**Date of Visit: 19th November (Evening)** I had an unpleasant experience at Local Pizza Langford that left me questioning the hygiene and quality standards of the establishment. I visited in the evening and ordered three choco lava cakes. While waiting for my order, I noticed that one of the staff members baking pizzas was not wearing gloves. This person made at least seven or eight pizzas without gloves, using bare hands to add toppings directly onto the dough. When my order was ready, I received four brownies instead of the three choco lava cakes I had ordered. It seemed like they just gave what was available When we tried the brownies and the lava cake, they tasted overwhelmingly of onions—clearly, they had been stored or handled improperly. The taste was awful and completely ruined the dessert experience. This visit was incredibly disappointing, and the lack of basic hygiene and care was unacceptable. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and improves both food quality and staff hygiene practices.
Just had my lunch today and the pizza was so good. I went back to get another slice. Really good food and hospitality 10/10
This is. It what good pizza looks like. It may be hard to tell from the photo, but there js an inch to an inch and3/4 if nothing but crust. I’m all 3 pieces. That said, $3/ slice is relatively cheap (although I’d never buy a whole pie from here - I’d go across the street to Mad Greek which is 5 out of 5
I stopped in here for the first time to grab my kids a quick slice. I had a bite of each there pieces and despite I don’t eat pizza often I was impressed by how delicious it was. This is now a fav spot for my kids! When I came in tonight they were closing soon so didn’t have much to choose from. My daughter is picky about what she will eat so I was beyond pleased when they said they would cook a pizza for me despite there were slices available. They are very friendly and informative!
I recently ordered takeout from Local pizza, and it’s hands down the best pizza in Victoria! The pizza arrived hot and fresh, with a perfectly balanced combination of flavors. The crust was just right – crispy on the outside and soft inside. I loved the Shahi Panner & Desi Veggie, and the ingredients tasted incredibly fresh. The ordering process was smooth, and the service was prompt. It’s clear they take as much care with takeout as they do with dine-in. Highly recommend for a delicious pizza night at home.

Your local pizza place in Goldstream, next to fuel station and opposite to the public library! Serves freshly made slices. The place is small, but has a good vibe to it. It’s where you have a quick bite as you are out. Update: We went again on a sunny afternoon and had their half and half pizza. Half butter chicken and half spicy tandoori chicken. Needless to say, it was delicious!
Amazing service, friendly and very appreciative of the business. Placed an order of 44 pizzas and they were able to fill the order. The owners, Harry and Pam are such lovely people and did a great job of providing us with delicious food. We will be back! Ordered again from Local pizza one year later (sorry just editing my first review as Google only allows you to have one review per business) and the service and food were excellent. I am happy to support a local business who really appreciates their customers. Thanks to Pam and Harry for their hard work of getting 27 pizzas ready for me.

Dec 2024 update: still killer pizza!! I tried pizza pizza. I tried panago. Dominos. All mediocre, dry pizzas. But Local pizza is best by far! Perfect cook. Workers hustle but are kind. Love these people and their reliable pies! My go to pizza place. Love the crust. Staff are great. Pie is tasty. My family only eats here, and they ve never given us a reason to look elsewhere. I hope they keep serving pies and slices for years to come. This is the only place my cousin and daughter will eat pizza from. Pro tip: killer cheese pizza.

Pizza tasted like something I would make from home. Crust was too thin,Toppings kept falling off, chicken chunks were too big so they were dry. Pizza was very meh. They didn t really have any individual slices which forces you to get a full pizza. Very cramped, very small, tables have not been cleaned.

Yesterday, I came into this place 30 minutes before they closed sick with a cold and hungry and of course they were closing up for the day. I figured to ask anyways if they had any slices available and even though they did not, the wonderful staff (and owner) cooked me up some BBQ chicken pizza slices within 10 minutes! This place is my go to for cheap, but good eats. The owner is so kind and all of their staff is always so helpful and nice. I love the pizza here, I love the prices and love their staff! I keep coming back here and Im never disappointed. 3 slices and a pop for $10 is such an amazing deal and its definitely more than enough food. Thank you Local Pizza!!! :)

Oh my goodness.. this pizza was so damn delicious. I was just casually like oh hmm I m hungry for pizza there s that place down the road and I went there. I was like hmm it probably won t be that good, I ve never been because usually I just go to chain restaurants that I m used to but I decided to try anyway. The pizza was AMAZING. FANTASMAL. FANTASTICO. SCRUMPTIOUS. WONDROUS. Unlike SOME RESTAURANTS the pepperoni covered the whole pizza!!! They didn t just give me like, 3!! You KNOW the pizza is good and cooked well when the pepperonis form little bowls, and they DID!! The cheese and sauce was a perfect ratio and delicious pepperoni on top very good. I m never going anywhere else ever again. Amazing. Perfect. Reasonable pricing. And the customer service? I HATE social interaction and the guy barely talked to me, but he was still nice!! It was GREAT! Very very good. Also I love that you don t have to buy the whole box, and you can get it by the slice. Amazing. Five stars all around. Please go here. Not a fast food restaurant. Pretty sure this place is family owned, too. Awesome. Kid-friendliness: Now I m just a random teenager. But people think I m like, ten, half the time, even though I m in high school. They weren t scary, which I appreciate. Also didn t give me a weird look for ordering on my own as a seven year old. Even though I m not seven at all. It was very nice. Wheelchair accessibility: There was indoor chairs but big space to get to the counter if anyone is in a wheelchair! Very nice.
So I read the reviews and here s my verdict. Everything is great above the crust. You can taste the love in every bite and attention to detail in arrangement. Don t get me wrong, the za is tasty .but ..the crust is lacking, almost a production crust which is disappointing. So, change the crust and you will definitely make the last needed improvement.
They ve got the best pizza. We came to Langford from Surrey, for a work trip. This location was at a walking distance from our work site. Their pizza is so delicious that we ordered almost every day for over a week. They ve got best indian style pizza, even better than Surrey.

I really needed some fast comfort food and after reading all the great reviews I thought this would be the perfect place to stop for lunch. And it was... I had three slices of pizza and a pop from the soda fountain for $10 (+tax) and thats very reasonable for lunch! The pizza was good, but not the best. The service was fast and efficient, but not the friendliest. The tables and chairs were comfortable to sit at and not crowded, but not the greatest view of nicest setting... Everything was very good, but just not enough to be the best. Lots of free parking. Easy to find. And fast service. Yes, I would consistently go back for more pizza!

We recently visited Victoria (from Vancouver) and we ordered from this pizza place. It was absolutely delicious. I would give it a 10/10. The veggies were so fresh and crispy. They made it exactly the way we had requested. Highly recommend this place.

This WAS our favorite pizza place. Seems to be under new management? The bottom of our pizzas, including the vegetarian WREAKED of spoiled meat. My guess is they are not properly cleaning their work surfaces. DISGUSTING. What a waste of $60. We will NEVER be back.

Had the tandoori chicken and desi veggie at the Hillside Mall location yesterday, it was banging. 100% would go eat again and already did today. Tried out the Goldstream location. Prices are awesome and they have good deals.
Ordered vegan pizza for the first time - was impressed the reason for 4 star is was a little disappointed as my pizza was cold - skip the dishes delivered it but usually when I order food its hot. Vegetarian options: Tried vegan pizza for the first time in life and was light, simple definitely got to try it. Better than them meat pizza with all them chemicals and synthetics injected into the poor animlas.
I stopped in for pizza and had the combo #3 and had 2 more slices to see if I was wrong. The pizza it self looks good with melted cheese the bottom looks sone what cook. Yet after taking the topping off the doe was not cooked at all. I personally would not recommend this place if your a pizza lover like me.

Ordered online and it accepted my delivery address - I am 6.7K and an 11 minute drive away. It s now been 1 hour and 20 minutes and well beyond the estimated delivery window - no pizza in sight - and when I called to inquire the woman on the phone who claimed to be the manager spoke over me consistently and actually hung up on me. Bafflingly poor customer service. Update: the manager reached out and offered a free medium pizza, so Ive updated my review. Pizza was delicious - they make great pizza.
We ordered an extra large BBQ Chicken Pizza through SkipTheDishes and the delivery driver dropped off the wrong pizza. We called LOCAL to notify them and they immediately rectified the situation by apologizing, taking down our address and delivering the correct pizza right away without any hesitation. 5 stars.
The staff at this location, especially the lady at the counter, are super sweet! They have fantastic deals on medium pizzas and their vegetarian pizzas are to die for! We bought some pizzas for a work party. I would say they are food court level. Nowhere near deserving of all the 5 star ratings. They will fill you up, but they are absolutely mediocre pizzas.
