Why are the portions so small?

Look... this place gets 5 stars based on the throwback to my childhood (food & arcade games), friendly and responsible owners, as well as value. I had the Donair tots, and they were delicious. If youre looking for a quick, filling familiar snack, then this is a must go. No hassle or reinventing the wheel here.

This restaurant is gas! Had the breakfast tot, it might just be the finest concoction I have ever seen, smelled and most importantly: Tasted. The Mexican cheesecake is a great way to end off the meal. Highly recommend will definitely come back again to support this fine establishment.

Just happened upon this place today and decided to try it out. Got the baan mi. It was the best fast food I ve had in years. Amazing. Portion size was perfect and the price is reasonable. Taste was on spot!

What a fun new addition to the Westshore! The tots are super fresh, and very tasty! A step up from Taco Bell! Good sized portions, and fresh, flavourful toppings! Decent sized sitting area, but what adds to that is the old school video game terminals at every table!! SO. MUCH. FUN. You definitely have to come try this place out! Tasty and a lot of fun!!

Great location in the Westshore Mall. Super friendly staff. Retro gaming stations at every table!! (Us Gen Xers are stoked). And when the food comes, it smells so good that you cant help but shovel it into your mouth as fast as possible. But I recommend really savoring it, cause its delicious. 5/5

Lousy customer service, you need to learn some basic skills on how to treat people, especially with your overpriced food. Lesson learned from our experience, not going back. To many other places to get better food and good service. It s what you pay for.

What kind of establishment draws in a young child with disabilities (Autism to be exact), provide games to play at every table while eating and before they finish their meal, demands that the child and his family leave, in a threatening manner? There was no issue other than the child was taking too long to finish his meal. Restaurant was empty. This incident will be reported to BBB. Unprofessional and should be investigated. Keto desserts, many diets catered too! This place is so amazing my favourite part is that it is run by a local family who take the time to listen to their customers and create such a welcoming and fun environment for everyone to be with their friends and family.

Such an excellent idea, love the food and staff. I was really impressed with how the owner of the establishment and how she handled a situation where an extremely loud/rude woman left her child in the establishment alone for over an hour. I understand they re a new business with room to improve (hopefully) and that s the only reason this isn t a 1 star. That said, customer service is a zero. Owners don t seem to know the bare minimum when it comes to dealing with the public. I ve had not one, but 3 negative experiences with this business, and I won t be back for more. The first experience, was the day before opening day and we called to see when they d be open The woman on the phone (i believe one of the owners) was very rude and almost seemed mad that I was asking. As someone who had been excited to try it for months, that alone was a turn off. Despite that, I still went and tried it, and my in person experience was not any better. I was the only customer in the place, and waited almost 5 minutes at the cash register before finally being asked Oh did you want something? from the guy behind the counter The food was mediocre and the portions are small and overpriced for what it is, the poutine tot I ordered didn t even have real cheese curds on it. I ended up going again because my bf wanted to try it, and again: terrible customer service, and the owner answered his phone in the middle of taking our order. For their sake I hope they ll be able to take feed back and learn from it, but it really just seems like they re not people-savvy.

Overpriced fast food tatertots. The husband (owner) was taking a phone call while we ordered and the wife (owner) seemed to have no clue what she was doing while making our food. The restaurant was filthy with garbage on the floor and the bins were overfilled. Clearly theyve never worked in a kitchen/retail environment before or if they have its been a long time. The layout is terrible. Dont waste your time.

When I went there it was the worst experience I have ever had , it was beoned dirty, and the food was the worst under cooked and plain ..Also over priced.. I would not send my worst enemy there .

I love the food here but seeing some of the Resent comments have asked what about and some Karen came in left her children there for 3 hours to be specific without paying for the table saying that her kid is adhd and that the employees where in the wrong gets 10 of her friends to write bad comments and if you look at there profiles all comments other than the one totchos on all profiles have 5 stars on all other reviews singleing out this place for not getting free food others like to eat here and this is one of the only fun places in Langford at the moment Parking: Easy parking normally really close Kid-friendliness: The games are so kid friendly and easy for ppl to get along and have a fun time

Talk about your semi-hidden gems! For under $9 before tax and tip, I ordered the pulled pork tots but with tzatziki instead of sriracha and they were delicious! And if that wasnt enough, this friendly, family run joint boasts ready-to-play Super Nintendo consoles at each of their 5 or so booths - each loaded with plenty of your favorite games! Each one has 2 controllers so bring a friend :) Already looking forward to my next visit!

Food is pretty basic you can make it at home for cheap. You go for the experience of playing old school video games with friends! Its just for fun and definitely a casual spot. I will say, the Mexican cheesecake was really great but of course still over priced.

They ve allowed for birthday party rentals in a place that literally only has like 6 booths. What a terrible idea. Nowhere for customers to sit. Secondly, members attending the birthday party (don t know if friends with the owners or staff) were behind the counter multiple times while I was ordering. The food? It s deep fried tater tot s in oil that clearly isn t hot enough .aka greasy, overpriced, pit of your gut food. Wouldn t recommend and wouldnt return. It was equivalent to REALLY bad Taco Bell . Promoting your food as keto and gluten free but then selling people heavy, unflattering, unhealthy food is NOT a way to promote your food items.

Fun addition to the mall. Decent bang for buck when trying to grab a quick bite on the go. $8-$10 dollars for a serving is something thats hard to find. Will be back next time to try the games out.

Great value, awesome concept!! Im a big fan of all things tots...so this was a must try! Given that ive made a tonne of my own tatchos, I had to try the Bahn Min (ok...i dont spell so good). I was surprised by how satisfying it was. Generous portion, and every bit had a great texture. The vintage games at the table was also a nice touch. We ve been many times and enjoy the food and the games. Great portion sizes and food is always tasty, the place is always clean. I ve never found staff to be rude or unpleasant like others have commented. We ve always been received well but that s just my experience!

Wow! Even when they were slammed they were so polite and considerate. Love the classic video game tables, great place for a quirky first date. Had the poutine tots and a pineapple dole whip and they were both delicious! Was very excited to see they have dole whip. Also love the retro game set ups, and the service was great. Would definitely recommend.

Very delicious tater tots loaded with creative and fresh toppings. The taco taters were our favourite but pulled pork was a close second (the siracha dressing was so incredibly delicious). Portions are huge and we left feeling very satisfied. Love that pretty well everything on the menu is gluten free. THANK YOU!!! The owner is a lovely person and so kind and accommodating. Really impressed with the vintage video games at each table. Can t wait to return!!

First time trying - we ordered the pulled pork & the donair for delivery. Both were great - big portions with LOADS of toppings! I love a totcho! My only criticism is that I had wished the donair meat was actual donair meat instead of ground beef. It was more taco-y with tzatziki in my opinion. But still delicious! We will order again for sure!

Very good. I got the poutine tots and my mother got the pulled pork. I also tried the dole float. It was nice, but I would recommend the owner maybe trade the pineapple juice for sprite. So you get that fizz a float would have. I still give 5 stars

Place needs a minor aesthetic upgrade to give less of a mom & pops store vibe, and needs something to draw people in (maybe have some of the sauces cooking in the front area to get an aroma going?) but the grub and the games are great Wheelchair accessibility: Its in a mall so..
