Theres not many positives to stay about this place. The food is usually cold, service is slow, and the building is a mess.

The worst service and food ever! Was given pancakes but no knife no butter, hot chocolate was like hot water, coffee was like yesterdays, so bad we will never go there again. The person working there was sick (coughing)and not friendly at all, and moved so slowly you could tell she didnt want to be working.

Ordered 2 of the 2 for $5 whopper jrs, tried to charge me $4 for extra onions and pickles PER BURGER, tried to sneak in $16 of extra charges. I then asked for just extra onions and was told it was $2 per burger. Absolute joke. Horrible customer service and deceptive practices. Horrible service waited for nearly 20 minutes. Tried to over charge me nearly $20!!

I stopped going to BK about 10 years ago. I had a horrible experience in Nanaimo at their BK and never wanted to go back. I had the most disgusting Whopper ever. Soggy dark green lettuce, green tomato, soft onions, dry beef, and waaaay too much mayo. Well, the other day, my fiancé talked me into going to your location. WOW! That s the only word I can use to describe my experience. I got a Whopper and the lettuce was fresh and crisp, the tomato was perfectly ripe, the bun was soft, the beef was juicy and hot, the onion was crisp and fresh, and you used the perfect amount of sauce. Thank you! We just moved to the area and we will be back!

Went through the drive-thru pretty late at night. Got our food very quickly and it was delicious. The lady working was quick, professional and kind.

Charges for nuggets and keeps it without putting in bag and then no apologies nothing just gives when we went to pick up second time

Person working the drive thru was very curt with minimal personality. I do like the whopper over the big mac though, and their jalapeño chicken fries are flavourful, moist and a definite re-order.

Sadly I do love BK but the prices for items without a coupon is getting out of control. I dont know if I will be coming back unless there is a significant discount coupon to use.

Dirty. And worst staff. Ever. Incredibly rude.. over charge you. Be aware of this as they overcharge customers. If you call them out they argue with you and you have to make a stink. I literally showed the receipt to her and pointed out the extra charges. She ended throwing a toonie at me from the register. These staff are horrible, sneaky and up to no good.

Love the food but the service isn t good.

Not recommended. Very bad customer service. My kids got food poisoning and threw up. Burger King was my favorite restaurant, but unfortunately we were very disappointed. I had an issue with the app and talked with the manager, I waited 10 minutes. Then she show up and spends another 10 minutes calling someone else. I gave up and ordered without using a coupon that I was qualified for. I told Joy ( the manager at the time) can you at least give a discount she ignored and left. Very bad service. I would recommend Burger King to look into this branch. This made my family experience the worst. I will never go this branch again.

I went here once or twice but never again because of the low cleanliness of the toilets. It was literally a poop-show as every toilet was filled with either faeces or urine, I know thats not the restaurants fault per se but it doesn t end there, urine all over the floor and sticky, actual faeces on the wall, flies EVERYWHERE. Light bulb burnt out, no soap or paper towels. This was in the women s bathroom but my father said the mens was worse. Food good tho

As much as I would like to rate this higher, it is always a great disappointment the second that I hit the drive-thru the insane wait time. The last couple times I have gone through the employee working at the drive-thru window could not have been bothered by my pleasantries or asking how their day was.

Received 2x Double patty Impossible Whoppers in mere minutes and was taken aback by the speed. Employees were so friendly and kind. Whoppers were absolutely delicious: lots of fresh lettuce added to 2 wide burgers. Buns were the perfect size, shape, and texture for the contents. The fries looked like they were pulled straight from a food magazine. Aesthetic fries. Fries come in size options here! I got Large.

I Ordered the original chicken meal deal was told they dont have it. I decided on Whopper meal to eat in. Food was quick and tasted ok. Every table was dirty, food, spilled drinks and garbage. I asked for a cloth the girl handed me 1 napkin. Then said theres a bucket by the garbage, you can use that. No disinfectant just cold water with food floating around in it. And well used cloth Decided to take it to go.

The playground wasnt working. So sad.

To be honest I just love Burger King and this one serve food very well.

The guy making the burgers scratches his beard while preparing your burgers and unfortunately, the burgers smelled like sweat. I also hold the belief that burgers shouldnt make you feel sick within 10 mins of eating them. I am not celiac nor have a lactose problem, however I am quite sensitive to poorly made food. I walked into the bathroom to find an employee who didnt wish their hands. Overall not a great experience, what do you expect from American made that sold out. A and W is better by far.

Got free hot sauce with my orders every time. Today the drive through girl and then manager said that never happened, because she has been there 5 years, so basically calling me a liar to my face, and then said she wanted 30 cents to my face for each sauce. They have lost a customer permanently. And for the record here is a photo of the now not free sauce you Never gave me avoid this location. They are not good people, nor smart losing customers this way.

Mediocre meal, with little flavor and not even a large portion for the price. Its fast food but its some of the lower end of fast food in all factors. Hadnt been in years and was quickly reminded why I stopped going all together.

Its a sauna in here my face is covered in sweat its cooler outside in the blazing sun. And apparently nobodys allowed to wait inside their store for a few minutes i got ordered to buy sumthin in order to just sit down smh im the only one in the whole restaurant so inconsiderate to customers i was waiting for my ride i just ended up paying for a small pop the customer is always right lol i dont see why i couldnt just use wifi n wait should fix the ventilation system

Im a food delivery driver and have picked up many times from here, unfortunately they are always behind and super slow. Making us wait sometimes over 20-30 minutes. Only 3 staff working on a busy Friday night and obviously overwhelmed. Ive also seen customers have to wait long times for their order almost every time. Also the interior is very outdated and not very clean at all, no air conditioning either. This location is only doing the bare minimum to stay open and make money. I would avoid this location and not support this franchise owner, as theyre clearly making staff overwhelmed and not hiring enough people or paying staff enough.

This burger King is the only one in my area I believe and its usually pretty good. The food is made to order so its hot and fresh! Unfortunately most of the time it seems the staff just kind of push you out or want to just get your order out the window and onto the next person to get it done, which is not a nice feeling. I havw noticed this in a few other establishments and businesses. Other than that they seem nice and they often have great deals for food on!

To start off I am not a big fan of BK I find the food somewhat gross as you stink like it for hours after eating it, but I wanted to try the ketchup nuggets lol. So I ordered 2 Jr whoppers and fries and the ketchup nuggets, Jr whoppers looked like they shrunk in size, the fries where nice and hot, the moment I opened the ketchup nuggets I almost threw up the smell hit my nose like a tone of bricks, they had way to much seasoning and grease holding it on but I still had to eat them and was discussted by them. Not even 3 hours after eating the food I was sitting on the toilet for a long time and this continued the whole night and even now almost 18 hours later I am still passing out of my rear. I think thats the last BK I will ever eat. I should have went to Wendys of McDonalds.

Good fresh Impossible whopper burgers. Their mozzarella cheese sticks are one of my favorites. Their coffee is something that can be much better. Overall good food and service.

Worst drive through experience Ive ever had.. I waited 40 minutes in line for food. Lobby was closed and they kept everyone waiting in line in the drive through. Could have taken an order and moved people to the parking lot and ran out orders and been done in 10 mins. Zero customer service and no manager. Wouldnt recommend. Go to McDonalds next time.

48 minutes trapped in a drive thru! If you wont staff properly, close the place. In nearly 20yrs Ive never seen a single improvement to this place. Its old, dirty, rubbish strewn, and that lovely view of grease covered disused restaurant equipment in the former play area. Drive thru menus are chaotic and random. Service is painfully slow. How long will Burger King corporate allow these terrible standards? I love BK as a whole, but this is a dump. Kid-friendliness: Dont bring kids here. Its dirty and the play area is full of dirty restaurant equipment.

Burger King will always be a second choice when it comes to fast food take out. That being said, there comes a time when one simply craves bad junk food.. The Whopper is the pinnacle of my shameful pleasure. No onions, heavy pickles please is having it my way. The app is a good deal with coupon offers and a $1 Whopper for first time users.

I am a regular customer here but came to know today they charge you for BBQ sauces! O come on burger King.... you should learn business strategies from other chains like ChickO Fille that has a huge self serve bar with all the condiments you need !

Eat in. Ordered the 2 can dine. 2 huge whoppers, 2 set of fries + 2 medium soda. Bang for the buck meal. A fast satisfying dinner. Counter service was excellent!

The service was really slow this particular visit. The people at the window were very dismissive. I know how hard the last few years has been for service workers so I do try to be kind and quick, but they practically threw my food out to me. It was off putting. The food was cold. My mozza sticks were solid and I ate them right out of the bag. Also didnt get marinara sauce like Id asked, but I dont think there was any saving them. The burger was delicious, and Ill be back simply for the flame grilled taste.

I have not had a negative experience here yet. Low prices especially when compared to most local eateries. Fries are good. Chicken nuggets are kinda bland. Whopper is good but I dont think Ive ever seen it put together properly. Usually at least one ingredient is hanging out the side.

Nice open dining room. Not much to say, it was the average fast food experience. Food was good, service was quick. Not much of a rush at lunch time. Some outdoor seating as well, if you re looking to enjoy a nice summer breeze.

How I will continue to love the Whopper is what will bring me back here. I find the environment very dirty though. The floors are always sticky and the workers arent that busy that they cant spare someone to clean up to he dirty tables I think. Theyre also not the nicest... We are the ones giving you jobs, we shouldnt be sucking up to you so you dont give us attitude

Tried to order a kids meal for my child and got over charged for the food on its own and no toy. Also the staff refused even with proof I paid for 2 medium drinks refused to give me a medium and gave a small instead. I have worked fast food and not in my life would refuse if the Receipt showed 2 mediums

Food was cold and the service was terrible. I had to tell her multiple times no bacon only to get why no bacon Seriously??? Cause I dont eat bacon lol. When it came out my sandwich was flat like a pancake. The coffee avoid at all costs! Tastes terrible.

Everything is open(I can see the stuffs and all the lights is on) except the have some handmade sign say its closed.

Some offer valued meals worthy to order EXCEPT. Hygiene in toilet is in question. Used the toilet & found to be in filthy state. Hot air blower hasnt worked for over a year. Tap for hot water NOT working. Need a visit for inspection from health authorities to ticket this restaurant. Employees told me management is aware but no corrective action has been taken despite verbal customer complaints so imagine how clean is the kitchen? Ill be really concern.

The restaurant was clean, including the bathroom. Staff were friendly. Food was fast. Parking: Spacious parking lot. Kid-friendliness: Lots of options on the menu. Ordering online allows customization of what goes on the burger, for those picky eaters. Wheelchair accessibility: Spacious parking lot. Ample room inside the restaurant.

A disappointing burger, but delicious onion rings. No upselling was done by the order taker, so I forgot to add cheese and bacon to my whopper junior - a missed opportunity to increase my average check ! I was very concerned of the appearance of live ants yes LIVE ANTS crawling along the top of the front counter and atop the beverage station! I hadn t eaten here since before the pandemic, however, it was always spotless and delicious back then. I ll give this location a pass for now until I try them again in a few months.

I have a problem driving past BK the two whoppers for 8$ and 2.99$ nugget deals are amazing. So I always stop in as the quality is there and the price is right!

I just went through the drive thru and got a Whopper and Cherry Coke. Service was fast and efficient. I pulled into the parking lot to eat and I gotta tell you... it was the best whopper I ever ate. The sandwich was perfectly put together. I know, its just a burger, right? Wrong. Whoever made that sandwich might want to consider going to culinary school to become a chef. I dont think that I have ever enjoyed a fast food burger as much as I enjoyed that doggone Whopper. I went in and told the manager, who was working the till. I waited in line to tell her what a positive experience I had. She apologized. Um, does no one ever give positive feedback? I told the manager that no, I wasnt complaining just the opposite. I gave the thumbs up and reiterated that I very much enjoyed the burger and excellent service. She still seemed a bit confused, but I didnt want to take any more of the poor womans time, so I thanked her again and left it at that.

For fast food, its pretty good. However, my wife ordered a burger that was supposed to feature horse radish, and there was none on it or with it. The poutine was decent, as was the service.
