Went for a pizza after a family outing..in the past I always regarded Romeos pizza when eaten in the restaurant the best..how ever..this time ..not so much..very skimpy on toppings and not cooked enough..crust was floppy and toppings slid off . $55 for A medium and personal veggie..pretty pricey for average pizza. This is the nearest location to where we live..we used to get take out quite often but are reluctant these days as the quality control has gone way down..missing items.. or wrong items and or just not up to their past usual quality. This has happened more than once. Very unfortunate.

The prices are now astronomical. No longer worth it.

I ordered a small mushroom and pepperoni pizza for delivery paid $30 with tip. The mushrooms had a few stems thrown on top, and they must have been out of pepperoni, because there was no pepperoni on the pizza, the meat on the pizza, was similar to hot dog., it was disgusting. Never ordering from Romeos Langford again

I love this place. The staff are so kind, and the food is really good. My kids actually eat the food here too, which is rare, so, thats definitely a plus. Vegetarian options: The veggie pizzas are amazing. Kid-friendliness: They arent really a kid-specific type of restaurant, so bring your own colouring stuff, but the staff is always welcoming, and good with the kids.

Pizza and pasta always good!

I dont mind Romeos but the cooks are lacking a bit lately, when I order pizza for delivery it will come way faster than what they say on the phone but I think that is where the problems start they are making food to fast and not taking care of how they make the food. Tonights order came to the door in 20 minutes and I am sorry but when you order one pizza regular crust and the second one thin crust the cooks need to understand that writing thin crust on the box DOESNT MAKE IT A THIN CRUST PIZZA both are identical not even a whisper of thin crust, I hate crust, I want a pizza with the toppings right out to the edge and with crust that can not happen. Plus they needed to be cooked another few minutes because the middle of the dough was under done, soft and mushy and holding all the grease, I actually had to put it in my oven to finish the cooking process. I hope thermogenesis sees this review and has a word with whoever are my pizzas tonight because this is their second strike, one more and I will stop placing my orders there. Also what the hell is going on that they add a delivery tip onto the bill without telling the customers about it? once you have added a tip and you ask for the receipt that is when you find out that the tip is already added. Sorry but that just seems a little sleazy to do that, the first few times I did not ask for the receipt and because I did pizza delivery when I was young I knew how hard it was to count on tips so I now will tip 5 or 10 dollars and I did that until I saw the first receipt that I was given and looked at it and saw the tip added for me so that guy and a few others were getting a 10 to 15 dollar tip for driving 6 blocks, I cant hold them responsible it is the management that created this.

Gave a 2 instead of 1 because usually they are good. However, ordered 4 small pizzas for fathers day. My son ordered a zesty Italian and asked to substitute tomatoes for salami...what he got was pineapple added (which he despises) instead of salami...not sure how that happens... However, he ended up trying to eat it (but hated it). After a long weekend of traveling all over the island for his baseball, this put a damper on what was supposed to be a special fathers day dinner. We dont order pizza that often but this definitely was not a good experience.

Classic Victoria restaurant. The staff and food are always dependably tasty, especially the pizzas. The interior is starting to look a bit dated and dark though.

Ive been all over North America, and Romeos pizza for over 3 decades remains my favourite.

Had an early dinner with my wife. We ordered the calamari as it was a happy hour special. We also ordered a spinach pizza, which was absolutely delicious. I couldn t say anything more about it. It s so good. Also had the meat lovers pizza I had a gin and tonic to drink. The restaurant wasn t very busy, but our service was great. Our server was kind and friendly. The restaurant was very clean. The bathrooms were clean and everything was above expectations. I really enjoyed the pizza here. It s consistently good, the portions are decent size and I think the prices are fair. I would recommend this place to anybody it s family, friendly kid, friendly wheelchair accessible. Nice atmosphere and nice to have the TVs playing sports if you wanna catch the game while you eat. A+

Mushrooms Neptune is not topped with mashed potatoes of any kind, should be chunks of shrimp with cream cheese, also mushrooms, 6 not 5 s/b stuffed with cream cheese not fried. Had them there before many times And they were good. What happened!!!!

Food overcooked. No steak sandwiches. Fish and chips sucked not recommended at all.

Food was very good. Portions were small. Service wasnt the greatest but I will give them a pass because it was very busy and we showed up with an entire hockey team. Overall it was a good experience and if the portions were a little bigger Id give it a 5 star.

My delivery food arrived...wrong order. Called to complain and told to eat it anyway. I tried it was cold and dry. I paid cash...wanted my cash back and I would give back yucky food. I was told they would not return my money. I was put on hold for almost an hour. The manager was the rudest Ive ever encountered in the industry. They offered an in restaurant credit. This does me no good at all because the manager was so rude I WILL NEVER GO BACK. Basically they stole my $21.95. They came and took their disgusting food but did not return my money. Thieves Last night I thought Id try this again. And a MOUSE ran across the floor while I was there. Im truly done with this dump!

Good wings and service

I went here with a friend from up island today for lunch, and it was my first time going to this restaurant and I had some Calamari and Chicken Tenders with Fries, and it was delicious. My friend ordered an individual Hawaiian Pizza, and she loved it. The customer service was really friendly I hadnt been to a Romeos since I used to live up in Duncan, and Ive only been to that one a couple of times, and I enjoyed this one, and Ill definitely return to eat here

Placed a telephone order for 2 baked sphegetti. Elderly father wanted ravioli. Phone less than 1 minute after to change order. Placed on hold for 1 minute. Exactly 2 minutes after placing first order they refused to change it into one sphegetti and one ravioli. Cancelled the entire order. We should get what we pay for after only 2 minutes after realizing your error. Bad business practice. Lost a good customer.

First the online order messed up I ordered the 2 for 1 large pizzas but one was a medium person at the front didnt care, the toppings were placed on with such little care. Looks like they just put a handful in one spot for how expensive the pizza is I would expect more and better quality.

I love this place! The pizza is on point! Its clean and comfortable atmosphere accompanied by the loveliest server named Donna! My family and I love dining here! There is something for everyone, and their prices are great! Wheelchair accessibility: It was easy for my mother who has a disability to get around and comfortable seating.

Havent been in there and we love their pizza/pasta but this time we tried some of the other food off the menu and it was generic, prepackaged, frozen, unseasoned, tastless sadness on a plate :( It used to be so much better!

We go here about once a month in general everything is good thats what keeps us coming back. We had a young waitress with bad table manners, but it was the first time so ime not too bothered other than the cost of dinning out you should be getting stellar service every time.

When I order my fries not to be crunchy(I am teethless)they make it crunchy tiny pieces good for garbage..about pasta ;its like pure acid to it according to the back taste that is in my mouth and got stomach burns...and the fish &chip more batter then fish.

Pizza is alright from this place but they are hoity-toity in the sense, me and my friends have been there 2 times to be precise and both times were faced with a weird situation. The first we went get take-out and they said we couldnt wait for the takeout without getting something to drink.. This was okay or idk how to feel about this forcefulness. Second and last time, we just came from a Boba shop and they said they couldnt let us in till we kept our drinks outside or finished it before coming in.. Ridiculous. Thanks, next!

We order from Romeos in Langford allll the time. There s something for our whole family there. Tonight there was a mix up with our order (the first one we have ever had) the staff was so amazing, gave incredible customer service, offered my son and I something to drink while we waited, reimbursed some money and were just incredibly kind and humble about the whole thing. Great customer service goes such a long way and their food never disappoints! Vegetarian options: My husbands and vegetarian and this is by far his favorite place! Loves their vegetarian lasagna and pizza.

Dont ever order 1/2and1/2 pizza because they charge you 50 dollars 1 LG pizza

Great Pasta-Pizza-Salads, the waitress was excellent, very attentive, and engaging.

Honestly this is one of our familys go-tos for a lot of reasons. We never have to wait for a table, the service is good, the menu and food are consistent and good, theres sports games on the tvs, theyre always friendly with our kids. Its a great family restaurant.

BEST PIZZA STILL AFTER DECADES . Mmmm such a treat!!

This place at Westshore Town Centre in Langford serves one of the best fries we have tasted, yet. We ordered ourselves a pizza which was really good but the highlight of the evening was the cheesecake. The cheesecake was absolutely delicious. And the quaint setting and amicable staff only added to the experience. Worth a visit.

Weve ordered from Romeos Langford on many occasions, unfortunately the past 4 or 5 deliveries the food hasnt been as good as it originally was. Usually order the pasta deal, theyve cut corners going to a powdered parmesan cheese and skimping on serving sizes - mind you, all restaurants are doing that now.

My son says we should give them 5 stars because they are GREAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We had wonderful time, super pro even during the Christmas rush! Thanks ROMEOs !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Kid-friendliness: Our server was so kind and even spoke french to us when he heard us talking in french:)

For many years this location offered a discount for pickup orders of pizza which kept them competitive with local competition. They now do not offer that discount which makes them the most expensive for pizza takeout in the area. The competition offer good pizza at a lower price so I will not be purchasing at Romeos anymore.

Bowtie Santorini was absolutely excellent. The only thing stopping this from being 5* is the fact they didnt have straws for drinks. Which for someone like me who has severely sensitive teeth, is a problem.

The lasagna and ravioli are made out of the same cheap ground beef that chef boyardee is. Its absolutely terrible and charging somebody $30 for a plate of chef Boyardee is pretty nuts. The garlic toast is just cheap bread with some spread on it.

More great pizzas.

i was NOT allowed to dine-in because i didnt have my proof of vaccination passport, the app on my phone. I had my proof of vaccination on a card but this form of proof, was not acceptable . But OVERALL, i really liked the food i was able to order as a pick-up order.

Friendly service portion were OK. Wife added chicken to her Caesar salad, chicken was very dry, rest of the meals were OK.. pretty much what we expected for Romeos

Service was excellent and the food was delicious! My grandsons pizza looked so good, I would have liked to have eaten it myself. Sadly, he devoured it. Its a good thing.

Waited over an hour for two pizzas. When they finally arrived they werent what we ordered. I called and was put on hold for 10 mins. And then when I finally talked to someone they were extremely rude. I asked if I could take one of the pieces of pizza to feed my young kids who were hungry and they said no... Horrible service from beginning to end!

Food was decent but the service was terrible. The waitress forget part of our meals and didnt bring them until we were about to leave. She seemed completely enthralled with the table beside us but didnt bother to even ask us if we wanted drink refills. Took forever to get our check so we could leave. Not very impressed which is unfortunate because Ive heard glowing reviews from here

It has been years since Ive been to Romeros and it definitely wasnt what I remembered it to be. I feel like the quality has gone downhill. Ordered the calamari (never again) and a met lovers pizza, Id give the pizza maybe a 3 out of 5. Service was good, friendly.

Only reason I m giving it 2 and not lower is because of the waitress! Person who greeted us made it seem like we were a inconvenience! Food was okay but portions were small! Overall experience was subpar!

I got the fettuccine and ribs with a slice of garlic toast. The meal was tasty. Recommend.

Its our favorite pizza place

I went here on pizza pasta night and it was quite pleasent. The prices were pretty good with the special on and the food was delicious and a good place to hang out and chat. The staff were also very good. No faults in our order plus when the people across from us were being rude they shook it off and took their order. Overall I was quite impressed by the service and quality. Unfortunately it is quite expensive when there is no deal but I did not mind because we did not have to pay it. Quite lovely.

Eating out post-covid has been an interesting experience because the cost of everything has gone up so dramatically. So it was quite a nice treat to have such an entertaining waiter that was eager to make our early dinner visit top-notch. He was very attentive and you could tell he genuinely enjoyed his job. I did not take pictures of my food this time around but Ill just say that they have some of the best fries I have had in a long time! Very crispy on the outside, and thick with a good flavor. Was tempted to order a salad, which I will probably do next time I go! The people at the table with me ordered pizzas and they sure did look amazing. Happy with the menu selection and looking forward to visiting again! Massive thanks to Jacob for making all of our days with his excellent service! Bravo Romeos!

Weve been visiting family in Victoria, and ordering here a lot. The food is amazing! Their fettuccine Alfredo is perfect, and so is the calamari. If you get take out, be sure to check out their daily specials and two item discounts.

Went for lunch on Saturday afternoon of long weekend. Very quiet. The long time servers seemed to be wondering in their well worn sloppy black attire and talking about each other as the other turned their back. Ordered the calimari appy which at one time was the best in town...17$+. Wayyyy out of wack. But.. in their defence.. its not just Romeos out of line in calimari pricing for an appy. Calamari are literally pennies a piece and the mark up is disgusting. This one in particular was gross. Fishy tasting, dry,terrible presentation and just plain horrible. Best thing about it was the tzatziki which was delicious.. When I paid my bill I politely mentioned to the waitress that the calimari used to be much better...rather than apologize she got her back up stating she and the cook had been working there for 30 years and nothing has changed.Ummmm...ok. Wash your hair and buy some new work Geer GF. The pizza is not the same..the quality is the s#@$its and the hospitality is in the toilet. All in all Romeos at Westshore needs a turnover in staff and get back to the quality you advertise. You are better than this

Wow!! Cannot tell you how awesome Romeos pizza is. This was the third pizza place we have tried in Langford and we finally found our Togo place. Lots of toppings, lots of cheese (without having to pay extra) and the crust - mmmmmm good. We also ordered some of the wings, they were really good as well. I splurged and had a piece of the carrot cake - OMG - So FRESH with nuts and amazing butter/cream cheese icing - absolutely to die for!! The deliver was so fast as well!! Thank you Romeos for our amazing dinner - we are glad we found you!!

We had a nice family evening at Romeos. The server was friendly and the food was very good.

So blend no flavour and it took so long to get our chicken souvlaki. It was served without tzatziki and very dry. Folks go there to just have food in their belly. Maybe some other dishes are better; but my experience was not good this time around.

Came here for dinner last night and we ordered pizzas when we gave our order we asked for some things to be changed due to allergies. They said no problem we can do that for ya. Well when our pizzas came out the things we asked for not to be on them came on them. With our allergies we had to send them back to be remade. So we thought they took the pizzas picked off the stuff and just put more cheese on it and put it back in the oven then brought it out to us. We noticed instantly that they were not new pizzas and there still contaminated with the other food. The manger came by and after explaining it to her she got mad and was not happy and started to tell some of my family members that they are lying and dont know what they are talking about. Any ways it continued and she refused to make us new pizzas. So needless to say we will not be coming back here again being up all night sick is not worth. I rather go to a place that treat customers right.

Kid-friendliness: Definitely for children Food

Visited December 18th for lunch. Clean and bright seating. The 2 orders of chicken alfredo had a little to much if a spicy pepper flavour instead of a cheesy, garlicky white sauce. The potato skins were awesome and cheesy. Waitress was very welcoming. No more complimentary candies on the way out, just bags of them for $3.50 a pop now.

I had a $17 salad for lunch, the avocado was hard as a rock, the shrimp was maybe a tablespoon and tasted like it was out of can and it was only that with lettuce and 4 prices of red pepper. For $17! Terrible...I did eat it as I was in a hurry and didnt want to complain. But, I wont go back for another.
