Benny Victoriaville this evening my roommate had a dark meat club delivered and there was a small sharp bone in it

The delivery people are phenomenal! Best rotisserie in town. Really happy to have ordered Benny&co.

Disappointing! When taking a take out order, I was not entitled to an additional loaf of bread with my chefs choice. Whereas when you eat indoors, you can eat at will. Its hard to understand.

We went to Bennys on May 9, 2024 This is the first time we come and definitely the last time, stupid cashier who doesnt seem happy to work Questionable food I ordered a club sandwich with mayo in it let me tell you it was disgusting the chicken was cold and had a strange taste like it wasnt fresh and had a bad smell. I also ordered mozarella sticks which were much too dry. My partner took a leg with salad, his leg was not cooked enough We are both very disappointed with this experience.

I went to eat with my partner yesterday around 7:00 p.m. I had fried potatoes from dinner, burnt. Just added the oil to be reheated. The problem is that its not good! Price $46 for two, I dont want that! Ironing fries in oil again and again will certainly save money in the short term, but the next time I want to eat good fries I will go elsewhere! Summary: burnt fries = not good = the customer will go elsewhere!

I called at 11 a.m. to have it delivered by noon to an address on the main road in Victoriaville... at 1:15 p.m. I called because the delivery person was slightly late... they ended up canceling my order... I wont go back there again

Last Saturday I went to get a delicious bowl of chicken. But, there was a piece of wing...as if when cutting up the chicken, the person would not have put the waste in the right bowl. But, the manager told me that this is how this meal should be served . I don t believe it I was told nonsense !! This isnt the first chicken bowl Ive purchased!! A little respect for your customers please.

Sauce is made too light, no free dessert for a birthday, extra money to get side salad to replace fries and other choices, new soft drink vending machine offers less variety. Last visit and it was my favorite rotisserie before. Marked deterioration.

All were really good, the chicken was cooked to perfection and very tender, the fried potatoes were cooked perfectly and not greasy, the sauce was excellent, and the salad was really delicious, as was the soup, in fact!

Lots of staff. Smiling, polite and laughing with customers. I loved my dinner. This was my third visit and on my next visit to Victo, I will dine at Benny again. Very large parking lot.

Refusal at the counter Sunday February 13. Why refuse a digital document (identity card) when the passport is digital with three vaccines. So we will choose another place to eat. It s frustrating more than 13 people will be notified and you lose customers due to a lack of judgment.

We ordered by phone on Sunday at 6:03 p.m. We suspected that on Mothers Day there would be a bit of a wait but... According to the invoice at the bottom it is printed 6:21:55 p.m. when the order was ready for delivery. Firstly, the Delivery Man didnt take the right side of the street... we saw her go to the other street at least twice! Then he ended up passing by the house 3 times before finally stopping in front and delivering our meal to us at 7:16 p.m. We asked him why didnt he stop the first time? Answer: Didnt see the number on the door... yet the numbers whose height is 12 inches were clearly visible in the front window next to the door! Was it cold??? Warm chicken and warm and soft fries, normal was at least 50 minutes in a box and a thermal bag which keeps hot but not for 50 minutes! Answering the phone: Were sorry!

4th orders placed online, 4th orders that they forget to measure the cheese for the poutine. Very disappointed with the service. Too bad because we loved the food. But when they charge us $3 to change the fries into poutine and each time we dont have the cheese, it starts to cost us dearly for what we dont have.
