Small portions, decent quality, pretty expensive for what you get. The dough on the pizza is very good but not a lot of toppings and they fall off. We were over charged for a dish but didn t realize until after. Service was not personal and very sterile at best. Wouldn t return.

This place is delightful and the waiter Michael is such a gem of a human being! He was so personable and had a great demeanor/ sense of humor! He made our trip to this establishment one that will bring us back for years to come! Thank you for excellent service we could not have asked for more

We stopped here for desserts and Monte Cristo coffee, trying four different desserts all of which were delicious! Its a very cozy and pleasant place. A special thanks to Supervisor Emma T., who went above and beyond her regular duties to make our day memorable! Kid-friendliness: Kids loved it ! and want to come back!

Great arugula salad; perfect peppery touch. Pizza is spectacular as well. Was difficult to get into on a Saturday evening but well worth the effort.

Edit: Ive been here four times now. The pizza is consistently great . The service is consistently very slow. Really enjoyed the Quattro, add procuitto! Also recommend burrata with sardines We shared Funghi and Capricciosa pizzas, Arugula salad, and the olives. Everything was really nice. The pizza has a nice chew to it, while still being soft. Service was 3/5, very slow. Atmosphere was very nice on the patio. Its really unclear where you are supposed to park for the restaurant. You have to go to the desk and get a pass to the parkade which was fairly annoying but there is very little street parking. So now you know to go straight to the desk and not try all the driveways like I did!

Terrible experience with service tables outside were half empty. We were told it s over an hour wait we said okay we will go elsewhere but can we have one cocktail . Staff told us we can t have a cocktail unless we order food because the servers get confused? Unable to get a table but if you just want to stay 10 minutes for a cocktail it s not an option? Very strange and negative experience we will not be going back anytime soon.

Very bad experience, the restaurant does not reserve seats for walk-in customers. Even if 80% of the seats are empty, you still need to wait. Do walk-in customers not count?

What a joke, show up at 6:30, the inside is empty (not a single table with customers), the patio is less than 1/2 full and hostess tells us its 15 min wait. Were regular customers and know many of the service staff, cant believe how poorly we were treated.

Am I living in the twilight zone? Terrible, terrible service. We call hours ahead of time - no reservations for outside seating, no problem at all. We come later that night for dinner, outside is empty save one couple dining. The catch, front desk says our outside seating is fully reserved - WHAT?

Good: Burrata. Ok: Pizza (charred beyond edible in comment; paper thin and soggy; super chincy on toppings; tasty tho. Brisket or whatever was Rick hard tho tasty on mediocre and cold polenta. Bad: service was abysmal. I do not blame the two servers who were covering over 12 tables by themselves. However, neither looked at us or said anything like I will be right with you or sorry for the wait. They were frantic and frowning. No food runner. No busser. One hotel F&B manager was very nice and jumped in to be our waiter after we waited over 10 minutes to be greeted and have our order taken. Hostess was great and took on a table because no one was able to serve them. Clearly a scheduling or budgeting dysfunction that made it a horrible experience. Also, they didn t use all the outside heaters available, so we were cold as were others. However, the food was just ok.

We really enjoyed our dinner at Faro last night. Great patio, good food, and lovely service.

The pizza was Italian-style and tasty. The crust of the pizza was great. However, they dont allow carrying emotional support dogs on the patio, which is a bit weird. Additionally, there is no parking space available.

Best pizza in Victoria. The combo with their hot-honey sauce can not be beat.

Ive never had a bad meal at Faro. The food is always fantastic and the service is delightful. Special shoutout to Michael who served us most recently (and also remembered us from a visit a few years ago!). I would definitely recommend the Spicy Beast pizza, the broccolini, and the honey roast pear burrata.

Good experience, lack of choice in the cocktail menu however...

Wonderful ambience, and our server was fantastic. First time in the rebuilt Oak Bay Beach Hotel and it was gorgeous, upscale but not pretentious. Had the Bianco Verde and Margherita with added arugula. The tomato sauce was flavourful and the outer crust was chewy and nicely done. It got quite soggy quickly so perhaps the thickness under the toppings needs to be dialed in, but will definitely be back!

It was a great place to stop during our drive around the island

Food, atmosphere and service all excellent! Went with my family, ordered 3 pizza s and the Meatballs. All were terrific. They did make a small error with the meatballs mistaking the order with another dish but quickly replaced it and gave us desert on the house for the delay. We ve eaten there several times and keep going back as they know how to treat customers while at the same time serve terrific food which I have found is extremely rare in Victoria.

Michael was our server and he was absolutely exceptional! We were exhausted and it was busy and he treated us like we were royalty! I think he is one of a kind and we can t wait to come back again!

Lovely staff and excellent service by our waitress, but mixed reviews on the pizza. Mine was burnt, but family members said theirs were delicious. Called to ask if they had cake as I didn t see it on the online menu and it was my mother s 87th birthday. Was told no, but you can bring your own. So, found a birthday cake and took it early so my mom would be surprised. Was told we don t have room for a cake and there is a $25 cake fee. Then - when ordering saw they indeed did have cake on the menu. Thankfully we were staying at the hotel and could celebrate in our room. Very disappointed in the mixed and incorrect information I received. Ruined the birthday surprise. :( Vegetarian options: Few vegetarian options and not one vegan option on the pizza menu. Thankfully they did have a vegan cashew cheese option so I could create my own choice. Disappointed, unfortunately.

Pizza is excellent and this place has potential but they don t do substitutions if you have allergies so you are out of luck if you want to eat there and have any sensitivities. They have modified for us for years in the past but have recently stopped. This is the second time we are disappointed with the service. We supported them all through the pandemic by doing takeout but once they got busy again in the summer of 2022 they refused to do takeout for awhile. Guess they have too many customers now.

The carpaccio, with both capers and caper berries, is excellent.

Servers were very sweet to us. My funghi pizza was incredible even the leftovers cold were very good. I highly recommend FARO and I will be back.

Great pizza although the Funghi is very Gorgonzola forward which almost ruins it. The fine around menu is a great deal.

Simply fantastic everything from the ambiance to the quality of food and service. Our waitress Ambrosia was the perfect server. The arugula salad and bread were phenomenal and the pizzas were full of flavour and the crust and undercarriage were cooked to perfection. Will definitely return in the future! Worth going out of your way to visit.

Fantastic meal and overall experience! Their marguerita is perfect, I spent days raving about it. The tiramisu and aperol spritz are also worth mentioning because I find it very hard to find good ones in town. The service was amazing, they were all friendly and accommodating, and we just felt welcomed and cared for. Thank you so much for a great experience :)

Amazing pizza and good atmosphere

The 2 pizzas we got were fantastic, but I wouldn t order dessert there again I decided to get the $16 tiramisu, and it was tiny and thin. It was 4 bites, 2 bites if you have a bigger mouth than me, for $16.

We had the Arugula salad and Funghi pizza plus a desert and everything was incredible. Michael was also very kind and attentive. Will definitely come back.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at this lovely restaurant, and I must say that the service was exceptional. Our waitress, Cara, truly went above and beyond to ensure that our dining experience was memorable. I highly recommend the tuna crudo!

Awesome place to have dinner. I had a peposo (polenta and short ribs) and my wife had a marguerita pizza. Food was great. We should visit this place once more and have something different. Great service: everybody is very polite. Food was served very quickly: around 10 minutes.

I love it here. The food is a little pricey, but worth every dime. Try anything with the burrata. Youll thank me later.

Atmosphere is amazing, service is fantastic. The food is pricey. I ordered a steak that came with mashed potatoes, the mashed potatoes did not taste anything like mashed potatoes. I was told that it was a new dish they had introduced and that the potatoes were cooked in using souvide (Im not sure if this is the right spelling).

In my opinion, this is the best pizza in Victoria. I ordered the Margarita pizza. The crust was amazing and the tomato sauce was incredible. The wood fired oven makes everything perfect. Service was friendly and efficient. Sit on the deck weather permitting.

Overrated. Grossly. We are staying at the hotel and were told we MUST try the pizza while we are here. Soggy, undercooked, generally underwhelming and way too expensive for what we got. Disappointing to say the least.

Take out was cold, prosciutto on one of the pizzas was not cut at all but the pizza was . Not sure how that happens

Food was OK, price-wise, high, compared to your typical pizza joint, however this is gourmet pizza and your getting an complete richer experience. Service was excellent. Parking provided by the hotel. Beautiful location. Take your date there to impress. Reservations recommended. Highly recommended to try it at least once. Parking: Drive up to the hotel front entry, valet will bring you a free parking pass to allow you to park underground.

This is our new favorite spot. The staff are truly lovely and the pizza and cocktails are perfect. The green velvet booth is a whole vibe.

Came here with a friend for lunch during our visit to the Boathouse spa and fell in love with the pizza. Have been talking it up to my sister who was flying in from out of town tonight. Riley was so sweet and helped to make sure that she was able to try it despite a slightly delayed plane - always speaks volumes when staff go above and beyond. Got the Funghi, Capriciosa and Gameri. All were amazing.

Great place by the ocean. We ordered pizza, bread and salad. Everything tasted great and service was good too. Will definitely be back.

We had a dinner with 16 people, the service was not the best, not the worst, we got things in a reasonable time, even thought our menu was even pre-ordered. We did some appetizers and pizza tasting. The pizzas were experimental but very well done, the hot pizza was actually really hot and delicious. Prices were pretty ok considering it is a hotel restaurant.

Best place for quality pizzas on Van Island, Shea, Murtuza and Leo were great in hospitality. Must visit if you are in victoria to experience 5 star service and luxury ocean view hotel rooms. A big thanks to Shea Mckenzie!!!

It was absolutely DELICIOUS! We came here our first night in town and it was so good that we came back our last night before leaving. We tried different things each time and it s some of the best pizza I ve ever had. The service was great, everyone was incredibly friendly and offered plenty of advice on the menu. We can t wait to come back again someday!

Delicious, authentic Italian pizzas

Another dinner with friends/family at Faro. As with previous forays, food and drink were great. We sat in the main room, which is a bit startling in its brightness. One might think that sitting in the main area would generate attentive service, but we sat quite some time awaiting contact with our server, who then made a big deal of telling us that nobody had told him we were his to serve. This set the tone for the fluster and bluster of the remainder of our meal, which wasnt great. Salads and pizzas were, as usual, delicious. Ordering these to share works out to be a good-sized meal. Unfortunately, fruit flies descended on us and made finishing the meal a bit of a race. When we mentioned to the server that at least one of our drinks was compromised by the fruit flies, he just told us they knew they were bad but what can you do. No effort to replenish drinks or apologize. We headed out to get further beverages elsewhere. I used to think the main dining area was prime, but in future, well ask for the annexed area further into the hotel and hope for a bit better of an experience. In any case, the food at Faro is consistently good, and service can vary -- so I still recommend it!

The best pizza in town, they make a simple margarita into a masterpiece, and the fungi pizza was amazing as well! Do yourself a favor and try the olives, theyre delicious and a great bang for your buck.

Reviews indicate that the average price per person at Faro Handcrafted Pizza is between $30 and $40. However, it is important to note that management sets a price of $75 per person for larger parties of more than eight guests, such as the one I am organizing for a family birthday lunch. This is excessive for a pizza lunch and serves as a deterrent for larger gatherings in the future.

What a great experience! We sat at the bar for dinner. Had a wonderfully made Manhattan by a thoughtful and entertaining bartender. We shared beef carpaccio which was delicious and also a fantastic pizza. If you like meat and spicy you have to try the Spicy Beast! Wow it was very good! Thank you Farro people.

The food is full of flavor, made with simple quality ingredients. We had the arugula salad, it was perfect to warm our palette for the perfection of the pizza to come. We had the Funghi and Finnochio pizzas and they were divine!

Pizza looked great but it would be amazing to see gluten-friendly options for pizza! We had some sharable plates instead. Our server was TOP NOTCH very warm, knowledgeable and friendly. Limited tables but a quaint environment. Nice option to visit while staying at the Oak Bay Resort. We had the beef carpaccio, olives, and caprese burrata.

We had a great time at this fun pizza bar. Really good Braised Beef Rib - over the top good- And the pizza crust one of the best we have ever had.

We had our (small, 7 person) annual leadership retreat dinner at the Faro while we were staying at the Oak Bay Beach Hotel, and the experience was fantastic. The service was exceptional, everyone was happy with their food, and the atmosphere was perfect as the music wasnt too loud and we could hear each other and engage in conversation - this was a HUGE perk for us! Ill share one last kudos to our server as she was engaged, knowledgeable and funny which added even more to our experience.

Its a wonderful night when the service and the food both align to 5 . Sorry no pictures. We had the arugula salad a delightful blend of light flavors, crunchy fresh arugula, pears and roasted hazelnuts. I let my friend pick the pizza as I always choose the same one. We enjoyed the Capricciosa very much. Great wine to pair with our dinner as well. Our server Richelle went above and beyond and made it a wonderful experience.

Surprisingly poor dining experience for such a wonderful and unique hotel. Weve been guests of the Oak Bay Beach Hotel for several years now and its the best hotel on Vancouver Island in my opinion, possibly in Canada. FARO has several issues, the first is the lighting. Its far too bright for an intimate dining experience, it felt more like a diner. The next is the sound, its eerily quiet in there which felt uncomfortable. Top tier restaurants never have guests eat in silence. The appetizer menu was poor, the pizza was very average with not much flavour, and dessert menu was uninspiring. Nolan was a very pleasant, charming and attentive server and he made the meal better. The restaurant has a good reputation, Im just really struggling to see why, as it certainly needs some work to get the glowing reviews theyre looking for.

Exceptional meal. Ridiculously good craft cocktails. Absolutely hit the spot on both. Staff was super friendly to boot!

Pizza was sauced well and cooked well, nice crust. Staff was super nice and speedy service. It is pretty pricey for what you get, and their freshly baked bread seemed the opposite cold, chewy where is the fresh focaccia???

The food here is gorgeous. Everything tastes delicious and the beverages are exceptional. The service and atmosphere are lovely as well. However, when I visited the restaurant two month ago for coffees, they said it was their policy that they could not provide seating for customers ordering only coffee. I always loved coffee in a warm mug and did not quite like paper cups, plus the resaurant wasnt busy at the time I visited. Anyway, I used to come here quite often, and I always ordered lots of food and was generous when it came to tipping. Now I just dont want to come back because I was simply unhappy.

First timer, great place, lots of room, between tables. Delicious pizza. Had Hawaiian, was one of the best Ive ever had.

Love Faro, their menu is small but they have perfected every item on their menu, pizza, desserts, wine and beverages, they even made a strawberry mocktail for my kids. One of my favourite spots to go with my kids to eat outside.

As an ex pizzeria owner its hard for me to say that was a good pizzavery often but faro made me said it today.me and my wife visited faro on Sunday (finally he had some sun).we ordered funghi as the server Michaels fav.my wife loved it.and I ordered pizza with prawns.both were super delicious.and I mean it.they beautiful patio outside right by the street.thanks to ellice,Michael and Carolina making this pizzeria rocks.

Great food and service.

I had the four cheese pizza. Lots of good, classic flavour combinations but they added too much blue cheese, overpowering the other flavours. Dough was a bit too thick as well. Service was great, the latte was nice.

For an expensive pizza place the pizza is less than average. Its all about the crust and Faros is just too doughy and lacks flavour. Too bad as the ambiance is very nice. Perhaps just drinks if we go back.

Very disappointing experience. What a MASSIVE let down. NOTHING like it is advertised!! Made reservations a week in advance as this was supposed to be the place for authentic Italian pizza and wine tasting. Sat us on the patio where we practically froze. Asked for a blanket, which helped slightly. Asked for the outdoor fire pit that was beside us to be turned on. It never was. The drinks we ordered took over half an hour to be brought to us. No wine flights or pairings as it was advertised. When asked what the hold up was the waitress explained that the bar was just slammed with drink orders, yet the restaurant was not even 1/4 full!! Waited an hour for our food to come. The waitress said the kitchen was slammed with take out orders. What a let down and even more disappointing! Pizza was over cooked, had hard burnt crust and bottom. Could not even bite and eat the crust, if we wanted to! Unable to fold a slice of pizza. Authentic? No way! What a joke! No one even asked how our experience was. We left the same way we arrived...sober and hungry. To top it off, it even took just as long to get our bill. Had to ask two different servers for the bill so we could leave. Went to the SNUG PUB to get taken care of properly. We will never return to Faro and suggest you save your money and dont waste your time. Not worth it.

During our stay at Oak Bay Hotel, we visited Faro for dinner one night and glad we did! The restaurant has a modern feel and we were able to get seated quickly around 8pm. Our server was helpful and friendly and we appreciated her attention. We shared the prosciutto & melon appetizer and pepperoni pizza. The appetizer was so delicious with the combination of salty from the prosciutto and sweet from the melon and white balsamic. Also enjoyed the basil in this dish. The pizza was one of the best pizzas I ve had in awhile. The pepperoni and hot honey combination works so well, salty, sweet and a lil spice! The pizza slices were also sturdy and didn t fall apart when you picked it up. Would definitely recommend you give Faro a try!

Great service and cocktails! Unfortunately the pizza is just okay. For the price you can do much better in Victoria. Would recommend checking out Pizzeria Prima Strada if you want something similar but better.

The restaurant was very nice and the staff were wonderful. The food tasted great, we had carpaccio, 3 pizzas, the Caprese salad and the sardines. Two of the pizzas were kind of soggy but luckily still tasted yummy.

Service was a bit slow (we waited 25 min for 4 pizzas), but other than that, we had a fantastic experience! It was getting cold outside so our waiter gave us blankets and she also refilled our hot teapot kettle a few times. The food was delicious and the decor inside the restaurant looked really nice too.

How good was Faro Pizza? Maybe if I ask you a question: When was the last time you ate an entire pizza by yourself faster than you drank a pint of beer? Like a good book, my capricciosa pizza was too good to put down! And the staff were spot on: they lit a heater for me when the wind picked up, engaged in conversation as the night carried on (Unfortunately, I happened to be dining alone), and observantly provided replacements as my glass emptied. All in all, a near perfect pizza meal! Bravo Faro!!!

FARO apparently offers takeout. When I called ahead to order I received a message which stated that if I left my number that they would call me back... Almost a week later I have not heard back from them!

Very impressed with our server/bartender, Yoshi. He was prompt, knowledgeable, welcoming, dedicated, and genuine. He created an experience for us even though restaurant dining was full.

The food is excellent, the cappacinos are to die for and Nolan is an outstanding server.

Food was ok and the ambience was bland. When reserving our table, the app provides an option to highlight a special occasion. We indicated it was a birthday celebration but the server made no mention of it. I personally don t care if the server didn t say happy birthday , but if you make that an option when booking a table, the restaurant should do something with that information, like a mention at minimum, and perhaps a free cookie or whatever. Overall, the experience didn t inspire us to come back anytime soon.

There are two places to be seated inside this restaurant, and they are very different so try to identify your preference when you reserve. Faro Lane is beautiful, dimly lit and romantic - great for couples or small intimate groups. The main restaurant is bright and more contemporary - good if you are bringing children or just want a fun casual bite with friends. On our visit we enjoyed the 4-cheese and the whole beast pizzas. Both were delicious, decent sized and fairly priced. The drink selection caters highly to wine and cocktail drinkers. More beer selection would be our one request, particularly seasonal draft offerings that highlight the many wonderful local breweries we have on the island. The service was attentive and friendly. Thank you Nolan for taking such good care of us.

We didnt have a reservation and were lucky to attend during outdoor-only pandemic dining, and get a table with only a tiny wait. This place is lovely! Service was excellent, Michael our server was a gem. We each had a different pizza - both delicious! Happy to continue to support this wonderful establishment when we are next in the area.

We had the arugula salad and whole beast pizza. Both were delicious! Its a fancy place, so expect smallish portions and great flavour.

Hostess was unaccomodating. Tried to get a couple of pizzas to go and was told that it would take an hour??? Noticed there were several empty tables and asked for a table instead, she replied no. Reviews very good for hand crafted pizza so ordered and went for an hour walk. Summary, upon our return 2 couples in line behind us were seated and eating and our pizza was still not ready. Food deserves 5 stars!

The staff were great, and the patio was nice. The pizza was ok - the crust was great but that was where the satisfaction ended for me. I would be willing to go back and try a different pizza to see if they have one with more flavor profile. Additionally I was not overly impressed by the wine selection.

We called today to place a pickup order (of which we do quite frequently). In fact this time it was a birthday request to order their pizzas for a take out picnic in the park for my wife. While trying to place the pickup order, I was told that they are no longer offering pick orders till some time in the fall and that they are only offering dine in service. I questioned this as it makes ZERO sense why you would actively turn away business that doesnt take up your limited dine in space, especially during a pandemic when seating is significantly restricted. NOT TO MENTION, THEIR WEBSITE STILL STATES: FARO is currently open for indoor and outdoor dining, as well as takeaway. Absolutely no mention of take out dining not being an option!!! I asked why and I was actually told over the phone that they get enough business from dine in service and DO NOT NEED our pickup order business. Seriously!?! WOW!!! Good to know that you DO NOT NEED my business!! I will happily take MY business to other local businesses that DO need and appreciate my support and patronage!!!! You ruined my wifes birthday as we had no where else to go as it was last minute and completely unexpected. One of my previous experiences here was also a very poor customer service experience. I had ordered pick up and arrived 5 minutes early to pick up my order and pay. The server rang up my order and I paid, she then told me that she had mistakenly charged me someone elses order which turned out to be $2 less than my order. I had tipped 20% on the bill so I saw this as not an issue. She advised me that she would need to get a manager to fix it. I was asked to wait off to the side. I questioned why it mattered as the $2 was immaterial and I had tipped 20%. She still insisted that she needed to fix it. So I waited 10 minutes for the manager. I again explained to him that it makes no sense to make a customer wait over $2. He tried to fix it but had the wrong machine. He then left to find another machine and came back 5 minutes later to try again to refund me and then charge me again. All in all I waited 20 minutes for them to charge me, refund me and charge me again for an extra $2! Due to all of this and the extremely poor customer service I did not tip anything on the recharge of my order so you and your staff lost out on receiving a 20% tip on a take out order all over a $2 difference and making me wait 20 minutes to fix YOUR error! Even after this original issue, we let it slide because the food was good. Now that we have been faced with several issues, we will no longer frequent this establishment. We will let all of our friends and family know as well. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!

very yummy food & cocktails! a wonderful patio and inside! they provide blankets & heaters for the outside too. felt covid safe as there was lots of space around the tables and safe all were wearing masks.

Went to Faro tonight for the first time. It was my boyfriends birthday. The food was amazing, the service was stellar and the cocktails were dangerously delicious! 10 out of 10! Highly recommend.

Pretty terrible, thin and over priced pizza

I heard that the pizza was amazing so I gave this place a try. I was disappointed. The pizza was soggy from the crust edge inward. The toppings were delicious but the crust was too soggy such that you could not pick up the slice without all the toppings falling off. I was the only person in the dining area. The cook thought it was funny to bring out a dead mouse in a trap into the dining area. Seriously! When I complained to the server about both the pizza and the mouse, the server said that mice were a problem in Victoria. I dont think he understood that I rather not see a dead mouse while I am eating!

We really expected more from Faro. Pizza was soggy and as though a 4 year old made it. In fact my little niece whom is 5 makes better pizza. Pear arugula salad was extremely small for the price charged. So sad because the location and staff were nice. They really need to pull it together if they wish to survive.

Just enjoyed the best pizza I have ever eaten. The pepperoni had a chilli infused honey glaze which gave the pizza a subtle but delicious sweet taste. The thin pizza base was perfectly cooked. All supported by a delicious local red wine and super service from Murtuza. Very highly recommended.

This is such a beautiful place to dine in. If you re staying at the hotel or prefer to take away, they offer that too. We opted to take away. We had the melon & parma starter, two pizzas and the chocolate dessert. They prepared everything in about 15 minutes - super fast, even though they seemed quite busy. Our favorite ended up being the parma and melon, as it was so fresh and tasty. The pizzas were delicious too and especially the Whole Beast was so fully loaded with toppings. Definitely check them out if you re in Oak Bay!

Excellent cocktails and wine list, pizza was ok. Price was fine for the quality of food, though the quality was not in the same ball park of the hotel which is a 10/10

Weren t sure about the place as it kind of looked like a coffee shop. We had probably our best meal in Victoria here. For starters we had The Tuna, the Caprese and some bread. We then had the bufala margarita pizza for main to share and it was all really excellent. Our server was lovely. She was knowledgeable and kind and had great recommendations. I think her name was Ambrosia. Highly recommend.

This is a hidden gem. It s a high quality dining experience at the Oak Bay Beach Hotel but very reasonably priced. All of the pizzas are excellent, stone baked deliciousness and there s a great cocktail list to go with them. Weekly specials are usually delicious ideas from the chef. In the summer you can enjoy the patio seating as well. A great date or treat yourself spot. Highly recommended.

Massive disappointment. OBH is one our favourite places to go, beautiful setting and lovely ambiance. Faro pizzeria would have been a perfect match for this great hotel, but I predict they are not going to last long! $32 for a assorted plate of cold cuts with two pieces of cheese and bread is outrages! Pizza was good if it had more cheese on it. They called the pizza Neapolitan Pizza!! I guess They never had pizza from Napoli. Wine list just mediocre.

We sat on the patio and had THE BEST service from our server: she was kind, funny, personable, professional and all around lovely. Really impressed with how you guys have adapted to Covid, keeping space, and making dining nice and comfortable again, we really really appreciate it. And both our pizzas (pepperoni and the shrimp one) were great (pepperoni for the ultimate win though!). Take care!

I had the Argentinian prawn pizza and pepperoni. One of the best Neapolitan style pizzas I ve had in BC. The crust was airy, puffy and crispy and the bottom was super thin. The prawns were juicy and the pepperoni had honey drizzled that gave it a sweet and savoury flavour. Definitely will return. Service was also great!

The funghi pizza we ordered here was amazing!!!
