I m EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED that the Pumpkin Spice muffins are no longer available into November for at least three weeks. I have no interest in the Christmas muffin! Parking: The store is in a Mall, so lots of parking. Wheelchair accessibility: The entry on the south side of the building could be tricky, but the north side is very good.

Amazing customer experience! The entire Tim s Staff were very friendly and helpful. Was so dead tired that day and I placed a mobile order and didn t even realize that I set a different location for my order fortunately was accommodated by Tina I believe she s the assistant manager of the store. She was very nice and just asked for my eReceipt and still gave my order despite it was my fault not setting the Esquimalt Store. Very considerate and lovely lady. Went above and beyond! Lucky for Tims to have employees like them. Kudos to the Team! Keep it up!

Shrink-flation is definitely alive and well here. I just ordered a Turkey Bacon Club and a Dutchie with and orange juice. The bread for the sandwich was about half the size of what it used to be. The dutchie was smaller than the apple fritter and back in the day, those used to be the same size. The orange juice bottle is skinnier than it used to be but everything is the same price. For shame.

Extremely slow and will often get the order wrong.

The service here is good and the staff is friendly. Depending on the time of day it can be very dirty inside. The food is the same as all Tims restaurants and the coffee is good. Parking: Free parking lot. Wheelchair accessibility: They have wheel chair parking spots and a push button for the door.

Really not sure what type of training or should I say lack there of is going on at this location! Standing at the counter with nobody in line for about 5 minutes while two employees stand there staring and cleaning equipment, not one word of acknowledgement or ounce of service. Then they dont know where their own dipping sauce is even located behind the counter? Had to point it out to them. Its so sad and unprofessional its almost impressive. Wow is all I can say. Avoid this location. Employees here are absolutely clueless and equally careless! Unfortunately one star has to be given. No option for zero stars!

We ordered four coffees. Two of them were exactly the same. Only one of the coffees were correct. (And it was a supervisor making them!) Very disappointing!

Was the only one in line and I ordered a breakfast sandwich, cashier seemed really annoyed I was ordering. Then it took them fifteen minutes to make it. Four employees stood next to the food cart the whole time and didnt make ghe order. I tried to get theyre attention twice but they really didnt wanna talk it made me feel like a nuisance for grabbing some breakfast

Ordered a muffin, a donut and a coffee. Girl who took the order was pretty lackadaisical about everything. Came back with the muffin then proceeded to walk away, slowly. Seemed to me like she was returning to the till. Nothing said other than here s your muffin. Not a stretch of the imagination for me to assume then that she had forgotten the donut. Wouldn t have been the first time that has happened. I called after her asking about the donut. Apparently she was going to get it. Most people take two bags with them to the trays, get both items at once and return to the customer. Her manner was inefficient, disrespectful and rude. She was smirking at me when she brought me the donut as were two other staff behind the counter. If any of these people understand and respected efficiency and customer service they would not have been smirking. This location is not well run.

Watch your teeth !!! The last four Farmer s Breakfast Wraps have had egg shells in them .. the other Tim s know how to crack eggs ! They also forgot part of our order so daughter got home with food and her food wasn t even in there and she just didn t feel like going back .. but worse is the EGG SHELLS today was the worst how it hurt my tooth as I crunched into what should be a soft wrap .. really hurt .. the other times it s just gross to get the grit of shells in your teeth .. had to remove the eggs .. PLEASE GO OVER WGG CRACKING WITH YOUR STAFF .. I am a lil nervous of cooks that can t handle that but we can try guys

This location is pretty good, however, I was disappointed that on a day when it was 30° out they ran out of iced coffee. I would definitely go back but this was quite the bummer. The staff were very friendly!

Long delay for a coffee

The person who I can only assume is the manager/supervisor is barking at employees and not helping the busy situation. Younger employees seem flustered and she is making things worse. get off the till and get over here im making a drink finish it and get over here Very unprofessional to speak to staff like that with the tone she held in her voice, especially in front of customers. I feel sorry for her staff.

Though I can not say bad about the food. Im fully addicted. But even so the pure lack of customer service means I will never set foot in this store again.

If youre visiting Canada this will quickly become your daily morning routine and youll miss it a lot after you leave.

Advertises food and options that dont exist, no cold coffee.... at a coffee shop? There are some very good employees and then there are a number who need to learn some customer service or at the very least not always seem like they hate life.

I walked in the one day two people were ahead of me, and I patiently waited. Then, when it was my turn, the cashier looked at me and turned around into the back. A line started forming behind me, growing inpatient and making comments. Me as a obvious gay male with a collar I felt threatened as 6 out of the 11 people are looking at me with scorn and distain. I then decided to quickly leave, and just as I left the door, the staff came back magically to serve everyone else. I never felt so endangered trying to get a coffee and there is a Tim Hortons on the infamous East Hastings and Main surrounded by drugs addicts that are less dangerous then mentally stunted trump loving wannabe country folk.

Clean, good service, quiet for the afternoon at least that day

I feel so disserviced.tried ordering a farmers wrap with sausage and honey bacon. Honey bacon isnt being served anymore. Well, if it isnt, dont advertise it. Second, I asked for no Chipotle, instead, ketchup in the wrap. They told me they couldnt. I told them ketchup is still food. This isnt a some assembly required establishment. I pay to have food prepared, and when they refuse to prepare it, they dont get my business. Beware of this place, these kids think ketchup is a food safety hazard, because they dont want to change their gloves... Im so upset about this. Gorge will do it, go there. Not here. Zero stars

Probably the slowest and least organized Timmies in town. I say this after 3 recent visits then trying other locations. Used to be open way later and staff were more on it. I will say that it does look way nicer than it did before though.

Staff is very poorly trained in construction of sandwiches and they dont take pride in their work. Not great at fixing the problem. In fact my service and products got worst after complaining to management and head office.

This Tim is not like what it was before Covid. Today I waited 15min to have my order and guess what its not what i asked for. I was 15 min away when i figured out that its not what asked for, i asked for edd and cheese on English muffin and they added meat (bacon) to it , so it ended in the garbage disposal, i dont eat meat and did not ask for it. Its just a waste of time to go there. Ill never go there, Im done.

Serious training issues place was packed and the poor girl wasnt prepared for the pressure screwed up my order and the wait was 35 mins for the food. Not the same as it used to be years ago...

Has to be the worst Tim Hortons in town. The poor girl behind the counter was new and couldnt take a gift card so I had to pay cash. Then my food was wrong and a mess. The spicy chicken wrap was a chicken strip and some wilted lettuce. No pickle, no cheese. Hot sauce all over the outside of the box. Not a single employee had any help from senior staff and were clearly struggling. I dont blame the teens who work there I blame management. Awful. Will not go back

Not impressed with this location The cashier charged us for 4 coffees when we only asked for two, not only us but she charged the next customer 2 coffees when he asked for one, the cook was screwing up EVERYONES order we waited 45 minutes for two simple burritos while waiting many customers came back in saying their order was wrong and a mess and the manager on site wasnt really doing anything to help these kids she was just standing around

Bought a cinnamon raisin bagel with light cream cheese and butter and within about an hour, my stomach was extremely upset and I threw up. I was feeling totally fine before that. Gross!

Worst Tim Hortons in town by far. Staff are rude and disorganized. Always takes a ridiculous amount of time to get your order. Waited 25 mins for an order today because they were out of bacon, there was no communication from the staff and when asked their response was rude and unhelpful. Some higher up management seriously needs to get ahold of this store before the employees run it into the ground!

Messed the order up, missing food I paid for. All in all a terrible Tims to visit.

We went to this location to grab food.first of all the lady might be was very rude then they gave us wrong donut when asked twice they gave us wrong donut . Instead of dark rose they gave us regular coffee as they said it was not ready but we were okay to wait.The most offensive part was they way she was handing out our order by backing towards us and two employees tried to make fun when we added another donut..so we ll never ever again go there and will never recommend anyone else

DONT EVER GO HERE!!!! Unless you are expecting something other than what you actually ordered. Does no one understand anything anymore? They dont listen to your order, they give you something completely different or charge you for way too many extra things that you didnt even order. Such a massive disappointment and how has the manager not even noticed to done anything to change this. Horrible place.

Today I witnessed the manger at this location scream at her staff for an hour in front of customers. She stood there and yelled doing nothing to actually help her staff and reduced one of them to tears. I feel terrible for the staff who work here. That manger should be fired.

This location needs to start listening. Been there a few times and won t go back because they have messed up mu order more than they get it right and it s not even hard orders. 2 regular coffees and 2 chocolate croissants, charged 3 times because they don t confirm. This last order i ordered a chicken wrap 2 coffees and 2 bacon wraps and they couldn t even be bothered to check if the order was correct. Costumer service is a joke here.

Where is the shift supervisor? There is no leadership at this location. The line up near out the door, mobile orders are backed up. I order online 7 min prior to arriving and my order is not ready. Everyone is running around with their heads cut off and accomplishing NOTHING! Ill be complaining to cooperate office, this is not the Tim Hortons standard by any means.

This was one the best tim hortons for me, but now the coffee taste is not consistent. Although the staff is pleasant.

Tim Hortons? Perfect. Even though its a fast food chain, is much better than MacDonalds or that. It has everything we can dream of. And the best thing is that we can see the calories of what we are eating. If I had to decide bw Tim Hortons or Starbucks in coffee. Ill choose Tims because its much cheaper.

There was a very rude worker, she was rolling her eyes at people was obviously annoyed, being rude when giving out orders and slamming ketchup packets when people asked for them. Her name tag said amesha

i love tim hortens but when i came here i ordered a sandwitch and it took almost 30 mins it was a little busy then i asked how long it would take she walked away talked to angela then like 3 mins later they came out with it and i asked for ketchup and angela rolled her eyes at me got the ketchup i got one packet i was hoping for at least 2 ketchups. upset ab the service but the lady that took my order was nice!

Its been a while now buying coffee from this location. They make really good coffee, service is fast. Order online, that really saves your time and their too. One suggestion for them, to keep your place happy and smiling, that is most of the time missing when i notice during my visit. Otherwise you guys are awesome. Good job.

Good place to eat & get coffee

Consistently mess up food and drink orders, to the point of just having to throw the drinks away. This seems to have all happened since the staff went on a walk out due to poor management and unreasonable working conditions and expectations. It may be all new employees, or not enough training, but they definitely need more. Consistent issues and errors with food and drink is sub par at the moment.

Friendly staff. A clean and renovated place. There you can order online and the service is very quick. Delicious food and beverage. There doesnt have drive thru and the line inside is long but quick

If you want long lines with only 1 till open, watery Ice Caps, overdone cinnamon rolls, and questionably handled food, then this is the spot. Found it odd that my bacon and egg biscuit was assembled with the egg on the counter first and then everything was moved on to the biscuit at the end. If thats not your style, its recommended to go elsewhere.

We enjoyed our extra large French vanilla coffee . Mmmmm!

They are nice people but they need to step up there game. I ordered 2 farmers wraps and hashbrowns, 2 coffees, 3 donuts. And they mustered the stuff together and said it was good to go. Took it hands full didnt think to check. They left out my hashbrowns..... do youre job....left out the hashbrowns....

Messed up my skip order so I called and to my surprise the manager was beyond helpful and friendly. The manager personally fixed my order and had it delivered to my house no charge! Anytime Ive had issues here they are so fast friendly and reliable fixing the issue immediately each time. Great service!
