Love this Floyds location! The food is always exceptional. Theyre very accommodating of dietary needs and the staff are always so pleasant. It can get quite loud and crowded but I think that only speaks to everyones enthusiasm and love for the establishment!

This place is AMAZING!!!! The people are so nice and the atmosphere is really cool. I had THE BEST apple pie pancakes in the world. I HIGHLY recommend this place. Way to go for being outstanding.

My potatoes were cold and my omelet had very few items in it. No one came back and asked how my meal was.

Food was good, my server was good, however the 3 off duty staff eating at the bar were very loud in conversation about some other store up Island he is filling in at.....not a good conversation for patrons to listen to. Also it was very difficult to maneuver in and out of the store with his wheel chair. So def could be better for accessibility for disabled people. Wheelchair accessibility: Not easily accessible for electricity wheel chairs.....very difficult actually. I dont not recommend this location for disabled people.

Didnt even realize that there is a patio area in the back

I ve lived in the area for about six months now, drive past all the time and I ve meant to go in. Finally did today for breakfast. Why did I wait so long?!! Piping hot coffee brought right away very pro service, ordered my meal, arrived in probably less than five minutes. And it was delicious and it was huge. It was a great decor is awesome. Found my new place. Parking: Numerous parking spots available when I went at the busy time

Used to be one of the best places in town, havent been in years because the wait is always ridiculous. Went recently with a few friends on a week day, all 4 of us left saying we wouldnt be back. Just boring and uninspired food, server was good, but the food was just... very meh. Far better options now.

As we walked in, people headed out warned us not to go in. Boy should we have listened. Told us 10 minute wait, 45 minutes later we were told if we re lucky, 10 more minutes. This place is a joke.

The food was absolutely amazing tables are clean and the place is well decorated the service was amazing the servers where so nice and the food came fast I definitely would suggest going here if your visiting Langford.

They dont have any specific vegan items but I was able to make one vegan by adding more veggies instead of eggs and its INCREDIBLE! I will absolutely go back just for this one adapted dish (veggie hash)

Generous portions for a reasonable price with fantastic service!

Stop in at Floyd s in Langford for a late lunch. The lunch rush was finished by the time we arrived at 2 pm. No problem getting a booth or table. Both my wife and I had the beef dip and it was excellent! I don t know what type of bun they use, but it was nice and soft, soaked up the au juc beautifully. The fries are on another level! A large helping of seasoned fries accompanied the beef dip. I highly recommend Floyd s. We ll be back. Parking: No shaded parking. Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs or ramps. Wheel right in and enjoy.

Favourite place after a night out

Went with my adult kiddos - one in the Navy who swears by the amount of food, especially in the Mahoney (chefs surprise choice of breakfast or lunch, customer can pay menu price - or flip to psy double or nothing). Seriously generous amount of tasty food, very cool unpretentious atmosphere, friendly service. My military son eats here frequently - I understand why!!

First time. Service was friendly and fun, and my breakfast was fantastic.

The food was delicious!! The service was fantastic as well. It was our first time taking our newborn out and when we asked for boiling water (to sanitize a pacifier we dropped on the floor) our waiter could be heard asking it be delivered in a large cup in case it was for heat up a baby bottle. Thoughtful service made it a breeze to be there with a baby!! Thank you!

Fun people. Interesting menu

Our family has been coming to this Floyds for years but weve noticed a real decline in the quality of food whenever we order breakfast or lunch Mahoneys. The last few times weve just been given a filler of fries or hash browns. Im sorry but paying $30 for cold fries that take 25mins to prepare is not worth it. Luckily the other locations we still frequent such as Royal Oak and Brentwood Bay still serve up real food instead of just potatoes.

They are so awesome there the service is great we enjoyed our breakfast along with the coffee I recommend it for sure

The best brunch and lunch restaurant in Victoria. The servers are bright and fun, and the food is delicious. The downside is that the portions are so large that its hard to eat them all. It was a perfect lunch with a fun retro atmosphere inside the restaurant. Parking: Large front yard! Kid-friendliness: happy atmosphere Wheelchair accessibility: Since its on the first floor, there doesnt seem to be any inconvenience.

Ordered the pesto eggs bennys soft. Three were fairly soft other was hard. Huge pile potatoes were sliced, no seasoning, no flavour. And our stomachs were upset for the rest of the day. Paid $65 for the 2 of us. I think for that price the restaurants need to do better. Wont be back.

Service was excellent! Always enjoy the cheery atmosphere and music. The food servings are generous. If you like your food hot, be sure to let the waitress know when you order. The staff is accommodating and aims to please. Dietary restrictions: Many dishes are gluten free or can be adapted to accommodate gluten sensitivities.

Great brunch spot! Like most places in Victoria, it is very busy around brunch times on the weekend but not unreasonable wait times. the eggs benny was very good, and the hashbrowns are the best! They cater well to gluten free, and I was able to get my eggs Benny on hashbrowns rather than toast.

I don t normally leave reviews, but I thought I should make an exception in this case. This restaurant s servers are the most incredibly happy and welcoming people you would want to meet. Whatever they are being paid it should be more. Thanks so much for a great experience! The food is awesome too btw.

Good food but service is wildly inconsistent. Even if it isnt busy some of the servers seem more interested in being on their phones, or looking for any excuse not to do their job.

Are you kidding me this place is always a stop for me or when tourists ask me where to go for food when I am also traveling in the area. I love the toast (I forget where the Sourdough comes from) the tea the atmosphere. I feel like so welcomed and very just at home with the comfort food and staff is just wow the place is always clean, and everyone is all around amazing. Oh yes the best is if I say I have lactose free and vegan options. And its a fantastic location. Just go visit and see for yourself You will not regret it people. Dietary restrictions: They are very amazing about dietary restrictions.

The portion size, food quality, and service have gone down significantly.

We walked in and three staff said hi within 1 min. I think they broke a record for preparing our food. Maybe 7 mins from order to table. And it was delicious! Fantastic customer service and great food!

Brick of a burger was the verdict: dense, dry, and bland - the fries were pretty good, some of the add-ins were tasty, but the prices are at the high end of what the market will bear for an aging place that always feels a little dirty and haphazard, with friendly staff, slow service, and barely average food. More gimmick than substance.

Its never a good sign when you get your Eggs Benny 2 minutes after you order. They are obviously pre-poaching their eggs and pre-toasting their English muffins. Eggs were still cold, muffins were cold and potatoes were dry and tasteless. Worst hashbrowns Ive ever had, they need to cook them to order and use salt on them right out of the fryer. Seats were torn and dirty, no salt or pepper on the tables. We were so disappointed we asked for take out boxes only after a few bites and took everything home to heat everything up and make it edible. $65 for breakfast for two of subpar food was like rubbing salt in the wounds.

Just what you want from a retro style diner, but with food better than you d expect. I am glad to see that they are still around and expanded to multiple locations. I went there 2/2 days while i was in town for breakfast and it s just as good as when I used to live in Victoria 15 years ago. Parking: Spots surround the business on two sides, if it was really busy you might not find parking but when I went there was plenty (around 10am weekday)

Probably hands down my favorite breakfast place in Victoria. Would highly recommend the BC hash so good dairy and gluten-free options. They are always so good about my allergies. The place is very busy. Usually it is such a good restaurant that everybody wants to go to it. And honestly I dont blame people for wanting to be there. It is a really cool retro kind of style place and again staff is amazing

I brought my daughter here recently, as she has never been to Floyds. There was a bit of a wait but so worth it. We both had eggs benny and it was very delish. The staff is very friendly, there service was quick, and the food was great. I still highly recommend. Best place for breakfast and lunch. Very generous servings and the staff is awesome.

I dont tend to leave reviews, but Ive been going to Floyds in both Victoria and Langford for a while now, and the service and food are exceptional. Whoever is doing the hiring process deserves a raise as they have amazing staff who are always very friendly and helpful. The food always tastes amazing and the general atmosphere, along with the entertaining menus and killer music playlist makes this my highest recommendation for anyone looking for a breakfast/brunch restaurant in the area. Five stars

Any Floyds location is always the best breakfast you will find. The best service and atmosphere along with amazing food. They are very LGBTQ+ accepting and its easy to feel comfortable here. They have good gluten-free options along with vegetarian and vegan options.

Probably the worst breakfast I ve ever had. Waffles for the Chicken Bennies were so sweet that I had to leave them out, unsweetened waffles would be way more fitting. Chicken seemed to be fried multiple days before served and nothing impressive about the hard frozen potatoes. The only thing that was okay about the dish was the eggs and hollandaise. Server was nice but a 2$ discount was not enough after the feedback I gave, might as well give no discount at all. Definitely won t be back!

Food was......edible, nothing special. Hollandaise sauce had no flavour. Potatoes were crispy, overcooked slices that were very bland. Overall the food wasnt the worst part of the experience. The service was terrible. Our server didnt check on us once. Most likely wont return.

Super awesome Food&Vibe

Food is ok. Service was not so good. We were seated and had to wait 20 minutes to have a waitress come to our table. Then 10 minutes to get waters. Restaurant floor was quite dirty when we visited. Maybe it was a bad day. I understand it is tough to keep staff these days. Maybe our experience was a one off and this isn t the norm.

Floyds Diner is one of my favorite restaurants. Very friendly staff, delicious & generous portions of food and not overpriced. Lots to choose from for breakfast and lunch options. Floyds is very popular so if you dont want to sit at the bar be prepared to wait between 15 minutes to an hour depending on when you go.

Its not often I give a 3, but I was disappointed by my experience here. The food is expensive for what it is, the food is kind of a Dinner trying to be a restaurant, and when I made an error in the ordering I didnt receive any interest from the staff. The service in general was inattentive. I wont be back.

People get angry about rating restaurants 5 stars, but its perspective, its 5 stars rated as a diner. Obviously its not il terrazzo or tapa bar. Theres a reason they have added a few locations over Victoria, its a great spot to go for a big hearty breakfast/brunch. Vegetarian options: Vegetarian hash for the wife, shes happy!

Expensive but good, expect long waits on the weekend. Non-Alcoholic drinks were overpriced but good. Dietary restrictions: Gluten free has been handled very well by the staff. Gluten free bun can be used for bennys and have had no problems
