Very nice atmosphere, good food, nice selection of beer and scotch! But its very noisy.

I took a Dubbel which was excellent. Homemade cheese sticks and homemade pogos are truly amazing!!!! Its worth the detour if youre not from the area.

Last night around 6 a.m., a superior yelled at a waitress. It was very uncomfortable. The whole first floor heard and we all looked at each other. Everyone felt sorry for the waitress...it was inappropriate and disrespectful. Even another waitress went to tell him to tone it down. I don t really know who the superior is, a manager I imagine. She seems stupid and I wouldnt want to have her as a boss or an employee.

Our waitress Megan really impressed us with her speed, attentiveness, kindness and dedication!

I was there for my party with friends and Mégane took really good care of us. We loved our experience.

I went for a good beer at the bar a few weeks ago and I ate very well and the service was perfect. On the other hand, I became aware that an employee, probably the manager, was reproaching the barmaid who served me for certain things. She could have done it in private and not in front of all the clients, a big lack of professionalism in my opinion.

We have always appreciated the service and delicious, affordable meals. The new manager is very kind and professional. L Hermite is our #1 restaurant of choice and even more so with this staff.

Among the best beers in Quebec. The food is very tasty. One of my favorite places in Victoriaville.

Great brasserie, its tastefully decorated. The staff is cool and we ate really well! The beer is super good with bold pairings. Its always a bit disappointing though to be charged 3 dollars extra for the choice of vegetarian steak but at least theres an option ;)

A very nice discovery, possibility of having palettes of beers to be able to discover several kinds. The goat cheese burger is truly incredible! We will go back

We had a lovely evening with excellent service near the terrace downstairs. However, when our server finished his shift, we had almost no service from the backup. The person at the bar was more on his phone than pouring beers. Despite everything, we had a pleasant time!

The food is good but still the same menu, changes would be appreciated!! And I wonder is it normal that dogs can be allowed inside the restaurant because Ive been there several times and a lady comes in with her cooley-style white dog!?!?!?

No respect for their own employee, imagined the rest... See the manager throw a nasty tantrum at her waitress because the police discovered violations regarding the safety of fortified bottles! It s difficult to continue to encourage this kind of place! Have you changed direction since your move? We have been accustomed to excellent service in the past but this was not the case this weekend. We ordered galopins which were served to us without any description, so it was up to us to find out what was what. Not to mention that another person received a different pint than what they ordered, but the waitress came back after 25 minutes. so we made do. The service was confusing and slow. They explained to us that with the new chef and the shows at Square 150, things were happening!! What a lack of tact! Dry turkey strips and what about burgers with the appearance of pre-cooked meat. When paying, passing a comment about the tip that was the same as the service convinced us to choose another place for our next outing. Very disappointing.

Arrived at 5:30 p.m. received meal at 7:20 p.m. as they said bar for life plus 100 years and thank you because you knew I had a show at 8 p.m. At least the waitress did everything possible.

I tried 5 beers and they were all good. The breaded turkey burger on pretzel bun was really good, out of the ordinary. An excellent place to go and relax after a day of skiing!

Its really beautiful! I have always loved this restaurant, I love the beer and the menu. The service, on the other hand, leaves something to be desired. Long to get our first drink, no one came to take our order when we arrived. There seemed to be a shortage of staff on the floor.

Turkey strip, a little too thin, the impression of eating more breading. Parking: Lots of parking behind, but paid during the day.

I had the turkey burger with grenadine lemonade and for dessert, a cheesecake! Everything was really good!! Impeccable service from our waitress Jade who has a very pretty smile!! The atmosphere and the terrace are great and I like their sour beers, its in my palette. We were a small gang and we ate well, its worth the detour without becoming my favorite I loved my beef tartare!

If youre passing through Victo, this is the place to go if you want to have a good time. Very large and beautiful roof terrace. Lots of choice of tasting palettes (3 or 4 gallopins to choose from or 4 assemblages of palettes of 4 gallopins already selected). The service was great too.

There was a hair in my Burger, the fries were undercooked or tasted burnt. When I showed the hair, they apologized and gave a $3.50 discount on our bill.

No welcome when returning despite the poster. I was served beers other than those provided in the package of gallopins requested. Music too loud inside to compensate for the lack of loudspeaker on the roof terrace. Lack of service from the waitress, we had to go find her to get our bill and pay, while she was chatting downstairs with colleagues. Hoping for better next time.

My favorite spot in the city

This is one of the rare microbreweries that has both an excellent menu and excellent beers. The service was impeccable and the products are worth discovering. I believe that the place is one of the essential establishments to visit for any good fan of microbreweries. It s an exceptional place.

You have nothing for vegans. I really like your beer but Im vegan. No animals or cruel cheese. All the other microphones have vegan options.

The beer is very good! The food is good too. And the waitress was super nice. We had a problem with our reservation **they dont reserve on the terrace**, and the option was not offered to us upon arrival, despite a temperature of +25C. But after a wait we got a place and the evening was beautiful!

I was hesitating between 3 and 4 stars for the simple reason that the benches werent really comfortable at least we couldnt change benches so that we didnt have a backrest but even they werent super comfortable, my boyfriend had his tasting served quite quickly he loved it on the other hand I was pregnant I had to have a non-alcoholic drink she brought me the non-alcoholic menu at the same time as the starters which is not normal usually we dont have the drinks before the food arrives I ordering a homemade lemonade is serious I was more qye on it it would have taken it from me I wouldnt have paid for it in no way tasted the lemonade it tasted more like the tropical juice otherwise for the rest it was super fast service is the waiter waitress are super nice my lover ordered an onion soup as a starter with the St Louis hamburger as a meal he loved it however he found that putting the bread in the soup added a slightly sticky taste so can be to put it on the side then I ordered a starter of cheese stick it seriously beats all the records its the best to then take the goat cheese pizza what a delight the potatoes were a little cold my very good again your mayo is great too we will come back its certain my I would not take it assuming lemonade is my boyfriend will have his bread next to his onion soup

We loved our dinner at the Microbrewery. I highly recommend the onion soup as well as the homemade pogos! Sea buckthorn beer is a great discovery. Finally, we had good service, fast and friendly. It s worth the detour to Victoriaville!

Best restaurant in Victo! Local products, excellent beef tartare, perfect homemade fries and good cocktails. Charles and Guillaume are 2 very good servers. A 5 star oh yes I recommend!

Nice place to have a drink with friends. We went there as soon as it opened. The server was friendly. He gave us good advice and allowed us to taste the beer when we were hesitant. The onion soup was good although the portion was a little small. Our choice fell on the lightly malted and caramelized red ale from Quebec as well as the Belgian Trappist style matured in Pinot Noir red wine oak barrels. A delight for the taste buds.

Excellent choice of beers with a varied menu that suits all tastes. For a first experience, I was pleasantly surprised. I tried a white-orange-cilantro one and I liked it. For food, I tried the hamburger with Louis dOr cheese from the fromagerie du presbytère. A real delight. I definitely recommend lHermite for those who want to try something different in a nice atmosphere.
