Have had pizza here before and it was good. Yesterday I had a thin crust Hawaiian and it was terrible. Super thin, hardly any toppings, couldn't taste the pineapple as there was hardly any. Disappointing, the pizza they had on the counter to buy by the slice looked way better!

Had a Hawaiian slice pre-made and not back for sitting in a heated bao for who knows how long. And yes they fresh pizzas are super as in 5 Star
I can't speak for their regular pizza, but they advertise lactose-free cheese as an option. Unfortunately, it's either very low quality lactose-free cheese, or it's actually a vegan cheese. It melts into an unpleasant gooey/sticky texture more akin to melted plastic than melted cheese and lacks any real flavour. The sauce is just.. Not good. It tastes very much like a generic canned sauce that you'd get from a grocery store. The crust was good. It's soft inside with a satisfying cruncy crust and has that sort of buttery quality small town gem pizzarias often have. The staff were excellent. Very friendly and helpful. They called to confirm a dietary restriction and explain their process and risks for cross contamination and let me decide if I was okay with those risks, which I really appreciated.
Over cooked pizza and paid a premium price for a small pizza Phoned to let them know my displeasure with the pizza. They said that my next order would be complimentary Nice but I don’t think I will take a chance on this pizza restaurant again. They should have reimbursed my credit card. They are not the best in the neighborhood compared to Willow Pizza. Unfortunately they were closed today.
I ordered 2 large pizzas One was completely burned cardboard. They also forgot an item. I called the location, was put on hold for 20 mins and then hung up on. I tried to contact someone through the form on their website and have not heard back 2 weeks later. Maybe someone who checks these reviews can refund me?
Nice loaded pizza. Cost in line with the non super chains around. Got some lovely dry hot wings that live up to their name. Village special pizza was great and heavily loaded. Photo looks a bit scrunched but that was my doing while shuffling the box about :)

Ordered a Canadian pizza with added mushrooms, green peppers and a drink. What I got was a Canadian pizza undercooked with no mushrooms or green peppers and no drink. Incompetent staff. Go elsewhere. Youre welcome.
Pizza looked really good. Just checking out the hood; some days I just want to see the stores, see what everybodys offering. I didnt need to be laughed at for not buying. Didnt make me want to return. Good luck with that.
Most villages pizzas are top notch but this one had staff that wouldn t even acknowledge you standing there, absolutely nothing ready to serve stop hiring kids
Ordered pizza told me it would be an hour and a half after two hours I called they said they had never had the order

Excellent service and delicious pizza. We ordered several pizzas for a party several hours early and they were steaming hot and ready, right on time. We got compliments on the pizzas.

Slow cooks, always behind schedule. Bad service. The pizza by the slice in the counter looks like it was 3 years old. I would not eat that if someone paid me!
Whoever is operating this business needs to hire more delivery drivers. Waiting 2 hours for a pizza doesn t qualify as good customer service. I feel bad for the employees.
The least greasy affordable pizza we ve found in Victoria. Veggie pizzas are great and the Hawaiian is a family staple. Definitely order before 5pm for faster dinner delivery (things get busy). Staff are nice and drivers great.
Went in on Halloween night seen how busy the one guy was in the kitchen absolutely slayed it tho. Had my pizza ready in under 15 min super happy and was delicious.
Was so nice to finally find a place that makes a pizza that isnt greasy. I wish I discovered this place sooner. Im about to be a regular!
Best pizza Ive ever had! The pepperoni they use is so delicious! Its not like the small round pepperoni at most places.

I took my grandson and friends there after swimming. The staff was very friendly the pizza was delishious!
I ordered the Funky chicken pizza which sounds amazing on paper. Roasted chicken and a tomato pesto sauce on a whole wheat crust, perfect. What arrived was a milky yellow circle that was hard to differentiate from the box it came in. It was so covered in cheese I could not even recognise my order. I would not recommend Villages Pizza to anyone. I expected much more.
The best pizza in Victoria. I have problems digesting bread but I never felt bad after villages pizza, they use very good ingredients. It is very delicious.

Terrible pizza, 2 pieces and i couldnt eat anymore. Boring, almost no flavour, even with the overload of scabby cheese and way too much of the toppings, each slice was way too heavy. On the plus:quick delivery and friendly delivery guy.
They have pizza. Its cheap. Not super great. definitely will go again. Maybe Ill bring a friend.
The service was great, got the two large four toppings deal, they had it ready in 15 minutes. The pizza was good, about the same quality as pizza pizza or Dominos. The pepperoni was probably the only con for me as it was more like baloney instead of salami.
