The food is good but they need to stop advertising food they don't have. For months I've been trying to try the cinnamon biscuits. I ordered them online one time and they gave me the regular ones and didn't even tell me. Just replaced them and sent me on my way. I drove back and they gave me an excuse and a small sample salad to make up for it. Now I tried my luck with the new secret menu bowl and guess what? Can't try that either.
Priya who got our orders is very helpful. She is very patient and she provided a 10 out of 10 customer service. We definitely will order here again! Thank you PRIYA!!!

First time eating at a Mary Brown’s! I knew today was “Big Mary Monday” where I could buy a Big Mary Chicken Burger for $4.99. Combos were also available for $10.49. Delicious! I was craving a Chicken Burger. I ordered some small wedges as well. Quite a generous portion for “small”. I brought my own water in. The chicken burger was quite large in size, a little bit of topping, so mostly white meat. Glad I stopped in today! Thanks Priya for your service today!

Pardon for the overdue review as it was holiday season and forgot to post this up. I dined in December 1, 2023 with an acquaintance and was hankering to try their family meal. The portions are good but man inflation has taken a toll on most chicken restaurants in Canada. Still worth it and it felt good to dine in rather than to deal with takeout and eat in the cold. This restaurant was a little busy so attentiveness was slightly off but that's okay because during the holiday season the most important thing is good delicious food to allay hunger pangs so one can refocus and continue on with their day. First time I've eaten in this chain but I was told by said acquaintance that this chain is super popular in Ontario especially for their gravy. I can definitely see that because the taste is phenomenal and those wedges were gone the next day! Definitely need to come back here and dine again when I'm less rushed.

Love Mary browns and just moved to Victoria. Got the buffalo big Mary and was extremely disappointed. For 11$ I got maybe a half inch thick piece of chicken, a far cry from what they advertise, and what Im used to. The sandwich was also SOAKED in sauce, I probably used 15-20 napkins to eat it. Overall very disappointed. As someone who works in the restaurant industry, its quite clear there is no care of pride in the product they are serving. At 11$ for a sandwich I expect a lot more. Lees chicken does it much better for a better price as well..

Went to use it today and neither staff knew what I was talking about. Was told to bring in a gift card and I could get money put on it. Very confusing situation over a meal

We came here for late lunch Monday afternoon and the service (I think his name was Ami) was exceptional! The food was delicious as well and came out promptly. We love it here and will be back next time we re craving a chicken sandwich and gravy!

Not all it is cracked up to be; chicken it self is definitely nice; it is not all all that tough chicken and awful coleslaw one gets at KFC; the coleslaw here cuts it, so good to have a nice decent coleslaw; chicken was waaayy over salted, did not have honey, although I requested it; the mashed potatoes were pathetic - definitely, not fresh boiled potatoes, but processed potato flakes, and made more like a soup - I guess that is why they gave me a spoon. Well now I know not to spend the better part of an hour - two buses (one way) to get there; I will not be going back.

The woman mansi who served me was incredibly awesome as she made my order perfect and I was extremely satisfied Today on October 13th I was served by ansh for a $152 deal meal for 32 prices of mixed chicken and large taters, 2 large coleslaw, 2 large macaroni salad, 2 gravy s and banana custard and had amazing service and will always go back to marry brown s chicken

Pretty good. Gives the competition a run for the money. But these guys are a bit on the expensive side when compared to others. Was a bit disappointed to realize that even though I asked for a mix of flavours in my bucket, I only received the original recipe.

The chicken has been average and the prices seem to keep increasing. This location decided to prevent me from ordering a special available through the website and app for pick up while I was in store. Im not willing to go through the hassle of creating an account, giving up my email and phone number to be allowed to place an order online when Im physically in the store.

I recently visited Mary Brown s Chicken and I ordered 13 pieces of chicken and burgers, I am very sad to say that the food they served us was not freshly made and this has happened three times before. I hope they will serve freshly made food for every order in the future.
