Express St-Hubert in Victoriaville

I havent been a regular at restaurants since COVID and I was surprised by the price of lunch meals, not to mention the clear decrease in the quality of the dishes. But I can understand that its going completely crazy and its a shame

Burnt food and not at all tasty. Three customers and yet more than 10 minutes of waiting.

Good and affordable food with fast service both from the delivery guys and in the dining rooms and I was served very well

Eternally long to order at the car, 30 mins wait for 3 wraps. The cause? There would be far too many deliveries according to the team leader.

Very disappointed, I ordered 2 skewer meals, 1 Tika Masala and a piri piri, with two traditional salad. I received a skewer with sweet teriyaki-style sauce, and 2 creamy coleslaws. On top of that, the meals are very different from the other St-Hubert in Arthabaska. I am very very disappointed.

Your salad Bangkok was delicious I suggest you prepare it deconstructed the sauces and chicken separately so the customer can add the quantity they want your ribs were tender with the BBQ whiskey sauce

We always enjoy eating at St-Hubert, however it would be appreciated if a choice of GLUTEN-FREE dessert was offered in your restaurants! My child is celiac and we always choose to eat at home because there is no dessert!

I dont know how you manage to get away with it, 2 hot dogs with cheese, $13, it took at least 15 minutes. They dont even have cheese and look like theyve been plastered on a wall.

We dont order often but every time something is missing from our order! This evening once again we are offered a credit which we refuse (we also speak to someone from Montreal) by indicating Victos number. The missing item should arrive within an hour? The guy places an order again for us. In what we received, we had a picnic among other things and it was not cooked. They had put a marinara sauce on the bbq sauce lid which was literally smashed, resulting in an uncooked meal which was also bathed in sauce! Weve had our lesson, I think its over! the worst st hub Ive seen!!!!!!!!!!!! no clean glass dirty cabaret everywhere 19.70 for a Bangkok salad not able to answer my questions about the price of meals there was 1 sachet of salt left, 4 envelopes of ketchup and 2 sachets of pepper They raised the prices of meals and included drinks with each meal. and if I dont want a drink I pay the same price for my meal no one was able to answer me

I changed my opinion, the service of this St-Hubert Express has deteriorated since last year. Food is often overcooked or not fresh. The service at St-Hubert is passable, the staff generally lacks a smile. There seems to be a lot of conflict internally. I am aware of the new employees, but clearly there is a problem. At Harveys, the service is VERY SLOW, its almost pitiful. Even a high-end restaurant as well as a resto-bar/resto-pub serves you faster than this fast food restaurant. I no longer recommend.

There are two of us who ordered at the same place at the same time but the orders were sent in 2 different cars. One arrived at noon and the other at 12:30. One didnt have dinner...ridiculous. The application that tells us that our lunch has been being delivered for thirty minutes does not make us want to eat the meal that will be cold. Last time for me.

I work in Victoriaville and I ordered Thai skewers there are vegetables and I didnt have it.. its necessary that you change the recipes at the restaurant of liraison and after-sales service... To take the order and give it to us within a reasonable time for a St-Hubert Express you are good, but to ensure you give us everything for which we paid and ordered is pretty bad. So we call back you tell us we will send it to you as quickly as possible and in the end 30 minutes later still nothing and we find ourselves with a $60 meal in the oven to wait for. Quite disappointing thank you!!!

Today I only give 3 stars because it was Harveys that we ate and I had to wait a good 10 minutes at the window and then I was told to go to parking number 1 and a wait 15 minutes again so 25 minutes in total really is a long time, but when its from St-Hubert to date it takes a maximum of 10 minutes

***UPDATE*** Clear improvement. Our orders are now always complete. Hot and delicious. THANKS!! 1 star Really disappointed! We had such good service from St-Hubert on boul Bois-franc. Since we are served by the St-Hubert main line, there are always errors in our orders. Did not receive our 3 creams of chicken, another time did not receive our Caesar salad, on 2 occasions no piri-piri sauces for the piri-piri chicken.... and once no accompaniment with the chicken skewers ($22 for 2 sticks of dry chicken without anything (its expensive).
