Today person at the till was uncalled for and not retail service friendly I feel like the guy who had issues today shouldn’t take it out on people. Racist as hell and as a place in esqumailt territory I wouldn’t recommend shopping here as a First Nations person lucky they don’t have a protest deal with one of us deal with all of us
Bought a founders favourite pizza, and they literally put raw toppings onto an already cooked pepperoni pizza.
This place is a joke 😭. Ordered a founders favourite pizza, and the worker literally threw raw toppings ontop of a premade pepperoni pizza. It would be fine if he put cheese on top to cover it up, but he obviously didn’t care lol. Don’t go here, unless your expecting incompetent service.
My pizza had a fly cooked into it… they weren’t too concerned about making it better or retaining a customer.
Fast pickup. I like to order using their website rather than the app (which I use while in Seattle US but don’t enjoy). Pretty cool website ergonomics in Canada and order completed in 1 minute. Good job guys.
We have an allergy so I order the pizza accordingly it came with the allergy on it. We couldn’t eat it and because I ordered thru the website but it’s door dash that delivers the store couldnt do anything about it. Horrible way to run a business so I have pizza that can’t be eaten yay!
Pizza is hot and delicious, the guys working today around 2p are great! Excellent customer service. Didn’t get their names but hopefully they get raises! They deserve it.
I do not know how they messed up our order. We ordered a deal for $20 which is supposed to have Pretzel Crust Pizza, Pretzel Pull-A-Part Bread, and Classic Pepperoni Pizza Bundle , Cheezy Caesar Dip. But we got 2 pretzel bread, just the pep pizza and the dip. They were fast though. We called them after we got home. They said we can come back or just claim our pretzel pizza next time.

Ordered online, and when I went to pick up the order they didnt sell the dessert at the location.(not a problem) but when I asked for a refund I was told they didnt know how to refund the item. I asked if someone there knew how and was told to call customer support, then she walked away.. Not impressed with the undertrained staff and poor customer service
Crazy bread was the worst. No butter no garlic no cheese. Left 5buck cash tip wish I could get that back. Threw them out after one bite. Cost cutting has ruined the once mighty Crazy bread. Wont be back Food

Ordered a bundle through UberEats. Was sent some completely different bundle. When I called the store to ask why, was told we dont have that anymore and the food I got was what it is now. I asked why they didnt call to let me know. She made an irritated noise and asked if there was anything else I needed then hung up. Update your menu on the app. And fire whoever answers your phone because shes not helping anything.
Absolutely terrible service, barely came here as it was, I will never come back. I work in the industry on the ground floor, just appalling. Edit: Went to Pizza Hut, 5stars

I always enjoy my food from the Esquimalt Little Caesars. The food is always hot and the wait times short. The service is simply the best. They are helpful and very pleasant to deal with.

Convenient, quick and affordably priced
Id like to give better than 2 stars but cant due to how bad their web page is. We tried to order a Supreme pizza last night, but simply could not find it on their site. I called to make sure they still offer it, and they do. So had to order by phone, so I couldnt pay before getting there. I phoned from my car when I arrived and they told me it was ready. Had to go inside and wait several minutes to pay, with other people coming and going -- not ideal re Covid. If I could have ordered and paid online, could have run in and got the pizza in seconds from their heated display case. The pizza was pretty good, but not hot enough -- had to microwave the last couple of slices.
The prices at Little Caesars are fair the pizza is good and they have good coupons.
Pizza was cold on arrival. Little Caesars denied my refund. Go somewhere else

I went to the Equimalt Shopping Center Little Ceasars . I ordered the 12Veggie . I was very disappointed. Hardly any garnishment .Almost bare of ingredients. Not worth the price. . I do not recommend this pizza.

Its really cheap so dont expect gourmet pizza but if you go there during dinner hours its ready to go out the door. The Crazy bread has a shake on it that is delicious the bread it self is kinda chewy and doughy. They always have medium pizza for under 10 bucks. There is no seating no washroom and its in a strip mall that hasnt been renovated in a while but thats probably part of the reason its so cheap.
The pizza was fine. What I would expect from Little Caesars. The service at the location I went to the was not very good. On the phone that couldnt tell me any of the specials even though theyre on the board behind them LOL. They didnt have anything hot and ready even though that is their policy and it was in between hours where it was not busy like 3 p.m. on a Saturday. I would not go back to this location
Their stuff crust is sooooo good! They should ALWAYS have it! Really good! They put Parmesan and garlic butter on the stuffed crust! Delish!
Overall an amazing deal. The price to quality is what you expect: a relatively good $5 pizza that fills you up. Call ahead and ask for fresh pizza and crazy bread for the best potential taste.

Only gets a star so I can write this. Horridly dull bland pizza. Nothing more than a yeast fest with mediocre toppings. Staff was polite which is far more than I can say for owner. Never going back there for anything. There are many better pizza places around here.

I ordered a hot and ready combo. Guy charged me for a pop twice, then proceeded to give me a Filipino coin that looks very similar to a toonie. I gave him back the bogus change. I think he was trying to scam me.
Terrible service. Rude staff kept trying to get a rise out of me and tried to start an argument. I did not give him the satisfaction. He was very rude. Not going back to be treated like this again.
Sometimes they prepare really good pizza, and then sometimes we say never again to their establishment. But return once more for a fast and cheap meal, only to be blown away and backing them again.

Went there at 10:33pm and all the lights were off. The employees had closed early with no sign or note or explanation. Not supposed to close until 11pm every night of the week. Very disappointed after walking all the way there very quickly to be there in time.
Oof the stuffed crazy bread is to die for. Iv also been in the back. They seem put good effort in.
If youre not picky, the grab and go has some quick and cheap options. Esquimalt can be a little rough and their customer service can be a little surly but Little Ceasars has always been alright.
Love the filling, very reasonably prized deep deep dish pizza
The pizza is always amazing. I go for the deep deep dish pizza every time and its never let me down. Quite frankly I would have to say they do the crust and flavor better for that than Pizza Hut used to for their crust. And they built their empire on the crust. Go for the deep dish by itself or the lunch combo for 6 dollars. Youll thank me when you do.

This branch should change their slogan to luke warm and wait twenty minutes. They sold us a pizza that was brought back which i am prettt sure is against the rules and we had to wait way too long for sub-par pizza. If there was zero stars it would get that.
Great service friendly staff and fast
Pizza is decent for what youre paying, but this is not a hot-and-ready restaurant. I have never been able to grab and go, it is always a 15 minute wait. When I went in tonight at 715pm there was no customers in the restaurant, but the holding case was completely empty and I still had to wait - he had to call it to be made, as there wasnt anything already going in the oven.
Delicious. More than ample lunch pizza special, cheese and pepperoni. Fresh, hot, yummy. Really good service too. Nice lady and kitchen guy. Good team. My first time there. $6 = 4 pieces of thick tasty pizza plus a drink of your choice from the cooler. More than I could eat so I brought the other half home to have with a salad tonight. Cant beat that. Ill definitely return.
