Service is fast as a snail ! It took (literally) five minutes just to get a small coffee from inside without any line-up!!

Usually gets my order right and staff are nice. Best location in Langford due it having shorter drive through waits and close to the highway

Freakishly fast idk how they make food that quick. Even with a long lineup I usually get through the drive through in a couple minutes

I have tried all the Tim Hortons in the Westshore region and these guys have the best quality of all other outlets.

Coffee served to our table in a mug, love it!

Useless staff ordered 2 wraps waited 15 minutes. Went to counter to inquire only to find out person who took order didnt send it thru. After another 10 minutes canceled order and left. No sense of urgency to correct mistake.

The food is delicious, they serve very quickly. They should be a little more friendly and keep the place clean. They do not deliver a ticket.

A bit slow taking order and making food

At the westhills TH. I ordered a b/t clubhouse and they gave me a bagel. The server was very snotty when I questioned her.

Chronically understaffed. Bad service. They should try raising wages to attract more staff.

I ordered two habanero chicken wraps, the crispy chicken inside was raw for lettuce i got lettuce stems .I asked for extra sauce and lo and behold there was one drop of sauce in the entire wrap. Yes, you maintained your drive thru clock and I was in and out in about a minute, but take more time if you want that way I get edible food at least.

The beef tasted old

Everything croissant was delicious, as was the toffee iced cold brew. Love having baked goods as well as breakfast and lunch sandwiches.

Tried to tell the teenager at the window I was using points to pay I got as far as hey I m gonna use he I inturupted me told me he didn t know why I was talking and I needed to pay?? I said excuse me he said I don t know why your gabbing at me you need to pay (in a rude tone) I said that s rude I m trying to ask a question he huffed shoved the machine at me again and basically told me to shut up and pay I was stunned I don t think I ve ever had someone talk to me like that in a drive thru so I drove around parked went inside and asked if I could please speak to a manager they said no I said no there s no manager here or no I can t speak with them and they just said no again I asked what the guy at the windows name was she said no again then the guy came over and in a rude tone said sorry if I offended you and rolled his eyes I asked him to leave me alone at that point I don t want to deal with him anymore I called the store a few times they picked up and hung up almost impossible to get ahold of someone just avoid this Tim hortons the reviews are terrible

It is annoying to constantly get my order wrong as it s not that hard. Hot water and filling the cup up to the size isn t too much to ask. Do better Tim Hortons

We were asked to please wait at the drive-through. After about five minutes of waiting, suddenly an employee started screaming at us through the speaker that we were taking too long.

I had the best customer service of my life from a young lad named leland hes a great worker served up my order fast and quite handsome I might add and definitely deserves a raise

Lady who took our order was very much rushing for answers, missed a couple of things we wouldve liked to get because she was just trying to tie up the order. Otherwise everything was great!

Order a large ice Capp, it came 3/4 full. Girl didn t listen to things I asked for like a tray for my drinks and a sleeve for my cup, had to ask 4 times.

Madeline was so amazing!! I was in with my two nephews and it was pretty busy. There was a Trainee on the till and Madeline was so patient, kind and friendly. Her customer service was great! Kid-friendliness: n/a

I will never go here again. The food I had was so salty. Garbage was overflowing tables were dirty with cups and other garbage on them. I had to ask for a cloth to wipe the table. Very unsatisfied.

Garbages were full to the brim. Tables messy and had to be wiped down. My sandwich was ok but my partners food was far too salty...steak bowl

Went at 8 :30 and the doors were locked. The hours say theyre open until 9. There was staff inside, all the lights were on but I guess they decided to close early?

Flies flies and more flies. Has anyone else been discussed with the amount of flies that can be see in or on the food?

I cannot stand the way they rush you at the window at this drive through. I cannot put in my pin while grabbing my food and coffee. Wait! The way you can hear them saying lets go! Cmon! Next order! Is so so frustrating when half the time my coffee or food taste like it was prepared in 5 seconds... Ive had to go back to get drinks replaced because they taste gross or theyve put the wrong cream cheese on the bagel. Bring back the old guy who worked there! He was the best (the one you have on your recording!..which is also a weird thing to have at a drive through...a pre recording of an old employee..)

Each time I have ordered a food item from this location there is always fuzz, fluffy hair on it. I am guessing that whatever kind of cleaning rag or cloth they use to wipe their cutting boards or preparation service area is rubbing off onto the surfaces. Then they prepare the food on that surface and it s left with the cloth or rag bits stuck to it. This has happened three times now so I want to inform the location to check this out. Other than this I have always had a good experience here and the employees are nice. Someone else stated below in the reviews that their sandwich was also fuzzy. It was disappointing as I threw away my bagels each time. I should have gone back to say something but didn t have time .

It said they were busy than usual, but when I came in, it wasnt. Good staff I talked to, the washroom was pretty much clean. Loved the doughnuts

London Fog machine was broken and they think the part might take one month to get it so I drank an Earl gray its not the same

An above average ham and cheese sandwich in Langford. Mill bay on the otherhand gets one star as I could not get in and the kids at the table were eating McDonalds take out. How tacky :(

Second worst Tims, always very slow, food is cold, disorganized staff asking me for payment after Ive already paid, and they never have yogurt.

They hire immature high school students to run their establishment. These kids are very rude and unprofessional at the drive thru. 10/10 would punch out.

Horrible service

Only ever have issues at this location. I know its the newer of the Tim Hortons restaurants in the area but the service is really slow and the last time I placed mobile order their staff completely neglected it. I eventually got my order but the coffee was wrong. By the time I noticed I was already running late. I try to give places multiple chances but honestly I think Ill just avoid this location moving forward. Hopefully they improve and are better for others.

Clean and convenient. Note the staff at our time of visit was more oriented on the extensive drive through traffic and took some time to acknowledge our presence at the counter Coffee good and always great Timbits though not enamoured with the Bieber Bits. Parking: Notice that drivers may be challenged parking in this lot as one lampost was at a precarious angle after a vehicle interaction.

Worst Tim Hortons ever!! They have a bunch of millennials working that dont know what hard work is or how to treat a customer with respect......the whole line inside left because they werent serving anyone inside. But didnt even acknowledge anyone.....just kept ignoring the whole line. The only person actually working in there was the older woman. Clearly she has work ethics. Bloody millennials. Our future is scary.

They are good at the drive thru but consistently forget they actually have a front counter also, you literally continually have to ask for service. Usually 6 or more staff serving the drive thru but leave their front counter unmanned. They work hard and pleasant but poorly managed.

Accuracy is apparently not a word introduced to their vocabulary yet. If making a food order, just dont expect it to be right. I keep going because its 30 seconds from where I live, and I keep regretting it as soon as I get home because its wrong. Every. Single. Time.

My sandwich was... Fuzzy? It had some sort of hair all over the top bun. My coffee also tastes musty. Only decent thing was the fast service but I would have waited a couple minutes longer for better quality

I usually go to tim hortons for a coffee everyday because I love their coffee but food is never hot or warm.

The most obnoxious night staff ever. They hire young kids that treat the environment like a daycare. Its embarrassing g. The floors have been sticky in the same place for 2 weeks in the lobby. This place is disgusting and off rails for a newer establishment. 0/10

SLOW!! Cmon management and owners, pay for more staff! The staff working are lovely, but waiting 15 minutes in a drive thru is ridiculous! Its not fair for the staff to be so overworked, it trickles down to how the orders come out! (Example, we ordered a dark roast with just 1/4 hot chocolate, and the drink we were given was at least half hot chocolate. Little details matter!)

A convenient stop on the way home to Sooke, Ive never been disappointed with the friendly service or the food. Bathrooms are nice and clean too.

it took 20 minutes for a turkey bacon club and the cashier was so quiet i couldn t hear.

The staff was friendly and smiling. Prompt service and they got my order correct... Refreshing.

While in the drive through waiting for my order, I threw a curveball at the lady who was working the window and added a doughnut to my order. Little did I know that she was training and didnt know how to do that. When she asked for help from the person training her, the person training her yelled at her to say that she should know what she is doing it is common sense, the trainee looked like she was on the brink of tears. If you are going to treat your employees with disrespect then you shouldnt be working as a trainer. Poor service overall.

Great location. Usually less busy than most other Timmys in the area.

Out of three thrips there they have managed to mess it up or make it badly 2 of the three times. The picture included is supposed to be a latte with oat milk not a coffee. What I got was a sugarless coffee with a splash of milk. Why advertise something if you can t make it or act as though it is an inconvenience to you.

Horrendous service. Not friendly at all. Not organized at all Understaffed because of under paid children. Closes during the middle of lunch hour .. 15 minutes for 3 customers and a massive line .. The only way to get through remotely fast , drive to another one..

Cant even get inside to get a coffee because the lobby is closed for staff shortages ?!... there is literally people inside enjoying their food and coffee but I cant get in? Hire more people the sign is from days ago

I ve been here over 15 time s since it s opened (I live beside them). They have gotten my food order wrong every time. Staff are very friendly so I don t take pleasure in this review. The only time it s been correct is when I ve ordered chili. half the time it s adding meat I didn t want.. so I m hoping they aren t charging me for it. today the manager asked if I wanted to keep the mayo on my BLT, I said yes and they didn t put on mayo, but added an egg and cheese instead...... it s a confusing place to visit

It took a restaurant with one other customer who had already ordered 12 minutes to get my steeped tea. But then, they only had 7 staff (that I could see) on! Figure it out Tims. Is your precious tongue wagging among yourselves more important than serving a client who had somewhere to be shortly than customer service??? The other client with a young child was not impressed either!

I work close to this new Timmies, so I d like to be able to go there and enjoy decent service like I get at the one on the highway and at the mall. The evening staff are very slow to acknowledge customers waiting at the till, and even slower coming over to actually take your order. I was the only customer in tonight, with no traffic in the drive through and it took almost 2 minutes waiting at the till to order. I ordered a simple bagel, toasted with cream cheese. The toaster must be the slowest in the history of Tim Hortons. I watched the employee ignore the toasted bagel for about a minute before he slowly went about finding cream cheese to put on it. He then made a lazy attempt to cut through the bagel with the handle of the knife. I just about laughed as he pressed my bagel against the cutting board with everything he had. Then without cutting it he shoved the crushed bagel into the serving bag. There is no regard for quality control, as this is the standard here. It is worth the short drive to the next Timmies down the road.

No one would come work the front counter stood there while 5 people pretended that I didn t exist.
