love subway, they guys there were very friendly

Says open till 10 but when my partner arrived they had closed at like 8

I went at 6:30 P.M on a Friday. Before I could finish my sentence the employee interupted me and told me they only have white and multigrain bread. Then she told me she really doesn t care about her job. I asked where the other bread types are and she said they got eaten. This employee needs to be fired immediately before she does any more damage to your buisness.

The portion sizes are way smaller here compared to other Subway locations. Dirty and rude staff.

The girl gave us the wrong bread, put few toppings on and managed to squish it so it was a sad little sub.

A good place to grab lunch on the go. A good amount of choices, from buns to the fillings. Nice that they frequently mail out discount coupons as well. :-) Food

Its possible they close a little earlier than usual or theres something wrong with their listed hours. Doors were locked at 9:20pm on Thursday.

Omg! The best sandwich ever. Loaded with stuff. Its been awhile since being at a subway. This experience will keep me going. I had a chicken green goddess.

Clean, quick and professional. Most of the staff listen to exactly what you ask for and are very quick with preparation. There is one or two that are obviously just going through the motions and have dumped one ingredient on when Ive asked for a small ammount. Overall very good though

Staff rude Bacon not even cooked fully... like you push a button on a toaster and cant even hit the right one to make a sub toasted?? Chicken cold Oh did I mention the staff was rude....

I ordered 2 chipotle sidekicks. Decided to get 2 more and they gave me 1 of each sidekick instead of 4 of the one i ordered. How do you mess up 3/4s of an order. Will not eat at this location anymore (not the 1st bad experience ive had here)

Id pass on this one. You need to tell them to raise their voice, the sandwich artist doesnt speak English or French well, the person made my sandwich horrible, and it does not look that fresh either

The food prep area is always dirty, I think ive gotten food poisoning here

Was not impressed! I should of told them to nevermind for the sandwich. I looked in the kitchen/ inside the door behind the register and there was a person sitting on the counter with their shoes on sitting cross-legged with feet on counter. Not very impressive.

The service here is terrible compared to the admirals location. Really sucks that this store is closer to me

Poor service from one woman who quickly became very short with us. Happy with amount of fillings were applied but the meat didnt taste as nice as other subway sandwiches I have had elsewhere.

Service is very hit and miss here. Some staff are great and take the time to make your sandwich halfway presentable. Others throw stuff on there with no care or attention. Some are friendly, others are very short with you. Grilled wrap wasnt grilled...

Theyre very efficient at making subs. Ive never had a problem any time Ive gone in. 1 table/4 seats at the moment. Non-medical masks are not required but are preferred (though the manager told me not to worry about putting one on when I asked)

Plenty of free parking. Had a coupon so that was a bonus. Sandwiches were made exactly as requested. I got them to go so was only in the store for 10 minutes.

When I asked for pickles on the side, she gave me a reasonable yet generous amount of side pickles. Definitely recommend and will surely go there again for the good customer service! Plus the sandwich was made well and did not take a long time. Thank you!

Went there tonight at 1040pm to get a sub and was greatly disappointed to find out they were closed already, even though the hours on the store say 11pm and the online hours say 11pm.. maybe you guys should have a proper closing time or better information, so I (or other people in the future) dont waste my(their) time driving somewhere and it being closed.

I get food poisoning every time I eat at this subway! Service is horrendous and lots of attitude from servers. I would feed the food they put out to a starving dog. Im sure the dog wouldnt eat it anyway. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone even an enemy! Please if you value a healthy stomach do not play with fate and destroy you stomach!

Pretty darn good, usual subway fare. Sometimes the staff dont speak English very well so ordering becomes a bit challenging, but generally works out just fine. I recently found out you can get the breakfast subs all day. Thats pretty stellar.

Eaten here many times,mostly breakfast and lunch,and the staff is quick and efficient and the meat and veggies always look fresh.Menu is typical Subway with different promo items offered regularly if youre in the mood for something different.

This place needs a facelift. No power sockets. Otherwise, the regular subways experience.

Friendly young woman who listened to the way I wanted my sub. And I am fussy. She got it right the first time which meant I sailed along the counter & was in & out in less than 10 minutes. She had to do her job & offer me the extras but I have no problem supporting anyone doing the job they are hired for. There was however, no tip jar at the cash. Not sure if this is policy but I would have gladly donated had there been one. Lastly, my sub was delicious!

Fast service and great staff

The staff here are very friendly. I walked in while they were preparing a large lunch order for a school yet it did not slow them down. I accidentally ordered my sub on a wrap instead of flatbread (I hadnt yet had my morning coffee) and they did not hesitate to rectify my mistake. Granted no food had been put on the wrap but I believe it may had already been heated. The coffee here is behind the counter instead of self-serve like other subways and not as good as Timmys. The subway on Shelbourne which is also next to a Tim Hortons, has a breakfast special of 6 egg and cheese with coffee for $3 but they do not have the same special here.

I go here all the time, excellent customer service. They dont slack off when It comes to preparing your food and they are quick to get it to you. Ive never once had a problem and probably never will with this team. Probably the best Subway I know of and believe me, ive had more Subway than most.
