Every time I order from Warwick through your website it always takes forever before I receive my order and your delivery guy and delivery girl are as stupid as their two feet for real its quite ordinary customer service and I have to call to complain but there is no change in the price it costs us would appreciate having a little service

Extremely disappointed...10 minutes at reception to wait, finally someone answers us...to tell us to wait to find out if he had a table set up...phew!! here we are sitting at a table...waiting again to get a waitress, after 5 minutes and more we have a waitress who takes the order for our drinks...she leaves and never comes back...after 10 minutes my boyfriend got the brilliant idea to leave...and my partner saw the waitress arrive with the two coffees while we were heading towards the door.Wow!!!Very good water dinner, it was very good, go for it in large numbers, very welcoming restaurant and impeccable services, thank you!

St-hubert in Victoriaville is no longer like before, ordering chicken skewers for $30 a plate and receiving 2 skewers as big as a toothpick. You put 3/4 of the plate with fries. I dont recommend this restaurant, its really hard for 2 people, $50 and its not edible, the quality has changed too. On the other plate the club sandwich breads are black like the pan, they taste like embers

I went there for my birthday dinner. Excellent service by Karina :-) Varied menu and several interesting choices like steak, seafood and ribs (in addition to chicken). Even my mother found her choice on the gluten-free menu. Well done to the team!

Error in order, I asked for a wrap without cheese, since I cant eat any dairy products. Unfortunately, there was cheese and it had melted. So I had to throw away my food. Dietary restrictions: Allergy to cows milk protein (Casein)

We go there often, me and my partner, we have always been well served. This evening we were served by Taïna, we had impeccable service, she listened to our needs and she even told us congratulations on my pregnancy and mentioned the choices I could have as a hot drink to take with my dessert which was alcohol-free. without hesitation I would recommend your restaurant to anyone who wants a great experience.

Auto order. Poutine on the side in the bag so sauce everywhere for my very bad brisket meal. When you finish eating and leave some on the plate, my portion looked like this! Very dry chicken, wet potato . Half a loaf still expensive. In short, a bad choice

Bad experience on December 24, sitting in a banquette room with leftover food, a table that smells like soiled rags, when finally a waitress takes note of the order for drinks, while waiting for the drinks the waitress comes to give us the utensils (which we returned for poor cleanliness) and come back for the order. When the drinks (sangria and wine) arrived, the wine glass was dirty and the pitcher had food sticking to it. I asked for the bill and left. I went to eat elsewhere. This is the 3rd time in 2023 that I have had a problem at St-hubert. My 2024 resolution, NEVER go back there again!

Cold meal and very long service despite few people

I ordered a brisket and rib combo with 2 xtra rib sauce that you charged me. I didnt receive the 2 sauces and the ribs were so dry, I had to call back and she returned my 2 sauces and offered me dessert but I was sure I had finished supper when it came. arrive in delivery. Its really sad to pay so much for dry food... thats why I always order 2 sauces and its very rare that I get them even if I warn the person on the phone But you charge for example $$$$$$$$$$$$$ eating at home is a luxury now so it would be fun if you would be a little more careful.

Saturday May 13, 2023, we booked for 8 people. We ordered around 6:20 p.m. and we received our order around 8:00 p.m. We understand that there is a lack of employees, however, when you have been waiting for 1 hour 40 minutes for your order and 3/4 of our dishes arrive cold with lots of errors, such as bad sauce, bad cooking, etc. .. its very disappointing.. especially the very insolent and harsh behavior of the waitress Mégane. Unfortunately, this experience was very disappointing for all of us.

Very disappointing experience on Saturday May 13, 2023. We were a table of 8-9 people, we ordered at 6 p.m. to receive our plates at 8:00 p.m. I understand the lack of employees, having worked in restaurants myself I know that Saturday evenings are often very big evenings, but in terms of service it was disappointing. Difficult to get the attention of the waitress to get water or a drink. After 2 hours we finally received our plates, no order was correct. A poutine with cold cheese coming out of the fridge, bad sauces on several plates, several leftover ribs left over for a complete plate and which was only fat, return of the plate to the kitchen to bring back a spare rib which was reheated in the microwave. One person in our group got their plate when we had all finished supper (what little we ate). The plate brought for take-out was not cooked enough... in short, we asked to speak to the manager, but a rude and disrespectful waitress came to respond to us with arrogance and attitude. The answer to all the mistakes and bad service according to the waitress is that the cooks are 12-13 years old.. Very disappointed with this evening and Im not likely to go back anytime soon!

Service OK but meal received cold

First of all, well start with the service, which was OK, but nothing more. I didnt lack anything. I could have done without listening to the relationship problems of the two waitresses who chatted non-stop. The restaurant in Saint-Hubert was very classic, but in which there was a smell of an overly full grease trap. Not very pleasant to eat lets say. Food now I decided to go to St-hub because I wanted a chicken skewer, I have never felt the inflation so much when seeing this skewer. 4 mini chicken cubes separated by an inch of space between each. Dry, sad and expensive for what it was. Everything else on the plate was cafeteria worthy. Tasteless rice, mediocre salad. Only the vegetables were successful. Frankly, I think St-hub is over for me, the type of restaurant that matters more than it cooks

We went there with friends. There were many errors in the orders. My husband asked for a medium-good steak and he received rare. The waitress brought it back but not the rest of the plate. It took no less than 10 minutes for her to bring it back so the rest of the plate was very cold. The steak was not the same and was cooked in the sole of a boot . I had asked for a salad instead of fries and I still received the fries without the salad! We also asked for coleslaws, 3 creamy salads and 1 traditional salad and the opposite was what we got. The bill was still $97!!! For our part! We wont go back there for sure!!! Really very disappointed!!!

Really disappointed, soup was uninteresting and the dessert, pudding chômeur, dough was hard almost not edible and not a nice scoop of ice cream but a bunch of pieces of not good ice cream.

The grandchildrens favorite place. The service was a little rushed.

When my meal arrived the sauce container was spilled so no sauce for my meal and the box was soggy. The most distressing thing is that the delivery man, despite his smile, noticed it but no apology.

There were 4 of us and we all opted for the pasta which was on the daily menu and it was 11:45 am. The waitress came back from the kitchen to tell us that there was no more dough. Why then put them on the lunch menu if there are already none left. Disappointing!!!

Bad service on a Saturday evening October 14 and my food was cold

I feel like the waitress forgot about us. And I didnt get what I ordered. The room was far from full so it was not a lack of staff. I had to ask the bartender (who was really good) to go see about our meal. I regularly eat at St-Hubert and have already been a mystery shopper for them. It was not a conclusive experience. Parking: The parking lot is completely behind and we have to go around another business to access it. Not easy.

Always nice to go eat there with friends, but its extremely expensive (like almost everywhere), so expect a hefty bill.

Last Saturday, we went to your restaurant like every month. I ordered a gluten-free plate. I have been ill since then, this has never happened to me at your house...perhaps your staff should be given a little refresher on the importance of celiac customers.

I ordered a plate of 3 chicken fillets and another of 4 fillets, not only did I receive my 4 chicken fillets but I received a surprise box. Additionally, the girl who answered me at the drive-thru had no patience and couldnt wait for us to finish ordering and spoke in a very stupid tone that made it seem like we werent welcome in any way. . I am very disappointed with the service received. It s sad when we took the time to leave the neighboring town to go to Victoriaville only to return with great disappointment.

Personally, I find that St-Hubert has lost some over the years. Their dishes are no longer as good as they were before and their chicken is dry. Quite expensive as a restaurant too. I understand that the name is made up, but thats my opinion. A big plus is the staff, who each time serve me with the same great energy despite the fact that I rarely go there and the staff changes!

Great customer service, Waiting 15 minutes is still reasonable. Phew!!! before departure I went to the bathroom to wash my hands oops I almost lost my shoes as the floor was sticky. A little lack at this level and then the seats had not been cleaned when the previous customers left, the children sat in an orange liquid . I cant wait to see if it comes out in the wash

2 deliveries with disgusting fries..I thought the problem would be resolved after discussion with the manager but no....amateur telephone operator not capable of taking an order properly after repeating my order to him 3 times...really disappointed with st hubert...I was a fairly regular customer but I plan to use their delivery service less and less,,,St hubert is losing ground in the quality of service to customers!!! you order you pay and then you deal with what they sent you...

First part we were poorly received, then the little girl ignored us completely, then someone came to assign us a place and we waited another 5 minutes or more without a waiter coming to bring us either utensils or water. 0 star

The steak was just as requested and very delicious. as for the super good coast.

Check your order carefully if you go to the car, we received frozen chicken on my wifes salad. Its just really sad to go to a rotisserie and not get fresh chicken that day.
