Decent vegan pizza but unfortunately the owner of this location is opposed to safe and sustainable infrastructure so that's a pass from me.
If you want to recreate a panago pizza for an incredibly cheap price, just buy anti stick spray on! They use so much of it on their pizza that it is all you can taste. No flavour from the cheese, sauce, pepperoni, or even the pool of grease on there pizza. It purely tastes like anti stick spray

We ordered 2 pizzas mega meat which was the worst pizza we had ever have. Both pizzas were cold, hardly any cheese and it was very dried out. We will never order from panago again. By the way it cost us 49.00 for what? garbage!
Absolutely useless. I let one of their drivers into my building after he buzzes and ten minutes later im opening my door looking down the hall for him and eventually he comes from the wrong direction looking down. And actual drug addict. Spits on the floor of my hallway... Appologizes like an idiot and for some reason i let my wofe order from these people a year later and what do ya know... an hour afyer ordering she calls and apparently no one put the order in... Manager says no problem sorry we will make a new one. 20 minutes tops. 45 minutes later they show up... with cold pizza. Literally pathetic. Avoid like the plague. Check my reviews. Theyre always 100% honest and on point. #$% this location.
3 medium pizzas for $70! I expected more given their glowing promo of their gluten smart crust. My pizza was gluten free - This is the undercooked gummy dough. The texture and taste reminded me of old-style gluten free. I suppose the dough overpowered the taste of toppings; the slice felt mushy and flavourless in my mouth. I’ve had delicious GF pizza from dominos and sarpinos. It can be done! My family wanted panago. I tried baking a piece to cook the dough after microwaving didn’t work. The taste was the same. I won’t eat this pizza. I phoned for a refund, they put me through to “customer care” and they couldn’t refund me. The local shop has to phone me back in 1 to 3 days. And I have to go over all this again for a third time! Not a good way to treat new customers.
Downgraded to 1 star. Ordered two vegetarian pizzas last night, artichoke and a veggie pepperoni, both were tasteless.😕 Didn't seem to have any seasoning and very skimpy on the toppings, including cheese. Crust was chewy and too thick around the outside for a thin crust. For $50, expected better. If I have to add toppings and cheese to make a pizza edible, may as well stick to store bought ones at less than half the price. Not impressed.😕 ............ My Previous 4 star review: Have had a few orders from this location, since moving recently. Only one that wasn't perfect( crust very thick around the edge and I hate thick crust). Otherwise, all very good. With the less than satisfactory order, their call center apologized and willingly offered to "make it right" which was appreciated .😀 Taking ownership for mistakes seems to be a dying art, happily not the case with Panago. Brought us a free Cheesy Bread with our last order. both pizzas were perfect, nice thin crust and generously topped. Love the organic tomato sauce. No complaints. Delivery drivers are consistently pleasant too! 😁

The girl at the till and making the pizza. She did not wash her hands everytime she handled cash. Went straight to making pizzas. Esquimalt panago. Food safety please.

Pretty consistent but nothing spectacular. Its a chain so you know what to expect. Jalapeno ranch dip is the bomb though, definitely recommended.

Ive not been to Panagopoulos for over 12 years. Took a go at it and did a make your own, along with some other items on the side. It was delicious; no bubbles or holes in the dough (79% of the time, any other pizza place has holes and bubbles, wasnt any burnt surfaces, the melting was great and even, and wasnt dripping greese either. Thin crust multigrain is really good folks!!!!! Paid for our order in the store, staff was very personable and polite. Although its a franchise, I give it the five starts over all for the entire experience from ordering to our last bite!

When I get pizza, it s usually from Panago. They have a pretty decent gluten-free crust option and also Beyond Meat! Their app is so easy to use and the customer service is good too. The Esquimalt location is very consistent with their quality and the staff are great!

10/10 Was surprised to learn about the delicious plant based options so I picked up a great combo deal from this location and had all my questions answered by the knowledgeable staff. Everything was made correctly. The pizza and salad are so yummy and Ill definitely be back for the next special pizza day.

Pre ordered online hours in advance. When I went to pickup at designated time, they told me to come back in 10 minutes. The whole point of being able to order online is to be able to have it ready and waiting for you. Complete failure on service here.

Buffalo chicken thin crust extra cheese sensational.
Fresh, delicious. Very addictive. Fast delivery. The wings are good. The thin pizza meets my exact dietary needs. Personal favourite: pesto, back bacon, chicken,spinach, feta. Always satisfied so far.

Ordered 12 pizzas here for a group event. Ordering was simple and the staff met the established pickup time perfectly. All pizzas were fresh and hot and were just being finished off when I arrived. Staff at the store were friendly and professional

Pizza was ok but the ordering process was a bit of a nightmare. Live less than a kilometre from the nearest Panago location but its late and were tired so we opted for delivery. Kid who answered couldnt figure out which location was closest in spite of having our address. Kept saying we were in the next town over even though there is no street with the name we gave over there. Then would forget what we ordered and would ask again. I mean come on. Its one pizza! Youre sitting in front of a computer you can type this information into! It cant be that hard! In the end we were so frustrated we cancelled delivery and just picked it up. Took less time than trying to explain our order to a dimwit employee. Icing on the cake: I asked the guy at the till how I would go about lodging a complaint about the ordering experience and his exact words were, I dont know, Ive never ordered from Panago, then turned his back on me and walked away. First and last time ordering from Panago. The pizza wasnt good enough to cancel out the experience.
