Bar and Grill and have spent time at the hotel. Great place and atmosphere that is friendly and most welcoming. Food and drinks at the Bar and Grill are great. I was especially pleased with the food selections, they were excellent. I cant wait to come back and bring some friends.

The Metropolitan is a great spot for a business meeting.....easy to find, easy to park and the food is always good. The roof top lounge is especially nice on a sunny afternoon..............almost like being at a resort in Mexico.

Neat establishment, you would never know its there if someone didnt tell you. The interior is impressive and libations are great, food could use a bit of work however, im sure the menu rotates. I will be back to reevaluate!

Have been here twice, first time approximately a year ago. Not bad good service, great drinks, food ok. Second time , not very busy, for dinner hour, menu has changed again, and options werent plentiful. Crispy fried chicken burger, ? Salad plate size, thin, and bent like a bowl. Hard as the dickens. Frisbee chicken. Flavorless. Second meal was the ham and swiss sandwich with dijon mustard, except mine didnt have that. Server was great, and kept apologizing after I complained. The person that should apologize should be the cook or whomever thought that was a great meal option. Waste of $

Ordered Diet Coke and was brought water. Ordered no tomatoes on my burger and burger came with tomatoes. I would understand if it was busy but we were literally the only people in the restaurant. Food was okay. Menu is standard pub fare with some interesting twists (seafood chowder was creative).

Worst service and food ever. Im not sure if they arent trained properly but everything was bad. They didnt get us drinks until the appeiter was on the table. They forgot to take one persons order. One person had there main dish come out with the appies. The burger was a froze cheap buger. They didnt offer us sides and just gave french fries. No fill ups or second drinks. Never going back.

We were a big group.Birthday gathering.. Luckly foods was good! Lots of errors were made, excessive wait time, missed orders, cold foods, dirty dishes, Waitresse tryied to make things right, sadly they were left to handle it, management was to busy to really acknowledge and or handle the situation. Even when ask to be seeing, we got for answer that manager was too busy! Unfortunately that result in a lots of customers.

Try the vegeterian eggs benedict, one of the best breakfasts I have eved had. Home made pesto and holandais sauce, delicious.

We enjoy going there in the summer the roof top patio is great. The mixed fries are really good

Poor server/bartender? Beer is not cold. Very limited menu which is over priced. Nice looking inside yet really disappointing food menu. Only thing is a hamburger.
