The guy who helped me tonight was awesome, super friendly and my sandwich was made with care. The inside was clean and organized.
I came into this Subway after the lunch rush when it wasn’t busy. Since there was nowhere outside to lock up my bike, I brought it in and placed it in an area where it wasn’t obstructing anything. In the middle of ordering my sandwich, a staff member rudely approached me and told me to remove my bike. Their attitude was uncalled for, and it really put a damper on my visit. I’ve been a loyal customer in the past, but after this experience, I’ll be taking my business up the street to Firehouse Subs.

Ordered on March 27th, and this location was out of mustard... Thought that was pretty weird for a Subway but maybe a one off. Ordered again on March 8th.... Still out of mustard.
Love the chicken rice bowls...Diabetics this is okay just watch the amount of rice.. it is wild rice with veggies and switch out dressing if you haven't factored in the sugars in sauces.

I stood there waiting for about ten minutes while the one guy behind the counter took care of the customer before me and a Door Dash driver. It was finally my turn and conveniently another person appears from the back. The meat portions on the sandwich were smaller than what I normally get from other Subway’s. What really disappointed me was that the bread was stale. I didn’t get my sandwich toasted, but the bread was crunchier than if it had been toasted. It had probably been baked days prior. Poor service and food.

The constantly evolving and changing menu always leaves me confused about what to order. The staff has been excellent in being patient and offering assistance. When I get home, the food always tastes great thanks to the staff!

Stopped into this location after leaving the VGH ER unit. It was 948 pm so we figured it may not be open but the sign stated 10pm closing. I walked in, it was empty except a girl sitting behind the counter popped her head up and said we are closed The food still visible on the counter. I replied it s say 10 pm then she replied ok we are short staffed I left the store and drove down the road to the Subway on Goldstream. I was greeted by Ashby at 954 pm and I told him about what had happened at the last location on oldIsland highway and asked if it was too late to make me a sandwich. He was so helpful and made me a sandwich and was completed the sandwich by 959.
The 6 inch sub I orders was more like 4, very little meat and when I bought this to their attention they did not seems to care. They never have a good bun selection.

Always good subs and wraps. First time I have ordered ahead using the app. It was very easy and detailed to everything we wanted and didnt want.

Even though this establishment is closest to my work, I WILL NOT be venturing in again! The man behind the counter at 1045am today refused to acknowledge my presence until I awkwardly had to say hi, then I received a monotone what do you want?, and after not listening to a word I said he began making my sub all wrong. Rather than fight with him, I walked out. I know were short staffed on the island, but this was my worst subway experience ever. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTING

Not the best subway out there. In quite a bit of a sketchy area and staff are not very polite. They always get my order wrong. Decor is alright though, and the food hasnt been terrible. Still, I recommend you take your business elsewhere. Vegetarian options: Asked for a vegetarian sub. The guy at the counter did not change gloves or wash hands between orders. Contaminated with meat.

The lady working didnt understand a thing i was saying. I felt like i had the yell it a couple of times for her to hear me correctly. I dont think she was paying much attention. Over all frustrated with this experience.

Worst customer service, food was garbage, and they were not following Covid protocols, didn t see a single person wash hands once after handling money then touching our food immediately after.

will never go back to this subway. The guy making one of subs missed the pizza sauce that I asked him to put on the sub at THE beginning when he first started making our sub, and also got 2 of our cookies wrong. we called and apparently the manger said they only fix online orders and the guy that made our sub said we were wrong and that he re called asking me if I wanted sauce on the sub at the end. he is correct I meant non of the mayo or anything thinking he already put the pizza sauce on at the beginning like he was supposed to.
Not what was order for delivery, there wasnt even cheese in any of the subs. Was only given plain potato chips when Sun chips and cookies were asked, subs were cold and untoasted (they were asked to be), there was literally no sauce either. I was given a refund by the delivery service in the end. Wont order here again
Food is Subway so ok, staff member could be a bit more friendly and helpful to be honest...

Gotta say... picked up the veggie flat bread with all the fixings for my lovely wife...never been to this store before..the boss lady said it was one of the best sandwiches from Subway shes had...so shes happy..Im happy...and they get 5 stars
To be honest I really didnt want to go to Subway for a mommy daughter date but thats what she wanted. I found it actually quite good. They have a lot of different types of sandwiches now on their menu and the staff were really friendly. Other than the table not being super clean I liked my sandwich and my daughter was super happy.

The guy serving me was very confused the whole time. I got the wrong cookies and my sub was rubbery. They did rectify it the next day but things have definately gone down hill
Guy making our sandwiches seemed confused when I asked for a standard sub, and then was passive aggressive when his coworker tried to give us napkins. He constantly gave me a dirty look the entire time he was making our sandwiches... Get a different job if youre not happy there, bro.

Usually I get really good service and great quality. Last night I was disappointed with a few things. First, there was only white bread available. Secondly, the extra charge for ham was excessive (3.50 for 4 slices of ham?). Off night maybe!

Brett was awesome, funny, and talkative; much nicer than the typical Toasted? Cheese? Veggies? Combo? conversation that is normal in most Subways.
Really good, average subway.
Food was good, standard Subway fare. Bathroom was poorly lit and completely out of toilet paper, which makes it seem like they hadnt even checked the bathroom that day.
This is a good Subway restaurant. Also it is the largest subway I have ever seen.
Service is hit or miss, but with the right people its definitely worth the money
