Villages Pizza in Victoria

Best takeout pizza in town, lots of great options. Twice the staff have phoned me to clarify my order, which was super helpful.

Sadly the pizza dough isnt great. Its dry and not a lot of taste.

Had a bit of an iffy experience here the first time but they reached out to me and gave me some credit to compensate plus the service and food has been solid since. Definitely been in my top five for pizza branches since I was young.

Edit: Someone got back to me way faster than I expected after the first call, the next day the owner called and started looking into it right away. The refund went through today, turns out it was just an issue between the two banks and the holiday totally not on Villages and they were amazing about communication after the initial interaction. Original: I ve ordered here before and the pizza is pretty good but I put in an order back on December 20th a little late in the evening and was called and told my order couldn t be completed because there was a high demand and they didn t have enough delivery drivers to get it to me. I was okay with that because they called pretty soon after and I had time to make other plans for dinner. It s been over a week and the charge was still on my account the charge wasn t cancelled when it was still pending. I called and the person who answered had no idea how to fix it and all they could offer was to take my name and said I would get a call in a few days.

Pizzas were delicious and cheap, but it took some time to get them ready

Not very happy with Villages pizza tonight. I have not ordered from them in a while and they say they are open till 10PM. They closed at 9 on a Friday night. This was the Colwood store and I went through the process of ordering from the View Royal location to have them call me and tell me I am out of their area of 5km. I would guess Villages Pizza is not interested in my future business. I would give them zero stars but there is no option for that. Boston pizza here I come

ordered pizza from villages last night. there was barley any toppings. and we asked for no mushrooms the pizza was absolutely covered in mushrooms. i couldnt even eat it

Regular night had family over we decided to get Villages pizza when it arrived it can burnt

Pizza was very good but dont get the wings. 3/4 of them were burnt. I mean charred. They thought meh, serve em. Hate that.

I have picky kids, not too much cheese, no sauce etc etc and these guys actually care and have always delivered quality pizza, and made how we ordered it. Customer service 5 stars! Quality 5 stars!

They dont have pizza by the slice on Fridays because it is too busy. Dressing a pizza takes 3 minutes, and then it cooks itself.

This place has been my go to for a while but they are really slipping lately. While Im sure a part of that has to do with it being hard to get staff in a city no one can afford to live in, I think there are a couple other issues that could be better. A couple months ago I placed an order for pick up. It was not ready when I came in. It was busy so thats fine but when my order came up it was wrong. Like the wrong size. The manager wanted me take it anyway. And I said no because I needed a large or we wouldnt have enough. He seemed really made at me. Umm, not my fault but I get that it was busy and they were frustrated. He then called the order in for a thin crust while wheat. I say no it was a regular crust. He insisted that they have never had regular crust whole wheat and rather than argue anymore, I just let it go. I did check in their menu later and both regular and thin crust whole wheat were on there. You know what I hate? Gaslighting. Its really insulting. I ordered pizza once since then and they said they were out of the regular whole wheat that time. Havent ordered since.

I had a slice of pizza a few months back and it was delicious! 100% recommend!

Ordered two large, came promptly, but burnt around the edges. Could not find the toppings. Ordered double cheese and got less that 1 serving. Paid $52 which was gouging for what we got. We will never recommend this Colwood franchise. BOO!!

Ordered 2 pizzas I was very .unhappy I will never order there again. I asked for mushrooms and pineapple and got olives which I am very allergic to . Thank god I realized they were not mushrooms. I picked th order up and when I called to complain and wanted a new pizza delivered they said they would charge me for delivery. I explained I was tired and didnt like driving in the dark. I will never order anything from them again terrible customer ser.

The morning opener on Sundays has no customer service skills. No closing statements. comes of as rude! Everyone one else is great keep up great work.

As always Villages Pizza is delicious, its definitely the way they prepare their pizza that sets them apart from everybody else. I always love to pop in and grab a slice or two, the staff are always friendly and really great at helping me make a choice when I want to try something new.

5 Stars for executing basic pizza at a reasonable price and doing it consistently. This isnt haute cuisine, its just good, straightforward pie.

In the blue corner: We have Villages Pizza! Up for the title of Western Champion of Pizza! This challenger has been putting up incredible results on a moments notice, willing to take on all challengers. They have landed punishing blows to the champion who will remain nameless (but it ends with and Juliet). The cut men will have their work load tonight. This fight will come down to the last slice. The support staff have been commendable in this incredible delivery.

Got a slice. Was like biting into a rock. 3 slices of pepperoni on it.

One of the best pizzas we have had in a long time. Fluffy crunchy crust and they do not scrimp on the toppings.

The Supervisor working Friday June 29th @ 5:52pm is the rudest and most inconsiderate person. They got my order wrong and put mushrooms(which I m allergic and politely told them) on one and no ranch on the chicken bacon ranch, so when I called back to rectify the issue the supervisor laughed at me and said that s how it is, we don t screw up, you must of; haha very unprofessional and clearly doesn t care about customer satisfaction, I ve been buying pizza there over a year but tonight was the last time I ll ever call that place.

I ordered 2 medium pizzas and when they were delivered, they were both wrong. We decided to contact Villiages Pizza in Colwood and let them know that one of us is allergic to one of the toppings they mistakenly put on the pizza. The manager of Villages Pizza was extremely unprofessional. He TOLD us what we ordered and what he said was incorrect. Instead of listening to our concerns he decided to start laughing at me. He refused to listen. I wonder if they put as much care into their food as they do their customer service at Villiages Pizza? I am shocked as to how someone so rude and disrespectful can be in a position of superior. I think the owners of Villiages Pizza would really appreciate knowing how this supervisor at Villages Pizza treats his customers. Very dissatisfied customer who will never return. Completely unacceptable.

I wanna know if this is similar to the old Lagoon Pizza that existed in the 80s and 90s. Anyone remember? Is this close?

Love this pizza! Im basically ruined for any other za. Guys at the shop are super-friendly and helpful. I left my wallet there once and the delivery driver dropped it off at my house. Eat here!

We order from them once every few weeks - consistant pizza, good delivery personnel and delicious. Not too heavy, not too light - just how we like pizza. *edit* this past order we got pizza that tasted a day old, so even when it was a day old it tasted the same as the day before - hoping their quality isnt slipping?

Love their pizza. I have ordered from them at least a dozen times and never had a bad pizza. Delivery times can sometimes be a little long, but I think that has to do with volume. Probably the best pizza in the Langford area.
